Nice people, had lunch there was very good, lots of varieties of apples to choose from.

Nice place to visit. A bit overpriced ($16 for a small bag of pick-your-own apples), but such a lovely view, cute small farm animals, and a nice little store.

Fun place, with lots of events and things yo keep kids entertained. The apple picking was a bit underpar, cause most of the apples were gone or rotten om the trees. Possibly visited the place at a bad time.

Our favorite apple place. A variety of apple choices. The cider donuts r the best and the sandwiches are delicious. Great people and nice gift shop

Fourth consecutive year here, apple picking , and Christmas 🎄 hunting. We love the hospitality, wagon rides, and amazing cider donuts! See you next year!

My only complaint is that the line was long to wait in but the food was made pretty quickly. It was amazing, Get your sandwich toasted.

Always awesome! Great outdoor fun with family

They were extremely busy at the Cafe but the staff produced the lunches in very quick order and not one person was unhappy with their meal. The line to order was never below 25 people but we visited within our party and strangers around us. It was awesome. The gal running the register and taking orders was calm and most efficient. Greeted every customer with a smile and patience galore as people gave their order with knowledge of what they wanted or needed to have their hand held in the decision making. The people going in with empty bags to pick apples was long but moved smoothly and those carrying out full bags were encouraging those going in that picking was good and easy. I did not get apples today as I had gotten 2 1/2 bushel bags already and will wait until next weekend to get more. They are plentiful and delicious. Watched kids in the play area and around the animals just having a blast. I want to be the engineer on the train taking people around to sightsee. It would be so much fun. A perfect place to spend a weekend day. Don't miss at least one day at Windy Ridge before it gets to cold.

We started a tradition with our family to come up every year so the kids can have fun picking their own apples,(even thought we have our own trees) but it's not the same. The experience here is awesome for them, they pick their own apples of many varieties, than they go on their tractor ride where they pick out the cows with the names they like, we than go to the gift shop where they pick out little bottles shaped like apples and are filled with cider and we get our smoked cheeses. They have some amazing soaps, Yankee candles, stuffys, shirts, honey sticks and so much more. We highly recommend if your in the area visit. This year we missed pick your own berries 😢.

Orchards r nice and clean. People r friendly. They have nice ay yard and petring zoo for kiddos.

Nice sandwiches. The place is good for an hour or so. Definitely kid friendly.

We love coming here. Cider donuts are the best. The people are friendly and helpful. The lunches and the apple pancakes are great. Walk all around the farm and enjoy the fresh air. Views of the mts are beautiful. They have a playground for children and some farm animals. Apple picking yourself or you can buy in their cute gift shop.

Great place to bring the family

Amazing apple farm on the ridge with a nice view. We found bushels of apple still on the trees. You can get a bag from the store and fill it up. Apple cider donuts were freshly made and the best I have had. Cafe had freshly made lunch items.

Nice way to spend a morning or afternoon very colorful and peaceful sceneries. Also fun to apple pick.

Picked apples on Saturday, Oct 9. They told us "you might have to hunt a bit". The apples didn't stand a chance... No hunting. We filled a bag without walking one row. Plentiful, delicious PYO apples. We bought a half dozen cider donuts too. Great day at Windy Ridge Orchard.

Nice and easy place to get apples - no lines for anything. Apple picking way cheaper than any of the bigger places too!

Ms Anne was so very sweet in giving us a "good area" to pick our favorite kind of apples 🍎 $12 for a small bag plus the fun experience = AWESOME stop 👍

I like Windy Ridge for a lot of things. It was especially good when the kids were younger - there's lots of home-spun fun for kids. But when we visited this year, it was packed, they were out of donuts, and had closed the cafe a little early (this was just before 3:00). Still bought some cider. Arrive early I guess.

This place was recommended to me, and I've recommended to others. It's great! We went early in the season and there were literally millions of apples and ample pickers to reach the high up fruit. Plus a great store and a window for buying cider and doughnuts. Pleasant and uncrowded with picnic tables and a cafe, and even wagons to tote the 🍎🍎 and kids too! An enjoyable day.

Good for apples, food, and play. Has animals to feed.
