Our meal was delivered. Packed safely & beautifully. Taste buds are in heaven!! This is my first very own fresh Pho. My daughter treated me to a taste of her bowl in, say,, 2012 & I’ve wanted more ever since!

The beef pho is $14 and the owner gets cheap sometimes and will give you a huge pile of noodles to over compensate for the small portion of beef that is actually half fat! Each piece is literally half white and that’s fat. Not nice.

The soup was delicious, as always. The server was friendly. The following is just my opinion, with no intention to criticize. My lunch came to $18 (including the $3 tip) for a bowl of soup and a water. (It was worth it to me.) To spend $54 on lunch for me and my 2 boys would be too much to spend. So, I only go occasionally, when I'm alone. It would be nice if they allowed patrons to order their sandwiches without requiring an additional $6 drink to be purchased. It's hard on families. I'd bring my teen boys there for lunch too, and there would be 3 of us sitting at the table for 4, instead of one, and in a few years they'd be adult patrons. I feel their strategy might be shortsighted and actually harming their growth. I'll continue to go by myself now and then.

Great food, fresh and clean inside, spring rolls are mandatory, really so good.

Not just good Viet food for Ocala but good Viet food period, legit authentic and the owner doesn’t cut corners with ingredients

Today was my first visit here at AK Pho. I’ve been wanting to go since they opened. I have been looking forward to having Pho in Ocala. I moved here last Summer & have been SO disappointed in the fact there’s no Pho restaurants in Ocala. I do go across the street to Ayuttaya Thai & get Thai soup to feed my addiction, but I have been wanting Pho for a long time! They did not disappoint! When I came in, I was greeted & sat down immediately. I got the Pho Tai (#3) & Taro milk tea. The Taro milk tea was on of the best Taro teas I’ve ever had (& I’ve tried soo many!). The packaging also with the cute clear top, to the pink straw, was a nice/cute touch. The Pho was amazing! The ratio to beef to noodles was perfect. At first I thought it wasn’t enough broth, but after eating my entire bowl it ended up being perfect! The veggies were fresh & a good amount was given! I also love the chili oil they had too! The prices did go up since opening so I took some pictures to update everyone on the menu prices! Overall, I highly recommend! Not the best Pho I’ve ever had, but the only place to get Pho in Ocala & tastes very good! I’ll definitely be back! UPDATE: I went today for my 2nd time ever, 2 years later. I got the chicken pho. It was delicious. I made it spicy to my liking and left so full. I also got the Thai boba tea. It was soo delicious. I will be back again more often.

Excellent service. Feels like I stepped into a little corner of Hanoi. Delicious Bahn Mi. Haven't tried the pho yet.

Disappointed. Brought friends here for their yummy boba to visit and enjoy a drink but they refused to seat us. They told us that we could only get boba to go. We left.

I have to drive a half an hour, though other Vietnamese restaurants are closer, because this place is clean, the food authentic and I love the fact I can even get a sandwich there, besides the normal menu. Service is friendly and quick.

Spring rolls were average... nothing unique. They were not large at all. $3 a roll they should be larger. The Pho I can confirm other reviews is very good. Not the best I've ever had but I've visited likely over 100 unique pho places around Canada and the USA. Meat was fresh and had a fair amount for the price. Broth was flavorful but lacked a certain PHO sweetness that should be there in my opinion. Noodle amount good, but slightly overcooked. Decent amount of onions.

Tasty, short wait. Good staff, clean. No tendon or tripe for phō- but I’m sure for this area, few would order.

Service was horrible. Food was okay. It’s weird that they are anti-Asian . I will never go back there again as Asian.

Always fresh and delicious will not disappoint. Prices are good. We always get appetizers so a little more per person. Prices are great for clean fresh food. Not the biggest place but they use their space well. Love the pho!!

Food was good overall. Ordered dumplings and got crab Rangoon, but that's ok, it was tasty. We ordered shrimp pho and beef pho, the broth was tasty, the shrimp and beef were good, they are a little skimpy on bean sprouts and jalapenos, but we survived lol. Spring rolls and peanut sauce were delicious. The restaurant is reasonably clean, the staff was helpful and courteous, the location is a bit...scary.

Perfect space for date night, or grabbing lunch and boba on the go. Excellent food and service. Family friendly.

Friendly staff and delicious sandwiches

This is the only Vietnamese restaurant in town. The boba is pretty good, the pho is consistent. Love the fried shrimp rolls and the bahn mi !! The service is just okay but I’ll always go back regardless

I went here for lunch with some friends for the first time. It wasn’t busy and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. The service was excellent. We shared some pot stickers that were absolutely delicious! I got the chicken pho and a boba tea, both were amazing. I recommend going it will not disappoint!!

