Their coffee beans are always perfectly roasted and flavorful, never burned and dry, like this one Seattle based company's I'm ever so familiar with. They also have AMAZING chocolates and candies for gifts... or yourself. Come in for coffee and a muffin or croissant, leave with an arm full of candy! Fast and friendly service, and comparable pricing. Small atmospheric sitting room available, with wifi! They also have dog friendly chocolates... nudge nudge. You can now pre-order with their app, or order for home delivery of dry goods, like coffee beans and chocolates! Not quite up to bringing your frappé home to you, but there's other services for that. Give them time, I'm sure they're working on it!

Came in for a quick meeting with a colleague. We got coffee, had very fast service. The staff was nice. Wish there were more areas to plug in laptops but that's ok. Coffee was good.

When I placed my order, the barista simply took it without acknowledging me or using any polite language. Similarly, when my order was ready, it was handed to me without a word of thanks or even a smile. This lack of basic manners left a sour taste in my mouth, overshadowing the otherwise enjoyable coffee. While I understand that busy environments can be hectic, a simple "please" and "thank you" go a long way in making customers feel appreciated.

The staff is super friendly and the coffee is good! Not too busy in the morning. Cold brew is good and not too sweet.

Asked for a chi tea latte, hot, no foam. Spoke when I walked in, the girl never said anything back but did say my total. I waited, she made my drink it smelled good. I asked no foam? She replied, no foam. Until I took a drink on my way out and there was a inch if not more of foam on top. Why lie? Just make it right. The man from the back did remake the drink, but it wasn't good like usual. I'll have second thoughts next time.

Great drinks and beautiful little history in Ohio. I travel through the state quite a bit for work and appreciate local spots like this. Great coffee! I bought the highlander blend beans to take home, and it's SO GOOD! Highly recommend, and they have wonderful gifting options, too!

Loud environment but the chai latte I got was good, had a cinnamon roll that wasn't half bad. I didn't ask them if they could warm it up or not, but it was good cold. Was a good spot for me to sit down and edit photos all afternoon.

The shelves were a chocolate lover's dream, neatly lined with all sorts of treats, from gift boxes to individual bars, all under the soft, golden lights that seemed to whisper, 'go on, indulge.' The ambiance was calm, with a touch of excitement in the air—maybe it was the season, or perhaps it was just the chocolate magic at work. This place is amazing. The coffee is excellent quality. The chocolates were phenomenal. The staff offered samples and gave great insight and advice. Highly recommend. They even had sugar free options :)

Great coffees! Lots of gift baskets, chocolates, and wines. Service was friendly and competent, bit they could use a second machine and barista. Expect a little bit of a wait.

Very helpful staff. It was easy to get my order made quickly. I love the selection of coffees, pastry and chocolate. Good coffee house atmosphere, though we got our items to go.

Recently put on top this place by a friend. Love their frozen hot chocolate. Chocolate selection is not my favorite but their cheese Danish was delicious. They also sell wine and other pastries. Kind staff. They also sell milkbone dog treats dipped in white chocolate, which is extremely low in theobromine, so it is not harmful to your dog. Plus, we give our pup one bone a day for good behaviors. He loves it and has never gotten sick.

Not crazy about the chocolate. But the drinks (frozen hot chocolate my fav), and the pastries are delicious. Several seating options in the café style setting.

First time I had been here. It was wonderful!!! Went for candy for a birthday gift for my daughter. The caramel apple was Delicious!!!! The service was absolutely wonderful! She helped me find everything I was interested in, and More!!!! Lol

Java break! When we are on any road trip, my daughter has to stop and try out coffee from each shop to see where it ranks on her list of favorites. This shop had a yummy coffee among a lovely atmosphere. See, it’s not just the drink that makes the coffee, it is also its surroundings. Very classy place! 2 enthusiastic thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

The staff was very friendly and answered my questions about the frappes and options. I tried the buckeye frappe and she even recommended a different variation if I liked this one for the next time I came in. Overall, I thought the drink itself was a little too thin and would have preferred it to be a bit thicker but enjoyed the flavor. I just wished there was a Winans closer to home so I could try the white chocolate Buckeye frappe next. Maybe next time I’m in Ohio. The store was super cute with a candy/chocolate shop and a nice seating area to catch up with a friend or spend time working from the cafe. If it were closer I’d go back more regularly.

