The service was awful. They forgot to give the ordered drink to my friend who ordered ahead of me. Then, they did the same thing to me when I ordered. The line inside and out was outrageous. Then someone spilled their drink in the lobby, and no one could figure out how to clean it up. The girl who finally went out with a dust pan and roll of paper towels was speaking to someone about how she was going to take a picture of the mess. How about a mop? The bathrooms were disgusting. I'll never go there again.

My husband and I just left there. We ordered two meals with five piece tenders and fries and a regular size loaded fries with all that food coming up close to $40. We were only given two sauces when I asked if we can have another sauce. The one lady asked me did I want to exchange one or we can purchase one. I said no I would like another sauce I spent a decent amount of money. I have two meals averaging 10 piece chicken fingers and I only have two sauces to use that is ridiculous and then a guy manager came over and said something about price inflation of the sauces or whatever is going on with them but that doesn’t matter the point is we spent a lot of money. We have a lot of food and only have two sauces to use. Do better

The night shift sucks I ordered 2 6 chicken finger plate and the 3 nibble meal with cheese cake bites they didn’t give me all of my food and even had me to park to wait and when I called they started they can’t refund or replace the order due to being closing and only offered a card to be sent in the mail in which I spent 49.00 in total for me to wait for a card in the mail is ridiculous. They could have offered to replace the item that was missing and for me to pick it up the next day this is extremely disappointing for the amount of time I come to Zaxby’s and for the manger to be rude as well wanting to hung up on me for saying a one cuss word and it was not even to her she also gave me a fake website to make a complaint like really. Signed extremely unhappy customer.

How about your employees learn to fn listen! If someone has an allergy to something, then fn listen and make sure you don't kill the customer. Corporate has been called over this. You all are absolutely horrible at listening and you could've cost someone their life today. Fn idiots!!!

I ordered in the drive thru I ordered an order of fried pickles and a family pack of tenders. I got home and they only gave me 10 pickles for my fried pickle. I don’t recall that being an order of fried pickles. I’m pretty upset about that I really like their pickles I won’t be ordering from this Zaxby’s ever again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life ❗️ this worker to the far left was the rudest most unprofessional person you could ever meet and her manager didn’t help the situation and stated she was correct on how she threw a Zax sauce at me for asking for an extra on I was willing to pay 25 cents for you don’t throw food at a human being no matter the situation ❗️

The whole floor upon walking in was sticky and not just a little. The soda machine looked like it’s never been cleaned and the soda was flat and the flavor of the coke freestyle has to be out there was no flavor. The food was lack luster two of my French fries weren’t cooked. Two of my chicken fingers looked like a bite was taken off the end and the Texas toast was half toasted. Regardless this place was packed at 3 in the afternoon and service was trying. Tried to eat what I could with a small child but won’t stop here again. This location needs a refresh.

Ordered the southern shrimp meal. Not very good and was not impressed with it.

It was a busy Sunday afternoon. Sports teams coming into the restaurant so it was not very clean with all the traffic and had to wait for a table. Good was OK. The vest part is the ice for the drinks.

Horrible customer service experience regarding staff error AND based on how your Asst Mngr (Tailes) and crew member (Abigail) addressed other staff while customer-facing. I ordered traditional wings n' things but received boneless wings (I checked my food before leaving restaurant). I alerted staff. The very 1st thing she did, instead of fixing the problem, was telling the cashier the error she made. She then tells me that she has to charge me the difference, despite it being their error, not mine. No problem. She rang the difference, I paid. She then says that she needs my entire tray back. I ask if she can just give her the boneless wings back b/c the rest of my food is fine. She said no b/c it was store policy to take all food back and remake it. I said, well, can I just open my tray for you to take the wings? No. So, as she walks to the back, I decide that I'd rather just have a refund, as I didn't want to wait longer than I already had. The Assnt manager comes over for a refund. She has to do 2 refunds due to the price I originally paid, plus the different of the traditional wings versus incorrect boneless wings. In the course of the transaction she says, oh we just charged you for 2 sauces, instead of the actual difference. ??????? Okay, whatever. A different crew member walks over to report an error with a different guest's order and that she threw the fries away. Assnt mngr says, Why would you throw them away?" Her tone was NASTY and again, this is in front of customers. I said, there is no need to talk to her like that. You don't correct an action like that, especially in front of your patrons! She states, well it's been a hectic day! NO EXCUSE. You do not take your stress out on other people you work with, PERIOD. I was so disappointed in the way the staff talked to one another, even moreso than the error with my food. Restaurants will always have hectic days, especially at peak times. DO BETTER.

Chicken is always over cooked and dry and chewy unless its grilled. When specify special instructions such as extra or without nine times out of ten screw it up and get it wrong. And please get rid of styrofoam containers. They cheating chemicals that bad for your health when heated and food that’s hot melts it and those chemicals are being sent into our food.

The worse customer service ever. And they charge .25 cent for sauce. Paying .25 is not a problem is the way they speak to you. I spent $40.00 . I ask for one sauce .25 . Wow I love zaxbys but this one doesn't have good customer service at all.

