This restaurant was one of the best experiences of all. Great food, they had a great DJ, food and drinks were top notch! Food a little pricey but worth every penny. Chicken and waffles is a must 😋

Extremely awful atention and service, but of course they are horribles when the 18% gratitude it's included automatically in the bill. Don't go people! There are a lot of better places here.

Went here strictly for the gluten free fried chicken and waffles and was not disappointed. (I could have eaten about 5 more waffles though lol). The meal was enough for 2 people easily and the hot sauce and syrup were so so good. I also got the gluten free key lime pie and it was HUGE and absolutely sinful! Overall it was a phenomenal experience.

I had the pleasure of being served by Kunika at Yardbird, and she made the experience exceptional. Her warm, friendly service really stood out, and I felt genuinely cared for. As for the food, Yardbird has the best fried chicken in Miami—hands down! The Caesar salad was also top-notch. I was thrilled to find out they could make the chicken and waffles gluten-free, which was a huge bonus for me. I enjoyed it so much, I've been back two days in a row! Fried chicken is fire, juicy, crunchy, and good seasoning. It’s very seasoned so be ready for that.

We’ve been here 3 times over the last 6 years and this is the first time I’m leaving a review. It’s definitely on the pricier end, but the service is always spot on! Truly. That’s a big part of why I keep going back. I also like that they will adjust the appetizer sizes (e.g., biscuits) to the party size (we were able to get a half order for 2 people).

We love our Brunches & with that comes great drinks/food/atmosphere! This place had all 3! Our Bartender made it a great experience pointing us in the right direction. Bloodymary’s were great, tequila sunrises next..,,cinnamon rolls & Bacon were to die for, where the eggs Benedict were good. I think we will try the chicken & waffles next time! YES we will be back!! They even have a DJ which puts this fun atmosphere ahead of other places! (Not loud but just right) ((I gave this place five stars as I probably would’ve given it 4.5 but there’s no way to do that, the reason you might ask. I am a lover of Eggs Benedict and this was OK not amazing but OK))

We tried the new sunday tasting menu. It is only $35 per person and comes with a very good amount of food and delicious fried chicken. The salad was fresh and crisp. First, let me start off with the staff... Kunika! She was absolutely AMAZING!!! So attentive and great suggestions. She was so nice and fun. Thank you for the amazing service. Next, the manager of Yardbird was very kind and nice and friendly. We had a great conversation with him and there is no wonder that his staff is so kind. Lastly, the food was GREAT!!! Fresh and delicious!!! We had a great great experience.

Walking in the host's was wonderful. Loved his attitude. BoJack our waiter was wonderful. Was worth a extra tip. Deviled eggs delicious as always. Boyfriend got the ribs and I got the short ribs. Unfortunately the one in Las Vegas was outstanding. This just didn't hit the same. The key lime pie was the best yet. For the prices we expected to blown out the water.

My boyfriend and I have visited this location before and I can definitely say it has plummeted in so many ways. First they were surprisingly not busy,which should have given us a clue. We decided to visit the restaurants that were listed for Miami Spice and Yard Bird Miami Beach was our first choice. The hospitality was good but they were not attentive to the point our dishes came out cold and I made cold. We just took it to go. The presentation was as if they didn’t want to try anymore. I would think even though it wasn’t busy the kitchen staff would make the moment for each person memorable but it was bad to the point I would even go back. I wanted to talk to the manager but i didn’t I was just to disappointed in the whole thing. To wait patiently and get cold food then a bill that $264 is outrageous. At this point I wish i could write this bill off as a loss and get my funds back. The drinks were nice but you couldn’t taste any alcohol at all which was also disappointing. We had still water which was for $9 the other option was tap and who wants that. I’m just so disappointed that this experience was so damaging to the image of this establishment. Definitely not worth visiting anymore. We had the salmon with mashed potatoes along with the fried chicken and Mac and cheese.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Yardbird, thanks in large part to Isaiah, our server. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly, making sure every aspect of our meal was perfect. Nick, the manager, also deserves a shout-out for his outstanding customer service. He was welcoming and made us feel right at home. Overall, the exceptional service from both Isaiah and Nick made our visit memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Kunika was our server and she was great! She answered all our questions about the menu and was incredibly patient and kind. She also made great suggestions on what to order. Ask for her to be your server! The food was amazing and would highly recommend.

Not our first time but wanted to leave a review to point out the great service we had last night from Kunika. Yesterday our lobster on the lobster mac tasted like old freezer so we were a bit disappointed but everything else was amazing!

