The owner was at the front upon arrival and was so welcoming. He was very friendly and helpful and easy to talk to and really set the tone for the environment. Cute eatery! Great food options and the coffee/latte quality was outstanding. Would highly recommend.

It was our first time trying out this restaurant. Going off the pictures and the menu we were excited to eat here. Overall the food was good, especially the "Elote hash", the pancakes, and the potatoes. Very delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast burrito I got. It was mostly eggs and a little bit of bell peppers. It was not what I was expecting. The restaurant itself looked very clean and cute. Service was very good and the older gentleman who was working the register was very funny and attentive.

We decided to go in for lunch. The menu was limited so I ordered a burger. I asked for it to be medium. When it came out, it was burnt and very dry. I decided to eat a few bites and ask for a to go. Not once did anyone come by to check on us or anyone else for that matter. When I mentioned to the young girl at the front about my burger being burnt, she laughed it off. Not sure if today was an off day, but there are too many other places to eat at.

The place was cozy, great food and service. Eggs Benedict a good choice. Will definitely be a repeat customer 👌

Arrived in at RSW( airport) after a 12 hr. travel day. eATERY was still open 8:30PM. Staff greeted us with smiles and cooked one of the best burgers we've had in FL. Fries were outstanding, crisp and well seasoned. Perfect end to a long day.

Okay, my first review might have been a touch too salty, but hey, when I bring my last 25 dollars into an establishment for a 17$ wagyu burger and get what I got, I have every right to be disappointed. The burger was delicious. I just felt it was lack luster. Bun envelopes the tiny patty. I'll even concede that I'm aware its an expensive burger to make. I get it, everything is expensive. But no fries? Hey, do what you want, its your place, but my perspective isn't ridiculous. I am. And I understand that. But is it really so ridiculous to expect a burger come with fries at a place like this? If it were 22$ and came with decent fries, I wouldn't bat an eye. And the 4 out of 10 might have been a 6. Patty was just unforgivably unimpressive. Like if you're going to do a wagyu, do it right. Put at LEAST 2 more oz. in that patty and slap some fries on it, and make it $25, and I'm there twice a week. It would be a solid 8. Then do the same thing with Angus for $21 with fries. And I don't want to hear about how expensive fries are. Portion control. I don't need a pound of em. But if you're serving such a gourmet burger, have some pride. I'm there because I want to spend money locally. There, I hope I addressed my criticism more respectfully. And again, the server was absolutely delightful.

A little bit expensive, but I don’t mind playing extra for quality food! Very good and they are proud of their food. I will definitely make this one of my go to places.

The chicken salad croissant is my FAVORITE it’s always good.

We did the Sunday brunch. The donuts were melt in your mouth good. The Truffled Eggs Benedict might be the best Benedict I’ve ever had; rich, not overpowering truffle, perfectly poached egg, fluffy croissant- amazing! The Elote Hash that my BF had was delicious; crisp corn, perfectly spiced chorizo, the fried egg was crisp and fresh. Cannot recommend Artisan Eatery enough. We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent food, very friendly and attentive staff. A bit pricey but the ingredients are locally sourced. The quality and quantity of food makes it worth it.

Went for breakfast on Sunday morning on Mothers Day. Small place with walk up counter ordering (Food is delivered to your table). Food is very good, something for everyone plus some specials on the board. Be sure to get the donuts, they come out warm! Does have counter seating with a open kitchen and appropriately 10 tables. Everyone enjoyed their meals, will be back!

We've been enjoying Artisan Eatery for the last few years. Their rotating specials and seasonal menus are a thing of beauty. We enjoy the Elote Hash and Eggs Benedict for breakfast, Philly Cheesesteak for lunch and burgers for dinner.

I went there for Mother’s day (today) and I had the avocado toast special, I was pleasantly surprised with the ambiance and the food was delicious. I definitely want to come back and try some of the other specialties. The restaurant came up when looking for healthy breakfast near me.

