This place has a lot of things to improve.The personnel who work in the store is rude impolite and of bad aspect, with no idea at all of what customer service is all about. Also, there are always homeless surrounding the store, attempting to interact with the customers.Also, the people that goes to that store is of bad aspect and smelly to Marijuana.I have seen lots of people complaining to the customer service personnel and receiving nasty answers.I live close and don't want anymore to come back , I prefer to go to Wawa, race track and speedway, these are stores with a better level .

Very sketchy at night if walking into a gas station with tattooed shirtless thugs is your thing then this is the place!

This gas station is the worst gas station I’ve ever been to in my life.

If I could of give a zero I would. I stop to use the bathroom today 7/14/24 7:02 pm and asked the lady [white] if I can use the bathroom I'm 7 months pregnant and had to pee. She said no. Just like that even my hubby asked. She ignored us. But it continues

Generally good but lately employees seemed annoyed to be working there.

By far the best 7-11 I've been to. Over night employees are great and are always in a great mood. Always helpful and very clean store. Come here for pizza late light and its always worth it.

Bad customer service by shama she refused service to me because I said are u gona I’d me again in a sarcastic way she always has an attitude and called me an idiot I am an adult she knows me I go there all the time I still feel like she acts like she doesn’t kno me she needs to respect the customer I will not return. Bad attitude by the night shift manager a female white lady I don’t care if you what color she is that’s just what she is. I don’t know her name touching me and saying excuse me at the same time it doesn’t make it right so that’s basically putting her hands on me as what she did. I had a horrible experience every time I go to pick up order, she gives me an attitude like it’s my fault she’s working there

The drinks are always very cold and the managers always do their best.

The manager Grant has to be the most disrespectful and nasty person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Never going back here again.

Tonight September 9 arround 10:30 PM I went and the cashier didn’t want to sell because I’m immigrant, she is a racist.

TRIED to buy tabacco with a STATE ID ( THE LAW IN FLORIDA IS A PHOTO ID) and they claimed it needed to be a license. It doesnt matter what “rules” a franchise want to establish, THE LAW IS THE LAW. Will be talking to a lawyer. The cashier then DIDNT want to sell AFTER I GAVE her the license because she didnt’t like “my tone” . I’m a customer, im not there to be friends. Let alone with employees and MANAGEMENT THAT DONT KNOW THE LAW.

Good morning readers it is February 8th 2023 1048 a.m. having just stopped at the 7-Eleven I am blown away truly by the monumental politeness cleanliness and stock of the shelves. The lady behind the counter was more than gracious and warm the other lady just as welcoming. For my job I'm at 7-Eleven probably three times a day 5 days a week an average about $300 a week which equals a lot of visits to different stores. This is my absolute favorite store because of the people there's a little lady older white hair she's the grandmother I wish I had she's a doll good job thank you very much for the experience

I just had the nicest, most friendly associate experience in this store. I did not get his name but he was a taller man, tattoo on the inside of his bicep, first person ever to use gloves handling my pizza. And just really friendly over all. Keep him! Lol.

Poor customer representatives this store has.

The lady working had excellent customer service. Fast and friendly 😀

I asked her several questions during check out and got ignored.

good for gas and go but wouldnt wander insdie
