Absolutely amazing! Lots of wonderful teas to try and the food on the 3 tiered tray was truly delicious. Made in house and clearly by a talented chef. They also have an a la carte cafe menu that looked great. Definitely worth a visit!

Cute place. Server was excellent. However, our scone had a long hair on/in it. They took it back to the kitchen; and when went brought out the replacement tier, that also had hair on the plate. Gross!

This place is Fort Myer’s best kept secret! If you enjoy tea, it’s a must try. Be sure to get a reservation, they book up quick! The food is absolutely phenomenal, everything fresh made in house. You can try as many teas as you’d like. It’s such a fun concept! Perfect for a mommy/daughter date, girls time out, a baby shower, or just a cute date with your S/O!

It is always an amazing experience at Wisteria Tea Room! The staff is so welcoming from the time we walk in to making sure everything is just perfect for our visit. Knowing we will be seated right away because of our reservation helps to plan our afternoon activities also. The tea choices, delicious food variety, beautiful place settings, and unique atmosphere always make a visit to the Tea Room special for friends and family!

Everything was 5 stars!!! Amber was a perfect server to an exceptional meal with my mother in law and sister in law. The ambiance was serene and the food was delightful. Will be back!!

This is a unique experience for the area, and it must be getting more and more well known because it was quite busy on a Wednesday afternoon. It is highly recommended to get reservations ahead of time. Several tables of ladies were dressed up with hats the day we were there. The 'afternoon tea' is treated like an event, with history provided on how this ritual started centuries ago. The staff are lovely.

We had a wonderful experience at the Wisteria Tea Room today. We had our very large family celebrate a marriage. The restaurant is beautiful, inviting, and welcoming. We loved all the servers including Heather, Tasha, and Chelsea, and Joy made sure our food was served hot and timely. I would highly recommend this venue to celebrate a special occasion or just to have a delicious lunch. It is one of a kind in Southwest Florida. I dare you to try the deserts with their summer blueberry tea. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter made reservations for a tea party for me to celebrate Mother’s Day and my Birthday. I enjoyed every minute and our server Lisa was pretty amazing too.

It was my first time and it won't be my last. I visited for a colleague's baby "sprinkle" and it was simply wonderful. We had the royal package which is a set menu because we had a party of 10. Our server, Joy was accomadating, kind, and friendly. The food was very good as well as the tea. If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special moment or just spend time with a loved one, you would enjoy Wisteria Lane Tea Room. Be ready to be transported by in time!

I went to a tea tasting! It was a lot of fun. A couple of us were worried that we should have eaten before coming, but there was a lot of food and we were extremely full by the end (some of our party couldn't finish the dishes). We got to try 8 teas, and we had quiche, pastries, and dessert. My favorite tea (as a decaf coffee fanatic) was the Japanese Maple Oolong. I also learned that using purified water (such as reverse osmosis or distilled) when making tea is much better -> the tea more readily infuses the water. Overall a fun experience!

Quaint little English Tea Room located in Downtown Fort Myers, tucked into a side street. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table. Amber our server was friendly offered up suggestions and explained the menu. Over 35 different types of tea, a list of a number of tiered servings, sandwiches and salads. My Mom who I brought here selected the Duchess tray. Food and tea were delicious. Amber was attentive and very helpful. Nice place for the ladies.

Wisteria Tea Room is a very cute experience and really, if you come here, you are coming for the experience. Reservations are a must. The tea menu is extensive. The food menu has a tea treats (savory and sweet) option that appears to be updated monthly as well as a set cafe menu. As someone who doesn't eat dairy, I was disappointed that the only option I could eat was a salad with vinaigrette, hold the cheese. That alone made me want to give this place a three star review, but I decided on four because the old building is lovely and the staff seems to care greatly about guests having a nice experience. Bonus points for having a mocktail on the menu.

Every employee is very kind and friendly. The food is always good and I love their tea. My last server joy was amazing at her job even though they were short that day on a holiday their service and speed was impeccable.

