The staff at Zaxbys are amazing! Ms Bracie and AJ were friendly and served me very professional. The service here was something I havnt seen in a while anywhere and is an example of pure excellence from them.

First time there and the cashier was super patient and friendly. Everyone was laughing and joyous. I usually don't dine in but I'm glad I did. Would like to see something like fried okra on menu and off duty workers shouldn't go behind counter. Other than those 2 SMALL things.. I'M A RETURNING FAN!!!

I ordered the 10 wingers and the lady asked if I wanted the meal. I asked what's the difference and she said fries included. So I said sure, let's do that. But what I got was 2 wingers and 6 fries total. I should have known since the lady was smoking something outside when I pulled into the place. Terrible!

Always enjoy Zaxby's since they started in Georgia. Kaylan was very nice and helpful in getting me setup on the app and getting some rewards as much as I eat here. Will definitely be back!

My experience was quite wonderful. The food was cooked properly and expeditiously. Nicholas and Serena were managing the store and Angela took my order. Thank you Zax crew .

The worst location. They messed up my order, I went back and they were very rude. All the teenage minion girls that work at the window have 0 customer service skills. Consistently talked over me when I explained what the issue was… the girl at the window with the 555 tattoo slammed the window door on me to get the manager who was minimal help even when informed of how rude the window girls were. The guys are helpful. The GM will be notified due to how bad the service was. Then the corrected order was NASTY !!! They should be ashamed by the staff at this location !!

The staff were polite, but I only rated them a 3 because I thought that the restaurant had gluten-free options, but they did not. Basically, you have to ask for a salad with grilled chicken, but look carefully to make sure there is nothing else thrown in it that has gluten. For instance, many people will still give you a salad that has croutons even though croutons are a wheat product. On this occasion, they tried to assist us, but I still found things to take out of salad before handing it to my daughter. I will either avoid this place, or if there is nothing else around, I will try and ask for a plain salad with grilled chicken. They have great salads, but if you eat gluten-free, then it is not the best option. If you are a true celiac, do not eat here.

I don’t usually post reviews of fast food chains, but after dining inside i felt i had to. The staff were so nice and personable and the food came out quick. The orders were right and was just as tasty as we expected. Stop in!

We went to this location for the first time ever since we’ve never been to Zaxby’s. We were welcomed very kindly by several employees. Andrea took our order and was very kind and helpful. The inside is very clean and has comfortable booths. The food was very hot and fresh but I was shocked at how bland it seemed. The chicken was almost flavorless which was super disappointing.

Ordered from here in the past, and my bread was super salty to the point where I could not eat it. Also, this is the only Zaxby’s with the worst customer service all the other Zaxby’s are way better than this location.

Literally ruin my day with how they messed up my order. Order 3 extra sauce only to get none for these dry salty chicken. Drink lid ain’t on and spilled everywhere bc the material is cheap. The worst ran Zaxbys I’ve ever been to, online order sat behind the cash register 10mins past pick up time till I asked about it, food was cold, was missing a chicken tender, plus the ones in there were way smaller than normal, fries were unseasoned, drink was full to the top with ice when ask for light ice, and missing items. Needless to say won’t be back to this one

Just placed a delivery order for my son and I. He got his chicken fingers but has coleslaw instead of double fries and my Signature sandwich was not in the bag. Tried to contact the store manager to inform them but went to voicemail. Worst experience with this location.

Ordered a big zax salad and doesn't even fill half of the container. Guess they are turning to the ways of Chipotle. Never again gona order for here.

If you dine in you'll have a decent experience, but God, please listen to me. Do not use their delivery service. They will absolutely mess up your order (suffered this a couple of times unfortunately). They will replace things without consulting you, not even a message, or just outright not give you what comes included with the meals. I ordered a Mr. Beast Box to try the Feastables, which is a kinda pricey meal compared to their regular meals. My drink cup was drenched in soda, no straw, my dipping sauce was not sealed completely and all over the bag. The food soggy and guess the icing on the cake... no feastable which is the whole purpose of the box. Honestly the food is not bad but unless you drive there is not worth it to order delivery. And if you do take out please check your order before leaving the building. And don't bother calling the restaurant, they never pick up the phone. And if you send a message, be 100% sure it will be ignored. I will not be using their delivery services again.

Everybody in drive through rude as hell including the manager’s they never give you the correct order. GIVES 99% ice and the rest drink. This zaxbys very unpleasant will never come back.

G.H.E.T.T.O ! Drive-through ordered my food. I asked the lady again just to make sure my order is correct. She starts giving me attitude. I then proceeded to go to the window. The lady just gives me attitude about not knowing how to use Apple Pay. The manager tells her to have patience, then they both are giving me attitude because I didn’t have the shrimps coupon ready smhh anddddddd 99% ice 1% sprite

After a long day's work I went and ordered me and my friend something to eat I drive all the way home and mind you this is my first time ever going to Zaxby's so I have to keep it real The Experience kind of sucks because I got home maybe 15 minutes before they close to open my order and it was the wrong sandwich it wasn't what I ordered..so rushed back to try and get their before they close very inconvenient I must say .. when I did get there it was literally like 8 minutes before they closed thank God the manager came out and she made my experience better by making my food correctly apologizing and had a great personality so do to her energy I'll be back I just I'm going to check my bag before I leave next time

My family & I was traveling & decided to stop at this location to eat. & it was one of the best choices we have made since we were on vacation. The atmosphere was so peaceful, the store was clean to a tee, the staff was friendly & most of all great, hot, & fresh food! If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would! We highly recommend everyone to visit this Zaxbys location.

