Server nice. Wine meh... Atmosphere is not comfortable. Stood at bar. Sweet wines Very very sweet. Place is for sale lf interested. Probably won't be back. Snack for gluten free in little box. Not my favorite.

Enjoy their wine and belong to one of their wine clubs that you a discount on your wine.Staff are very friendly and the outside tasting area is beautiful.Very nice place.They have many events going on also.

Absolutely experience! Wine samples were great, highly recommend the slushies! Sat outside enjoyed the views and fed the fish in the pond.

Quaint local winery, nice variety of wines, slushies, and beers, snacks, lots of special events that are so fun! Wine clubs to pick your favorites several times a year. And the owner, manager and staff are wonderful!

If you pay by card, and hand that card to your server, you're automatically for a charged 20% tip. It can be avoided by you walking to the terminal instead of handing your card over to an employee. Sounds shady, especially when the notice for this policy is placed above the average eye level, so most people can't see it. Just be careful of you go here, don't hand your card over to any employee to avoid that's 20% auto charge. Bring cash to avoid the extra fees, and to control how much you tip into their tip jar.

My favorite winery! The staff members here are amazing as well! We did wine tasting, had a wine slushy and had pudding shots by Tipsy Whips. Everything was delicious! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Absolutely love this winery. Held a portion of my wedding there back in 2014, they were fantastic and really accommodating. The facilities are beautiful and we come back year after year to visit. Thanks for all you do making great wine and taking care of us - lots of love!!

We are wine club members because of their first rate and award winning wines and because Shane, the owner and producer and Jamie, along with the rest of the crew are all great and awesome. You have many great many choices for great wines in WNY, you definitely want to check out A Gust Of Sun!!!

We did a wine tour in the fall. We stopped at Gust of Sun Winery. It was by far the best winery on the tour. It was so warm and inviting. I enjoyed sitting at the pavilion with the light breeze. The wine sample came with complimentary snacks. After we went and walked by the pond and enjoyed watching the fish swimming around. It was so peaceful. We can not wait to go back! The next time this will be the first winery we stop at.

What can I say about A Gust of Sun Winery. I absolutely love going here. Such a great, relaxing calming environment, every time of the year. The warmer times of the year, I love relaxing on the chairs in the back by the pond, listening to the birds, feeding the fish, a nice calm breeze. Just a great place to enjoy a GREAT glass of wine, er 2. Also, food trucks and live music, classes, which you HAVE TO BE FAST, to get tickets, btw... cause everyone loves going to them. They are so much fun! A bunch of friends and music playing. I'm looking forward to seeing my friends every time I go. Thank you EVERYONE at AGOS for being so wonderful every time I go. I'll see y'all soon!

Wonderful little winery and great staff

This a very nice winery in a nice area. The winery has various of events during the year and the owner is very active of keeping everyone informed of events. The tasting room is very cozy and the outside patio area is great for summer time live music....they don't treat you like a customer or a member they treat you like friends and family

Love A Gust of Sun Winery! I am not a club member, but I tag along with my friends Karen & Ang! We always have a great time whether we are there for an event or just stopping by to enjoy the wine! I just have to mention, this past Sunday Karen and I went to Gust of Sun Winery and had the nicest time! Not only did we enjoy the wine, but we had the nicest conversation with Shane! I walked out and told Karen….”That was so nice, I really enjoyed that” In 2024 I decided to look for “Glimmers” not “Triggers” in my life. This was definitely a Glimmer in my weekend! Thank you Shane and Jamie for all you do! Keep up the good work! Btw, check out the slushies and Tipsy Whips! Sooooo good!

Such a warm and welcoming space to share a glass of wine with loved ones! I love the lounge upstairs and when the weather is nice , sitting outside by the pond with the dog is the best! Love it here!

A Gust of Sun winery is such a hidden Gem in Niagara County! Shane (the owner) is friendly and knowledgeable and is always creating delicious amazing new wines to try! Her right hand women and Bartender Jaime is also super professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to deliver the best service and experience! Every experience I have had there has been nothing short of pleasant and fun! the whole staff is welcoming and eager to serve. If you are local the Wine Club is so worth it to join! they host a myriad of events from food, to entertainment, crafts, and so much more! Do yourself a favor and stop in some day, it's sure to exceed all expectations!