Ate here twice in 2 weeks! High Tea is great- very tasty and plenty to eat- savory and sweet. Scones best I have ever eaten! Lunch menu was good too- spicy jam turkey sandwich was very good. Chicken salad just ok. Atmosphere was ok but you are only allowed a certain amount of time and then "reminded" that others have reservations. Also, only one restroom with one toilet and usually a line. Servers are very nice. Hope to return soon.

I had a lovely first experience with afternoon tea! There was a great variety of tea options, and I enjoyed them all. While some food items weren't the best, the overall selection was enjoyable. The service was wonderful. However, parking is limited, seating is cramped, and it's a bit pricey. Despite this, I'm looking forward to my next visit!

We trusted Wisteria Tea Room with our post-wedding tea, and they did everything they could to make it extra-special. From providing champagne flutes to our guests, to whipping up an extra chair and place setting for the photographer I forgot to include in my head-count, to creating a stunning display of our champagne and wedding glasses. We’ve been before and since the wedding, and each time has just been truly magical and a great experience. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them and their staff. It also goes without saying that their tea and treats are phenomenal.

I believe there is room for improvement with service. Since you are limited to table time, the waitress should be a little more thoughtful about items requested from guest. Our meals came out in 3 different runs so we didn’t get it all at the same time! Requested salt and pepper - 3 times and the endless tea can have you waiting endless time, waiting for a new flavor request! It’s expected the place is busy with multiple reservations however every customer should be given high priority at a place like this. Especially since you know we are coming!!! Guest come for the experience and I believe there’s room for some training so that servers can properly serve guest in a reasonable time. Maybe more servers and less reservation so that guest can walk out feeling better and not annoyed on their birthday! Just my reality of my experience at the tea room. Customer service should always be 5/5 no matter what you’re selling or serving!

Absolutely love this place. We had such a nice Mother’s Day tea. We try to go every year but missed last year. I need to get here for a lunch date. The ambiance, the decor and the whole idea is so lovely. I would highly recommend anyone visit and enjoy the great food and tea. It was such a nice experience. It never disappoints. We always have so much fun. Eating yummy food, drinking the delicious tea and today we had lavender lemonade and it was to die for and just enjoying one another’s company. Can’t say enough go, visit and enjoy. They also have a nice little shop next door that sells nick nacks and fun stuff. Definitely go check it out.

What a magical little spot! I attended afternoon tea with my mother and sister in law, and we had the best time. The menu was a bit overwhelming at first so it took a few explanations from our sweet waitress, lol. Ultimately, we tried 4-5 different teas and ate a delicious lunch! I had the Mac and Cheese…I scraped the bowl clean!

Can't say enough about this. If you think you're too manly to give this a try, you're really missing out. This is a definite destination for my wife and I. A place where we can relax and really enjoy each other's company. We introduced new friends the other day and they had a BLAST. Even if you don't care for tea, I really encourage you to try one of the many different flavors. I'm sure you will be surprised and find one that you will enjoy. Pinkies up to the owners for their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make your experience one to remember.

It is an amazing place. Staff is super nice, pleasing and accommodating. Serving, dishes, menu— everything was wonderful. Food was delicious! Creme-brûlée was yummy. The co-owner told the whole story of the place and was extremely friendly and hospitable. I was amazed with the place. As an absolute tea lover, I enjoyed Lady London tea so much. Worst corned beef sandwich ever!

We went for brunch on Saturday. We had to sit outside. There's not proper coverage from the sun, shining right on us. Food was delicious but service was slow and less than attentive. A disappointment for the cost.

This place is a very special experience!! My grandmother was from Scotland and ever since I can Denver having fancy tea parties and pretty dishes was a big part of my childhood and life. I have been taking friends and relatives to Wisteria Tea Room for years. I recently took two co-workers there. I noticed a huge difference in customer service. I was not aware there was a new owner. It is evident that this owner does not have the customer service heart that the previous owner did. When I spoke to the owner after our meal and told her how horrified I was at the customer service her response was " I'm sorry for your experience, thank you for your feedback" She did not really seem to care. This is such a shame,this was such a wonderful business.

