Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Very welcoming, the service was fantastic, and the food was really good. The burgers are on point! Highly recommend. The onion straws are fantastic as well. I didn't care for the tuna poke bowl or the Buffalo chicken egg rolls , but my friends did. Great selection of beers (a lot of local beers). I will be back to try more!

The whole crew is great. Ryan always is helpful and friendly.

Dillion was so good to us. We came in and he found us a spot to sit and order to go chili. Checked out the menu. It looks fabulous! We love the GameDay chili. Can't wait to go back and try the poutine and the bacon lollipop. Finding this little gem made my weekend awesome! Better yet it brought in the finale of 2023 to a fantastic end. Can't wait to go back in 2024!

First time going here and picked up a to go order. Had the tuna appetizer and the Ruben. Both were Amazing! Definitely will be back here. You would not expect food this good when you see the place initially, but let me assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Kim and Ryan are great FOH staff. Whoevers buying Stone beer, keep up the good work. New menu items are fire the egg rolls were on point and the beer was excellent. Cant go wrong with the burgers either. The Mac and cheese is some of the best around.

Food was decent for a bar. Atmosphere was pleasant. Nice place for office lunch. Update: still as good if not better than before! Update 8/2024: Still a great place for lunch!

Incredible food, tons of options and outstanding service. So much of the menu is made in house and you can absolutely tell the difference and the thought and care put into the offerings. Generous portions too. Highly recommend!

Food was incredible. There were 6 of us and we had to split everything because of how many options sounded so great. Nothing disappointed, the owner came to speak to us at the end of the meal and we had excellent conversation about the quality and consistency of all of it. Service was EXCELLENT. She was knowledgeable, easy-going, and had an answer to any and every question we had. Could not recommend this place enough

This place never disappoints. I don't know of many other places that have such a diverse food and beer menu. Man, they do everything well. And the service is excellent. Our bartender was Eric and he seemed to know everything about beer. He hooked us up right away with one of his favorite IPA's from Destihl Brewery. Then recommended the wings. And it's cliche say to say a bar has good wings, but I am picky AAMF about my wings. These were crispy and delicious, I ate most of them and my buddy had to order is own. The house made ranch for dipping just took it up a notch. The spice was nice but I should have asked for hotter, especially because I was having a couple of beers. I decided to be healthy and get the Roast Beet Salad to wash down my wings and have a lighter IPA with it. That was awesome as well. Five stars guys. PS The Burgers look excellent and definitely on my next to order list. The Ambiance of Castaways is that of a fun local bar. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed by the beer and sports decor. The staff is ready and waiting to take your order and the vibe is upbeat with locals that love to chat about beer.

Best burgers for miles around! Great service and a great selection of beer. Recommend the Black & Blue Burger with sweet potato fries 😋 The Mahi Mahi Sandwich is excellent as well. Have never been disappointed with any of the food I've ever had here.

Looking for a new pub to call home and we stumbled on this place. We feel like we could keep coming back all the time. The food was great and the beer selection is phenomenal.

Tried castaway’s for Lunch , the place is nice and clean , great atmosphere and service, food was delicious and came out quick. Will definitely come back.

Food was decent but not worth the updated prices that is not on the menu. $24 for cheeseburger with onions is excessive when you can get a stuffed firecracker burger with bacon and cheese and jalapenos for $22

Whenever we come here the food is always excellent and the beer is cold. I recommend the fish tacos and the reuben - both are some of the best in the area. My dad and I love to split the reuben for a nice late night dinner.

Well. Im here at 8:37on a Sunday. Every girl behind the bar very annoyed & rude. At 8:10 they handed me my check slapped a few loud trash bags in my ear & stated that they close early cuz thery're not cooperate & its slo tonight. K Thanx 4 nothing. The owner was nice, sorry about your Sunday Staff :(

We stopped by Saturday afternoon mid-bike ride. Tasty snacks, cold beer, friendly service, and a partially shaded outdoor patio. Perfect little break before continuing our ride.

Great tap list and delicious food-we had the margarita pizza and the whipped brie. The pizza was cooked to perfection. Service was excellent! A bit noisy with the Sunday afternoon crowd watching games on TV. Will definitively be back.

