It was our first time there and will not be our last ! The food was amazing and our sever was very sweet and attentive but they all are so nice at Jan’s place and very kid friendly!

More than expected. Free Parking on the streets of Jensen Beach. When arriving at Jan's the smell of cinnamon rolls filled the air. Friendly workers with smiling faces were very welcoming. A good cup of coffee. It was labor day so the restaurant was busy on this Monday morning. The menu had a large variety of interesting options. I ordered the poached eggs with pulled pork BBQ over a corn bread coupled with a potato cheese mash rolled in cornmeal and deep fried with sour cream and apple sauce on the side. Very tasty. Didn't take a picture, as the plating wasn't beautiful. But, this place is a must try.

Great quick service, slight wait about 15 mins Sunday at 11am but gift shop with cute cheap items and and truffles/pies to select to take home.

Visiting from NY. This place came highly recommended. It did not disappoint! Atmosphere is amazing, the service was amazing, the personalities were amazing and most of all the food was tremendously great. Highly recommended. I wish there were more than five stars that I could give.

The coconut pineapple muffins were so good, we bought them out and the loads too! Our food concierge was knowledgeable and cool af. Down to earth and was straight up about her recommendations which was perfect!

We went there based on recommendations and they were absolutely correct. It was a small wait time and during that time we met the manager. Very impressed. In fact, all of the staff were very friendly. The menu had some different twists on meals, and they all sounded good. Both my wife and I had very tasty meals. We'll definitely go back.

What a great place! We found this place through a search in the area and figured we’d give it a try. We were not disappointed! From the friendly staff upon entering and throughout the meal along with extremely large portions and fresh ingredients it made for a fantastic visit. The cinnamon bun is a must as well!

We had Jessica as our server and she was awesome! She gave us an overview how the preparation of the food was. Made suggestions. Provided fast service and was very helpful. The food was spectacular!!! My friend and I had the Hash with eggs. Out of this world. My wife had the meatlovers omlette and she could not finish it. I even tried to help but still could not finish the meal. My friends wife had a croissant sandwich which was also huge. She took one half home. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Had read such awesome reviews on the establishment, went on Friday afternoon to get a coffee and something at the bakery but they were closed. Went the following day for breakfast and waited about 20 minutes for our table - the place was packed but I didn’t mind the wait as I felt it would be worth it . Our server was ok, not the most attentive. Our food got to us way faster than what we waited to be seated. I ordered the mocha coffee and it was good - wish it was hot but didn’t want to send it back. My husband got freshly squeezed juice which was not freshly squeezed- not sure why even advertise it as such. I made the mistake of ordering the Neptune egg white omelette. As soon as it arrived it had the strongest smell of old seafood. I ate at least the eggs and took out as much as the seafood as I could. It still made me super sick all through the day. Not sure if it was the mix of seafood with the coffee or what exactly but I didn’t feel better until I threw up and couldn’t eat anything the rest of the day cause of the stomach pains. It’s a very popular spot in the area but will avoid it next time.

Best breakfast on the treasure coast. No competition. Seriously. Scratch made and filled with love, Jan’s has everything you could want plus amazing service at a good price. Don’t skip.

Jan’s place is hands down one of the top best notch breakfast places to eat locally. PLUS SCOTTY WAS AMAZING. He takes his customer service to another level. Took the time to chat up my husband and I and shared his infectious positivity, good vibes, and laughs. If you’re having a bad start to your day to go Jans and ask for Scotty. Scotty is so kind, cool, genuine and will give you some of the best customer service you will ever experience. Jan’s place is lucky to have Scotty there and Port Saint Lucie/Jensen is lucky to have Jans place.

Fantastic, clean, Beautiful place. Food served hot, fresh and quickly. Many, many choices. 6 page menu. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. I will be coming back again. Gift shop. Give it a try and you will be a repeat offender like me. 💛

Country fried steak was over cooked. Barely cut it with knife while my husband had the Neptune omelet and the eggs were runny and not cooked! Maybe they got a new chef. Air conditioner dripping from ceiling and table was sticky! very disappointed after reading reviews before going.