Came into Yardbird to check it out since I’ve passed it a few times on my travels. I ordered the deviled eggs and lemon basil pasta. Both were pretty tasty, however I did have to wait a bit for the pasta and it wasn’t as hot as I’d expected it to be (was it left sitting for sometime?) I did get the deviled eggs in a timely matter since it is a dish that’s pretty simple to prepare. When I tried to motion a few of the servers over it seemed as if they ignored my advances yet, the bartender apologized for the wait. Besides this I did enjoy the atmosphere since I came on a Sunday around 5pm (not too crowded). If I were to come here next time maybe I’ll try the chicken & waffles or blackened salmon….maybe 😅

Ambiance was absolutely great, our waiter was very attentive. The corn bread..didn't make it to get a picture, but it was oh so good and warm. I had a lobster mac and was pleasantly surprised. The drink was delicious, only needed one! I loved the cube ice..very nice touch!

Me and my family came to yarn barn this week and we’re disappointed with the chicken & waffles. It was supposed to be the best in town and for $40 it wasn’t, the chicken could be more crispy and seasoned and the waffle was alright. I’ve had better. The Mac & cheese was a 10/10, salmon was great, and the chicken biscuit was 🔥🔥🔥

This place is fantastic! The chicken and waffles are amazing, the cinnamon roll is out of this world! They are known for their fried chicken, trust me it’s DELICIOUS! Fabulous place for brunch! The vibe is really cute too! Make a reservation ahead, you won’t regret it!

Not much to say other than I was glutened here after being reassured that what I ordered was prepared gluten free. I specified with waitstaff that I was gluten free because of celiac and trusted the restaurant from previous reviews. Unfortunately was not a good experience and I’m now suffering the consequences.

Everything was great from the host she was sweet and understanding, and even the valet was super helpful .Our waiter BO was amazing. The food was fast and tasty , the manager Nick came over, and we had a lovely conversation. Although they were closing, we didn't feel rushed at all . Get there before 945 it's the last seating. First time there. Best fried chicken I ever had! Drinks were very good, too. The staff was also very nice. Every employee I saw were constantly moving, cleaning, refilling drinks, checking on patrons. Very nice atmosphere. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Soo this would be my 2nd visit to the Miami location. The atmosphere was nice. We were a party of 4 which included a 4 year old child. We place our orders for food. We ordered the 1/2 chicken meal (2) Shrimp and grits Kiddie chicken tenders The waiter looked a bit rough and his body odor was very noticeable (not the best smell for a restaurant, it lingered when he was no longer there). The adult meals came out in a timely fashion, the kiddie meal was no show, the hostess had to inform the waiter that we were missing my grandson’s meal, he stated he forgot to put his order in and immediately put the order in, he stated that the kiddie meal would be in him (appropriately so). The chicken was very good, however the grits and shrimp was luke warm. Presentation of the meals were eye appealing. 18% tip already added to the bill, that would be fine if the experience and food was great, but that was not the case. Overall experience 4.5/10

Go-to southern food destination for anyone local to or visiting Miami. It's one of those hyped up restaurants that actually lives up to its reputation. Food & drink options are outstanding and the service is always top-notch. Each server has their own personal style and everyone seems to know the menu forwards and backwards. I've only ever come here for brunch but I can tell the lunch & dinner options must be equally as amazing. You can't go wrong ordering their chicken & waffles but I also found myself ordering the biscuits & gravy on more than one occassion. My absolute favorite things on the menu are the blackberry bourbon lemonade & fried green tomato BLT. Hands down one of my favorite apps in Miami Beach. My only complaint is that the ladies room always seems to be out of order. I've been there when the bathrooms had broken locks, ran out of toilet paper, etc. Seems to be an ongoing issue I hope gets addressed because this is a seriously amazing spot for such a touristy area. I'll be back for more tomatoes & lemonade soon enough.

My first time at Yardbird Miami was in 2013 and I make it there every time I visit.

Our waitress, Kunika, was the best! The food and service was top tier! We will return when we are back in Miami! We had a party of six and ordered fried chicken, Mac and cheese, potatoes, ribs, shrimp and grits! Everyone was pleased! Highly recommended!

For a chain restaurant I was extremely surprised at the level of quality and service for Yardbird. I had an exceptionally good cocktail and the entrees were had were excellent.