It was truly delicious,the tea was so flavorful. I tad bit expensive but worth it. It's small so it got kinda hot especially while drinking hot tea

This place was well worth the 30 min drive. I took my friend for her birthday. We had the best time. Food and dessert was delicious and plentiful. Treat yourself to The Royal selection! Such a good variety of teas. Loved the service. Everyone was kind and attentive. Lastly, we enjoyed the goodies in the gift shop, two of which we are sporting. Lots of trips to this gem in our near future.

I love this experience - I really enjoy taking it slow and enjoy the tea and food. Dress code should be listed on website, just so everyone knows to dress up. Service can be touch and go, depending on how busy they are. Love the unlimited tea and food is always so well done. Their little shop is adorable.

This was such a delightful time. The staff was so warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was bright, clean, and so comfortable. The food was incredible. It was the highlight of my food experiences while visiting the Fort Myers area, and I would 100% visit again and recommend it to others.

We ordered an afternoon tea tier-the most expensive one at 49.00$ which stated on the menu that it serves two. When we ordered, our waitress Chelsea told us that she was going to put two of everything so we wouldn’t have to fight over anything LOL how cute and nice of her to be so thoughtful! What she did not explain in any manner was that she was going to bill us for two tiers (which technically according to their menu would feed four people). We spent 100$ for afternoon tea at the Wisteria room. The food was meh, ok. The service was less than meh. Mediocre food, service, products that people wring every last cent out of you; being cavalier and careless with your time and money while being quite hawkish and not honest.

Absolutely amazing! My mother and I have been having Girl’s Day at tearooms since I was a little girl. We brought my daughter for her first Girl’s Day. The tea and food were exceptional and so was the staff. Katelyn took time to talk to my daughter and brought her a tiny teacup for her stuffed animal. I will always recommend this tearoom and we will definitely be back!

Our team reserved a portion of time to celebrate a coworker's baby shower! The staff at Wisteria tea room were so kind and patient and accommodating. Our team had to be told multiple times to stop cleaning up because they promised to take care of everything. They helped walk us out, they accommodated additional seating that needed to be added on. This year was absolutely delicious! So much food that I couldnt ear it all. I really enjoy loose tea and they have such a good selection. We tried 6 varieties, and found something for everyone in our party.

We had a surprise birthday party at Wisteria, and it was everything we dreamed! Joy was so helpful in getting the reservation together and answering all our questions. We even had special gluten free and dairy trays that were to die for! Amazing customer service and overall expereince, would absolutely recommend to all tea lovers.

Wisteria is always busy, so you should make a reservation. The staff is always friendly, and the tea room/Café is decorated to match the season. A small shop near the hostess/host station provides primarily tea-related gifts and merchandise. Their teas, categorized into 6 collections: Seasonal (Spring, currently), Black Tea, Green/White Tea, Herbal, Spa & Wellness, and Rooibos, are also available on their website. Scones (a different flavor each month) are available for carry-out as a frozen 8-count wheel to bake at home. Afternoon tea, with tier-served treats, are the best way to fully experience everything the Wisteria has to offer. In addition to those delectable offerings, the Wisteria offers seasonal soups, a wide variety of salads, and a selection of premium sandwiches. They do have a pricing system that is slightly unusual, but sensical, easily explained on their website, by the host or hostess, or tableside by your server. I lovely place for a great time with friends or loved ones (and a perfect place for a "fancy" parent-child outing)

Came here for my daughter’s 11th birthday emailed them about reservations they were going back-and-forth and finally never responded so I figured I just show up on the day unfortunately they would not let us in I did reach out to weeks ahead so when we got there they would not allow us to sit very disappointing

This place is amazing! Be sure to book ahead as they fill up fast. During busy season, the likelyhood of getting a table without a reservation is highly unlikely unless there's a cancellation. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is to die for. Make the time, and join this wonderful business for Afternoon Tea!