Only Pho place in Ocala. They have remodeled since they first opened and it is so cute and relaxing in there now. I have only had the Pho Tai, but it has been delicious every time. Service is always fast and friendly.

The food was very good, the pho in particular was outstanding. The fact they The could make almost anything vegan was great for my partner and the service was top notch. Will certainly come again! Kevin and his wife have done an amazing job. This is exactly what I want in a restaurant experience.

Great beef pho broth. I ordered the brisket pho number 4, two pork egg rolls & a taro bobba pearl tea & everything was delicious. Service was great. I would definitely visit again.

If you have a guy named Kevin (tall Vietnamese, the owner of the restaurant) serves you, he’s the worst!! I worked there and he is the MOST SELFISH BOSS EVER! We all take turns to serve tables and yet he will always steal the big party tables because he’s the boss! When he sees big parties coming and he’s in the kitchen, he will run out and get that party even though there are enough servers. He takes 10% of employees’ tips by the end of the day because he’s the boss! He only pays $6 an hour and the minimum wage for tipped employees right now is $8.98. The restaurant is super crazy busy today that there are people waiting on tables; and yet the boss told me to go to lunch. That’s because he wants to take all that tables for himself so that he can take all the tips for himself. I have never see such a thing when restaurants gets so busy but yet the boss tells you to take a break. How ironic!! So he wants people to work for him but yet he always takes the big parties and to go orders for himself. So how will the employees make money when he does things over and over again? And this is not one time or two time things that has happened. It happens every single day!! That’s why employees (front and back employees) quit all the time at this place due to this kind of boss!! So if you are thinking of working for this restaurant, you better run away from it!

The best Pho I've ever had, fabulous broth!

This place has the best Bun Bo Hue I've ever had since I moved to Florida. It's the most authentic bowl with every kind of meat in it and the broth was on point. My boyfriend got Bun Thit Nuong and he loved it. The portion was pretty big and it's worth with the price. We also ordered a boba and it was surprisingly good boba.

We discovered this place on a road trip and it nourished our weary souls. No really, we were so incredibly happy to drive past all of the fast-food options and find this gem. The pho was delicious the place was cute, and the service was excellent. Bravo 👏

We came specifically for banh mi and unfortunately they were out. We got an iced vietnamese coffee, thai tea and passion fruit tea. Passion fruit tea was the only good one. Thai tea was ok but watered down. Vietnamese iced coffee waa disappointing. Do not recommend at all. We'll have to give their food a chance for redemption another time. We were in a rush to get to our next destination and could not eat in.

I absolutely love this little restaurant best Vietnamese food in ocala, probably because it is the only one. Is absolutely beautiful inside, and now they have Vietnamese sandwiches to die for super delicious. Oh, I love their boba tea better than many other boba places. The owner is a very friendly guy. Thanks for having my best food in ocala. Hope to visit Vietnam one day. I also love to make Vietnamese food at home and I'm spanish.

Hidden gem in Ocala! This authentic restaurant has excellent food and wonderful service. I definitely recommend the spring rolls and getting an extra side of meat with your pho. That broth is spectacular! I only wish the bun bo hue was spicier, but maybe they just tamed it for local tastes. If you love spicy food, ask for it to be extra spicy because as is, it wasn't a spicy broth, but it was very flavorful

Was pretty good flavors. Was pretty expensive for what you get. But it is hard to find good fresh food out there these days. So, it's pretty good. If it had been more reasonably priced, I would have given 5 stars.

Fantastic spot for Pho! One of the only Vietnamese restaurants in the area and it is great! Spring rolls, crab Rangoon, Pho, boba teas, everything is great! Great prices too! Quick service, clean, recently remodeled space! Definitely worth the stop!

Broth was cold but tasty. Service was nonexistent. Owner was rude and aggressive with the check trying to get me to pay while I'm still eating by placing the credit card machine right up against my hand twice while I was still eating. I pushed it away and he did it again before taking it away the third time. I think he isn't a people person and probably meant no harm. Never once was I asked if I needed anything or if everything was okay. But I'll try it again as this might have been an off day.

I'm not a big fan of Vietnamese food. But it was good for what it was.

Visited after a bit of time away, during that the entire restaurant had been remodeled and looked beautiful..... The food was still excellent as it always was and the service prompt and friendly. Best Pho ever!

My only criticism is the topping to broth ratio! I love how they package their combination pho. Fresh, delicious, and a generous portion. Next time, I'll ask for extra broth. I also enjoyed the fresh spring rolls. Sooooo yummy!

Love their Taro and Tiger boba as well as their dumplings. Nice cute date night, good eats and good drinks!

It will be nice to have steak knife to cut my meat instead of a butter knife.