A really great place, we had a large group and visited 2 times on our vacation. We were accommodated both times with no issue. Morgan is a rockstar, amazing service. Food was great. A great atmosphere, 70 beers on tap! A variety of foods. Would highly recommend. Also, the owner was from our hometown in Michigan

Food solid, service slow and disorganized, as it got busier, service got worse. Everyone was working hard and running like rabbits from table to table but it seems like they weren't organized in any way so the faster they moved the further in the weeds they got. Maybe someone was out? The food is definitely worth a return, but I think I'll try it on a slower day away from lunchtime

Wouldn’t exactly call this a gastropub, at least not how I’ve come to know the term. More like a beer bar with above average pub food. We did a couple of appetizers. The wings were ok at best. In looking at the food coming out of the kitchen, it looks like they do a pretty good burger. Maybe next time. Excellent beer list with a nice mix of Florida and well-known national craft product. Popular spot as it was pretty full mid-afternoon on a random weekday. Would definitely go back.

This place is legit. Came in on after church with a group of 22 college kids on spring break. Filled the place up and still got great service, great food and had a wonderful time. Shoutout Marissa for real.

I’ve been going here for years, the food is always good, the seasonal items on the menu are always fun and fresh, tons of beers on draft and the staff is great!

Food is outstanding and service was fast and efficient. My husband had the mahi sandwich that was served on ciabatta bread that was excellent. I had the ahi tuna appetizer as a meal that was the best I've ever had. The chef there is outstanding with attention to detail. Great selection of beer in a pub type atmosphere. We went there because the outside seating was dog friendly, but unfortunately there were only a couple of tables and they were in the sun, so the dog had to stay in the car. We loved the food so much we went back the following week. Highly recommend.

My husband and drive past this place every weekend. Today we stopped in and had lunch. WE are very happy we did the place has a nice vibe to it, the staff is super friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers Appetizer, I ordered the Cuban sandwich my Husband had the chlil cheese dogs everything was delicious..We will definitely be stopping in again..

All around win. 70 beers or tap with nearly any option for beer, craft brew or cider that you could want. So many great food options, we opted for the Cuban sandwich with the Mac and cheese and the poutine. All was delicious!!! Service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Will go here again next time we are in the area and try new options. Definitely recommend for food and beers!

Great place to enjoy teh football game along with great beer and wonderful menu. Busy place during popular games but worth the wait.

A hidden gem! I love the gourmet mac & cheese and get it every time I go there. It's top shelf stuff. My girlfriend has ordered a lot of other dishes and has enjoyed them all. This is a bar and it can get noisy on a football weekend but that's what it is!!! Good for families. I wish they had a full bar but they do have a wide beer selection. I'm not much of a beer drinker, but it looks like a great selection. We go there often and it's a half-hour drive- that says it all.

Great food staff is always amazing

We love this pub! They not only have incredible, made from scratch food, but they also have around 70 beers on tap. It's so much fun to do beer flights and sample an amazing variety of beers from all over the world. Some of our favorite dishes are the sticky wings, the New Orleans style sandwich, the black and blue burger, the pizza, and the ahi tuna tacos. The service is top notch as well.

Absolutely incredible food and menu. Definitely one of the most delicious restaurants in the area. I’ve been here numerous times and have tried almost everything on the menu and on their seasonal menus and I’ve never been disappointed. They also have a vast selection of beers and the service is very quick. The prices are great too. Highly recommend.

A great place to enjoy a good beer. Not too loud and not too busy. The food smelled tempting and looked very tasty. Unfortunately we had already eaten.

Second visit. It was less busy than last time. Service was a little slow. I ordered a beer when we sat but never was asked if I wanted another. We had appetizers and dinner all while my beer was empty. I asked for a beer menu and it was brought over eventually but we were done dinner before the server came back. I decided against hanging out post dinner to drink more due to the service. The food is very good and the beer selection is great. Just caught them after most of Sunday football was over and they were ready to go home.

