Horrible rude employee. Employee refused me service. Today at 7:30 am 8/24/24. Why are employee's always mad at this location. Very disappointed 😞

Don't go there as simple as that. I don't know how to put this out. Garbage in customer services, Garbage in communication, Garbage in handling business!!! This place needs a better management. You can't leave this place whether you pump gas or put air , or purchase food happy! This store smells like someone pooped in between ailes. No 👎 👎 👎 red flag.

Rude night clerk. The attendant on duty is extremely rude when he makes mistakes. Doesn't pay attention to customers , extremely bad customer service talks back to customers. Simply request certain amount of gasoline prepay .he caused me to be late to work tried over charging my account ha wouldn't provide receipt for transaction. Poor listener poor customer service .He is a serious problem!!

Just a quick stop for gas and potties but very clean and well stocked

Like other posts have said this place is bad. Late night stop and encountered the guy mentioned and photoed in many reviews. He clearly has some kind of social disability, which hey no issues if you can do the job... but he can't. Line of 6 people and he is just blabbing one guys ear off and the guy literally could not make it more obvious that he was is not trying to talk to this guy. Like straight up not responding or giving this one one word answers. This all while were waiting to use the single self checkout. Do not go here.

Everything was easy to find. Staff was very friendly.

I don't mind 7 11 but the prices are so high on many products that i usually don't buy much there....Only get gas if i have to stop. The prices of cigarettes cost $4 to $ 5 more a pack , If you buy Marlboro , that's why i only get what i have to have at 7 11

I’m trying to find a way to upload this video of the store employee being very racist and stereotyping me because I simply asked “how long he was going to have me and a long line of people waiting” because he left the counter to help a “DOOR DASH” employee shop around the store as if the 7 eleven customers that was waiting didn’t matter. The video speaks for itself he refused to serve me once he got to the counter because he was upset I asked him how long was he going to have us waiting…. He threaten to call the police on me when I didn’t do anything let alone say anything threatening to him the video shows who was the hostile one and who was stereotyping who as the anger black person yet I was very calm… 7 months pregnant thirsty and I couldn’t get me a Gatorade because he refused to serve me…. His parents must be the owners which is why he felt so comfortable to leave the counter with more than 5 people waiting in line to shop for the DOOR DASH Employee last I checked Door Dash pays them to shop for their own items yet this 7 eleven employee chose to shop for the DOOR DASHER… I didn’t get the employee name cause he had his name badge covered but the picture shows who he is and am still going to find away to upload this video of him…

The employees are rude and unprofessional. The air pressure is broken I went to let them know and the lady didn’t care at all told me to call the 800 number and it wasn’t her problem… no respect and plain rude with an ugly attitude

Just wanted to say, thanks to the girl working tonight who gave my grandma and I some really nice compliments. Not only that, she had a great personality and was really helpful 😊 She deserves a raise! Not sure her name, blonde hair with hot pink nails.

Young male worker. I want to say he may be middle eastern. He is the rudest employee I’ve ever witnessed anywhere. I’ve worked 12 years in customer service and EVERY SINGLE TIME I am at this location he is arguing with customers. I’ve never complained about him but he ruins so many peoples mornings by how he acts. A few weeks ago I witnessed him yelling at a lady because she forgot to look at her pump number before coming inside. He has also tried to make jokes at me before but the employees that were working with him know me and shut him down. Today he was yelling at a gentleman for coming in multiple times. The gentleman stated that he chooses this location to always fill up his tank since he drives far for his job and how the employee shouldn’t be upset to be getting business. After the gentleman went outside the employee continued to talk inappropriately in front of new customers coming in. I really hope someone sees this and does something about it. That location could see new sales and maintain the sales they have but not with him working there. Such an important gas station to Lake Alfred but I don’t want to go back.

Don't go here! The stupid people running this store are garbage and it's MY fault they don't take Google pay so I had to run to my car for a physical card, their app also took $60 out of my account and the general manager just told me good luck that's not our problem. I hope the owner gets their staff together or this place gets shut down. This isn't how to treat someone in medical need of food. You can't hold the line for 10 seconds but I have to wait 5 minutes for help, very fair. GM also told me my money would be back on my card in a few minutes from the gas pump, it's been 30 and I'm still waiting so thank you for the lies. I hope you put my wings back on the shelf so I can call the FDA too because you either threw out my wings I had pulled out or fed them to another consumer which is illegal because I touched them.

A trash business...fountain drinks not working for months....now out of gas....trash

8pm on Saturday. No coffee. No creamer. All coffee machines turned off or burning the coffee. Cappuccina machine was just hot water. No signs saying "out of order." And, oh my word, the store smelled like someone took a dump on the floor. I'm not exaggerating.

This place is one of the worst places FOR bunnies.in the morning The staff is out of pocket in giving back correct change

It's strange seeing this plopped in the middle of Lake Alfred now. Things have changed alot there.

Just as you would expect from a convenience store. All you need at slightly higher prices.

Bathroom was clean enough. I guess. Technically. And there was toilet paper. Even if it wasn't actually in the roller. Lol.

La atención no es muy buena,y el área de comida siempre descuidada. Hoy paré a echar gasolina y decía 3.19 en el letrero de afuera , pero en la bomba de gasolina me la cobraron a 3.29. Sean honestos.

Actually this store has been a pleasure to go to. At times it gets a little busy but the employees handle it well. I am happy to say they sure have worked out their imperfections. Plus they have hot foods that are pretty fresh.

The big sign says $3.23 regular gas & the pump says $3.39... 🤔‼️❓ looks like bait to me... Smh.

The first few weeks they were open it was in great condition. As many other commenters have said there seems to be little care given to the gas pumps and the quality thereof. The pumps have not given a receipt since week 1, and it appears they won't. The screen will literally flash "See Cashier for Receipt" for 1 second. The 2nd star is only because this place usually has ice when others do not.

It is sad that this gas station is new and already the outside area and the pumps are very dirty and the garbage cans are always full

Quite possibly the greatest group of people to do business with each morning as I start my day. The store is always clean and the morning crew just have a way of making me smile without fail. They are kind, professional and overall exceed my expectations with their superior customer service which is why I am a loyal customer who chooses this as my home store for all of my quick stops.

Excellent store!! I stop at only 7 Eleven’s across Florida due to my employment. By far this location is one of the best I seen for awhile. Everything front face, stocked, friendly employees and the cleanest franchise 7 Eleven I’ve seen. Excellent job to all the staff keep it up.

I am in the store 7 days a week at roughly 7:30 am for gas and coffee but there is never any creamer. If the guy Charlie is working he will gladly go get it for you but none of the others will and just say their out. The store is a high volume store and much needed for the area and was a great business decision. Please fix tjis

My 1st time ever buying a Philly Cheese Steak sub sandwich. It had been sitting under the heat lamps which dried it out. The bun was hard all around. I asked the cashier if I could trade it for another, she said sure as she threw the 1st one away. All in all, it was a pleasurable shopping experience.

Huge gas station with a very well-stocked store. Hot food in constant rotation. Everything you'd expect. Somewhat understaffed, so be patient, can be a bit busy at times.
