The atmosphere, food, service; everything was fantastic! Excellent experience!

We ordered picked up on Sunday noon. The shrimp and sausages are left over! Not Fresh at all!

We had the best experience at 192 Crab & Lobster. It's such a new and cool kind of Seafood Restaurant. From the chillaxed atmosphere, to robot hostess to the goodie bucket, everything is innovative and fun. Most of all, the food is phenomenal and reasonably priced for the quality and quanity. Last but not least, our server Reagan was wonderful. She made great recommendations from the menu and was friendly and attentive. Whoever said "Good Food, Good Service and Good Prices: Pick Two" has never eaten at 192 Crab and Lobster

Melanie provided exceptional service with her warm smile and friendly demeanor, making our experience truly outstanding. We'll definitely request her expertise on our next visit!

I seen the reviews at 4.7 stars and thought they would be worth trying. Had six friends go and everyone loved their meal. The 192 socks is a home run. I ordered it and it was not over powering.

This was the first seafood restaurant we ate at soon as we got situated from being on the road for 7 hours, and it was worth every penny 🌹🤘🏾

My family and I had a great experience! The food is delicious and the service was amazing. Melanie was super attentive and did everything right. Everything was well. Until the arrival of our food the waitress was delivering our raw oysters and one fell on the floor. She picked it up and never apologized or replaced it. However, the food was delicious and fresh to order.

Was looking for a nice seafood place in the Orlando area.. .. Google Maps gave me a lot of options, but the photos of the food caught my eyes ( I eat with my eyes first) . The place was easy to find, parking was right near the door and was in at no time. It was my first time at a seafood joint, so I was a little intimidated by the menu, but the helpful staff helped me out. They also have signature cocktails. I would most definitely go here again.

Food today was not as good as times that we have been before.Shrimp where way over cooked also the sausage and the potatoes were bad .Very disappointing as it was a birthday lunch 🫤

Since moving to central florida last year, I have been looking for a crab spot, and I think I may have found it. Will definitely return soon.

I got the combo with mussels,snow crab and shrimp and it was so good everything was really fresh I got mine with the 192 seasoning which all the flavors mixed which was pretty salty but I like mine that way and extra spicy so I was happy.

If you're in town, go here one night. That's all that needs to be said.

I like this place. The food tastes great and the prices are reasonable. The staff is lovely. However, the oysters I had weren’t very fresh, but the restaurant handled it well. If you visit in the evening on a holiday, you might have to wait, but not for too long. You can sit at the bar and order a drink while you wait.

The food, service & staff, AMAZING! This was a great experience. The food was served in less than 10 minutes. The server checked on me often. Did I say the food was delicious??!! LoL

The food was soooooooo good. I mean sooooo good. We loved every bite. And ask for Melanie as a server if you want the best service of your life. We love it.

The manager is very rude! I had two rotten potatoes in my seafood boil, that I did not notice were rotten until I looked down at the second one after I bit it. The manager told me he would not give me a discount or refund, all he could do was offer two more potatoes. On top of that my friend had a string of hair inside her seafood boil. I do NOT recommend this place. Horrible service and food!

This place was great. We took a chance here since we were in town for Disney World. Everybody at our table loved their food and our service was great. We didn't get seated by the robot but that was not a big deal. We would eat here again and almost had it a second time during our trip.

Amongst the many wonderful things here, we have to call out our server Autumn, who is both a great server but also a lovely human being, going out of her way to be kind and welcoming, giving special surprises to our girls, and taking the time to provide fantastic recommendations for the rest of our trip. A gem of a place and a gem of a person.

The food was delicious! The best thing about our experience was undoubtedly our server, Autumn! Autumn’s bubbly personality, her special turtle surprise for our kids at the table, and wonderful attitude made the evening. She was enthusiastic about our Disney movies, and made a wonderful recommendation for us for breakfast the next day!

Charlie was a great server. The food was really good. The crab bites with that sauce o my goodness. The corn was fresh and sweet. Just go, you'll love it.