I absolutely adore A Gust of Sun. Their wines are exceptional and the people are even better. After my first few visits, I joined the wine club and couldn’t be happier. Shane and Jamie are amazing people. I have always felt welcomed whenever I visit (both before and after I became a wine club member). I’ve had the opportunity to attend several of their events and have loved them. My only disappointment is that I can’t get there more often.

This winery is amazing. It’s one of my favorite in the world and on the Niagara Wine Trail . We’ve been in the wine club for a few years now, and really love the special unique offerings throughout the year. Jamie is the nicest person you’ll ever met in your life. Make sure you taste the wine slushy’s they usually have different flavors throughout the months very really unique and yummy. They offer unique pop up classes, such as Stainglass making which I did with my mom and unique WineDinner parties. One of the best places to visit in WNY during the summer this hidden gem enjoy sitting outside under the terrace near the pond feed/ Look at the Koi fish (look for Whitey), enjoy your time relaxing. I love this winery! The wine is delicious and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s so nice to walk in and not only do they know your name, they remember what you like to drink - it’s like walking into “Cheers”!

This is my favorite winery on the Niagara trail. We were members here for a while (before having kids!) and always loved the chocolate pairings. The owners are very friendly and the wines are great. Always a fun time in there with that staff!

I love the vibe of this winery and I think they make the best wines on the Niagara Trail. The owner Shane really puts her heart and soul in her business and her staff is awesome. Jaime is a great tasting room manager. She is creative and I love that she bring in fun classes, featuring local artists and restaurants and encourages us to support other businesses too.

Been to the winery a few times! For a few events, a couple of wine tours… and i have to say that this is probably my favorite winery! Love the selections and love hanging out in the outdoor area and just relaxing with a nice glass of wine! Highly recommend!

AGOS has become my FAVORITE winery over the years! Not only is their wine fantastic, Shane and Jaime go above and beyond for their customers! Being a wine club member has its perks and they definitely make you feel like part of the winery family. I can't believe how they remember everyone that comes in there - personal info and make meaningful conversation, no matter how often (or not) you go in! The events they host and the vendors they bring in are amazing. They truly go above and beyond and it does not go unnoticed!

I've only been here twice and each time it was a great, fun experience! Delicious slushies, great wines and the employees were very nice. It's also very nice out back by the pond as well.

Tried 2 X in getting a Stain Glass Class and 10am . We all work but not all can get tickets by then and they sell out. It would be appreciated if it could be later in the day when those that are not available to purchase tickets have that opportunity to do so. This past one was for one of my Big # Birthday and had it but the website didn't go though. You work at the winery when saids it closes Thursdays.. No help on this matter. Had there been more accommodating I would have given more stars.

We just went to our member Christmas party at A Gust of Sun winery. It was so much fun and Shane and Jamie are the perfect hosts. I would highly recommend visiting this winery. The wines are delicious and they help out alot of small businesses by selling their goodies too!

So much fun at A Gust of Sun Winery!! This was our last stop on our Niagara Wine Trail tour. It was a great finale! Live music playing in the backyard really added to our overall enjoyment. There was a little mini market of crafts and wines outdoors to peruse while enjoying the music. I opted to try the pumpkin slushie, which was perfect for a warm fall day! I also purchased their Bourbon cream and apple sangria, which I highly recommend! Friendly attentive service! A must visit stop on the Niagara Wine Trail!

This is simply THE most warm and welcoming winery that I have ever been to!!! Jamie, on staff, remembered the name to my face after my very first visit! The winery is run by amazing people, and the wine......!!!! Let's just say nothing else compares anymore. Lastly, they frequently organize amazing events that are must attend! Always a great time here. A Gust of Sun Winery is always worth the trip! Two words. WINE CLUB!

This is such a fun and unique winery to visit because there are so many options! I love sweet wines and there were lots of really yummy choices for me, while my friend loves dry wine and she had an equal amount of choices! The flights came with freeze dried candy, which was so unique. If you didn't want wine, they had other options like different flavored slushies, pudding shots, beer, cider, and spirits. It is a very small and cozy atmosphere inside. It was a rainy day so we didn't get a chance to check out what the outside looked like. We ended up trying some slushy tastings and I loved the lemon, lime & basil. It was such a unique and delicious flavor! We also got some pudding shots to go and they were all delicious. I would highly recommend visiting for a unique winery experience and I will definitely be back.

