Sarah and the entire 4Rivers team was so amazing to work with!! From coordinating our tasting(and last minute getting us a dessert sampler) to the day of execution, everything was absolutely perfect. The food was so amazing we barely had any leftovers when the night was over. The mac and cheese bar was worth every penny!! Our guests were OBSESSED and are still talking about it after the fact. Sarah answered every email/phone call so fast and was incredibly helpful. If you want a stress free planning process for catering and bar service 4Rivers is it!!

I worked for 4 Rivers Catering, and as someone who’s experienced what it’s like from the inside, I only have positive things to say. Leadership is helpful, humble, friendly, and very respectful and conscientious. Everyone works together, and the teamwork aspect is the very best part. The kitchen team works very hard, and the quality is always really good. I have so many quality memories and am in awe of how pleasant it was every time working alongside everyone!! Thank you :o)

4Rivers and Robin were amazing to work with and we were so glad they catered our wedding! The food was delicious, their staff was very courteous, and everything went pretty seamlessly. We had them cater the reception meal, desserts, and the bar, as well as bring the dishes. From the start of the planning process to the end Robin was so great to work with and very responsive. We highly recommend them if you are looking to have a good high quality BBQ for your wedding!

Customer service for planning and the day of the wedding was amazing. We had all our food, drinks and wedding cake done with them and everyone enjoyed the selections. They flexibly worked with our decorator (One Step Beyond Events) for a cutom table spread buffet and it came out wonderful. They worked with our budget and answered all our questions and were so patient with our changes throughout the process. They packed up all our food at the end of the night and we had wonderful leftovers. I'm so happy working with them made my day stress free and delicious!

I have ordered from 4 Rivers on Door dash twice because they are so good. The turkey isn't dry, it's perfect! The sides are delicious and the dessert is a bonus. If you haven't tried them, you need to!

4 Rivers recently catered my son's wedding at the Orlando Science Center. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure that the bride and groom's night went according to plan. The food was timely and delicious, and the drinks were on point! Huge cheers to Shay and Niko behind the bar- they were both knowledgeable and professional. If I could give ten stars, I would. Cheers!!

We had 4 River Catering for our wedding a week ago. Sarah was incredible to work with and made the process so easy! The food was delicious and all the guests raved how good it was! We were thankful there were leftovers we could enjoy after as well! Highly recommend 4 Rivers for your event!

4 Rivers catered my daughters wedding last week and the food was amazing. They also created the perfect small cake for her to cut and and additional sheet cake and other desserts for our guests. We had a mac and cheese bar that everyone loved especially our younger guests. The appetizers, especially the quesadilla, were top notch. All of our guests loved the food and the Bride and Groom were especially happy. Thank you so much for making their day special

4Rivers catered my 140 person wedding in December ‘22. The team, led by Jenny, were all extremely helpful and easy to work with, and had great attention to detail. We had salmon and prime rib, and the food was incredible!

My husband and I catered 4Rivers BBQ for our wedding in October 2022 and it was absolutely delicious. Our guests loved it which was clear to see when we barely had any leftovers. We also got our cake and bartending services through 4Rivers and we were so happy with everything. It made it so easy to have all three services coming through one vendor. The bartender Jack was so attentive to our needs throughout the night and even our guests noticed how great he was.

My first time eating here was amazing. I love the set up. The brisket tacos, burnt ends sandwich, jalapeño cornbread, and messy pig sandwich are my favorites. They constantly add to their menu so I'm always eager to try something different each visit.

They do an awesome job catering. It is always a total hit with the food. Get the jalapeno poppers, wrapped in bacon. They are awesome. The staff is super friendly and professional. The prices are beyond competitive.

I am from California and used Four rivers catering for a surprise 40th party… The attention and detail that I received from, Robin Miles at four Rivers was outstanding! 4Rivers Catering was an AMAZING choice for our son's wedding . The planning began with Jenny, who was very responsive and extremely easy to work with. Then came the wedding day. Amaya, Katie, Whitley, and Michael were wonderful. They were very professional, but also very friendly and left my house spotless. The staff definitely contributed to my son's amazing day!!! This is my second time using 4 Rivers to cater a corporate event and I can't say enough great things! Heidi was so easy to work with and helped us tailor the order for an office picnic of ~100 people. We even had a few special orders for allergies/food restrictions, and they were carefully packaged and marked. The food arrived directly to our park shelter - on time and delicious! It was a huge hit with our whole team, and I wouldn't hesitate to use 4 Rivers to cater other events in the future, whether personal or business.

