30 minutes waiting to order on service car and nobody it’s was in service car. I never recommend this Burger King.

Very poor experience. Drive thru communication was poor, and they didn't give us fried for my kids' happy meals. I only received one crown, and now I have an upset kid cause she didn't get one. Waited almost 15 min for my order to be packaged wrong. So unacceptable

It's horrible that they don't even knock it down again and put it all back together. They're going to change the staff, they're very slow and they don't give you the correct order.

Food is good, but absolutely nobody who works here speaks English! Not even the manager, Amy. I’ll never understand how people can live and work in a country where English is the primary language, and they can’t even properly communicate with their customers because they only know Spanish. Very unprofessional! Thankfully my Brazilian significant other understands and speaks Spanish and ordered for us, otherwise I’d be s.o.l. And the soda machine barely had any drinks available in it, either.

It should be called slow food instead of fast food, it takes less time in a restaurant

Very upset by the quality of food. Ordered a simple breakfast biscuit and I received a very dark, hard as a rock biscuit with egg and sausage that tasted like it sat out all night . Low customer service

I come to the store I take my order from drive through and I wait like 20min no body speak English and have bad manager here name is Amy I think she took with me bad way and closed the door with very angry and didn’t get my order and she told me no order for me what this she really un normal i didn’t come back again

This place never opens at 6am. I travel everyday to work and had bad experience with other burger king and now this one. I made a mobile order and took my money and now more steps to get my money back. Very inconvenience. The company owners are loosing a lot to their front competitors by 6 or more cars on their drive thru. By not holding their employees accountable. It seems this is whats happening on all of my local locations. They don’t open at 6 am no matter if google says it.

BEWARE!!! MUST READ!!! DON’T GET SICK HERE!!! While ordering at drive thru, the person over the mic was very short & I had to repeat everything 2-3 times. While at the window, same story, short & had to repeat everything. I asked the young lady, if she felt ok. She responded no, that she was sick. Concerned for my wife & myself, I asked, do you have a cold or something similar, she cops an attitude & responds, I have a timer, you need to go and I’m not answering your question. I asked for a manager, she responds, I am the manager. I asked to speak to someone else. That’s when she calls a woman that identified herself as “Ada”/manager. I immediately asked Ada for the young ladies name, Ada looks at her, waiting for her to identify herself, she started “Luna” (I’m doubtful). Baffled! I asked, y’all have 2 managers on duty, Ada replied yes (I’m still doubtful). I move on to explain that Luna is sick and she immediately replied, so am I (as she coughs). I said, I just need to know if she has a cold or anything of the sorts, Ada replies yes. I asked for a refund, which Ada obliged. No apologies, no concern from Ada or Luna. This is sad because we’ve been coming to this Burger King for years and while they have a high staffing turnover rate, for the most part, staff is pleasant enough to deal with. Not the case today with these 2 individuals. Better training please!!

it is 8am. store is not open to walk up customers. sign posted says dining room opens at 6am. walked around to an empty drive thru and asked if i could order at the window. was told no you must drive up. but then told they won’t be opening the dining room. absolutely unacceptable. i normally drive up at this location but having my car worked in. i won’t be back ever. horrible service.

Their service is terrible. We've been customers for years but burger King has gone down hill. They're rude, and they speak about customers in Spanish badly. You ask for it fresh they'll make you wait and then give it to you stale. They need to be shut down. I'm done coming to this one. Sol doesn't even know how to do her damn job. Can't even make 2 8 piece nuggets right

The service was terrible, I placed the order online, and I ordered a Whopper Jr extra onion, and they didn't give me the order with onions. Inside the bag never gave me salt, ketchup, and napkins . The coke machine was empty 😕, they had to give me the coke from another machine they had inside. They fries were cool . The employees were chattering and never paid attention to the customer service.

Went the counter and no one was attending. Waited for over five minutes for fast food. Employee finally came out but was very confused and disorganized. A sign instructed a key was needed for the restroom the employee said no key was necessary. The door was locked. Very incompetent customer service skills

I rarely write complaints but this was a terrible experience. Whoever owns this place should send an undercover inspector in the afternoon. From the moment you step into this store, you can expect them to take anywhere from 45 mins to 1 hour to serve you your food, and it wasn't even busy. I was in the lobby and I saw how they do multiple tasks and do not change their gloves. Furthermore, they have their own Bluetooth playing lousy music from the kitchen or the back of the store. Such music was NOT kid friendly and is full of profanities. Other guests, including, me, didn't want to stay. In 30 mins, I was able to see the incompetence of the manager. I can't remember his name, but he was the enabler of everything wrong with this place. The cashier was the only one I saw doing her job correctly. I cannot recommend this place, and I'm definitely not coming back to this location.

