My wife and I dined with 11 Maple for her birthday and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. This was one of the best culinary experiences we have come across. The food, presentation, atmosphere and staff were so warm and welcoming. We have already shared our pictures and experience with loved ones and we are chomping at the bit to make another reservation for a special occasion. Highly recommend!

I have been enjoying 11 Maple for many (20+) years. What was once a culinary delight has turned to a gross disappointment. I had the sautéed Conch which was so inundated with Balsamic Vinegar that it could have been chicken, beef, gator, or any meat. It tasted like pure reduced balsamic Vinegar. I also ordered the seared tuna which was cooked to a gray color, not seared. The Focaccia bread was black, which the waitress assured us it was how she liked it. Unfortunately, I will be challenged to return here again despite my enjoyment of this venue since high school. Something has dramatically changed.

Wonderful service, beautiful and delicious food. We've been here many times in the past four years and each meal has been great.

My husband & I had our 10 year anniversary dinner here tonight & it was PERFECT. The staff was amazing - attentive, super nice & very personable (Susan & Martha). The atmosphere was SO cozy, warm, eclectic, intimate - literally perfect. The food presentation was top notch - so beautiful! The quality of the food was incredible, as was the attention to detail. My husband had the elk & I had the short rib. They were out of the chocolate torte we were hoping to try BUT their recommendation of the coconut cake was absolutely incredible. Hands down one of the best desserts we've ever had. The restaurant itself is breathtaking, yet simple. They knew it was our anniversary & sat us in a private front room with a gorgeous view of the outside gardens. The front of the restaurant is hidden behind beautiful flowers and the bougainvillea is a perfect photo op! Oh and they even printed special "Happy 10th Anniversary" menus for us! This place is a hidden gem! After our meal we walked around and every table is cute & cozy in it's own way. Just a beautiful place!

Amazing dining experience in a unique converted house. Been going since 1990. In Alabama now and always try to squeeze a meal there when we are on holiday.

Not a fan of fancy food so we were hesitant...food outstanding, service outstanding, atmosphere outstanding....just a wonderful experience

The restaurant could have easily had five stars, except for a few serious missteps. The restaurant was only 50% full, yet they choose to give us the worse seat in the restaurant. We were literally beside the service station, at most 2 feet away, and just mere inches from the bathroom door. The entire evening there was a constant clattering from the service station. Apparently every customer in the restaurant had to use the bathroom facilities. We were so close to the bathroom door that most of the customers politely acknowledged us, as if we were the guardians of the toilet. It was was awful, distracting, and greatly diminished our dining experience. We shared an appetizer, but they did not provide side plates for sharing, and they only gave us one set of chopsticks for two people. We had to flag down our server and ask for plates and chopsticks. Unfortunately they could not locate another pair of their lovely chopsticks, but they did find a pair that they appparently pick up at a Publix's sushi stand. Our server was apologetic, but said it was the "best" she could do. The entrées and dessert were perfection. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. Sadly, the lack of attention to detail and the dreadful seating made our dining experience less than desirable.

Love 11 Maple. It is my secret pleasure as a "must do" when in Jensen Beach. Artfully prepared, delicious food, in an adorable location. What's not to love?!

The ceviche and duck was great, also the beet salad. BUT - do not serve room temperature Chardonnay!

My wife and I were there just last night to celebrate our anniversary. We had been at 11 Maple St. before. The ambiance, as always, was very nice and our entries were excellent. No complaints there. But the service was not at par with the rest of the experience. We felt quite rushed by the waitress (who was very nice). We just wanted to enjoy our dinner calmly, take our time, but it felt like she was trying to move us from appetizer to entree to dessert very quickly. It was annoying. In addition, the dessert (coconut cake) was subpart and so was the port wine we ordered with it, especially at $20 per chalice! So, all things considered, I think that 3 starts is far.

I have loved this place for many years. Chef-owned, lovely atmosphere and the vegetarian plate is always extra special! My SO and I have been here three or four times the past couple of months. He has tried something different every time and hasn't been blown away like I always am (it would be nice to see a menu change). All that being said, the service has been a very low caliber than what a restaurant like this should offer. Food coming out at different times, reaching across to serve and clear, bread plates and menus lingering too long, pouring our own wine, and far too long between service and the server coming to check on us. Make a reservation as they have three seatings.

