We used to love coming here but our experience today was awful! We were welcomed with vulgar, very explicit, loud music and then served burnt hot fudge all over the icecream leaving it to taste like plastic. I’m so glad that we didn’t bring the kids with us this time. It was that INAPPROPRIATE. We won’t be back for quite some time.

Best ice cream in Ocala! With over 15 fantastic flavors, including Rocky Road, Blue Monster, and Butter Brownie Batter, it’s hard to choose a favorite. I stopped by after church and enjoyed every bite. I’ll definitely be making this a Sunday tradition for a sweet treat. Great pricing and a variety of options like smoothies, bubble tea, and banana splits make it a top choice. Highly recommend!

Oh...my....gosh...Becky...look at her butter pecan! What a great experience my wife and I had tonight! We ordered scoops of ice cream in a cup and they actually FILLED the cup! Not plop a scoop in but FILL the whole cup! PLUS....FREE toppings! It was a great deal and value for the money plus the flavors were good! Wonderful place for Ice cream!!

Prices are razonables, and the variety of flavor is good, wath I can not recomend is the Korean tea, maybe I tried to get a Mooge Tea quality, I couldn't find. but for the ice there's not problem.

I brought my 2 year old daughter in here for first time today. We patiently waited behind another family of 3 while one young man helped them. A young girl came walking in with two friends and she immediately went behind the counter, went to the computer to I assume clock in for her shift. She put on a pair of gloves, then put her hair into a pony tail ( disgusting!!) and proceed to serve her friends while skipping over my daughter and I who had already been waiting for at least 5 minutes now. When she came near I quietly said to her it’s very rude to skip over a customer who was waiting and has a 2 year old…. She laughed in my face. And asked what I wanted without changing her gloves or washing her hands at ANYTIME since entering the store. I told her I would wait for the the other guy working to serve us. I left a VERY high tip for him a specifically asked him not to split the tip. Terrible and disgusting service.

The person behind the counter was working by themselves for a while, and when someone else started working there, they were extremely rude and their coworker Chloe looked very upset. I didn’t expect such a hostile environment from my favorite ice cream place.

Great place for some delicious ice cream. They have a good selection to choose from. It is Hersheys ice cream. I do not eat a lot of ice cream myself. what I have tried, I liked a lot. The Ice Cream King is a must try.

Ice cream great. We only go for the milkshakes… unfortunately for a place that closes at 10 & 11 pm they consistently inform us that the “blenders have already been cleaned” and most times they still have 45 mins (give or take) until they close. They are unwilling to make us a milkshake and don’t even apologize for the inconvenience. When we go early enough to get one it’s obvious that the staff get annoyed by having to make a milkshake all together… sorry but you work at an ice cream place. The girl is the worst, she’s very rude about it and doesn’t even greet costumers. She meets you at the counter and stares at you until you tell her what you want. I understand the staff want to get out on time but if you say you’re open then be open, it’s not like food is served there and you have a kitchen to clean.

I loved the mantecados. The boy who served us, even though he looked very young, was super cordial and treated us very well. He also put on his gloves every time he served ice cream.

First time in this shop! They have so many flavors!! The only gripe I had was the sign says free topping with each scoop, but I was not offered any. He did pack the ice cream in, but I would have taken them on the side, lol. Overall, a great little shop!

The best ice cream shop ever. If you like ice cream, this place is as close to heaven as you'll ever get. They have a flavor for everyone and some of the best combinations of flavors I've ever had. You can sample the flavors before you decide what you want. That makes choosing a breeze. The staff is super friendly and the store is clean. The only downside is that it's not very big as far as seating goes.

We took the kids here on a rainy day and it wasn’t crowded (which was nice). They have a good selection on ice creams, it was hard to pick just one! The boba tea was very delicious and the snow cones are insanely big you could easily share one between 3 people. I recommend giving it a try! Very clean and cute atmosphere.

I was disappointed to find out that tips don’t go to employees, which is ILLEGAL… hopefully they fix that. Service definitely reflects this and makes me feel like management might not treat its employees well overall. Good ice cream that tasted fresh. It’s a bit pricey ($17 for two people) but they have a great selection of flavors and toppings.

The variety of items and ice cream offered are great. I highly recommend the brown butter bourbon ice cream and the coffee one. My kids loved the cotton candy and strawberry. Great place to take the kids for a pick me up. Not too busy and service is fast. Also offers Gluten free options as well as sugar free.

This place is awesome and love coming here. But DO NOT tip on the card machine! The employees do not get that money the owner keeps it. This is completely unfair since there is an option to turn off the tipping option. This needs to be fixed.

They have so many flavors! It’s extremely rare to find my favorite flavor (coffee Oreo) and they actually had it! The scoops are big, there’s lots of cone choices, and even the boba is delicious. Open one in Gainesville please!

We stopped by on Mother’s Day for an after lunch treat. The store was busy but the service was very fast. The store is very clean and bright. Exactly what you would expect from an ice cream shop. The toughest part was deciding what to order since they have all the options. Shaved ice, ice cream, dipping dots, and even boba teas. You will not be disappointed with your visit.

Our new favorite ice cream spot! I was craving a sundae, Dairy Queen was closed, and no one else has them. Not only does this place get 5 stars for being open late for random cravings, but I also give it 5 stars for the DELICIOUS sundae I just ate. It was beautiful, the prettiest one I’ve ever seen, and huge. The man and woman inside were both super nice and they had so many flavors of ice cream as well as dip n dots and shaved ice. The gentleman making my sundae put effort into making it look nice and presentable instead or rushing like most places. Give this place a try!

This is the most amazing ice cream shop in the universe. Kevin is absolutely incredible. Great service! Fun friendly atmosphere! They ordered me my own special lemon ice cream! Try it! It’s the best! We love this place and and all the people there. Great times!!!!!!!!!