A friend and I stopped for dinner on a Sunday night. The place was busy but we were waited on and served quickly. The waitresses were very friendly. I ordered the Brussels Sprouts Flatbread and my friend ordered the Apple Jack Burger with house chips. First of all, that burger was delicious and my photo does not do it justice! The flatbread was good, but needed a little something else. I would definitely come back again to try a couple other menu items.

Great food every time! Amazing selection of fresh craft beers on draft, plus all the domestics you could ever want. Servers are attentive and friendly. Lots of TVs playing different sports. Love these guys and coming in with friends!

I’ve been to Castaways multiple times & each time I have left more than satisfied with my experience. Great food, portions, prices, service & ambiance. In my opinion, it’s the best stop right after a day at the beach. Definitely going to be coming back.

A full menu of beers!! They give a lot of thought to the appetizers, try the deep fried deviled eggs! Sounds strange, but they are awesome!

I came to this amazing place for the first time and I was hooked. Ambiance is excellent, and food unique!! I truly recommend this place to everyone.

I've passed this restaurant too many times to mention, as it's not in "traditional downtown Jensen Beach" but we had friends in town and it was raining so we stopped in around 8pm on a Thursday. The place is packed. One of the employees let us know a table would be opening up and got us sat quickly. When he heard we hadn't eaten here before, he gave us the restaurant's story, how the food is made, how often the menu is updated and why all the food "outside of the buns, ketchup and mustard" are made from scratch. It turned out to be the owner and he steered us toward a few of the most popular items on the menu. We started with some local Florida beers, as suggested, and they were excellent. We started with Poutine - a Canadian import of waffle fries, handmade gravy, cheese curds and slow roasted pulled pork. Better than all but one time in my life. Next we had one of the rotating egg rolls - this time it happened to be Philly Cheesesteak, and it was phenom. Next we shared Blackened Shrimp and Gouda grits - and this took the prize as our favorite. Our son ordered the Butcher (read meaty goodness) pizza and he didn't let us try it - so that means it was pretty darn good as well. We left happy and satisfied - and with a bill about 1/2 the price we spent on the waterfront. Dylan (the owner) smiled as we walked out and laughed "So, I guess I'll see you back soon." Indeed.

Always great food. Atmosphere was wonderful. Dillon the manager is knowledgeable and always personable. I was disappointed we always order the free appetizer there's never enough bread. So this time around I requested two extra pieces of bread. ( The two pieces are 1/4 of a piece of bread). The waitress told me there was an up charge. I reluctantly agreed then found out on my bill. 1/4 piece of bread. Was 2.00 each!. I felt the bartender was more attentive to our needs than our server and we were not sitting at the bar. We also ordered shrimp and grits and sticky chicken wings were delicious.

Best happy hour food menu. Large selection of beers on tap with a lot of local beers. Service is always excellent. Definitely a local spot. They do not serve liquor. Update - they just won Taste of Jensen award and they deserve it! Delicious, reasonably priced, and creative food.

Shout out to our server Hanna! We finally stopped for happy hour on Wednesday and was delighted to find so many craft beers and a mouth watering menu. Hanna was so helpful and patient in helping us decide on the beers plus food. This has become one of our favorite spots to unwind.

Castaways Gastropub has it all. Very good food, good prices and very friendly staff. They are dog friendly, which is a must for us and their craft beer selection is the best around. You will not be disappointed here.

Unbelieveable draft selection - anything you could want in beer. Tried sandwiches, apps, and pizza - all were great. Every server or bartender is very friendly and knowledgeable. can't wait to go back!

I tried the egg rolls and they were really good. Make sure you ask to see what's available because some of the items we ate that day were not necessarily on the menu. It's a nice local location and I prefer to eat at local restaurants rather than chains because I'm always surprised and enjoy my meals there

Perhaps the best burgers on the Treasure Coast, washed down with your choice from among 40 or so ales, beers, ciders, etc. Enough tvs to cause a blackout. Friendly, capable waitstaff. What else do you need?

It doesn't get any better. I come here frequently and have always been impressed with the staff, service and quality of the beer and food. This is a great place and I am a happy loyal customer.

In the area for a quick trip and stopped here for lunch. Food was delicious. Everyone at our table was so happy with their meals. I would definitely recommend trying out Castaways.