Beautiful ambience and the bread was delicious. Everything was artfully plated. Three stars because of the food. Elk short rib even the crab cake sweet sweet sweet where should have been savory. Mashes all sweet too. Crab cake More mayo than meat. Temperature and texture were great. Garlic to spread on bread should always be squeezed out. So messy. Short ribs do not need Chinese five-spice ever. That said we are cognizant that American taste typically is sugar sugar sugar sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet. Balsamic should be in moderation if used. Wait staff very friendly attentive the waitress had trouble two times getting our checks correct 3 people 2 checks. Ceviche very fruit forward lovely citrus. Spinach was simple and delicious with parmesan. Vegetables were nice and crisp not mushed into oblivion. Curious as to if there's any plans to elevate these things ? Changes would make this a place to frequent and highly recommend rather than having to include a disclaimer. Thank you.

We went with friends. The restaurant is small with a very nice vibe to it. Our waitress was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The menu is very, very limited. We started off with sourdough bread and focaccia which were good. Picking an entree from the limited items and different preparations was challenging. We all decided on short ribs. When I asked for a different potato our pleasant server said she didn’t think the chef would make the substitution. This is one of my pet peeves in a restaurant. It’s a service business take care of customers unless the request is unreasonable. Switching from one type of potato to another should not be an issue. Eventually it got done. The others also ordered short ribs. They came out presented beautifully. They were tender but not cooked properly. The vegetables were overly spiced. The dessert selection was also limited so we passed. Other people really like this restaurant. We did not. We have eaten in some of the best restaurants in Florida and New York and this just doesn’t measure up.

The food was okay if you are used to more traditional meats you won't like this place. The server was not pleasant. She could definitely be nicer and less pushy on ordering. The place is very small in every aspect. Parking is not great all they have is valet parking.

Open only few days a week ( Thursday to Saturday), a beautiful garden house, converted to a restaurant with such unique and elegant food by Chef Michael Perrin. We were here for my friend’s birthday celebration, and for the special occasion, and to honor the Birthday Girl, they printed here name on the menu. This was a special touch added to our experience 🥹❤️ Items ordered: ~FRESH-BAKED WALNUT SOURDOUGH BREAD with Herbed Goat Cheese, Salsa Verde, Roasted Garlic ~FRESH JUMBO LUMP CRAB CAKE with Fried Green Tomato, Carrot Reduction, Saffron Aioli ~Pan-Seared Rear Wahoo 🐟with Homemade spicy Kimchi, pickled Onions, and crispy fried Scallops. (one of the top dishes tried there 🤩) Definitely recommend this and absolutely revisiting to try other options 😍🤞 Do suggest you to make reservations prior to your visit as they have limited seating. We have been going here since 1996 and it’s still a perfect little place. Has nice ambiance .a good wine list and fabulous food!

Unique setting. Friendly staff. Artistic presentations. Somewhat limited menu for me given my allergy to walnuts and chef’s use of them in a number of items. Focaccia simply fabulous as was crab cake, tuna and short ribs. My friends raved about coconut dessert which they shared .. but again walnuts😕. Avoid the conch. All but inedible. Soaked in a syrupy sweet caramel that overpowers other tastes. Just awful and my friend hardly touched it yet server didn’t ask why. Unfortunately overall experience tainted when they misplaced one of our credit cards and took better part of ten minutes to solve the issue. They make every effort to make it a memorable experience but the gaffe at end left me walking out wishing I’d felt better about my evening. Been here before so had high expectations. May give it another try.

The presentation was beautiful. And being many times before at this restaurant, we scheduled this place for a birthday event. But this time we were disappointed as the food arrived burned (pizza) and crab cakes were burned on the bottom. And bringing a new guest to a place we highly spoken about, turned out to be an embarrassing, burnt food occasion. Very disappointed

The food was amazing. However, we stood at the door for over 15 min where no one even spoke to us. It's a very small crowded place so there was no where to go and the people that were also waiting with us were confused as to how it worked.

Sadly this will be our last anniversary spent at 11 maple. Food is spectacular but the service is horrible. Our waitress was so incredibly rude she made us feel as if we were more of a burden to her than anything. Rushing us from the moment we sat down until the very end. After spending 242$ this is just unacceptable. You need to Hire younger friendlier staff that enjoys making good money and isn’t so miserable.