We were very pleasantly surprised! The food was very good, the service was 5 star. The drinks, desserts everything was on point with a higher end restaurant. And the fried chicken lives up to some good fried chicken. It's hard to get that right and Yardbird does accomplish that.

Long time Miami staple Yardbirds offers southern fare and tasty libations. Nice wine list. Rotisserie chicken was tasty, although a little light on the chimichurri and mashed potatoes no thanks to shrinkflation. Note a dinner for 1 was 115.00 for 1 entree, 1 side, 1 bottled and 2 glasses of wine. 18% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. Service was attentive and friendly. Very nice staff.

It’s my best friends birthday and we went out with our friends, it’s a total of 4 of us. First thing first their advertisements does not match what’s on the menu. Our waiter was extremely weird her names was Jacklyn not sure how to spell it and she was making weird faces and passive aggressive comments. One of the passive aggressive comment was about my best friend not liking her pasta that was OVERLY drenched in lemon. My friend had to drench it in honey hot sauce which was for my flabby chicken. When she told her she said and i quote “well it’s a lemon pasta” as if we didn’t know that. Then she proceeded to say do she wanna order something else but she already ate half of it which was uncalled for. We all ate our food because in this economy who js going to waste food? She also snatched my friend menus. The food portion now was bland , not good and just overall a horrible experience. We’ve had better at a fast food joint and then the price was ridiculous for what we ate. My chicken was flabby extremely soggy. Four sub par if not down right horrendous meals. Never again and we aren’t tourist we are local baby born and raised so therefore we know what’s what. Just a bad experience will be telling everyone I know. then she knew she was weird so she tried to bring a single fried oreo and the damage was already done we didn’t care but we kept it polite and classy because that’s how we were raised.

I came here after a recommendation from a cabbie. I had just driven 5 hours into Miami and wanted to sit and eat before driving the 5 hours home and avoid leaving at 5pm. I was promptly greeted & seated. Ordered a soda (can't drink & drive 5 hours). It was a small bottle of $6 coke. Now I know why they keep pushing water on you. Waitress was recommending apps and I explained I wasn't starving and didn't have a ton of time. Plus biscuits & jam? An iceberg wedge salad (is it 1996?)? The charcuterie board sounded great but not for $42. I ordered the blackened salmon with just olive relish because it just sounded like a LOT with olive relish, pesto and something else plus blackened. I wanted to taste the salmon. The waitress asked if that was it because it didn't come with any sides or anything. Strange... But okay. I said yes that was fine She asked if medium was okay I said yes. When my piece of fish on a plate came, I took a bite And it seemed a little bit dry and well done. So I decided to cut through the whole piece to make sure I wasn't crazy and it was definitely dry and well done. When the server asked if everything was okay I told her that it was definitely way overcooked and unfortunately I didn't have time to wait for another one but the flavor was okay. She frowned. A few minutes later she came back and as I went to ask for the check so I could be ahead of the game She already had it in her hand. I was paying with cash and I sat the bills on the check and she asked if I needed change and I said no. What she did next kind of bothered me. She fluttered the bills like counting them in front of me at my table ... I might look sweaty and tired after a 5-hour drive in the Florida Sun but I have worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants on Clearwater and St Pete beaches. I would never ever attempt to count money sitting in front of a customer. It was almost as if she didn't trust me to pay the full bill I guess? Maybe I looked a little out of place to her? Because I've been a server for many many years I always tip well and above 20%. However, the check showed a big bold total after an 18% gratuity and after the server checking to make sure I gave her enough cash I decided the 18th they suggested was plenty. I was so damn close to asking for my change but I have more class than that. Yes, Even when exhausted, hungry and not dressed to impress. The manager or owner was standing at the door when I left and didn't bother to ask me how everything was. Maybe he thought I wasn't important enough for his $50 piece of overcooked fish too There are hundreds of restaurants within a few miles of this one. This was the only one that didn't have but two people in the place after 5. I should have taken that as a sign.

This was one of the best restaurants I have been to in the world! It has an unassuming exterior but what makes it amazing is the vibes, and the food! I really like this place. The food was excellent as was the service. It is price appropriately for the area that it is in. All of the food is all cart, so you’ll need to order your sides that you want to eat. But everything tasted excellent. That said, you’re gonna need to find parking as the restaurant does not provide any parking there. There is plenty of parking on the street.