A cute little restaurant with a bakery and gift shop. EVERYONE was so friendly and welcoming. I got the seafood omelet and it was overstuffed with seafood. The pancakes and cinnamon rolls were great too.

We had my birthday breakfast there today and was not disappointed! Breakfast Mess was amazing and the boys even loved there choices. Great local place to try out!

No! “Fresh squeezed” $4.75 orange juice is just Florida boxed juice. We had 2 omelets that were AWFUL and more expensive then in any other place ($17 and $16! Made very likely from boxed eggs. Regular coffee was awful. We we’re accompanied by the fly for the duration of our miserable already breakfast. And if you pay with credit card you will be hot with “convince change”. It takes me a lot to go out of my way to leave a review but this place was totally worth the effort of leaving one. Hopefully I can save some other tourist’s morning. Server was nice, which was the only positive think. I don’t know how anyone can come to place like this more then once.

Really great if you're looking for a real, honest old-fashioned diner, which we were. Breakfasts looked amazing, with lots of variety. We had lunch, and sandwiches and sides were very good. Nothing pretentious. Good honest food served by good diner staff (friendly, hurried, and casual). Great all around.

Friendly staff almost make me want to move to Florida. The food was good. Key lime pie divine! Homefries are great the other potato option ehh. The cinnamon rolls with both topping options. Fat girl heaven.

Jan’s Place is, and always has been, a staple of Jensen Beach. Everything on their menu is incredible and the service is always amazing. There’s nothing I wouldn’t recommend on their menu, it’s all delicious. Their bakery also has a bunch of phenomenal food.

I arrived 20 minutes before they closed. I mistakenly thought they were open a bit later. Paul greeted me warmly at the door and asked if I'd like a table inside or outside. I preferred inside. He walked me to my table, pointed out some daily specials, asked if I was local or visiting and once again thanked me for dining and introduced me to my server Lisa. Lisa had wonderful energy and took great pride in her job. She repeatedly visited each table checking on guests snd making sure they were comfortable and happy with their food. I ordered the Country Fried Steak and Eggs(scrambled with cheese) with a side of Pancakes . I also ordered the Meat Lovers Omelet with a side of Biscuits and Gravy. I washed all down with a glass of the sweetest freshly squeezed Orange Juice I've ever had. This was a truly exceptional Breakfast Diner dining experience. Every box checked from the MLB theme and atmosphere to the greet and service all the way till I walked out the door. Bravo Jan's, world class establishment in Jensen Beach 🏖

Unfortunately I can't remember our waitresses name but she was lovely and very helpful. She answered all our questions and gave recommendations about meal options when asked. The homemade cinnamon rolls was excellent. I had the veggie omelet, and my husband had the ribeye breakfast. We also had the potato pancakes and the spuds. So yummy. There was plenty of food and we had leftovers for later. We are outside and it was so pleasant. Your restaurant had been recommended to us and I'm so glad we had the opportunity to eat there. If we are ever down there again we will certainly be back!

Eggs were crusty couldn't eat,bacon was nasty. I don't know why I will never eat there again. And it was $40.00 dollars. Damn.

First time here and it was amazing! Food was delicious on all accounts, great service and good atmosphere. We came late morning on a Sunday and waited about 30 minutes for a party of 7. They had complimentary coffee in the gift shop next door. They had booth sitting as well as table sitting indoors and out doors.

All servers (3) took care of us. Always had a full cup of coffee. Portions are generous. I believe there were 4 if not 5 pieces of bacon with my breakfast. Need I say more?

Lunch with my pals. Service was beyond great. Plentiful and very good. It lived up to high standards. We'll be back!

The hardest thing to figure out is what to order off their large menu. Because everything sounds great. Both items ordered by myself and my friend were outstanding. Great attention to detail, flavor, everything is great. Highly recommend. Can't wait to try the cinnamon buns!

