I always get the concrete and decided to pay for extra caramel one day. It was the same amount of caramel from when I don’t pay for extra. Everytime I come here they get stingier with the caramel and it’s less and less everytime. “Center FILLED caramel” my butt! More like a slight drizzle that I paid extra for for no reason.

I have to say Im Highly Impressed and I definitely Recommend this particular location! The Frozen Custard Outstanding!! Im there a lot... Nothing less than Amazing!!! My friends and family travel a distance for this location (Frozen Custard) Addictive!! Were Hooked!!! Customer Service EVAN OUTSTANDING!!Apologies if I misspelled his name!! EVAN is OUTSTANDING not some time "ALL OF THE TIME !!" EVAN Greets and he is KNOWLEDGEABLE of his Customer's!! That says a lot!! That said, Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed!!! Thanks to all staff!! I had to Recognize EVAN!!

The only issue I have are the prices. It is incredibly delicious, but it shouldn't cost as much as a meal. It's a desert.

I come here with my boyfriend a couple times a month and get the exact same thing every single time. I would say 4/5 times it’s wrong or messed up. We both get the same size and almost every time they come out in two different sized cups… it’s amazing to me someone can mess that up. This most recent time they used chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. So we had them remake it. And then they gave us a totally different ice cream with different toppings than what was in the one we had them remake AND they gave us a different size AGAIN. We usually just take the ice cream the way it is but it’s seriously mind blowing that looking at two cups and realizing they’re not the same size is that hard to do. The ice cream is good but is way over priced to not know what you’re gonna get every time and have to wait 30 minutes to get it remade

Expensive for the portion size. Melts WAY to fast. Not enough seating. Seats are 2 feet from drive thru so exhaust fumes are bad

The food is extremely good but I have some issues with the management. I don’t mind them getting my order wrong every single time(mistakes happen), but I do mind when the manager is rude, and she refuses to fix what they messed up. The rest of the employees seem to be pretty nice, just had a couple bad run ins with this “manager”.

Nice Frozen Custard with a lot of options. Only thing is that there isn't much seating around there other than a few benches. They also have a drive through that's convenient.

Andy's Frozen Custard has a phenomenal product with their Jackhammers. They take your favorite custard shake flavor and inject it with incredible ingredients like fudge, peanut butter, and marshmallow cream to name a few. This is truly one of my favorite places to grab a nice dessert after a good meal.

Delicious custard. First time there and I loved it

It is an exquisite ice cream that is not cloying and has a variety that I personally had not seen. Their ice creams are soft, a delight that is worth it.

Always delighted to go there, they serve you well and seek to give you the best attention and of course the flavor is not far behind, very good ice creams.

The custard is fantastic but sadly they have serious turnover of employees so it is very difficult for them to get the order right. I have stopped asking to have it corrected and just take whatever they make even when it is vanilla instead of chocolate custard, or I wanted a sundae and instead they mix in the toppings. Thankfully all of the custard is delicious!

BEST double malt milkshake EVER!

The ice cream was ok. Add ons are many to choose from.

Our cashier lacked customer service skills, made our freeze milky, them called a manager when we told her we didn't like it, but the manager who came to the window knew EXACTLY how to make it right, and she did so professionally. The only thing I would say is that you can hear all of the chatter from the young crew working, and I think they should be careful of how loud they speak and what they say when customers are at the windows.

I love this place! They have seasonal flavors and are all great. My regular is an ooey gooey concrete with jackhammer peanut butter. It's delicious 😋

Yummy treats that can be customized. This not just ice cream but frozen custard to me it tastes even smoother than regular ice cream and not as sweet...well unless you add toppings then it can get very sweet quickly 😁 I enjoy the simplicity of a small cake cone and sometimes go all in for a Rico Suave Jackhammer....and add a little peanut butter (delicious).

5 Stars hands down. If you have a sweet tooth and want it over stimulated. Andy’s is the spot.

A good dessert place that is a bit of a better health choice than ice cream. The staff is always above friendly. Highly recommended.

Shame on Andy’s. I would have given them five stars, but i’m only giving them three because today is Saint Paddy‘s day, and they made nothing special for that day. I expected some sort of St. Patrick’s Day special. I love Andy’s, but not today.

Last night I had the pleasure of having dessert at this establishment. I got one of their concretes called the Boot Daddy and it was delicious. It has vanilla custard with caramel and hot fudge and Oreo cookie pieces. The service was quick and swift. The cashier was very knowledgeable about the menu and sizes of treats. The atmosphere was very old school drive up/dive vibes. There was a drive thru or you could park and walk up and order. Overall, it was a delicious experience and I plan on coming back. That’s all.

