Ordered a number one comb. and asked if the food was cooked to order. Ordered take out and drove 1 mile home. Burger and fires were cold and nasty, fires flopped around like limp noddles. Threw 11dollars and change in trash and cook a couple eggs for dinner. No more Hardee's period!

Burger was very greasy. Price was too high

The girls running the place were dumber than rocks. Our burgers, which were expensive, were hard as rocks, probably made the day before. I feel robbed, will never go back.

Don’t waste your money here. Me and my husband went thru drive thru like a month ago , we got burgers and fries . Both of the burger were burnt , super salty and hard , the fries were cold and salty. I’ll never go back to this place.

Hard to find good breakfast spot when you have kiddos. This place is perfect. They forgot our order and I went up to say something and I was instantly handed to food and plenty of apologies. I gave the food to my daughter perfectly content. About 5 mins later a gentleman brings out hot fresh French toast sticks and syrup and apple pie and says “ for your baby” y’all I felt so bad for complaining but they made it right plus 100X more. Happy Kiddo happy life 😂

I only go for the Nashville Hot & Original sandwich (breakfast/lunch)

Always a good place to stop and have breakfast. The biscuits are fresh and the food is hot! Very friendly staff and the location is easy to get in and out of. Overall, it's a good hardees. Must have breakfast on the road.

It took to long to get our order.

This is our local Hardee's. We live in town and visit this location at least once a week for either breakfast or dinner. Today, being National Hamburger Day, I was craving a flame grilled Famous Star. The Hardee's app had a FS for one $1! After placing my order, I realized the app placed the order in Lakeland instead of our local spot. After trying to call the Lakeland location to cancel, I decided to go inside and speak to the our local manager to see if she could get a hold of them. Alexa, the manager, went over and above to make sure my order was taken care of today. And by the way, she made the best Famous Star I have ever had. Thank you Alexa!!!

Hardee’s have went downhill dramatically went by there and order two chicken sandwiches and two drinks our drinks came from a 2 L bottle I can get that at a grocery store and pay cheaper sandwiches scale and plain spent $20 for food. It should cost me about six bucks. I probably won’t be returning back to Hardee’s anytime soon.

Just wanted to write this review just because if the great service of a young man named Adrian M. I hope he gets some praise and recognition for his polite service and amazing attitude. He is consistent and a model worker in the industry. Thank you sir and God bless 🙏🏾

Burgers were clearly not fresh from looks or taste. Chicken sandwich was ok. They mixed up my order with another and that person wasn't happy with the quality of their food either

The food was dry and cold. Cashier was too busy chatting with other cashier. Music was so loud that I couldn't hear anything. I will not go back there and will tell friends to stay away

The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The cashier brought our food to the table. He was very kind and nice.

Our order was mixed up twice. Breakfast sandwiches were terrible. Will not return.

Frisco Angus burger and Jalepeno bites were awesome going to order the same tomorrow. The staff are friendly, the cooks perfectionist and facility is clean 👌

First loaded omelette was hard as a rock. Turned around went back second omelette nice and soft , started eating it it was burnt egg ugh . $4.79 for a gross sandwich. Come on Hardee’s I love your good but enough.

Gross food. Got my burger and it had a huge chunk of lettice heart inside. The damage thing would not even stay on the burger. You guys want 15hr? You should at least care about a job to get a raise.

Drive thru cashier was extremely nice. I had to tip him.

The lake after location is the best place to eat and Invite friends of family to sit down have a nice lunch very clean and the Staff is very friendly and very welcoming the other locations in Winter haven very unprofessional and not so clean

They should change their chicken tenders’ name to “Mini Chicken Tenders” haha. If you are used to chicken tenders at Publix like me then lower your expectations here. I ordered 3 pc. thinking it should be plenty for the evening snack. Got home and saw there were 2 mini chicken tenders(or oversized nuggies) and 3rd was mostly just fried breading, lol. Chicken was tender though so I gave them extra stars for that. I won’t be gonging back.

We eat at Hardees every Saturday and Sunday. Usually this one. But we are gonna have to find another place to spend our 175 a month. There are 5 of us they do not care about getting the order right. And we are tired of having to make what we did get go for 5.... Or having to go back again. Its every time!!! Every time!! Which proves the employees and management do not care about you getting what your ordered correct. After all they have your money ... And you are not getting that back. And how about the gas you have to spend going back again and again. I am an understanding person who worked fast food.... but everytime has gotten just too much.

I got some cinnamon and raison biscuits. They were dried out and tasted like they were from the day before. Not enjoyable as I thought they would be. Service was great, the guy at the drive through was great and had a great attitude. So that made it worthwhile....

Service was trash the lady had the young man running around doing everything while she looked at us and ignored us smh. Terrible service and over priced mediocre at best food.

Bathrooms (Men's & Ladies) were both clean and stocked.

I love their food. The smallest burger is huge. And it's a real beef patty. Thick. Fries are better than the other places also. And I think they are actually cheaper than Mc.......and BK. Way better food and prices. Proportions are way bigger also.

I received my order relatively quickly. The burger was hot, the fries were not.

Good food, for fast food, but they always seem understaffed and wait times are way too long, especially during peak times. Almost every time I order through the drive through, I have to pull to the side and wait for the order to be brought out. Staff also needs to be better trained on customer interactions.

The food was hot and pretty good. The person who took our order was judlst hanging outside, and we had to wait a few min for them to wander back in. A very I dont want to be here attitude, which I guess is fair.

The only reason I gave two stars was due to the great customer service I received. Quick, convenient, friendly. Food….not good. Greasy and it was later in the day so maybe it had been sitting a while. I’ll give breakfast a try bc I have heard good things.