Isso porque os restaurantes e lanchonetes próximos de onde estava só ofereciam café☕ comum. O forte do lugar são os chocolates, num ambiente muito bacana. O atendimento foi muito rápido. E, por fim, o capuccino estava uma delicia! 🙂

A really cute coffee spot, and really great coffee! I ordered the Iced Karamel Kiss (iced latte with caramel and vanilla flavor shots) with oat milk and it was sooooo good. Walking distance from the several hotels in the area, making it a great spot if you're looking for an alternative to the hotel coffee.

Very busy when we stopped so we didn't stay but that was our challenge not theirs. Lovely store with array of chocolate and treats, coffee and tea. Will return next time without being in a relationship rush.

This is the cutest coffee shop I've ever been... It's clean, warm... Staffs are nice and friendly... decoration is lovely. Special the drinks are delicious... you also can look for your favorite wine and chocolates here.

Ordered coffee, chai latte, pumpkin muffin and cheese danish. Let me say it was 7am and there were 4 or 5 chai items on the menu. They took our order then we were told they had no chai. The other server bent over backwards to get me something I’d like but the tea was terrible, coffee was only okay, muffin was spiced muffin not really pumpkin, and the original server never gave us our cheese danish. Generally a disappointment all the way around. It has a lot of promise. The chocolate looks great but it said it had baked goods and it had about 4 muffins and 6 danish. Meh. It gets 2 instead of 1 star because of how hard the other woman tried to please me; she was very nice.

I am a huge fan of winans but not this location. I called ahead and asked if I could buy a bottle of syrup and was told yes. I get there and the girl at the register not only wouldn't sell me one, she constantly tapped her fingers on the counter in irritation, rolled her eyes at me, was generally very unpleasant

I had the best drink made for me by the barista! She made it for me custom, I don’t remember what it was, but she had awesome customer service and really impressed me with the drink she made!

So I know their claim to fame is their chocolate - and it IS good.... But I come for the coffee. I got hooked one year when my niece's school did a fundraiser, and now no other coffee can compare. I recommend buying whole bean and grinding it per pot. Yum! Now people don't ONLY come over to see my kids; they ask if I have any coffee brewed as well 😏

Winans on Miller Ln has become my go-to, even on days when im not working I will drive 20mins out of my way to stop in this store. The staff is always super friendly and just lovely to chat with. Latrell (I hope I'm spelling his name right), I always get so hype to see him when I walk in, cuz I know my drink is about to be absolutely 🔥🔥!! They're always so pretty and they taste amazing when he makes them. There's also a tall lady with white hair, I cant remember her name but she is so sweet and always a pleasure to talk to. I just love this store so much! Updated! A year later and this is still my absolute favorite stop. Doesn't matter what time of day. If im in Dayton near Miller ln, im stopping in to see my favorite coffee peeps. 😍

Quick service, great selection of fancy PACKAGED chocolates and coffee materials, but just as expensive as Starbucks which to me isn't worth it, great service though.

Our first experience here today. Excellent treatment when we walked n the door. We were offered samples due to it being our first time. We got a buckeye and an almond bark. Both were great. Gentlemen behind the counter gave excellent service. Highly recommend this place for your coffee and chocolate fix!!!

I visited the Troy Winans today & threw away my drink, it was absolutely disgusting. I drove 20 minutes to this location because I knew it would 🔥. There's always one guy working that I literally pray will make my drink because he always does a phenomenal job. I do wish the owner would put blinds up for his poor employees. Every morning I go in, they're completely blinded by the sun. I'm sure it makes working pretty unpleasant when you can't see what you're doing 🤷🏼‍♀️☀️😎

I don't frequent coffee shops often. So I usually get overwhelmed with all the options. The barista was very helpful and kind. My boys enjoyed the candy and I enjoyed my coffee. I can't wait to go back again.

Great local coffee place that started in Piqua. This specific location has liquor, which I have never taken advantage of but is a great idea. The servers are always helpful and very friendly. They actually seem to listen and want to know preferences before making suggestions. I swing by whenever I'm in the area.

Being in Ohio, Winans is the best coffee your going to get. Take it from an unofficial Coffee connoisseur, being from Seattle and having a ton of different options to very few.. This is pretty good coffee. Try out the Buckeye Frape!