Very expensive small portions and not tasty at all

This place needs an upgrade. The fries never have any seasoning on them and are cold and soggy. And if you ask someone to remake them it is always an issue or they argue with you about it. They act as if they don’t believe you. This is the only reason we buy fries from here because when they are fried all the way and not soggy and actually have seasoning on them they are delicious! But the last couple times we have come it has not been great. The floor is always sticky’s the drink machine is filthy. The drink machine was out of half of its flavors. It was filthy and needed to be wiped down on the inside and out. The floors and countertops were sticky and gross. This place has had a rough time lately. And some of the workers are just not friendly people and they are the faces you see when you walk in. Whoever owns this place needs to train their workers and do better.

Zaxbys is my go to but night was not it . I came in and order a to go order got a number 1 with a large sweet tea that only came with 2 chicken tenders cold fries also order two order's of cheese bites that much had been just sitting under a heat light. So now wife is waiting for pizza to get here

The manager Lee was non helpful when I called in asking about a question and he proceeded to call me “bud” as if I was a child and as I was voicing my concerns he hung up on me. That’s not good customer service. Decided to call back and he refused to talk to me. I do not recommend this place to anyone because this customer service is awful. Go to a different zaxbys if you must but this place is ran by a joke of a man. I hope you see this Lee and become a better General manager

Place is closed for remodel. Drove from Orlando to this location and nothing is posted that it is closed. Very disappointed.

I know they try but let's put the aces in their places folks. Waited quite some time before I received our family's order. Thought... let me just check it quickly while I'm here. Sure enough, order was missing items. They seemed overwhelmed. Have your expediter make sure the order is correct before handing it out. Even if you're busy.

The meals here are amazing. Better flavor and choices than other chicken chains. The hot sauce selection is terrific!

Zaxby's is probably my favorite place for chicken and every location I go to is on top of the orders and making sure every customer is taken care of in a timely matter. The only issue I have is on the corporate level for pricing, $31 for 20 fingers is crazy. Delicious chicken, crazy prices.

Terrible experience. I purchased a 3 piece chicken combo and the chicken was very fatty. every bite i took was fat. I called the manger and he says if i had the food still they'd remake it. That's absurd i'm not going to dig in the trash for the food. I have the receipt and that should be enough. The manager said i could go online and they might send me a coupon LOL Terrible place. I do not recommend.

This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with a fast food chain. This place is horrible from the food, service, management and ownership. In a nutshell, if I was Zaxby's I would revoke this owners (David) I'm told franchise agreement. I can tell by the way his staff, service and food that the owner isn't vested in his store or uphold what the franchise claims to be. I can confidently say that it would be highly unlikely that I would ever have this horrible of an experience with a Chick-fi-la or Cane's. Further, it's pretty evident that this is not a one off but a way in which no one cares about this store. I came from Walmart @ about 9pm and got a salad, rude drive thru person, unprofessional in the background of drive-thru. Got home salad (see pic) was served. I call and was supposed to get a manage and didn't but the lady relayed the message. I was told since they were closing and I was not driving back to come in tomorrow and I could get refund. I advised that I have my receipt as well as pictures of the food. Had my daughter go out of her way to go get the salad and was treated very rudely and told by the manager that their policy their owner (David's) policy is that you have to bring the receipt and food back to get a return! Really, lol! So I need to keep a already almost rotten salad over night, keep it in my car pn my two hour commute and keep it in my car all day....And you should already know when you made the salad that it shouldn't have been served, like what. Long story short my daughter paid cash for two more salads (out of hunger) and embarrassment that an establishment is this petty and should be ashamed to serve this food, treat people in this fashion and run an organization serving food that would impact peoples health. So to the owner who is only reachable through the Zaxby survey...your failing your people, your customers and Zaxby's brand. By the way, I was hung up on by the manager Ashley as she didn't care much about her managerial position, my concern or the restaurants brand. Sounds like bad ownership to me. Do better, you making all this money and out here representing yourself like this....smh. You can keep the $11.12 cause seems you need it more than me. This was my first couple of encounters with Zaxby's and my last. I'd rather get a salad from Wendy's

Very nice place to have a bite to eat

Its just chicken. It's hit or miss with this place. The service depending on time of day you go is either really good or really bad. Instead of actually working the staff will stand around and talk. We waited 45 minutes for food While 6 other people who came in after we did got served before us.

Havent been here for a while. Very disappointed. Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Wings Combo with Fries and Toast. The Fries and the Toast used to be crispy and fresh. Limp Fries and sad tasting Toast. The Wings were O.K., nothing to be excited about. Service for pick up was great and energetic. Prob won't be back. Too many places in Town with better wing options.

I transplanted from California to Florida. We don't have zaxbys in California. The signature sandwich was delicious. So much flavor. The spicy sauce and fries were great. The price is fair. If I had 1 complaint it would be the chicken patty size was small. Other than that it was top notch.

I used the Zaxby's app alot ,to deliver food not only did they forget my large tea they charged 7.00 for delivery when I called to complain they said they deliver thru a 3rd party ( door dash) and for me to call them , when I did call the last order I had on their app was KFC ( a previous order) so my Zaxby's order never showed on their site therefore NO TEA. ...and I could of went strait to door dash and had a 0.00 delivery fee and gotten my tea .. I then deleted the Zaxby's app ... I love their food . especially the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries but felt like I was mislead on the Zaxby's app itself that's why I gave one star for service
