The food is a mix of American and tex-mex bar food. Ms.Carla, the bartender, she's the absolute best! She always takes great care of me. Definitely will be back!

The All You Can Eat deal, not really a deal. The service was sooooo slow. The waitress was nice but had too many tables to manage effectively. You can only order one item at a time, but 20 minutes to wait for each item ??? The taste of the riblets was like artificial or "fake" smoke flavor - not good at all. A nice lunch with friends was over 90 minutes, just waiting for food and refills on water. Just disappointed, and so were the friends who said they would NOT come back (it was their first time). I really wish we had a better experience. 😔

Our server was the best. They didn't have the ginger ale we wanted with free refills so he told us about a bartending hack. Long story short, he made us ginger ale. It was great! He gets an A for effort!

If you’re going for a drink don’t come here their drinks are so weak literally try a new drink every time I come and it does nothing not even a buzz it’s crazy

Our server John J (JJ) proved some of the best service I've ever received in a restaurant. He went above and beyond to make us happy, that we received our and drinks, and that we were satisfied. I asked for a half and half lemonade /sweet tea, and he did not disappoint. Never had to ask for a refill, they just came on coming. He even brought me a to go cup, before I could even ask. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you're in the area, stop by, and ask for JJ. Food was delicious as well. The garlic parm wings, boneless and bone-in are FIRE!!! Some of the best I've had. Over all, super happy with the service. I will definitely return, and asked to get served by JJ. God bless

I’m never coming to these place again let’s no even talk about the food bad cold and the service was horrible to get a refill took 30 mm ask to talk to the manager and he didn’t even have the decency to come and talk to me .. Who

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Food was horrible. Burger cold, fries stale, onion rings stale. Mozzarella sticks are warm and stale. I had to ask for napkins, utensils and drinks. Never again. This place needs new management or to be closed down. I am not one to give negative reviews. And I use to love Applebee's. But this experience ruined it for me. Never again.

Try the chicken Alfredo fettuccine and also the baby back ribs it was great experience there friendly staff very courteous we were quickly seated and the food was served nice and hot and fresh definitely a repeat for me!

Avoid this place. If you are looking for good quality. Definitely avoid it. I had visited this place several time with family and friends in the past but today was my last time.

I wish I could leave a review with more stars. As a server I expect a certain amount of communication and professionalism from service staff. Our server Genesis was absolutely magnificent. She was attentive, kind, and overall an absolute pleasure to be served by. Genesis made the entire experience worth while. Now, unfortunately, I do need to express that upon arriving at the restaurant my expectations for service were set to be practically non existent. Ashley, the host, made no effort to communicate. Upon arriving we were not greeted just stared at and so I proceed to express that we will be a party of six. She asks if we would like a kids menu for our daughter, upon saying yes we are told they have no crayons. No problem, I ask if we can get a pen so she can do the activities. I’m told she has to see? Genesis did not hesitate to give me a pen out of her pocket for our daughter to do the activity sheet she was provided. Ashley takes the menus to the table and we follow. She then proceeds to tell us she needs to clean the table. So we stand there a moment. She stops again and stares. “Is this not a good place to wait?” I ask. “No.” She replies dryly. She could’ve simply asked us to wait in the front while she prepares the table. In the end the table she was cleaning was only for four people when we clearly stated six upon arrival and are now told we must wait. Waiting is not a problem. The lack of communication, dirty looks, and upon asking if she was having a bad day the response of “I’m just on a double” seems ridiculous. I work in the service industry and this kind of service upon arriving in an establishment drives away potential clientele. Definitely makes me wish I had brought cash for my server so she didn’t have to tip out the one person who made our experience less than enjoyable. Thank you so SO much Genesis for your amazing service. I hope that the managers here will touch base with their front of house staff in regards to this. You don’t need to be cheery and all smiles to be professional and communicate. Ashley needs to do better. Was also the only person I saw didn’t have a name tag.

I went to this Applebees to see really bad service with the host as they took long to assign a table to us even though there was like 15 tables available but at least or waiter was really nice thanks Grace for your service

They should put enough alfredo sauce in the pasta so we don't get charged $2.00 for extra sauce without knowing.

The family had lunch on Saturday 04/27/2024 at table #24 our waitress Frances was the best. She was vigilant and inquiring if we needed any thing, although she was attentive with all her customers, she never once avoided to perform her duties. Great service on her part.

I have to admit I was a little shell shocked when I saw the bill. I didn't think we ordered that much and no appetizers. The bill was over $100.00 and I guess I was expecting around $70.00. I did order a house salad which was extra. The food was abundant so I wasn't able to eat my salad. I brought it home. When I had it for lunch the next day, the lettuce was brown. That was quite a surprise. This tells me that my salad wasn't as fresh as it should have been even when it was served. I felt disappointed about that. My entre was very nice. I like Applebee's but I'm not so sure I'll be returning any time soon.

This franchise location charge u taxes 2x. $10 drinks rang up $11. Sauce for mozz sticks was terrible, soup was ok, lime chicken was hot, rice was ice cold, chips were soggy. This location food & service sucks.

The service was terrible, the waitress and the manager did NOT let us explain the confusion we had about our order. The manager wouldn't even let us talk. His attitude towards us was super uncomfortable.

The service we received at this location was so exceptional that I felt compelled to review a random applebees in the middle of south Florid that we stopped at on our way to the Miami airport. The host, who was also our waiter and handling many tables at the same time, all with a smile and cheerful attitude was (I think) Tomas? (Bearded guy with tattoos). He was also very helpful looking into whether or not this location was safe for my son who has a peanut allergy. The food was what you can expect at any applebees... but the service received was anything but. Give that man a raise!