I have learned over the years that California has really good wine. But the only one that I will drink from California is Kendall Jackson. I prefer Virginia wine because that's where I'm at and I have found that the flavors and everything about Virginia wine is just amazing. But I can say this New York around Buffalo has some of the most amazing wine in the entire world. And the winemaker at a gust of sun winery is probably the best that I have ever seen in my entire life. From the Cayuga to the Cabernet Franc it is nothing less than the most amazing wine in the world and if you don't try a gust of sun winery you are missing one of the greatest experiences of wine in your life. We love the wine and love the winemaker and everyone that works for her. This is a small winery that in truly should be one of the largest wineries in New York. The taste is beyond belief. Please stop by and try her wine.

Friendly staff and great wines. However the amount of wine that you get for sample tastings is not worth the cost as compared to other wineries on the trail.

I went with a friend. We tried a few flight samples. The staff was very hospitable. There were products for purchase and the wine was very tasty. Loved the entire experience!

Found this winery on our way to our hotel. Delicious wines. Wonderful atmosphere. Covered patio in the back, next to a koi pond where you can feed the fish.

Very fine, broad spectrum of wines. Comfortable indoor setting, with incredible garden / outdoor seating area. Fun craft, music and food events. But most importantly- wonderful, knowledgeable, welcoming people.

We had such a great time at A Gust of Sun Winery! We started our wine tasting trail there and loved every second! The wine is so delicious and perfect for a hot summers eve!

I came here for a terrarium class hosted by a local plant shop. The post said the class came with a glass of wine that the event would be two hours long with quality instruction on how to build a terrarium. I arrived and was told it was a misprint and there was not a glass of wine included, but I was able to purchase wine for regular price. I was also told an email went out that explained that, AFTER I paid $50 for the ticket. If an email was sent, I never received it. Even if it was a "misprint," as a business owner the right thing to do is to honor that statement, or at least offer a discount. I would have probably bought a bottle had I liked the wine provided, but decided not to buy anything because of the deception and lack of accountability. It felt like they just wanted to get people in the door by lying and then assume they would buy wine anyway. The whole event was a disappointment and not worth the money.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gust of Sun on a few occasions, and it has always been an unforgettable experience. Everyone there is so extremely pleasant, passionate, and knowledgeable. It is such a nice escape from the city and I always love to bring friends visiting to the area here. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic winery! The wine is so delicious and a ton of variety from fry to sweet. Everyone in your party will find something including beer. The atmosphere is fun but quant with indoor and outdoor space, the staff is so helpful and friendly and they have tons of events throughout the year to keep you coming back for more! Must do in WNY!

Indor atmosphere was lacking, outdor great. Associate wasn't to personable. Testing served in plastic shot glasses and you weren't able to chose tastings. They had them prechosen. Wine was ok.

great experience here! the terrace is incredible and so relaxing. we were able to get a few different wine samples and popcorn, which certainly had unique flavours. the sweet wine samples were very, very sweet — closer to the sweetness of an ice wine for my palate. the wine slushies were definitely the stars of the show for us. we tried the peach slush at the taste of buffalo, which was good enough to make us come to the winery the next day. there, we tried the cherry and rose wine slushies which were just as delicious. definitely take your time to come here and enjoy their terrace on your way back to canada, or on your way down the wine trail.

The service is amazing and the selections are great. Was so good, I joined their wine club. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to that perfect choice on what to buy. Love it!!!!

Beautiful spot, welcoming and comfy bar, delicious wine because thats what you came for. We stopped off randomly to do a tasting. Who doesnt love wine and girl scout cookie pairings??? You can also run a tab and grab a bite to eat and sit out by the koi pond with your favorite glass of wine. Definitely add it to your list.

We hosted our wedding ceremony and rehearsal dinner at A Gust of Sun and couldn’t recommend them more. Shane and her staff were so incredibly accommodating the entire time. We had to postpone due to COVID and they didn’t even blink an eye. From allowing chair rental deliveries early, helping to setup for the rehearsal and ceremony, allowing the use of their indoor space and just generally being so nice along the way, we couldn’t be happier! The venue was absolutely perfect and beautiful! Although we didn’t get to use the back area for our ceremony because it had rained too much prior to the day, the pavilion was the perfect setting for our special day. Also not to mention, they have some of the best wine in Niagara County :)

Wine is adequate and pedestrian. However; the experience makes up for it somewhat. A pond, dogs and friendly hosts/bartenders create an enjoyable time.

One of my favorite local wineries on a beautiful campus. We love to enjoy our wine by the pond. I like dry wines and I enjoyed the dry wine flight. I've had the semi dry flight in the past and enjoy them as well. I always leave with a bottle or two in hand!
