The best restaurants serving Otras cocinas food in Waynesboro

Excellent place for breakfast. Servings are very adequate. Surroundings and service make this a great place for a meal.

It took 15 minutes to get a cappuccino. No offering to warm up the pastry, and the cappuccino came in a to-go cup instead of a mug, with no lid. The piano music in the background was fabulous, though.