Overall I would have to say this was the best restaurant we have found in treasure coast. The ambiance, the staff, presentation and flavor were all amazing. For the prices it is definitely worth it, the owner is the chef and has been cooking for around 40 years. Definitely worth giving it a try. The reservations fill up quick. Also not pictured the peanut butter pie was amazing too.

Had the most incredible meal in a very long time last weekend. I will be going back here often and looking forward to every moment. I love the place but it has gone from expensive to very expensive and the portions have decreased. My wifecand I dine at this establishment around Valentines Day.

I thought it was interesting (in a bad way) that they add a 20% gratuity to parties of 5 or more. Especially when you're buying $100 bottles of wine.

Like being in a Hallmark movie atmosphere! EVERYTHING exquisite! Still dreaming with the elk! Service was amazing and to make it even more enjoyable, we had a rainy night! Fifth time - never fails. Food is amazing. They made us stand around 15 minutes for some reason eve though our table was clearly ready. Wine list is extensive but exotic- very hard to pick.

Amazing dinner at 11Maple Street. Ordered the sour dough bread with spreads, ceviche, duck and my husband ordered the Elk (no pic). Angela was our server (request her section); she is very knowledgeable and awesome. The entire staff is very accommodating and courteous. Can’t wait to dine there again.

It’s a must if you want a whimsical dining experience, the food is amazing and the staff are friendly. Dress up or down, somehow the vibe is just accepting. The house is adorable and the set back lo canton is very private

I rarely knock a restaurant, but this one was a big disappointment. The atmosphere was worn down and felt dirty, the service was average at best and the food quality was lacking.

This restaurant is a beautiful little gem! The vibe is a mix between Italy and New Orleans. It's kind of hard to explain, but it really works. I love how peaceful the restaurant atmosphere is, great music, but low enough that you can have a conversation without yelling across the table. The food was absolutely amazing. It's worth every single penny. The short rib fell apart when just touched by my fork and favor profile was astonishing. The hanger steak barely needed to be chewed it was so tender. And again, the favor was superb. We came in for a business trip overnight, and the wife and I were exhausted by the trip. Even in our travel clothes, we were accepted in like honored guests. But this restaurant is worth the extra time to get dressed up and enjoy a night out with your spouse. I would rate this an actual Valentines Day restaurant. That's my highest praise as in my household Valentines Day is like Christmas.

Simply the best restaurant in all of Florida. I don't know if the food is best or is it the presentation of the food. This place has always been amazing 👏. I drove an hour each way for this meal and I would do it again and again.

Maple Street is the best ever! Back again last night (eight of us) and everything is different and great tasting! Better than anything you have ever had before! I have been in the business in NY and the Caribbean. The entre you order is one delicious thing but the surrounding assortment of vegetables and side dishes are even better! A great dining experience! And the help is wonderful!

Unfortunately, the spider webs in the men's room above the sink was the reason for 1 star. Attention to detail

We had a wonderful time at 11 Maple st. The service was excellent and the food was out of this world.I tried the conch in a balsamic based sauce and it was unbelievable. I always considered conch to be tough but this was as tender as can be. The flavor was amazing. If you want a dinner to remember this is the place to go. This is not your typical Florida tourist spot.

1st, outstanding food! Expensive, but what isn't these days. The atmosphere is charming but the tables for 2 are too small, we had items falling off the edge and were constantly moving plates around . Our server was excellent but unfamiliar with the wine list and as mire people came in we began to notice how thin she was spread. The overall experience was good except for time. We showed up at 650 for our 7pm reservations and they couldn't seat us, not really an issue except there is no bar to wait at ( no bartender available) and when we came back at 659...we had to wait in line to get in? Getting out was not easy either. After leaving the bill caddy on the edge of the table for 10 minutes with my credit card sticking out and trying to catch our waitresses attention I let my lady go ahead and step outside and hear music and enjoy the weather, after a bathroom trip and return it was still sitting unprocessed. I finally just paid cash and left. Again an overall good experience but they need to add another staff of some sort to help with the load. Look forward to returning again and seeing the improvements.

My husband took me for my birthday, everything was delicious. The place was amazing. It's a very romantic place. This by far is the best restaurant in the entire treasure Coast. We will definitely come back.

