Over priced dirty 7-11 I don’t recommend to do business with this place

By far the worst 7 11 I've ever been too. Never has any mountain dew at the fountain. Never has a drip tray it looks like they are cleaning it but it's never clean. The place is usually messy. Always looks like they just had a bus come through there

Bad experience in this place. The pizza was raw, and all the soda machines give a terrible product. It's been 3 times that the same thing has happened.

I have been coming here every day with my business truck, I always I always get pizza a beverage and fill my tank up. Today I came and ask for some Ice in a cup, this guy make a big deal and charge me for Ice, I had to go and ask someone for 50 cents and he still told me that it was 53 cents. Never again. Sometimes 53 cents is just a gratuity for a loyal costumer. EDIT: what doesn't sound right it's your poor response to the review, have you ever heard of Recovery in costumer service? If you don't believe what I'm saying check your cameras this morning at 8am.

A small older seven eleven on Dyer Boulevard. The big bite is good but the bun is a bit stale. If you microwave it a little bit it will be softer and better. The big bite is 2.50 but if you get a big gulp (any size) you only have to pay $3. You have to be a reward member to get this deal. The mini tacos are good and they are spicy. We will stop by again.

I don't recommend this place , it's pricey they're thief's if you want to use a 7/11 gas station make sure it's not franchise to owner from India, they abuse the prices they sheath the coffee they sale old hotdogs being in the machine for more than 4 hours compromising the food hygiene process and protocols

I was there on Monday evening to get a lottery ticket. The person on that evening was not trained on how to scan bar codes from phones. I would not recommend. Go to a different location or company.

The owner of this gas station is trash. He does not respect and value his clients. Do not support this person. Check the reviews 💀💀💀

bad attention and rude responses

Woa, I just put gasoline there and a employee it's taking the trash out and talking nasty from fffffffffff to ssssssss and a whole lot of bad word as a customer I don't need to be hearing this at all. Thank you.

I can certainly understand why the reviews are so low for this location. I will never return. It had loud Hispanic music playing, the coffee machine were broken or turned off and the cashier/manager was rude and told me if I didn’t like the Hispanic music not to return. I won’t! Not to mention it wasn’t very clean.

Those place serves burned food and advises that they cannot do anything about it. The cashier checked one of the ones in the warmer and it was burned as well. Had to call her boss to see what they could do and advised nothing.

This location is awful! The customer service is very poor, the cashier was extremely rude and condescending!!! I asked to speak with a supervisor or at least contact information for one, and she denied and refused, employee was extremely obnoxious and boldly disrespectful!

The service here has really gotten bad. On more than one occasion, I have gone to the store to purchase stuff and then when I get to the cash register, it’s more expensive. Today, I even took the employees to the shelf where the item that I wanted to purchase was, which was also filled with the exact same item, but they still wanted to charge me more. The entire shelf was packed by one brand of product, labeled with the same price on the entire shelf and even with a rewards coupon that could be claimed. When I mentioned it to the lady that was working, when she realized that they made a mistake, she told me that she would “help me“ and give me the lower price, but I had to inform her that she was not “helping me“, but honoring the price that they put out there to attract the customer. For 20 years I have worked with the general public, enjoying positions of leadership and management, but I have never been told that someone was going to “help me“ by honoring the price that they promote. As a person of business, I have to remain ethical to my practices. Store employees cannot convey to the customer that they are “helping them” when they are simply doing their job and honoring the prices that are set for the merchandise. It is almost ironic for someone to even say that they are “helping me” when we as the customers are the ones that are supporting their business. Between filling up my tank three times a week, and purchasing food and beverage at this gas station, I spent a lot of money there. Unfortunately, I will not spend my money here anymore. Trying to squeeze a buck more out of a customer, here and there, is not an ethical practice and this will cost them more and more customers, just like with me. I do thank the upper management for having provided a good, local business to support for such a long time, but unfortunately the practices of the staff continue to jeopardize the money that they are trying to pull in.

The first time i went into this store i was not impressed. Now that it is ran under new management and new staff , it really looks great!

Always convenient. Tho they did run out of ping pong balls.

This 7-Eleven store is fantastic. Not just because it's located on my way to work but because of the guys that I see every morning. Sandip and Max are two good guy's. Always taking care of me. Always letting me know the latest promotion thats going on. Mr. Sandip told me about the 7REWARDS. Where any 7th cup of coffee is free, along with other good freebies and specials. So if your in the area and need to fuel up, stop by this 7-Eleven and meet Sandip and Max. Keep it up guy's!