We had the chicken and waffles which was five stars!! Definitely would order again but was expensive at $42. The rib eye steak frites was over cooked as we asked for medium rare but came out well done. For $66 I’d expect more. We had a flight to catch so didn’t have time to send it back or ask for a new one. The salmon was cooked well but over salted at $36. Ambiance and service was great! Overall a 3/5 stars and on the expensive end.

Great ambiance, great service, decent food, Miami prices! I stopped in for dinner with friends. We decided to order two orders of 1/2 fried chicken and was informed the entrees do not include a side. So we order mac and cheese and my wife ordered brussels. We also order one drink. The chicken was decent, mac and cheese was good but my wife didn't like the brussels. Our bill was $103 for 1/2 chicken with mac and cheese and brussels and one martini. A little pricey for me but overall a good dinner and setting for a date or to chill with friends. I would recommend this place but be prepared to spend some money.

My boyfriend and I came to Miami for vacation and decided on YardBird after visiting the D.C. location. Annabel was our server, and she was charismatic, warm, and well-versed in the menu. She made us feel special and well taken care of to the point that we dined there on back-to-back days. Both experiences were exceptional due to her high-level service. Drinks great… apps great (got the fried green tomato BLT and the wedge salad), and had the chicken and waffles which lacked flavour and seasoning. For a $42 entree I expect better flavour and well seasoned chicken. Overall mediocre meal that was overly pricey for what was ordered.

When your server is happy to have you in, you feel it from beginning to end. She fell right in to our comedic banter and even gave some comic relief herself. What a pleasant surprise tonight. I hope your server is always Ms. KUNIKA because she is spectacular. I go for the chicken & waffles because both are savory and to die for. The short rib dinner was cleaned off the plate so it must have been good for my husband who is a foodie. We paid with our inkind app which saves us money (try it). Our negatives about the place are always the same: The music is too loud and the a/c is too cold, but that's all. The food for our 4 visits this year has always been consistently good. I will be asking for Ms. Kunika next visit. Great location in Miami Beach. ♡♡

We were there for brunch this weekend and Michelle was truly a breath of fresh air. The food was amazing, sure: the chicken and waffles, the fried green tomatoes?? Just delightful. And don’t get me started on the lemon meringue pie pancakes — clouds of excellence in your mouth. But the service was unparalleled and Michelle is well worth the hype. Knowledgeable, patient, and witty to boot? Can’t wait to come back and brunch again soon. I just have to call and see when Michelle has her next shift 🙃

We went to Yardbirds last evening for dinner. Read great reviews and not knowing the area, decided to try it. Wow, were we surprised! Not only was the atmosphere welcoming but the lady who showed us to our seats was friendly and related her mother's advice to where one should always place their handbag...😁 Then we were introduced to Ricky our AMAZING server. Extremely pleasant, professional and great with suggestions from the menu. The food was outstanding...crispy fried chicken, cornbread, macaroni and cheese, delicious salads and vegetables. We all thought we couldn't possibly have room for dessert, but on Ricky's recommendation, we ordered the banana pudding cheesecake. It was the best way to top off our wonderful night! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Miami Beach who is looking for the best Southern food...quite a pleasant surprise...great food and great people!!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Yardbird Table & Bar! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and service were top-notch. The drinks were incredible, especially the mojito made with homemade watermelon juice. As someone who has had to avoid fried chicken for a dozen years due to gluten-free needs, I was blown away by their gluten-free chicken and waffles. The waffles were legit—perfectly fluffy on the inside—and the homemade syrup and hot sauce were the perfect accompaniments. My wife ordered the shrimp and grits, and she said it was the best she’s ever had. The texture was perfect, and the flavors were spot on. Overall, the drinks were really good, and the entire experience was five stars. We can't wait to come back!

There in mid-April, sat on the patio. Beautiful restaurant, great staff. The food was very good (got both fried chicken and rotisserie), but I can't say enough about the brussel sprouts. They were so crispy with deep flavor, so well balanced.

Our favorites were the chicken and waffles, the grits alone are fantastic and pairing it with shrimp is divine. Lastly, I had the protein bowl which was so light and nourishing. It was the perfect amount of protein for the day. All beverages, non-alcoholic and spirit forward were great. Honestly, you can't choose wrong. I will for sure be coming back.