Food was delicious and the ambiance is wonderful. Presentation is excellent. The servers were great. Just realize that there are NO substitutions or sauces on the side. This isn't Burger King. You don't get it your way. You get it the way it is intended or not at all.

Had dinner at 11Maple last night for anniversary. The ambiance, service and food were all excellent. We had the conch small plate, as well as the short rib and crab cake. Valet parking is available. The restaurant is located in a cozy, renovated home, so might be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues.

The waiters were very professional & attentive to our needs. The food was delicious & well presented. The house style restaurant is delightful with intimate dining locations indoor & out. The white picket fence around the location just draws you straight to the front door. Would like to have one vegetarian option as a main dish on the menu, but did enjoy this experience ❤️ great place for a date or birthday celebration. Highly recommend.

We've been visiting this establishment for many years. ITs located in Jensen Beach Fl. On Maple street hence the mane. Its a converted old Florida style house with eclectic style/seating. Menu is limited but everything is prepared to order and in all the years we've been going there, they have never disappointed. We miss Margie, the owners wife who baked the most wonderful desserts especially her bread puddings! The Mago one was not to be missed. They have wonderful wines/wine list and many top tier wines can be enjoyed by the glass. That being said I was a little disappointed when our server brought my second serving of wine in a regular glass and poured it into my empty goblet.....never had that happen before!!! If you are in the areas try it you won't be disappointed.

You go to this restaurant for the culinary experience, as well as a unique decoration! Depending on what you pick, you'll some amazing French and Japanese inspired flavors. Service was excellent and the restaurant is small so it's not overcrowded. Definitely a must try, and do yourself a favor, take the surdough bread as an appetizer!

The duck entree was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. My partner got the elk which was also delicious. It’s pricey but it’s one of those kind of meals you eat to celebrate food at a high quality aspect. It’s worth saving up for. Yum!! 🤤 🦆

It's clear to see why there is a limited menu. The duck was superb, including the veggies served with it. The short ribs were perfect. the presentation appetizing. Both the hostess and server made the evening comfortable. We celebrated our 35th anniversary in the absolutely best place. My kudos and thanks to the chef!

Undeniably the best restaurant in Stuart/Jensen. Food, service, and atmosphere all in abundance. Take a loved one and spoil yourselves. You’ll be happy you did.

We dined last night at this high end Restaurant and unfortunately the experience wasn't as good as on previous visits. The food was absolutely divine but the service was very slow and unattentive and we felt like we were forgotten, even though the Restaurant was pretty empty. We ordered a bottle of Brunello and the wine was lukewarm at best and we each had a different size and shape of glassware, not a great start. As we were finish with our dinner it took about 15 min before the plates were cleared of the table. Instead of having one of their beautiful desserts we just wanted the check and leave.

First time there will definitely return. When my husband made reservation they will personalize your menu. Our menu had happy 10th anniversary which was such a wonderful surprise. The food presentation was amazing everything was delicious highly recommend getting the bread with the three toppings. If it's just two of you a half a loaf will definitely be plenty.

11 Maple is the place we go for family special events. Period. We have had everything on the menu and most things multiple times - never disappointed.

Excellent food! My hubby had the hanger steak; it was so good. I had the wahoo; I would say woohoo. lol Wine list for us was so so. The restaurant itself is in an old house from 1905. When u walk in, it smelled like my grandparents house. That is the only reason why I gave it a 4 instead of 5.

My husband took me for my birthday. They printed a special birthday menu for me, which I thought was really sweet. The service was exceptional and the food was life changing. We shared the Pan Seared Rare Wahoo Sushi Loin with Spicy Kimchi and crispy scallops as an appetizer and it was to die for! I ordered the Grilled Wagyu Hanger Steak and my husband got the Grilled New Zealand Elk, both were unbelievable. The most delicious and memorable meal we’ve ever had! We will DEFINITELY be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been bringing friends to 11 Maple Street for two years after a considerable hiatus ( visited often in the 80s) - we’ve eaten our way through the menu at least three times in six separate visits, lately. Would like to see something new on the menu but it’s no hardship to eat from the same selections. I remember the first time I had polenta was there, decades ago, under a perfect rack of lamb. The Wahoo is amazing, the hangar steak and accompaniments without peer, the beet salad, the ceviche - my companions love the ribs and I twice had a bbq shrimp special that blew my mind. The focaccia appetizer is to die for, as if the garlic baguette with amazing toppings. I had a crab cake recently with a delicious carrot glaze ( would never have thought to combine those two flavors but it SO worked! ). Have yet to try the elk but am going again in a week. I long for the specials, and wouid kill to see the conch fritters in balsamic vinegar back in the menu regularly. Maybe more fish? I know I’m missing something here, but truly love that 11 Maple Street is still in business! Deservedly so. The food presentation is just stunning. Next week is my twins 40th birthday - both are coming specifically to have their birthday dinner at Maple Street - they love it too! And I can’t wait! SHEILA RIMER