Wow. Great hidden gem. Counter service when you walk in. Soda fountain for drinks, but food was really really good. Wings were amazing, burger cooked perfectly, French fries dangerously good. Wife’s steak and cheese was exceptional as well. Entire place is clean and the young man working the register was great. Checked on us multiple times. Props to him! Very family friendly, had back up diapers and wipes in bathroom for families with babies! All of this greatness does come with a higher price tag, worth it though. We will be back!

Second visit: "Cold lobster roll served on croissant lacked flavor. Had to ask for some lemon wedges but could have used some salt, too. There was a good amount of lobster meat, though. Sweet potato fries were good!" 4-2024

Was in the area and looked up healthy food, this came up. Not exactly healthy food, but we had some sandwiches and the Reuben was delicious, the Mediterranean wrap is missing something, maybe sauce? The server was very kind.

This place used to be decent, but the owners have been resting on what got them there for a long time now. The lower ratings are exposing them and their lack of attention to quality. There are some digs on here about their employee Chris, but he was just frustrated with the decline just like alot of customers who got sick of watching this place take a big dive. It probably got old for Chris having to disappoint loyal customers every day. I saw some comment she made about still # 1 in Gulfshore Life. Those polls are pumped up by your friends and family. I have a friend whose won those who told me so. So just because you get your friends and family to pump up your rating, the truth can be found in the lower ratings.

Best biscuits and gravy ive had in fort myers. The bananas foster french toast special was a unique take on french toast. There was a layer inside the french toast that was possibly a cream cheese filling but i cant say for certain, either way super unique, super sugary, super good.

Excellent place for breakfast or brunch, there are unique dishes, excellent flavor and service, the style is to order and pay before sitting down, then they give you a number and they take your order, everything was very delicious. The orange juice is exquisite. I recommend trying the pancakes

Traveling and read the menu. Was hoping for lunch but they only served brunch on Sat til 2. Ended up having a burger on the brunch menu. Was not disappointed. The lady taking my order was friendly and helpful for a newbie. It’s a neat little restaurant. Bustling through the day! Would definitely recommend.

Like Maria C. mentioned below me the tall older gentleman whose name seems to be Chris treated us horrendously. I also assumed he was the owner. A remark was made towards us the was absolutely uncalled for. Reading other reviews this seems to be a pattern lately. Which is such a shame because the food was great and so was the ambiance prior to interacting with Chris. I do not feel welcome here and unfortunately will not be back.

Had a daily special crab frittata. Terrible. Very dry. No, like zero, taste of crab. Was there any crab in it? Didn't finish it. Server came by and asked how it was. I told her. She just smiled.

best way to sum up the way we were treated by the older, tall man at the counter, who I presume is the owner: soup n*** from Seinfeld. condescending, flippant, loud...not just to us, but others as well, even over the phone to takeout customers, as we witnessed. the food was nothing special, absolutely not worth interacting with him for. it's sad to see, because he seemed calmer as it was less busy. he certainly does not respond well to stress, which is part of running a restaurant, whether you like it or not. if you can't be the least bit kind to your customers who are choosing to spend money at your establishment, what's the point in opening up shop? really glad we took the time while out of town to check this place out and be made to feel so unwelcome...🙃

Apparently the new brunch cook (who has no problem showing how grumpy he is) doesn’t like making their Truffled Eggs Benedict. They’ve been unable to make this dish the last 5 times we’ve come here. This inability to make this dish coincidentally started when he started working here. So what ingredients exactly are you out of? You have eggs for the other dishes. So are you out of croissants? Or the sauce? Don’t waste your time coming here until the owners do something about this. UPDATE: We found a different brunch place to eat that amazingly has figured out how to not run out of food during the “busy season”. I guess they PLAN BETTER and don’t place blame on the customer’s time of arrival as an excuse for consistently running out of food.

