This was a really FUN place. Who doesn't love pirates? The food is great and good service. Small and intimate place.

This place was an unexpected gem right off the square. Went in on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy, had to find a place to stand since all the seats were full, but even having live bands playing we never had to raise our voices or shout to have a conversation. The people were all really chill and relaxed, the music was great, the decorations are awesome and features several local artists. Nathan in the kitchen was great and whipped up some really amazing buffalo chicken dip. 10/10 experience. I will definitely go back again.

We GPS'd here but it was empty so my partner and I hit two other bars in the area and they were inattentive and lacking so we stopped in before heading back and WOW! Service is amazing and so are the staff..this was our favorite spot tonight. Great staff. Highly recommend

One of my favorite bars in ocala. If you want to see some great talent, both local and out of town/state, come here, it isn't just punk and metal. The staff are awesome, the drink selections are top notch and honestly, it's worth a trip there just for the food🤤

Great little restaurant bar. Corned beef cabbage was awesome. They had live music which was very good. It would have been nice if they had waitresses. You order everything from the bar. The bar tenders were great!

Fun times on St. Patty’s Day. No servers. Need to order at the bar. The corned beef and cabbage plate was good. My Tito’s and soda was great. Good atmosphere. Good music. Met some nice people.

The unnecessarily tall man hit me with a rubber band and it made my experience here that much better. Phenomenal.

Holy cow did we not leave a review for this place? We were intent on doing some day drinking and wound up here. The bartender was playing slightly stoopid radio and when we walked in Stick Figure was on so yeah, we found our place. This is a pirate bar, so youve been warned. We normally hit the tiki place next door and Mutiny is pretty loud and rowdy when we pass by. Lunch and early afternoon when we were there was pretty low key. We drank some dark and stormys, listened to some gnarly tunes and pestered the bartender about this and that, bands and the local music scene, and chilled for awhile. I have to point out the bartender does not always play calireggae music, its just what happened to be on. Well I think they should! This bar is not for everybody, it is a pirate bar, and should be approached as such. I would not hesitate to come back and i certainly would recommend this joint to my friends

I come to this bar many times over the years, but for some reason the bouncer on January 27th was rude and belittled my entire group as we went inside. I was excited to show my out of town friends this bar and the live show, but the bouncer soured the mood of half the group. Very disappointed.

Big bar, friendly bartender, pet friendly, and cold St. Bernaudus in the bottle what else could you ask for.

Very cool bar and hang out spot in downtown Ocala. I loved the overall vibe (murals, stickers everywhere, punk music playing). The food was awesome. I enjoyed the Chicago dog and potato salad. I would love to see a veggie or vegan hot dog as a future menu option.

We had our wedding in Ocala, and when we were planning everything, we really wanted somewhere to chill and take the edge off the night before. When scouting venues, we came across this great little bar with awesome music playing, and after a great conversation with the bartender, we decided to see if we could book a show for the day before our wedding. The bar owners were so accommodating and easy to work with, they booked our friend's band, and two other really cool bands, and all of our friends had such a great time rocking out, dancing, singing, and of course drinking, the night before our wedding. We were all from out of town and loved to have a venue that felt like home. We liked it so much, we came back to after-party around midnight after our wedding the next night. We miss having punk/metal bars like this in the Tampa area, so I suppose Mutiny is our new home away from home!

I was at a Harley party, the music was ok, but I needed more. I went to this bar and the music was what I needed. I loved everything about it. The service was better than good. The young folks were getting into it. I wish I was young again. But I can still enjoy it. And I do.

A few times I went to see some live music and the bar was immaculate. Clean and efficient, but not for someone who wants to sit at the bar on a Friday night. I asked the bartender to watch my drink while I went to the bathroom. Although she was not very busy at the bar, she first said, "I can't guarantee anything". I've managed a bar before. It's not that hard to watch someone's drink especially when they are tipping 50%. I'd need a little better service to give 5 stars in that department. Amazing live music, good drinks and one of the coolest places in Ocala. Visit if given a chance, the Mutiny theme is fun, too. 🏴‍☠️

Food is awesome. Music is great. I've never been big on bars but I absolutely love this place.

This fits super well into the downtown area. Pirate themed with matching crafted cocktails. They hosted their first comedy show which went very well. Placed was packed.

Had a great time with friends on 6/10/2023. Stopped for some cocktails with the wife and friends and heard a crazy Bartender story (WINK,WINK). Great atmosphere and very cozy. Highly recommend. Great friendly staff too!

The greatest compliment a bar can receive is being the "industry bar" of a town. Staff is great, food is incredible. Live punk music was much appreciated.

We love this spot. It is square "adjacent" and the atmosphere is positive & welcoming. We have frequented this bar nearly a dozen times, and it has always been a happy & fun atmosphere. Love it here and highly recommend it. No drama, just great service, fun times, and good music.

Not my personal taste in environment, but my boy plays here occasionally and the girls behind the counter make pretty damn good drinks. Hats off to ya.

Great food, great vibe. Bartender and cook were both awesome. Love finding these little gems when in new cities. We ordered multiple items off the menu and were not disappointed with any! I was shocked at how reasonable our entire meal was. Kudos to the entire team.

Great atmosphere... if it wasn't so expensive. It's a punk bar and I enjoy that kind of scene. I do not like how 2 drinks cost $20 though. Way too overpriced. I understand why they do this but still that's not what punk is. The beer I had was about 7 and the cocktail was $7.5. great beer aftertaste was pleasant. Initially didn't care for the first sip. Got better by the end of the can. Barely a buzz unfortunately.

Love this bar! The bartenders are great and the food is actually very good. Makes for great drunk food. I had the Chopped Cheese which was absolutely delicious, you’ve gotta try it! Can get pretty packed some nights but overall a great place to drink with friends.

Place to check out bands, get some grub and have fun. Friendly staff...I recommend!