We also ordered their fried calamari as an appetizer. The portion was generous, the seafood was fresh and succulent, and the flavors were absolutely incredible. The Hot seasonings added just the right amount of kick to take it to the next level. We ordered it to go and they had it ready in 15 minutes. Just amazing service. If you're a seafood lover like us, do yourself a favor and get to 192 Crab and Lobster ASAP! You won't regret it. The food here was outstanding! Lots of options/combinations for a shrimp boil type of meal to include choices of spices and spicy levels. You have to try their 192 spice, it's simply amazing. My only critique is, I wish there was more variety of their signature cocktails, whiskey;)

We've been here twice, and honestly, this may be our new goto for seafood boils. The flavor, the price, the service, and the food is cooked to perfection. As you see, my teenager was eating like there was no one around, lol. It also has been busy both times we went, but it was never a long wait. Our server, wish i could remember her name, was the absolute sweetest. We love it here, and we'll definitely be back. I'm glad I found you 192 ❤️

It was the first time that I took my grandkids and they loved it. The food was awesome and the price you would not believe I paid under $200 for six of us having meals and drinks. Good job.

This is a must-visit for seafood lovers. If you’re lucky enough to have Kevin as your waiter, you’re in for a treat. Highly recommend!

The 192 Boil Seasoning is amazing.

Worst experience. Waited 20-30 mins for our host to finally come. Never brought out my friends food! Rest of the food was bland and never brought our buckets or gloves.

Had great food and service, but the kitchen was extremely backed up and that tainted our experience.

Delicious. The atmosphere is great. Clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and well-priced. The only downside was their clam chowder. It was too watery and had a lot of onions.

First time dining here, it was a great experience I had a chance to walk around since we were the first guest. Nice size restaurant bathrooms were clean nice atmosphere. we were a party of four the waitress was warm and helpful with any questions. The food came out hot and was very good. The waitress stopped by often to check our drinks and brought more when needed. We will definitely come back here.

This was an overall great experience. The restaurant looks nice. Our waitress was nice. The food was delicious. I had snow crab legs, shrimp, corn, and potatoes with the 192 seasoning! 🔥🔥 Watch out for the service fee though haha it caught my family by surprise. But this was a 10/10.

My family absolutely loves this place! We make sure it is one of our stops every time we come to Orlando. The food is delicious: no matter what I order I like to get the 192 Seasoning with mild heat so my kids can share with me, then I get a side of the 192 Seasoning with hot heat in which to dip my food. The 192 Festival is an absolute feast and will serve a family of 4.

I LIVED IN THE POINCIANA AREA AND THIS WAS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT OYSTERS UNTIL I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THIS PLACE ON JANUARY 9,2023. IT HAS TAKEN A MINUTE FOR ME TO TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE OF MY RECENT MOVE AND THE TRAMA CAUSED FROM FOOD POISONING THAT I COULD HAVE ONLY GOT FROM YOUR RESTAURANT. I ONLY HAD 1 DOZEN OF OYSTERS, FRIED COCONUT SHRIMP AND PROSECCO WINE! I LEFT THE RESTAURANT AND IMMEDIATELY BEGAN TO FEEL SICK. I WAS THROWING UP UNTIL 1AM ^ THE NEXT MORNING. MY NEIGHBOR DROVE ME TO THE DOCTOR AND I WAS GIVEN INJECTIONS IN BOTH (BUNS) AS WELL AS PRESCIBED NAUSEA MEDS AND TOLD U HAVE TO LET FOOD POISONING RUN IT'S COURSE! Very busy joint! Wait was easy 25mins, but once we got a table, the fun began! Fresh seafood at its best!!! Needed seafood with spice, flavor and texture... nailed it. 1/2 pund crab legs = 1 cluster 1 pound = 2 clusters Sausage sliced in 1/8 thickness and spicy flavor.

Went there today waited forever for a table and they’re were not that many there. My husband ordered a beer and didn’t receive it until after he got his food, the waiter said the guy at the bar had a big party he was attending to and there were only 10 people including us in the restaurant. Don’t get me wrong the seafood was very delicious but there definitely need to be much better service. They had a robot take us to our seat, I think the robot needs to fetch people orders and drinks
