Experience was a 10/10 and the manager Ricardo was very helpful thank you to the entire staff

Good food as but somehow this time i had loose motion after having it. and It lasted few days and effect is still there. I will be very careful next time or think twice before go.

I usually get the meat lovers pizza and I’m able to add extra things on it at no charge, which unlike other places is unusual

Amazing people, amazing pizza. Can’t complain about anyone here. Have to give Richardo a huge shoutout for always having a smile on his face, being so positive and having great customer service to all his customers.

The service is excellent and ingredients are fresh and taste is excellent. You can have any number of toppings on build your own and how much ever you want. You can finally have the pizza you envisioned with one fixed price and with fresh ingredients without worrying about extra cost for the toppings.

I recently visited Blaze Pizza in Clark, NJ, and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I felt right at home. The food was really good. Prices are not crazy expensive and it totally worth getting. I'm a route driver and decent food is rare. This place has good food. It taste like pizza hut back in the late 90s except a little better. I'm honestly shocked by how good it was. Being a route driver with not much good food available I was truly astonished. Not expensive and definitely worth it. Make sure you get the cheesy bread and extra Parmesan cheese. You won't go wrong. I still can't believe it was as good as it was especially being a qsr. Try it

They need more trained employees to take care of the customers rather than rushing everyone at the assembly counter even if there are no people behind. Also regular cleaning of the counter is crucial which looked filthy uncleaned when we visited and it was not busy!

Ricardo was very pleasant. From the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out, we were greeted with a smile and efficient managing of operations. Food was fresh and he helped us with some recommendations. Highly recommend.

My kids ask for Blaze because it’s one of the places they can get a vegan pie and not have to settle for a cheeseless pizza. The giant parking lot and ability to order in advance on the app make it a convenient stop. The picture is courtesy of a five year old.

Stopped by Blaze pizza to try the pizza, I have to admit the pizza was good, You can stand there while they are making it, Let them know what you want on your pizza. Which was cool. I will definitely go back to them. I really enjoyed the pizza.

Blaze Pizza became our favorite place! We go to this location almost every Friday. We love the staff, the customer service they give is 5+ stars and the pizza is always delicious. The female shift manager with glasses is a sweatheart!

Service is always fast and friendly, pizza is really good and without being able to have dairy I love that they have the option for vegan cheese and it actually tastes good. My daughter and I actually aren’t vegan but I love the respect they have for vegan orders. The bathrooms were clean the one time I needed to use it so that’s another plus. I told my dad and sister about blaze and now they go even more than I do 😂

I went there after work on a rainy night. The price was decent for all the premium topping and options they had. The taste of the food was not what I was hoping for. The pizza crust was soggy even though it didnt have much sauce and the cheese was barely there. My 3 y.o son enjoyed the cheesy bread sticks (I didn't). I ordered ahead and the food was ready when I got there. My only issue with the service was I had to explain 3 different ways that they were giving me the wrong order.

Pizza is always good. Timing isn't always consistent but worth the wait.

I have been going to Blaze pizza for about a year now. Love their pizza! This evening, I stopped by and ordered my usual. A salad and build your own pie. Shortly after I left, both pizza and salad flipped over and fell in my car. I was very upset. I turned around and went back to Blaze. I spoke to the manager, Antiy(I'm sure I butchered his name), explained what happened and he made me another pie and salad on the house. I didn't have to pay anything! Really grateful for his service and will continue to buy pizza there!

I messed up my online order and the manager was extremely nice in explaining what went wrong and they offered me a new pie. This place is amazing and super friendly staff! Thank you again!

If you go in an hour before closing, you will get a group of workers ready to go home and extremely messy stations with all of the toppings mixed in. I will say the young lady with the name that started with Z (can't remember right now) was super attentive and helpful. She was on the register and packing our pizzas. Keep her and hire 10 more just like her.

Edit: This restaurant deserves an edit review. I have been back about 10x since my initial review and the service has definitely improved. Someone always greets me when I walk in. One time my pizza was burned and the manager had them remake me a pizza right away. I have actually been so blown away by the turn around. There's always an employee keeping the seating area cleaned. The person who does the finishings on the pizzas is great. I'm Happy to continue being a regular customer: ) I went into blaze Pizza today for the first time. I wasn't sure where to order so I went to the cash register area. I was standing there for about 5 minutes it was one customer ahead of me. No one greeted me, no one asked me if I needed help, no one directed me to the right place to order. There was a girl flipping around boxes, I decided to ask her if this is the right place to order. She directed me to the right area. The person making my pizza was on his phone at that point I wanted to leave. I asked him if he was ready being that he was on the phone and he told me that he was listening. The staff was rude, unfriendly, seemed annoyed that I was asking for service, and overall very unwelcoming. That was my first time there so I wasn't aware of how many toppings I can get and it was just a bad experience when the customer service is absolutely disgusting. The pizza turned out ok but the customer service seriously needs to be addressed.