4 Rivers is a solid restaurant with a fantastic catering department. Great food, great customer service. I've used them several times for office catering (30+ people). We also have used them last year for a big catering event (120+ people) and they were fantastic. We have the same event this year and we were worried the rain may have to delay, 4 Rivers was super accommodating and helpful. Heidi - the Catering Sales Manager is a true delight to work with. Cannot recommend their catering enough - or just go eat at the restaurant. Delicious!

I used 4Rivers catering from January 3rd - late February to provide meals at 2 different locations. They provided meals 4 nights a week. My experience was incredible. We made changes along the way and communicated those changes with Robin Miles. Robin always answers the phone and helped fix any issues or tweaks that we needed either the same day or by the next delivery. All of the drivers were awesome and very prompt. Anytime they were late it was because of unpredictable Orlando area traffic. They always called with their updated ETA and were very apologetic. They never dropped off the food and ran out the door. They stayed behind and helped set up everything and made sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend this team for your catering needs!

Burnt ends sandwich and green beans. YUM! Lots of pepper in the beans. Ice machine was empty..bummer

Solid! Great food, good value, friendly service. Have paid twice as much for bbq that is half as good as 4 rivers.

Bbq as it should be. No nonsense. No decoration. Just great flavor and good pricing. Staff is always courteous and patiently guide you through the motions (or should I say the options?).

The meat was good. Not great like it used to be but good enough. We got the grits as a side and we both weren't a fan. I had heard such good things about it.

This was a good choice this evening. I had #brisketplatter, my sides: green beans, Mac & cheese. My son had pulled chicken sandwich with fries (seasoned & good). And I also got pulled pork. Everything was really good! The brisket could use whatever is in the pulled pork! but I liked it as moist &it was good! Money well spent

The catering is INCREDIBLE! We catered our wedding of ~80 guests and everyone was raving over the food. The quality and cost is WELL worth it. You won't find a better priced meal anywhere else. Our catering services included a bartender with garnishes and mixers, flatware, glassware, and dinnerware all for similar costs as other caterers are charging for food alone. We couldn't have asked for better! Thank you to Sarah for providing phenomenal service throughout the process.

We used 4Rivers Catering for our daughter's outdoor wedding. First of all, the attention given to her by Heidi was incredible. Heidi was patient and understanding. She took every measure to provide as much service as possible, but was mindful of our budget. The food was very good, the service was spectacular, and my daughter had her dream wedding. Thank you for being a part of my girl's dream wedding.

Staff was helpful, brisket wasn't great. Wouldn't go back. Real weird to make a sandwich that way, was definitely expecting something more.

The 4R Restaurant Group is a phenomenal organization. From the Signature Angus Brisket to the Beyond Burnt Ends (Vegetarian/Vegan), and from the Sweet Potato Casserole to the Smokehouse Corn, the 4 Rivers Smokehouse serves delicious food. Customer service is first-class, treating diners with respect, kindness, and consideration. James, working at the Winter Park location, is an outstanding manager. The company also supports community hunger, making this another great reason to support John Rivers' projects!

Used to Love me some 4Rivers back in the day, was coming in two, three times a week when they were in the garage across the street!! Was something Super special goin' on there then, enough to put up with the parking and the long lines. Back then, the brisket was woo hoo good!! Best Texas brisket outside my house for years. Don't get me wrong, I'm still a fan but with all the growth and changes, the homogeny, there's just something less special; and honestly, I'm really in more like two or three times a year these days. Quality's just not as high. Like today's pork tacos were cold. It's always something. And they're not exactly cheap, so when things happen, it's irksome. Lunch was like $30 for the two of us today so I expect better. Sides have always been for the peckish and I haven't had the brisket since going through a run of disappointments. So I go in for the stuff I can sauce up and I've had some luck with the pork and the ribs. Like the pork tacos too, save for today, but you'll have to ask for them as they're off the menu. I hear that about the roasted corn too but sure enough it was there today; always a favourite. 4 Rivers used to be legendary. Three to me because what was but honestly if I walked in today with complete amnesia, I'd give them a four even with the smallish issues.

The front staff was very friend and had delicious recommendations for meat and sides. I recommend the beans as well!
