This store and every other store Do not hear out they employees nor Respect them People in this world Feel they have power when they hold a position above you . and i for one Not having it moving forward i will do what ever it take to put a end of releasing or firing someone without probable Cause , I will reach out to find the owner and so will my Attorney..

I have been coming to this 7-11 for awhile and is seem like when the guy Edwin is not working I always walk into a crowded store with a long line the workers doesn’t know how to run the lottery.But as for Edwin I see him work both register do lottery and run back in forward when the store orders come in.Let along when he’s not on the over night shift when I come in before I goes to work there’s no coffee ready or bread ready the guy at night say he doesn’t know how to work the coffee machine.So when I don’t see Edwin I turn around and go down to circle K.Yall need more workers like Edwin

I don't normally buy Big Gulps but not one, but TWO signs advertised $1.00 or $.99 cent large Big Gulps and I asked if the large were the ones for the price. The guy said yes as long as I had register rewards, which I do, so I filled up two and went to the register where they rung up for more than advertised. When I questioned it, the same guy said oh we should have taken down the signs! They would not honor the price saying they can't do that. I had them take them off and left them for them to throw away. They were willing to throw them away instead of just letting me have them for the advertised price!

They accused me of canceling my own 7now order when the app does that randomly.

No milk or half and half for hot coffee at 530am

Gas prices are not too expensive, the atmosphere is alright. I love their pan de bonos and the pizza is good too.

Maddy is a great representative, and she does so much to ensure the store runs, but unfortunately in my experience at the store today I do think that the store needs more coverage. At 8:30PM there was only one person on staff (Maddy) who was trying her absolute best to check individuals out, and deal with online orders coming in. There is a severe staffing problem at this location, and the ability of one rep cannot handle the traffic this location has. I’m surprised the owners of this business have not realized this as there are ALWAYS long lines at this store. Although the reps do their best, they can’t handle it all on their own. Please staff your store correctly, this isn’t an issue that has just started — been going on for a long time.

Do not come to this 7 eleven if you speak Spanish. Because they will be mistreated and humiliated. I came with my daughter who was under 6 years old and a worker named ..INDIRA...she treated me by humiliating me because I spoke Spanish and telling me that she didn't care that I was in front of my daughter and that she didn't regret anything. And he wasn't going to help me with an Uber pickup I was doing.... Do not eat to this 7 eleven if you speak Spanish. Because they will be mistreated and humiliated. thay got my order 5/6 wrong I ordered some penut butter cookies and got sugar cookies instead I order 5 2 bags of cookies

I would usually rate this 7-Eleven 5 stars, but the last couple of times I've gone to get the rollers, I been wanting the cream cheese with jalapeño roller, and the last 4 times they have false advertised it. Please advertise the correct roller so I don't keep wasting my money.

My favorite spot to go for gas an other essentials. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

They never have the rewards working at the pump and if you have to pay for rewards outside if you want them.

Its a alright 7-11 overall, just don't like going to this 7-11 much the fact almost everytime I go there, there is a questionable person always asking for money, especially at night

Extremely dirty store and super loud inappropriate music .

I've frequented this particular 711 location multiple times and always have had a pleasant experience. But I exmust say that when I stopped at that location tonight I had already had been having a bad day and when got to the register to pay for my items the cashier who took care of me was very sweet with a beautiful soul. You can just tell that he's a genuine person. But I just hate that I didn't get his name so that I can give him the respect that he deserves because like I said, I already wasn't having the greatest day and just the simple words of kindness he said to me really uplifting my spirit an I didn't get his name then but I'm going to make it a point to go back and find out his name so I can write the review the right way because he deserves his recognition for being an awesome employee just his kind words to customers really meant a lot to me. You never know what somebody could be going through and just a strangers kind words can uplift you so I really appreciate that. So there will be a Part 2 to this review

Always have had a great experience with this site since Day 1... My #1 Gas Spot...

Most the time the food is dried out and looks like it has been sitting longer then product time frame The restroom is constantly broken or they will not change the lock in the men's room maybe they're afraid to clean the restroom

Just wish they had banana nut muffins and chocolate chip muffins

Have to make an effort to write off old stuff

Its a really quaint gas station and the 7-eleven is nice to stop by if need be.

Excelent costumer service I got out in less than 5 mnts and got y gas and snacks convenient small trash can built in for the costumer in the counter ...how clever is that? I love it

One of the nicest establishments around this area. Everything around it looks run down or it looks like people don't respect their surroundings. So far this place is always clean and 90% of the time they have a good customer service (which once again, is rare to get in Kissimmee)

It's One minute from my house and my kids love it because they could walk there and it's the best thing they made there

It's clean, fast and convenient.
