Two young men working in the afternoon are fantastic. Very personable

Not as good as other locations. I always order the same and this one taste milky. I told them and they charge me nkre for an extra shot. Its time to find a better location than that store in Lake Alfred.

0 STARS Very bad service, I had to move to Hardys, because they treated me very badly there and the food is spoiled.

It’s a new location..but just about everything about it needs an upgrade already…The management there is actually so poor..while also being unsanitary and unprofessional.

This Dunkin is on point. Unlike the trash at 501 magnolia avenue. My mobile orders are always on time the staff is quick and friendly. Thank you guys !!!!

Great breakfast food, donuts and coffee as well as super friendly employees, just a little too expensive for coffee and donuts.

Had a problem with my mobile app order, employees could not help, was told they don’t have any managers or shift leads on duty and that there was nothing they could do to help me.

It's Dunkin' . The coffee is good. The service is good as well. Even with a long line, they seem to get everyone in and out without too much time.

Great service. DJ and Terrance were the kids who helped me. The donuts were great and the coffee very good!

Clean area but very slow workers and food sometimes is too fast to be called fast food

The women's and men's bathroom were destroyed. The guy jacob was rude and most likely high. Idc if you're high if you can at least do the job.

The workers all nice and friendly, but it's crazy the fact that they're running around as much as they do due to lack of staffing in the morning. Stop being cheap and hire more people for your morning rush

The order was placed on the mobile app, the cocoa mocha signature latte hot was ordered without whipped cream. Ordered 2 chocolate sprinkle donuts. And 2 orders mini plain bagels. To start the hot cocoa latte they added whipped cream, the donuts without sprinkles and the cold and medium hard mini bagels. When I asked the employee that my hot cocoa was without whipped cream, he took the glass and brought it back dirty with remnants of whipped cream, the glass half empty instead of changing it. He got upset when I asked him to change my donuts because they weren't the ones I had ordered, he got upset and gave me attitude. They didn't give me straw for my other iced drink. And he hadn't even made the mini bagels and when he handed them to me they were cold inside and hard. Terrible service and the place was alone, it didn't have any other customers, so I understand that it was so that the order went well.

Stopped in at a rest stop on the highway. Coffee was good. Also got a begal. It was good also. Begal was ready real fast. Had to pull teeth to get my Coffee made. 😠

Food always tastes like bleach or some cleaning agent. Always disappointed in the food and service. I don’t recommend any food from here

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST DD! I pay SEVEN dollars and thirty cents for a coffee, I should get what I order! For some reason they can't seem to add the caramel to an iced caramel macchiato! They have done that to me TWICE! I also shouldn't have to wait FIFTEEN minutes to get it either! I counted 5 cars that got their order behind me and 2 cars from the parking lot, while I waited at the 2nd window for mine, and didn't even get what I ordered or an apology! What I got for $7.30 was a watered down milk and espresso! I will NEVER go to this location again, EVER!

Dunkin donuts has fallen badly. Donuts are small, stale, and just lack lustre.

Lake Alfred location won't accept the coupons claiming they aren't eligible even though it is in the Tampa bay area. Bait and trap. You only find out when you go there.

Absolutely horrible service. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and never even got acknowledged. 5 employees more worried about the drive thru than the customer at the counter. I will never go to this Dunkin again.

The building is new and modern but they charge you for water cups. Listed on the receipt as “local item” just trifling and GHETTO. Not even McDonalds charges for water and on top of that they didn’t even give me the correct size

I just don’t understand. From when I would get light ice in my coffee (for 2 years) then all of a sudden my coffees are half full. Now 9/10 times Alyssa has a nasty attitude or tone about her. I just don’t get it. You chose to have this job. So smile. If you don’t like it then get a new one. You literally get paid to smile and give people coffee. But instead you ruin my morning most of the time now. I usually don’t complain but I’m over it.

I LOVEEEE the girls that work there, they are the best customer service you could ever get! BEST PLACE EVER.

Love this Dunkin Donuts, the WORKERS ARE SO PLEASANT!!!

Customer service is pretty good. The employees are usually kind and pleasant. But this location always seems to be out of things, whether its sugar, milk, or flavors, etc. The drinks aren't consistent either. I can order the same drink everyday and not once will it taste the same as before.

I only get the Tuna on a Bagel. It’s really good, and the bagel is soft. I’ve tried the strawberry milk tea, but it’s too thick for me. Oh, the strawberry donuts are also good. I’m not sure what anything else tastes like. ***Mistake****: I’m not sure how this review ended up as Dunkin’, but this was not a Dunkin’ review. This review is actually for Donut Man.

I just went through the drive through to get an iced coffee, but thank you for making y’all’s coffee to where it can actually be tasted and it’s not all watered down or simply made weak. Thanks!

Asked what kind of bagels they had available they said everything they have all of them. I asked for a onion bagel they didn't have garlic didn't have said again what kind do you have they had plain raisin and whole wheat.

Unfortunately I drink way to much Dunkin but I’ll say this is my preferred store because they make it right 95% of the time.

My go to dunkin donuts every morning I can afford to get a latte. Rarely get the wrong order but it does happen, like it happens everywhere - they're human. The employees are very nice and considering how packed this place gets after 8am, they're freaking rock stars.

Not all DK are alike the one on 17 by Save A lot makes the best coffee drinks .For one the price changes from store to store on the same drink they never ask if you want whip cream. But they do here the I get iced cap with moca it was made correctly ❤

It's really small but it's the only place to get coffee anywhere in lake Alfred their drinks are good light is long though so I'd order previously and do pick up

They used to amazing I can rember buying Apple fritter for 27 cents and it had apples in it , today the donuts aren't fresh and most of time there out ?? Please bring back the man it time to make the donuts 🍩 fresh everyday 🙏

Ordered the Pumpkin Spice Iced Signature Latte @the Lake Alfred location. It was nice & clean and smelled of fresh coffee & donuts. I got one sour cream donut & one old fashioned donut that was in my bag😋

Awesome everything!!!!!! Stopped by for a birthday drink Desiree made the best coffee even gave my dog a pup cup!!!!!!!! . Do yourself a favor and stop you won't be disappointed 🙂. Totally deserve a million stars. Will be back soon.
