I have a few complaints... You have way too many cigars and it made me feel like a kid in a candy store. I could not decide what cigars I wanted to buy. Because your selection is so vast your staff saw me wandering around and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but every time they helped me, It just made me want to buy even more cigars. Lucky for me I could only bring 50 back to Canada. I think I spent close to 45 minutes trying to decide what I wanted. It's unfortunate I only went there on my last day. If I had found this place on day one of my trip I would have loved to smoke a cigar in your lounge with you great selection of drinks. Next trip to Orlando I will definitely make sure I stop by a few times. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I was looking for a good cigar shop and lounge. I was shocked at the selection and the atmosphere was great Chet was a great help and Nikki was a great bartender. I will definitely be back, I will definitely tell all my friends back in Mississippi to check them out when they come to Orlando.

As I was on FaceTime with my Fiancé, he was actively browsing the aisles looking for humidity packs for his humidor’s. He was approached by a short, white male worker who asked if he could hold his bag due to a strict no bag policy. The worker then points to the sign, and says there has been a few incidents where bags had been used to put merchandise into them. To which my fiancé told him “No, I will just go put my bag in my car.” The worker looked surprised that someone had told him no, to holding his bag while he browsed. After he returned from his car, my fiancé stated he worked for a government agency, and he had no reason to steal. A different yet, taller white male worker approached my fiancé stating, “You said you were in service right?” My finance responded, “Yes.” “Where are you in service at?” Says the worker. My fiancé proceeds to tell him what government entity he works for, and the supervisor at the checkout counter asked for his “credentials”. My finance showed him, he received a discount because of it and he proceeded to ask “When was this policy put into effect?” To which the supervisor stated, “For Awhile.” However no specific date was provided. With that being said, the reason this review is being made is because my fiancé has made numerous trips and purchases at this location with the same bag on his persons while actively browsing before. NO ONE has ever approached him like they did today. Just be aware, as a person of color, you may be stopped and asked to have your bag held or you may have to return your bag to your vehicle.

Came here for the first time with friends. The atmosphere is really laid back, ventilation is good, wide selection of cigars and liquor. Cozy sitting area to relax or high tables to sit around with friends and chat while enjoying your cigar of choice. Definitely will be back.

We were visiting Orlando looking forward to visiting a few cigar lounges but let me tell you! This is the only one we needed to go to,,, our week down there we went 3 times ! Get the Corona sampler! Their branded cigars are AMAZING! GREAT SERVICE! I WISH I KNEW EVERYONE'S NAME , we were there the week of the 4th of July! Great experience! 10 stars

Corona cigar company is just amazing!!!! Their selection of cigars is beyond anything I could have thought of not to be shadowed by their bourbon selection.