Horrible service ! My husband and I went around 10:50am, the staff was extremelly overwhelm with the transition from breakfast to lunch, long story short we left without eating and will never go back.

Found this place based on other reviews. Extremely happy with the food quality. Soups are made from scratch and very tasty. I am a fan of French Dip sandwiches and this was one of the best I’ve had. Au jus was excellent. Guy behind the counter was super friendly.

I have loved Artisan Eatery for years. Today my husband and I brought two friends with us. Chris at the front helped us order, he is always friendly and gives great suggestions. Between the 4 of us we had pastrami hash, truffle eggs Benedict, breakfast sandwich and breakfast flatbread and all were delicious. The pastrami hash in particular was fantastic. It is a little bit higher in price than other restaurants, but the quality of the food is absolutely worth it. We all agreed today that we have never had a bad item here and that's why I decided to leave a review.

This is a gourmet sandwich restaurant on Daniels Parkway. Their breads are amazing and the pastrami is as good as in NYC. The cheese steak is a personal favorite. Super engaging staff with great recommendations.

Wonderful food options for everyone and even better customer service. My girlfriend's friend invited us to have lunch here for the first time and we had an amazing experience. Our waitress, Chris, was very welcoming and friendly. For those wanting to try a new restaurant, I would highly recommend. Food 10/10 and was worth the price. We ordered a Caesar salad, chicken and vegetable soup, Philly cheese steak sandwich, Artisan burger and THE best sweet potato fries!!!

Amazing food and service couldn’t be better!

We stopped in for brunch on a Friday. It was relatively busy, and we were ooohing and ahhing as food came out to the other tables. Everything looked so good. Plates of fluffy French toast, mile high biscuits, and perfect sunny side eggs made our stomachs growl with hunger. At long last our meals arrived and it was outstanding. My husband had the eggs Benedict, and while the eggs were just a wee overdone, it was still delicious with a homemade tasting sauce. My omelette was plump with onions and mushrooms, and the potatoes were perfect.

Heard they make their own pastrami, we tried both the Reuben and New Yorker sandwiches, both were excellent!

Artisan Eatery is always fantastic. The Artisan Burger, Port Richmond Cheesesteak, and an order of Parmesan truffle fries equates pretty much a perfect meal. They’re one of the rare places where you can order a burger cooked medium and it actually comes to you medium. Add in the bacon jam and it’s available winner every time. The cheesesteak has a great blend of meat and cheese with steak that is the right amount of tender and an ideal bread choice. The truffle fries were cooked to perfect crispiness on the outside and fluffiness inside. Every time we go, the servers seem like they really enjoy their jobs and it shows in the service. Very attentive, always checking in, always smiling faces. Go to Artisan Eatery, you won’t be disappointed.

Ate 3 meals here Shrimp and Grits were spectacular Wife had the Elote Chorizo Hash which she loved 2nd Meal we had the Sugar Pearl Waffles with Berry Compote (very good) and Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich 3rd meal we had the Pastrami Hash (very good but salt forward) and the French toast which was decent In all a nice spot for handmade food with character.

I went with my mom on vacation to have a bite to eat and this place knocked it out of the park! Amazing food and such kind staff.

We are there almost every single week. It’s become our Saturday morning ritual. The food is always fabulous, love the atmosphere and it’s 100% because of Chris and the environment he creates. As a business owner, I appreciate how he takes care of the customers, interacts with them and ensures their dining experience is fabulous. It’s not the same when Chris isn’t there! If you haven’t been, give it a shot!

Our first time here and we fell in love with this adorable spot! The food is delicious, we had shrimp and grits and the Truffle eggs Benedict and both were outstanding and fresh! Their donuts are so yummy, we actually did 2 orders and took some home. Still yummy the next morning. Chris at the register is the coolest guy! His recommendations are spot on! And let's not forget about their bottomless mimosas! Great brunch spot!