If you are a rare meat/game meat lover, perfect. And apparently, the clientele is coming for red unusual meat. For others who like their fish cooked, skip this place. The menu has only 6 dishes total: Ceviche, Beet salad, Crab cake, Wahoo fish cooked rare, Elk, Duck and Japanese style steak. That's it. No special, and absolutely no accommodating any request such as " i prefer my fish fully cooked". So we ended up getting the crab cake, it was only one good small crabcake on one fried tomato, with nothing edible around and a bland carrot sauce. The Champagne was served at room temperature, and they would not replace it by a cold glass. Decor is worn out (exact same decor than 25 years ago, except that it is not fresh anymore). Waitresses are very nice, but it feels like their hands are tied. Prices are double than average, but that was expected, we were just hoping for a better than average dinner. We are definitely not coming back. The old wonderful 11 Maple Street is no more.

Don't go here if it's raining. The place leaks! Food was good but the ridiculous herb garnishes on top are outdated. You can't see the beautiful food underneath. Place was leaking everywhere (even on our table) and had pans collecting water that you had to maneuver around to get to and from a table. The server called it "the obstacle course." Server started out friendly enough but kept adding strange comments such as "good for you" that made the experience uncomfortable. Very limited menu with no substitutions at all. They have since removed some of the best dishes such as the octopus and haven't added anything as good as the old dishes. No vegan or vegetarian options. If you want that you get whatever the chef gives you. This place used to be one of our favorites but it seems to have gone downhill since then.

I am in the business and Maple St is the best restaurant there is! We always get two meals out of one order. (take a little bit home) We eat everything around the entre because it is all so good! Everything is the best (and different) then you have had before. Just amazing. Well worth it.

A hidden gem in Port St Lucie, the food is wonderful the wine list is very nice with many choices.

Still a wonderful place after so many years. I'm sorry that the menu had shrunk and that a signature dish like the balsamic Caicos conch is no longer available as well as the octopus. Those small plates were amazing. I hope they bring them back. Having said that, our food was flawless and delicious.

OMG, this place is simply C R A Z Y G O O D !!! This is our very favorite restaurant anywhere and it would truly be highly rated in any city within our country. Last night was a great example . I started with their grilled octopus complete with quail eggs and it was simply awesome. This is considered a medium plate, but what a start. My wife tried the Ceviche with salmon, bay scallops, wahoo & hamachi, which is a don't miss starter plate and then had their flounder entree, which no doubt, was the best flounder that we have ever had. I have been trying to choose a night when they have sturgeon fish as an entree, for I have never had it and last night was the night. OMG the grilled Sturgeon is amazing, is presented rare and Does Not Taste Like Fish at all !! Its taste is more like chicken., but with a true unique taste all its own. Their presentation are also works of art and adds to the enjoyment of such a fine dinner. Their wait staff is always amazing and very helpful and I simply highly recommend "11" and know that they will exceed your expectations !!! ps: They have a fine wine list and welcome you bringing your own with a corkage fee.

It gets $$$$, yet we keep coming back again and again Worth every, single, penny. My wife and I have eaten at many of the top restaurants in the United States, and 11 Maple Street, Jensen Beach, Florida is unique and belongs in the top tier.

Food was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a fine dining experience with a quality menu, this is the best spot in Jensen Beach.

The food and service absolutely blew me away. If you have not tried this, you are missing some of the best food you will have in your life.

What a treat. We shared small plates of three different items. Started with beet salad, then crab cake with green fried tomatoes and finished with sushi and for dessert lemon cake. The meal presentation and the quality of the food is outstanding. Our server Susan was wonderful!

First time dining experience at 11 Maple Street. Enjoyed the ambiance and service. The food was Excellent with a creative and pleasant combination of chefs creations.
