Waited in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes and no one took our order 8/4/2024 9:28 left without ordering.

Not open 24h like it says, even though door said 247, the baskin part was closed and they were only selling donuts...

The worst is the horrible ice cream, bad service, I will never return

My wife and I ordered from your store the other night, I got the most disgusting smoothie I’ve ever drank, took one sip that was so salty I almost threw up.

Today, September 17 at 4:40 pm, I visited the establishment and the customer service has 0. The cashier is very rude when it comes to collecting the order. I will not return. 👎🏼

Ordered through Uber eats for my order to be delayed almost an hour to be told no ice cream available?.. what ice cream place doesn’t sell ice cream or at least notify the customer ? Terrible service

I usually don’t leave reviews but whoever they got working the Night Shift, clearly was not trained correctly or is lacking manners. We get to the window, & waited a few minutes for her to answer, mind you the place was empty, she starts taking our order with attitude. I ask her what flavors where available at the time, and she’s said “idk what you looking for”. I told her my order 3/4 times and she still was doing her own thing. She was talking with a low tone than got upset that we didn’t hear what she said and kept talking to us with a nasty attitude. I didn’t even want to spend my money there & just left. Look I know we all have bad days and customers can be annoying at times but you gotta atleast treat people with respect, ESPECIALLY if we never disrespected. Don’t even waste your time coming here.

this past friday march 10, we use the drive thru around midnight and order 2 pint of ice cream and a scoop.of vanilla...we pais almost $25.00. dollar wicht it was fine..but for.our surprise when we when to e joy it .the pints were only 3/4 full, we didnt check the containers on the spot obviously we order something and paid the price but we didnt get what we paid....this is not the 1st time this happends in this location.but we decided to try one more time.but it seems the employess are getting worse by day....never again if you orde,r chek your containers before you leave the drive thru..

Good for a quick bite of ice cream Saturday night

The girls working tonight are very sweet.

It’s nice to see an ice cream place open 24 hours for people with a sweet tooth. We came here at 9:00 pm on a Wednesday night and there were 4 team members taking orders from the drive though for both Dunkin and Baskin Robbin. They had a few flavors available (see video): chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, Oreo cookies and cream, chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, Oreo and Cold Brew, butter pecan, Nutty Coconut, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, Pralines and Cream, Rocky Road, Icing on the Cake, World Class Chocolate, Wild and Reckless Spirit and Cotton Candy. The freezer case held ice cream pints and ice cream birthday cakes. This Baskin Robbins share space with a Dunkin so you could get coffee and doughnuts with your ice cream.

I was pleased by this location Prisciljah was super patient with my un-decided son. Thank you so much. Great attitude clean place!!

Hit or miss on a friendly associate. Last night was a good night.

Nice and clean location, but they upcharge for everything. After consume $20 we asked for a cup of water and they charge extra for it. REALLY!!

The service was very nice, although they should have more variety of ice cream.

Very limited in choices for ice cream. Wanted to upcharge for a small cup I asked for to invert a sugar cone into so my little girls wouldn’t drop the ice cream from the cone. First ever Baskin Robins I’ve ever been to with my family that upcharges for that. We love BR but the upcharge is a deal breaker. There are many other ice cream places nearby they are competing with that have great variety, tasty ice cream, and won’t do silly upcharges.