Hi, if you are reading reviews trying to figure out if you should eat here... The answer is ABSOLUTELY!!! So I will paint the picture of the experience my husband and I had. We walked in and were greeted by smiling faces. Jeremy and Nick, the managers, treated us like royalty. Jeremy came over and chatted with us it's like we've known him for years. He made us feel like we were the only patrons in the restaurant. Then they found out it was our anniversary and they both gave us some special surprises. This was unexpected and over the top. Thank u so much! Our server Yurguen was fabulous. His suggestions and honesty were awesome. We got the prefixed lunch, which is a great deal. We ordered chicken and waffles, fried green tomatoes and keylime pie, blacken salmon, and wedge salad. Fried oreo dessert, smoked brisket biscuits, crispy brussels, and southern street corn 🌽 It was all so delicious. We had such a great time that we came back the next week.  Had the same incredible experience.  Our server this time was Andres.  He attended to our every need. The food was outstanding.  We got a chance to try the bourbon bacon chocolate  cake.  Can i just say wow?  It's enormous and so tasty.  It's the best cake if you are a chocolate lover.  I could go on and on, but i would rather you head to the restaurant and have as of an enjoyable experience as we did :) I will end this review by saying Yardbird restaurant was absolutely, positively delicious. The upscale atmosphere is so classy and yet so welcoming. The service is top-notch. This restaurant is a well-oiled machine. All the employees work together as a team and truly make you feel like family. I can say that without a shadow of a doubt, this is our favorite restaurant. Thanks for making my husband and I truly feel like we are VIPs.

Loved the host, I believe his name was Mitchell. He provided outstanding service and is a good salesman for Yardbird because we definitely bought those delicious biscuits that he suggested! The atmosphere was great. The ribs is a yes but my Mac and cheese was disappointing and my rotisserie chicken was on the dry side. I can honestly say I will try it again though.

Wow wow wow all I can say. Food was really good but the service we received by Kunika was just outstanding. So attentive, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Service like that is not found everywhere. Everything she recommended was really good. We had the watermelon mojito that was so refreshing, the ribs and chicken and waffles were sooo good. Will be returning.

Top notch food at fair prices for south beach. Server was great, hostess not so much. Just passing through but would definitely return! Came during lunch and got a pre fixe menu with chicken & waffles, app & dessert for $29!

Came with a large party, the restaurant was able to accommodate us easily. We ordered just about every dish on the menu. My favorite was the chicken and waffles. Hamburger was also good. Food came out quick.

If you’re looking for southern charm or something a bit different for typical Miami Beach cuisine — checkout Yardbird. They are known for their fried chicken and in our experience that absolutely did not disappoint. The chicken was fresh, well seasoned, juicy, and fall off the bone tender. If that wasn’t enough, the hot honey took it to a whole other level of delicious. The classic eggs benny was probably the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. Finally, the drinks were balanced and refreshing. The watermelon sling and Yardbird old fashioned accompanied our meal perfectly. Pro tip: pair your cocktails with the skillet cornbread for a delicious salty/sweet experience with a jalapeño kick. I’m pretty confident everything here is amazing 10/10

Very cool experience and Kunika is an ABSOLUTE delight! So pleasant and funny and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a really good time, largely because of her service! Food is fire though too lol!

The Yard Bird is one of my favorite spots for brunch. We drove 4 hours to Miami for brunch last weekend and Jeremy, the manager, went out of his way to ensure that we enjoyed our visit. Jeremy and his team took such great care of us. The pastry chef went above and beyond the call of duty by making the most scrumptious blueberry French toast fritters, just for us! The crème brûlée waffles, shrimp and grits, and chicken and waffles were absolutely amazing! Our server, Ricky, was attentive and provided exceptional customer service. Special thanks to Jeremy and his team for making our dining experience incredible! We’ll definitely be back!

The only brunch place i love in Miami,but its quite expensive for family 3 adults and 2 little kids. 300+ tips + services fee for Sunday brunch. But oh well we’re on vacation, i had the waffles chicken fried, lobster mac and cheese, their fries is good too, love the mimosas, they made it so perfect. My family food was good too and they had kids menu.

My husband and I came back after 7 years when we had our first date at Yardbird - it might be a little of nostalgia, but we loved it! We ordered shrimp and grits + chicken and waffles. So good! Our server, Kunika was prompt and friendly. Great customer service from her and the hostess. We will be coming back for dessert next time! (Fried Oreos suggested by Kunika!)

I went there with my girlfriend we ordered “the bird “ chiken has the smell my girlfriend couldnt eat it. I was hungry it wasnt too much smell and problem for me I ate but when I came home I felt sick. Dont eat the chicken there. I didnt want to say nothing to waiter because he didnt ask how was the food. It was a bit disappointing.
