Purchased the most expensive hookah from the menu Pineapple Paradise $65 plus %15 service charge, the flavor was disgusting/disappointing and I was not accommodated by the staff. I would have preferred them to switch my flavors and I would have been able to enjoy my night but the staff was unable to do so and let me know I’d have to buy a whole new hookah. A scam. As someone who worked hookahs before, I know this was an easy accommodation. Zero stars.

The best hookah I ever tried! Really great place to spend time at. Employees and owners are always polite and friendly. Massive choice of tobacco flavors to choose from; regular parties with cool djs; decent prices for delicious food and my absolute favorite thing about this place is homemade desserts. There’s also an option to sit at the patio which is a big plus to me

!!!Hookah is great!!!! We went here on Saturday night and music was completely disgusting , same as a customer service from the owner. The owner of the place stated that they have only one set of music saved and we all have to listen to that, until it ends. No communication to the customers was provided

Last time I was there they were very rode and arrogant with me after I have supported their business . I go there with my wife and friends on the weekend and they were little busy but had many empty tables and when we asked to set on one of them they told me in arrogant way to set outside as if I don’t fit there or we are less of customers . Never again

So proud of Ukrainian owned establishment in Orlando! Fantastic mixology hookah lounge. Professional staff are always looking forward to provide you a great experience. More than 150 favours, you won’t believe they have something like “cucumber” or “red tea”, or maybe “mulled wine” flavour. It’s literally insane. Also their charcuterie boards are very full and tasty. Nice glass of Pinot Noir, smooth smoke and prosciutto with fresh mozzarella. THIS IS MUST HAVE !

Bad Customer service. The server and cashier don’t agree on charges and start arguing in getting extra money.

This Hookah lounge has a nice cozy atmosphere with good deep house music playing in the background to complement. The service was very attentive, and courteous. We didn't have the hookah nor the tea but hear great things about it. They have a small menu of bites as well as liquor offerings, oh, and they stay open late. I'll be back for sure.

Loved finding this hidden spot during a recent trip to Orlando. Hands down the best tidying hookah and smoothest pull I've had....and we visit many hookah lounges so this is by far the best! Highly recommend this spot. It's clean and chill vibes and staff is very nice & fast. Only beer and wine though, but overall a great spot. We will definitely be back next time we're in Orlando.

Great shisha spot in the heart of Orlando theme park district! This is the second spot I tried and I was not disappointed! It’s a great techno bar/lounge with amazing flavours and service. If you want to listen to some deep house and chill out smoke some good shisha, definitely go here!

Ive smoked hookah for years now and have been to many lounges but they definitely blew me away with their expertise in packing hookahs and service. Very polite, tea is amazing, hookah last lounge and is very smooth. Little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for with the hookah and atmosphere.