I’d like to start off by saying how quality or how the establishment isn’t good at all. If you like a friendly environment with good pizza don’t come here. It seems like *management seems to only care about themselves* instead of their employees. It’s clear to see when employees don’t get the treatment they deserve and because of it that impacts not only quality of work but the image that is being portrayed to consumers. There’s only one person to blame and that’s the general manager! I hope for the stores case that things change and new management fixes this issue. I used to love the pizza but seeing how things are being run it’s inevitable that this place with start losing money and fail to break even.

Someone took our pizza but manager made new and gave us great service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pizza is delicious. Enjoy 3.14 pizza pie day. This location has the best customer service I’ve received at any blaze location. Ricardo, an employee there was super helpful because it’s been quite sometime since I’ve been to a blaze. The pizza was excellent, all the toppings were fresh and the wait times were non existent.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was our first time and the staff member who greeted us politely explained in great detail all of the options and ordering system. The food was great and the seating area was clean.

I worked in F&B management for years and years and I can say they know how to train correctly and efficiently! Supervisor on duty was extremely attentive as well as the rest of the staff and to top it all off, our order was perfect and delicious.

What a fun place. We had a creative pizza that we thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back.

I frequent this place a decent amount and the last time I went, this pizza was so nasty. Who cuts like this, burnt in the middle, bottom half looks like they took someone leftovers and threw toppings on it. Will go to another location next time.

Loved my Build My Own Pizza w Balsamic Drizzle & the Oregano/Olive Oil Drizzled Cheesy bread I brought back to Brooklyn. Great selection - Fast service!

Food here is great and the service is outstanding. My wife and I drove 45 minutes to this Blaze location as it is the best Blaze in the surrounding area. After arriving, the Blaze rewards app had an issue but the manager Ricardo helped resolve the issue with phenomenal customer service. The manager Ricardo provided an experience similar to a fine dining experience and I would recommend this location!

Shame to see this lovely establishment slowly crumble over the past months. While my memory may not be the best nowadays I do remember a time where I felt comfortable and welcomed when I would walk in. I remember there was a blonde manager. I forgot her name but she was very nice, always patient with an old lady like me. Always listened and my pies always tasted delicious.

NEVER, go to this Blaze Pizza. It used to be fantastic until new management took over, and since then it's gone downhill. The employees seemed to really care however some managers were rude and harsh, even to their own employees. Half of them looked like they were exhausted, but they got no breaks ! I went around noon a few days ago, and while there two of the managers were acting unprofessionally in the store, making me VERY uncomfortable while they made my pie. When they noticed my discomfort one of them even snickered! They were so distracted that they didn't notice that my pizza was severely lacking toppings. I tried to bring it up before they placed my pizza into the oven, and they just ignored me, walking away from the front line together and leaving the employees to deal with the line. SMH.

Worst management always messed up order if you placed it online and they don't even care.

WORST MANAGER EVER! Went to Blaze last week to get pizza with my family. When walking in, it was empty with no line. That should have been a easy clue that I should have left. Started with my name, I said my name and that my daughter had a extreme gluten allergy. They even put a red sticker on it and a glove change for it. There was one girl making the pizza, one person taking order, one at register and one cooking the pizza. When making the pizza, Mary, the Karen making the pizza, barely put sauce, I politely asked for more, and she rolled her eyes and put it in the middle without spreading. I then had to ask her to spread the sauce. Next came the cheese, my daughter asked for extra cheese. She barley put any on. I asked for more and again a whole eye roll. At the end she said salt or oregano yes or no. Instead of asking nicely if I would like any. All the other staff was amazing! A girl with the name starting with Z was the best! She was very nice and listened to my concerns. When going to get my pies after it was all cooked, I soon realized that my daughter with the tremendous gluten allergy looks like she had the same dough as me. I went up to Z and asked if this is gluten free and she responded no. I then told her about my daughters allergy and she was nice enough to re make it, with all fresh produce from under that was untouched along with giving us free drinks. Very sad experience.

Great Location for Blaze Pizza. Fresh hot pizza right from the oven. Friendly Staff. Clean Indoor and Outdoor seating. Can't complain.

Must of went on an off day. I was standing in front of the girl taking orders and she ignored me for a few mins. She takes the order of someone else that walked in right after me. When I went to ask her if she can take my order, I've been standing here for a few mins. She proceeds to tell me I need to walk back around. I told her I was here before the people she just took the order for. It was so unprofessional and made the experience not pleasant at all.

This place is well managed! The pizza and service are consistently great.

They have a habit of canceling orders, I've had it happen twice when trying to order online. Not worth the hassle.

I was extremely pleased with the location. I decided to try them out because I needed somewhere that offer gluten/dairy free. The staff was extraordinary when I mentioned the gluten a dairy sensitivity. Gabriel and Andy were exceptional. They even asked to change their gloves while preparing the meal. The restaurant was very neat and the manager was also extremely nice.