Everything about Jan's place radiates 5 stars! The warm welcome at the door combined with the friendliness of the gentleman who took us to our table and the wonderful food and service left a lasting impression on me. I will definitely return. Jo was our server and made sure we had everything that we wanted. Mom had a seafood omelet, which was enough for two, and I had the blackened Mahi tacos with the most delicious sweet potato fries. We ate outside in the shade, within sight of the Indian River. Traffic can be a little loud, but we expected that, and it didn't bother us. One of my favorite touches was a miniature trash can, tiny enough to be tucked in with the condiments at the center of the table. Perfectly thoughtful for preventing creamer cups and sugar wrappers from littering the sidewalk. I highly recommend Jan's for friendly, professional service and great food. Thank you!!

As always Jan's delivers great food and even better service. I have been coming here for 7 years and it just continues to be outstanding. A truly not so hidden gem in the heart of Jensen Beach.

Best brunch and variety in town! Always delicious!! Great, family owned business. We love to sit outside on a pretty day, and you can even bring your dog, and they'll provide a dog bowl of water.

Lisa and Ashley did a wonderful job training Jessie. We had such great service and the food was declious as always. She sold us on the Easter bunny breakfast and it was such a cute idea. My son loved them. We'll definitely be back and hope to sit in her section.

Food was excellent. Food was cooked exactly how I ordered, over medium, crispy hash browns. Almost always the eggs in other places come out over easy or over hard and hash browns come out marginally cooked. Sevice was great! As we all know since COVID service is almost non-existent, and food in several place has gone downhill. This is TRULY 5 stars!! Good job Jan's Place!

Was in the area for the week. Had breakfast or lunch each day. Staff, food and owners were terrific. Jan is a peanut butter pie genius.

This place is ridiculously priced and definitely not worth it. $9.63 for two plain bagels!!! One was toasted with butter and the other was just plain with nothing. I have never paid $9.63 for two bagels and the bagels weren’t even that good. I would never go to this establishment ever again and hope no one else pays their ridiculously high prices for mediocre food. Terrible place

Yesterday I took my father and my baby sister out to breakfast here at Jan's place when we first got there we were told we would have to wait 25 to 30 minutes which was completely understandable being that it was a Sunday Morning and they were completely slammed. I was absolutely amazed when we were notified our table was ready and walked in and we were greeted by the hostess greeting my father (Gary) by name. This was our first time there. The gentleman that was our waiter was so Awsome! I don't remember his name but he had like a short crew cut and he was tall and he completely went out of his way my baby sister is on a special diet and all she wanted was just some fruit and she asked him if they served fruit bowl and he brought her the most beautiful fruit bowl, which was completely filled with not only one or two different kinds of fruits multiple fruits I had the French toast breakfast and my father had eggs and bacon and toast the food was absolutely beyond mind-blowingly amazing. The entire experience there was absolutely the best service I have ever seen in my life. Every single thing about Jan's place is number one in my book from the second you walk into the atmosphere you sit down to the waiter or waitress that serves you to the food every single thing is absolutely amazing and then all 39 years of My Little Life they are my absolute number one favorite restaurant and I highly recommend them to any and everybody. Nice place, I took my daughter for her birthday breakfast to kick-off her week. I had the homemade corned beef hash with a side of pancakes and my daughter had the country fried steak with a cinnamon bun on the side. It was delicious. We just moved to the area and love to find local dining spots to call home. Jan's made the list. The place was packed and they had folks waiting to be seated inside because of the chilly weather. We got a table outside and the waitress was fast, friendly and attentive. They kept the coffee replenished and made sure we were comfortable. We are defiantly going back! I can't wait to try out their lunch and one of of those tasty looking desserts also! Thanks Jan's Place for making us feel welcomed! 😊

Was basically asked to leave for not ordering more food after spending 2 hours catching up with my friend I haven't seen in a year. The ribeye was not eatable.

JJ, Lisa, Brenden and Chris are awesome. I'm sure the rest of the crew is also. We stopped in for tater cakes, got Cinnamon roll french toast, and soup. Left knowing where the good food is in Jensen Beach by the water. We also like Hoffman and castaways. But this is the best! Thank you so much. We will be back!