Its ok but not great,something is happening...,we went at noon and it was almos empty,dont know what to tell you,visit yourself,hope it gets better for sake of the neighborhood used to me an awesome place!!!

What a shame. We both would have returned our food if we didn’t have it delivered. The chicken Alfredo had about a tablespoon of sauce on it so the pasta was literally dry. My husband’s burger was supposed to have garlic mayo. There was a quarter teaspoon of something white on the bun, was that supposed to be it? Your prices are still at pandemic highs and you cheat on pasta sauce and mayo? Next cheat night we are going to Wendy’s.

Definitely has the neighborhood feel going for it but it’s definitely not as charming as some of the other local Applebee’s locations. It was a wonderful meal and the server was absolutely wonderful. I recommend that anyone that wants a superior service and meal should stop in and relax. The server and staff will take care of the rest.

Hands down great service and food. The managers are supper friendly and on top of any missed items on your order. My go to place for their chicken quesadillas and motzarella sticks. Definitely a recommend.

I haven’t had applebees in years and my boyfriend has never been to applebees. We decided to try it today and ordered pick up but turns out a couple of hours later, we are both not feeling good and end up throwing all of it up. I don’t know what was wrong with our food but $40 down the drain and a tasty meal turned bad is so disappointing. We are never eating here again, and please if you read this don’t either. There was some type of bacteria in that kitchen and you will get you sick too.

Horrible service, i went yesterday with my bf around 1 for valentine’s day and the lady took forever to bring us our drinks (a sprite and lemonade) instead she brought sprite and coke. We asked for the loaded fries and brought pretzels instead. On top of that everything took forever to get to us and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Very disappointed.

Great food and friendly service

Recently had dinner, order the two for $25 which was actually 32 when my bill came not sure why. But the food that my son ordered was so tasteless he had four cheese pasta with some type of chicken. I can honestly say it had no flavor at all I think they forgot the cheese the salt they forgot everything It tasted like cardboard paper. The garlic bread that comes with it was hard as a rock and cold. Also the mozzarella sticks were cold and hard, and the funny thing the restaurant was empty.. The waitress was nice but the food was so bad it made the experience terrible we had to leave and go eat somewhere else. I Will never go there again.

My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday for lunch, we were greeted and sent immediately. The greeter that was there wasn't very people friendly, I asked her if we can sit at another table and she just looked at me with a face as of she was frustrated she didn't even say yes or no she just grabbed the menus off the tables and move to another table where we wish to sit. The waitress came over quickly took our food and drink order, the food was pretty good and the service was pretty good also. The only thing I recommend for Applebee's to do is to get that carpet clean cuz it smells like old mold. I'm sure that carp is never being clean before professionally but it needs it.

Food was ok. Service was horrible. Drinks took long . After we waited more than 1 hour for our food our server forgot what we ordered and we had to ordered again and wait even longer for our food. I would not waste my money here again. Do not recommend.

Sticky table and dirty glasses. Undercooked pasta and nonexistent Alfredo sauce. Arnold palmer was more lemonade and ice. I ate and left. My waiter was exceptionally busy but he was doing an amazing feat, it was busy busy.....still no excuse for a dirty glass but he was on it.

We had a great waiter , he took great care of us but the hostess was very rude, we came in the restaurant and said hello, and the first think she said was " do you speak English" in a very sarcastic way ? Not the best way to greet somebody. Our waiter was great tho.

Me and my family of 6 dined in on 11/01/23 for dinner, and the food was sent back 2 times and still wasnt good. The chicken wontons were cold. The mozzarella stick was tough and the bourbon chicken was terrible. Do better Applebee's

we went for the $1 margarita special the margaritas were great but the food was terrible i ordered the 4 mac with the tenders and the tenders were old and the mac was runny like alfredo and it looked unappetizing it did not look like the picture at all.

We purchase cheeseburger w/ fries, chicken platter, and spinach dip. I had cold hard fries. The cheeseburger had no flavor, just biting into cooked beef. The chicken strips were overcooked. Hard for a kid to chew. The spinach dip was thick, not creamy. Chips were terrible as if they're stale. Trashed it waste of money.

The quality of the food is not what it just to be. The food does not have good flavor any more. Apple Bee's was my favorite place to eat but I think I have done my last visit to this restaurant.

The place smelled like piss and old wood the servers were so lazy they didn’t want to reopen a closed section to accommodate my family they rather we left the establishment maybe it’s because you know but whatever hostess tried to accommodate but the waitress gave off I don’t give a f cause we close soon not somewhere to go around closing time I guess happy to take my business else don’t want any foreign objects or bodily fluids in my food

Unfortunately, my experience was terribly. Got seated around 3:30PM and at 3:47PM no one came to serve my table. I reached out to passed-by server who noted that they would get someone right away. Someone rashes passed my table and someone would get became available right away. A group of 3 white females came in after me and they were served in 2mins. This racism or Poor Management Carlos the manager said he will get to my table right at 3:54pm. I was served by TYTY at 3:55pm.

Waiter was amazing and kind. Manager, hostess and other wait staff where incredibly rude and rushed my party after taking over an hour to deliver the food. Which 3 out of the 11 meals were undercooked.

I really wanted their fish today and never had this problem. The fish was not cooked all the way through and the batter was wet and moist on the inside. At least when I called to tell them about it, the young lady was very apologetic. At least my cat ate good

In the restroom I noticed an employee wearing a red shirt exit the toilet stall with out stopping at the sink to wash his hands. I reported this to my waitress. I won't be frequenting this location...
