During July 2020, I ordered a cake which totaled $35.30. I go to pick it up and on the receipt I'm supposed to sign, the cake decorator had written in all caps, "NO TIP!! 😒" I'm sorry, what? When did you serve me cake? Did you deliver? No? Then you don't get a tip. I paid for a cake. That doesn't mean you automatically get a tip. But since you're so pressed for one: if you need more money, get a better job. And all this during covid when you have no idea what people's financial situations are. FOH

Maybe a day ago or two I passed by to get ice cream here , a tall brunette girl maybe in her teens ( I think her name was isa or iza that’s what I heard the other employees call her ) i was waiting in line and she was attending another person at the time the woman was very rude to her and yet she tried her best to keep calm , it was finally my turn to be attended even though she was treated poorly she was sweet to me and did a fast and great job preparing my ice cream .

The worker was so rude for no reason it was clear she didn’t want to work but it made me feel uncomfortable and i definitely don’t wanna spend my money on overprice ice cream at this location anymore.

The customer service of one of the girls, (tall, dark hair, brunette) who was rude from second one, and the other guy, who she exchanged places with out of the blue, (short, had brackets) who was sarcastic and extremely disrespectful to the point of asking me if I had a problem that he was sensing an attitude and a certain vibe 😳😳😳. I couldn’t believe my ears, I was starting the order for my daughter (it was on Mother’s Day) and my sister and nephew were part of my party. My daughter felt that because it was her order she was at fault. Honestly, I am do disappointed!!! That’s the creamery on my neighborhood me and my family ‘ve been visiting since my daughter was born and even before that!!! I restrained myself not to be rude in front of my family and customers. Total dissatisfaction

Pricey but tasty. Kevin did a great job & mixing up our flavors. We had butter pecan and the apple pie a la cold stone. The butter pecan lacked real pecans mixed in the ice cream. At $15 for 2 ice cream cups, we would have expected that.

Chocolate Silk Shake is a decadent and delicious treat. The rich chocolate flavor is perfectly balanced with the creamy texture of the shake. The shake was thick and not too sweet, which I appreciated. The chocolate flavor was intense and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this shake to any chocolate lover looking for a satisfying treat.

Yes Ice Cream is Ice Cream 🫠but the customer service does it for me at this location. Fresh ice cream with Customer service these days deserve 5stars

Only gave one star so I could get to write this review. Used to come here a lot. I will no longer! My wife and I came in on Mon Oct 31st at around 6:45pm (please check your cameras if you have). A young man was working on an order (I assume). The store was completely empty. My wife and I greeted him, he didn't respond. As a matter of fact, didn't even raise his head to look at us to acknowledge us. We walked over to the ice cream bar and asked about a particular flavor that we didn't see. Again, not even a shake of his head. My wife called to him... "Hello, good evening! Do you have butter pecan? The boy just ignored my wife. Mumbled under his breath... Couldn't tell you what he even said. He was soooooo rude and disrespectful, I no longer wanted ice cream. These young kids you hire to perform customer service are a joke. They will end up ruining this location. Monitor them properly and care a bit more about the customers who frequent this ice cream palor. Because of the awful service my wife and I received this evening, we will not be returning.

Terrible service, bunch of kids who don't take their job seriously (ignoring customers standing at the counter waiting to order and flirting with each other). Started to get busy, another employee came out and actually starting getting things moving. The flavor of ice-cream my son chose was practically melted and was asked if he would like something else. I ordered a waffle cone, it was not fresh. Very stale and bendy. The flavor I chose was bland and didn't taste at all like the flavor it was supposed to be. Ended up eating a few bites, and just threw it away. Waste of money.

Bad staffs n services .. and table is very nasty, the customer services and manager are very rude, they don’t clean the table n they expect u to fix each chair . my family and I never coming here again. four time we passed by and they never have shakes after 4pm. To me it looks like they don’t want to clean the blender. The manager saw me complaining and walked out right away. Horrible place. Hope next time they change location , they will close completely or fire all the staffs including that manager (which doesn’t even look like one). Don’t go there!! Either u will be upset or u will get treat it horrible ….

Wow me encantó el helado que probé, Banana Caramel Crunch. Es como comer un Banana split pero los sabores fusionados. Pedí tamaño mediano en waffle y la verdad que me llenó. Tienen variedad de sabores los cuales fusionan y agregan algún topping o aderezo de tu elección, o puedes escoger algo de su lista de creaciones. No hay problemas para estacionar, ya qué hay muchos puestos en el lugar donde queda el local.

The shake blender is always "broken" 2 hours before closing. No milk for shake. I have gone 4 times and could not get a shake for my daughter.

The management should review o fired all the employees because on weekends they ran of milk for milkshakes all the time what a coincidence during the week that doesn’t happen. They do not want to work

So bad I wanna give a 0 so I give you one star. Worst customer service. Since it was an hour before closing the lady with pink hair did not make the ice cream as it should be. You lost a regular client.

The very kind cashier working Thanksgiving eve was working a busy shift all by herself. While the manager was literally doing NOTHING to help her employee. This location happened to be very busy and I believe it is extremely unprofessional for management to not assist. The cashier had an amazing work ethic. She was calmed and collected, fast and accurate and very kind while her manager was doing nothing. Personally I would be aggravated. Good job to the girl working all alone thanksgiving eve! GM should reconsider management! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Hannah was the BEST. My husband always buys French vanilla the huge everybody’s portion, but this time he received service that he’s never received before. Give Hannah a raise!!

There is no other ice cream shop that offers such a wide variety of ice cream as intricately as cold stone. Their oreo specials are the best and no other store that I have been to can top Cold Stone. Always looking forward to coming back to this wonderful place each week!

the wife and i came in to share a Ice cream we drive a good distance since there are no cold stones in homestead. We were advised that they would not sell us a waffle bowl unless we pay for a larger size ice cream. I asked what difference it would make if im paying for the waffle cone separate anyway the ice cream employee advised that its not from corporate but the owner wants to make more money and not having people coming in for small scoops of ice cream that its not profitable.. SO TO THE OWNER MY WIFE AND I WILL NO LONGER COME TO THIS LOCATION.. instead of keeping customers happy and bringing in more business they will no longer get our business I will also be calling and writing to corp

They were out of whip cream, out of waffles bowls and the ice cream was very soft. I think thye were having issues with the refrigerators.

Cold Stone is mostly about rich, creamy ice cream, which is delicious, but not for everyone. I just discovered that they have one selection for strawberry frozen yogurt. I tried it, not sure what to expect, and it was really delicious. Now I can go for my frozen treat with or without their famous mix-ins. Enjoy!

All the toppings are always on 1 side And when ever I order milk shakes there's never milk. I go 1/2 times a week it's always the same.

Good ice cream served by honest people. Usually have cakes on selection for a quick A+ party solution. They have a cute outdoor seating area where you can enjoy your ice cream and and watch the cars go by. You can customize your ice cream however you want.