Food is really good. Only bad thing is that they always fill 95% ice and 5% drink. Might have to start asking for light ice.

Forgot about my order which was placed at 10:24 and when I went up to ask about it I was completely ignored for 10 minutes. When I finally got their attention I was told “well fried pickles take a long time.” Finally got my order at 10:51 and my fried pickles were completely cold. As soon as I sat down the staff promptly told me that I had 8 minutes to eat because they were closing. Two of my friends who also ordered then had to wait even longer for their order as their tickets were completely forgotten. Very disappointed!!!!

The day shift work like they wake up on the wrong side of the bed every morning just to step on legos with bare feet, then have to drink cold coffee on the way in. The food is always trash until the night shift comes in. It’s been this way for me for years. Idk if they got smoke with me or what but it’s always bad. The night shift on the other hand?! Fire. Every time. They’re nice. Funny. And the people on the grill cook like they care about your meal personally. Imma give 5 stars for the night shift and the night shift only fr.

My wife took me here, it was my first time and I am glad to say I was pleasantly surprised! Makes Chick-fil-A feel kind of lackluster, we will be going here a lot more now. I highly recommend the signature club and the kicken chicken!

Ms B took care of us. A few of us spectrum employees came insider for lunch at was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Got us all our orders out in a timely manner, made sure we all had sauces and napkins in the bag. In today’s society , its rare but nice to spend your money and actually have good service. Ask for extra seasoning on fries multiple times and everytime there none at all.Most of Staff is rude. Showed up 8 minutes early for my mobile order was told I had to wait cause they can't make it till the time selected.... in all my 20 years of fast food service I've never heard of such a thing. It's not like I didn't have the order on my phone. But still asked to wait only to still have my order wrong.

There’s ALWAYS a 20 minute “wait” for traditional wings here. It doesn’t matter what time of the day or what day it is, they obviously do not like doing their job, which consists of doing things like…having traditional wings made and ready for orders. Every. Single. Time. Every. Single. Day. What kind of establishment is this? Is this Zaxby’s new standard?

Nice flavor! Good pprtion of food enough for 2 people in the case of the wings and things platter. The kids' meal have a good portion of food and good sides to choose from.

I did door dash and when my food got here I was missing some of my other I called the store and spoke with the manager she was awesome she replaced my and it was was fresh and good just want to say Ty I don’t know her name but it was today around 2:00

The food is chicken based. It tastes good, a little salty for my taste. the combo is accompanied by French fries, they are served toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a refill on the drink. I recommend it.

This is my first visit to Zaxby’s in Orlando. I’m new in the area and I wasn’t impressed. I don’t know it’s like I came at lunchtime and my nuggets weren’t like fresh. The fries weren’t.

Love their BBQ bone in wings. They sauce them just they way we ask them (light on the sauce) and try their crickle fries with their seasonings.

The food is fine, but the service is almost like I got you: another woman and I stand around ungreeted at the counter, an elderly woman then blankly stares taking our orders. I am handed my receipt, start to walk away to a "Sir" with a blank stare like I'm a fool for walking away without my cup. This is the third time it's been like this since coming here. I do not feel welcomed.

This is the first time that I have went to zaxby's. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was very clean. I must say that wow is how impressed I am with zaxby's.

I haven't been to a lot of Zaxby's locations. But I've been to enough to say that this is close to first place in overall cleanliness. From the bathroom to the dining room! These guys are doing a good job. The food was good also. The wife had the Cobb salad, and I had the Chicken Club. The server was very nice and polite. Keep up the good work! 3rd time going through the drive thru. I learned my lesson the first 2 times, always check what's given to you. Order 20 wings, get 18..close enough. Order 2 nibblerz with teriyaki, receive 2 plain nibblerz. Order 3 cookies for the kiddos, receive none. Purchase a gallon of sweet tea, it's filled not even 3/4 of the way. Everything was corrected once I parked and went inside, normally I chop it up as a loss and move along. 🙃 tighten up just a smidgen. You're only as strong as your weakest link and this location is trending down. 0/3....$44 all 3 times.....no longer. Please don't reply you're working on it, or you'll let your staff know...just fix it. Tighten up.

Had the Cobb salad. The food and service were excellent! The employees were very courteous and attentive to everyone's needs!

The only reason I don't go 5 stars is the take out box. It seals up too much and the inside dumps condensation on the food. By the time I am home I have soggy fries.... Staff is good, everything looks clean... Update, wish I could say it was better.... Lots of loud talking by employees. One, maybe the manager, was doing her best to keep everything going well, the rest reminded me of a Jr. High class with a substitute teacher. Joking around, loud talking and laughing to the point I couldn't hear the person at my table. Food was only decent as it was close to closing the lobby and it tasted like they were trying to use up already cooked food. This time we ate in so it would be fresh....oh well