Andy’s has some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The vanilla malt is *chefs kiss* however there’s one staff that if she was at the window and gave me attitude the way she gave her co worker attitude, I would not come back. It was extremely off putting to see the woman at the window ask this girl if the malt was made to which the girl turns around (with the attitude of a 14 year old who didn’t get what she wanted at the mall) “WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT” rolls her eyes at the window woman and to her other co workers. Someone needs to teach that girl some respect. Absolutely crazy that she’s allowed to act like that in a place of business

7 of us Went here for birthday dessert celebration tonight! We had such an amazing experience that we will definitely be going back!

Spontaneously stopped by here after driving by and telling my fiancé that this place looked pretty cool. We went through the drive-through, and told the lady that we’d never been there before and asked her what she recommended. I can’t remember the name of the ice cream that I got, but it was vanilla ice cream with fudge, and a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie, and it was some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back!

I try something new everytime and this place doesn't disappoint.

Went back after having a good experience a couple days ago but today was a disappointment. The cookie Casanova jackhammer was nothing like the picture, no cookie was in sight in my cup and only left with gritty pieces of cookie crumbs. i asked the cashier in the drive through where the cookies were and she said “blended in”. The vanilla was like a watered down milk shake. I don’t know what happened today. Not happy for what I was charged and what was advertised was not what I received.

Went through the drive thru. It was a quick trip with very little wait. The frozen custard was fantastic and the price didn't break the bank either.

BEST ICE CREAM PLACE! Me and family always go here when craving something sweet! My favorite of all times is the strawberry shortcake, but sadly it’s just available for a season 🥲 Over all, everything they have is great!

I love my Andy's frozen custard, one of my favorites is three cretes and my all time favorite is hot fudge sundae.

I need to be more clear with ordering and the cashier needs to slow down a bit. Otherwise the visit would have been stellar. Rating raised due to fantastic customer service after the fact.

We love Andy’s!!! We were a bit disappointed today when we went through the drive through and ordered a cream soda freeze to be told there was a policy change about no longer getting the extra cream soda to go along with your freeze We’ll still return, it just seemed like an obvious money saving tactic for the company.

Loved triple chocolate concrete!! I am a big fan of cold stone. Now loving this, due to less calories than ice cream.

Will always recommend Andy's to my friends, their custard ice cream concretes are so delicious and very easy to mix and match. Definitely get their seasonal treats too it's so worth it!

ALL employees should be wearing gloves when making food. Had an employee make my banana split touching the banana with her bare nasty hands.

Very nice shop where you can view the huge ice cream machines at work while you wait on your desert. The Sunday cups should be bigger than they are but hey I REALLY love 🍨 Great spot to bring the kids. Expect to pay $5-$7 dollars per Ice cream sunday.

Purchase coupon book from local school, went to use the coupon only to be told not participating, however the address listed on the card shows Sanford location, disappointing because we sold a lot of these books thru the PTA

Amazing ice cream and service. They even have bathrooms attached. The only annoying part is the crowd of people and kids that just linger in front of the store/windows to hang out while a big line of people form with no direction. Kind of form a line at your own discretion and avoid the cars coming in the drive thru

Best frozen custard in Sanford. Beats all the ice cream from surrounding restaurants by a mile and when they have a line they keep it moving.

No cherries on our custard and no pup cup, our dog, who was in the car was sad. Otherwise always get good custard here!

The staff was friendly and the custard was great. Stolen brownie Sunday was good, and so was the butter pecan, boot daddy concrete.

Pretty much what you should expect from a custard place. I wished they served smaller sizes though - the small concrete is far too much sugar for me to eat in one sitting.

Disappointed with large peanut butter, Oreo, Reese’s concrete. Was given a cup of chocolate ice cream with little to no toppings. Speed of service was excellent, product was not ): Price was expensive for product received😣

The perfect place to go to beat the summer heat! This is the only place I go for frozen custard, where it is always fresh, thick, and delicious, and their toppings are always on point too!

Nice spot for speciality ice cream treats. They have a drive thru and window walk up service. No indoor seating be careful as the drive thru wraps around the entire building with no barrier between it and pedestrian patrons. You literally need to walk across the drive thru lane to get to the service window. Seems like a design flaw given the way Florida drivers are. Be sure to hold your kids and keep an eye on them if you are eating in front of the window. Ice cream. Ad custards are good.

I have no problem with the quality of quantity but on a busy night, to have only one window open for both ordering and pickups, the process seems cumbersom. All we wanted was frozen custard with hot fudge which shows as a topping but they had no idea how to ring it up so they overcharged us by ringing up a concrete, which we did not order. She had to get her manager to do an override and give us back $1.40. We were then informed that even though hot fudge is a topping, it can't be combined with a plain frozen custard??? Need better management.