Service was lacking...not enough staffing for a lunchtime period... Employee was unfamiliar with register (or even understanding what we ordered,) then charged incorrect amount (over $20) for 2 Jr whoppers & a small soda! Manager had to assist for refund. Most soda choices in machine were out of order, no napkins and cleanliness of lobby was questionable. Will NEVER return to this location!!!!

Tried to place an order and we sat there for 5 min. When driving up to the window we looked inside and saw the back staff laying there heads down on table where they make the food. How disgusting and ridiculous. Then the other half in the lobby playing with the soda machine trying flavors 🤣🤦‍♀️

Place is dirty, ceiling broken falling apart in the ladies bathroom, bathroom stall door lock missing another one broken. Hector the manager took forever to give us our food, request a refund and the MANAGER says I'm sorry I don't know how to do a refund. Ac vents full of dust. Horrible place. Food was horrible too. Never again stopping at this BK.

If I could leave no stars…. This experience was the worst I ever had in any Burger King. I asked someone where the napkins were so I can wipe down my table, the MANAGER told me where to find the sanitize clothes to wipe my own tables. Service wasn’t good at all. You can tell no one wants to be here. This needs major improvement.

El PEOR BK si puedes ir a otro mejor mas de 30min para preparar 4 hamburguesas, los que preparan no usan gorro en el cabello y cuando abrí uno de los hamburger tenia pelos dentro. El lugar siempre está sucio después están hablando malo frente a niños pequeños y tirándose la comida. Mesas y pisos sucios. Pides una cosa y te sirven otra. La comida es un desastre.

This Burger King needs help. Got two burgers with cheese and they were both cold meat and cold cheese. Yesterday they had no lettuce and today out of most breads for different burgers. This place could use a major cleanup inside and outside. Nasty. Tried to eat my cold whopper Jr's but to cold. I will not be back. I was being nice with three stars but after thinking about my experience I changed to one star. Amazing corporate Burger King does not look at the reviews.

I recently went to this Burger King and I was really let down by my visit. I ordered a Whopper, hoping for the usual tasty combination of fresh toppings, but it came without lettuce, onions, or cheese, which made it less enjoyable. The fries were a disappointment too, as they were old and cold, lacking the usual crispy goodness. To top it off, they didn’t have the new Spider-Man burger that I was excited to try. Overall, it was a major letdown, and I hope Burger King takes this feedback seriously and improves their service for future customers.

I came thru the drive thru and ask for two texas whopper and a crispy bacon Swiss paid $47.99. All my food came wrong nothing with cheese and bacon. Awful service issues to have my money returned. It is always the worst service and food quality. Sick of this BK. Defenetly the last chance I give them. This location should be closed. The cook new with all his hair out on the food. The girl on the drive thru vaping in front of guest and all paying more attention to their phone instead of running their business.

Always a bad experience. This time I went in at 9am. One employee was screaming to be let in the back. The other told me that the lobby was closed and to use the drive through.

Easily the single worst restaurant I have ever been in. Burger King Co. should truly be ashamed of this unit. Looks normal outside, but inside it's very dark and dreary. Kids area is closed and locked up. Restrooms were locked, and waited 15 minutes to find the person with the keys. That's what did it for us. The person with the keys was in the ladies room. Maybe we stumbled into a high crime area, then should put up plexi-glass and bars on the windows! My advice to everyone pass this Burger King and go some other place!

New GM just started today, so things were a little frenzied and some stuff not available, but... They were pleasant, and the food was perfect. Only 2 things I'd say is it took a while for someone to take our order. They were way understaffed, and the bathrooms were locked, so you couldn't use them. I'm sure those are both things the new manager is working on.

Soy de comer mucho en algunas tiendas, de esta franquicia he consumido más de 15 años, sin embargo vine a comer a esta sucursal 192 kissimmee frente mc Donald, pensando que lo más duro que había pasado en mi vida era perder a mi abuela pero no fue así hasta que me comí esta hamburguesa hoy. Pan viejo, frío, papas viejas. No pude disfrutarla. Como fue para llevar solo me di cuenta cuando llegue a casa y ya no iba regresar porque mi hija tenía hambre.

Staff was very immature and my food was not hot and I paid for an order of onion rings and they gave me 6 onion rings yes I said 6. Staff was very young and childish. Won't be going there ever again.

Went to Burger King and ordered an oreo milkshake and what I received was crumbled oreos in the bottom of the cup with milk poured on top. It was horrible! Don't know what happened today because they used to be very good. I won't order that again
