Wait more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our order.

After ordering, and having the appetizers, we got the news that our main order was not available (burger). It was a shame because we really like the place!

First time at this location, the atmosphere is amazing. I ordered a steak and coleshaw. it was soft and cooked to perfection very delicious. my wife had blackened salmon with mashed potatoes it was quite good as well. I had a blue raspberry martini, but the alcohol was a bit low I asked my server to put more vodka in it and my god he did it i could taste the alcohol and our server was awesome. his attention to detail is amazing. he is good at what he does. overall, it was a pleasant evening and a perfect date night—great food and clean location.

Great dinner! Our waitress, Ashlyn, was so attentive and sweet. She came to check on us every so often. I mentioned that the mashed potato wasn't warm enough, and she insisted on bringing back a new, warmer one.

I rarely visit Applebee's but it was on my way home. Ordered the balsamic strawberry salad. Got home and had no tomatoes or a single strawberries. Won't do that again.

They couldn’t make most drinks I asked for. I sat at the bar and had to wait over 12 minutes for them to say hi because they were speaking only to the locals. The boneless wings I had tasted like out of a box. When speaking to server, she was very nice. They took away their 2 for 1 due to a new management company. Poor food, poor drinks and wait times are way too long. There are so many other restaurants in the Palm Beach area where you get A+ service, food and drinks. I haven’t been to an Applebees in 10 years or more and now I’ve been reminded why. I will never return to any location.

I just had to document this real quick. The family has known this Applebees for decades for the record. Today though, mvp meal. Swear on it. We were the people who all ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp. Yeah the 2 of the 2 for 32. I told the manager and everything it looked like some lame 2000s moment but cooks in that kitchen, lemme tell you I believe in you. You can do anything you proved that today. The mashed potatoes perfect texture the flavor the complimenting of the protein the bumps of flavor. The chicken was perfectly smoked outside and just juicy enough just so rightly cooked. The tenderness of it. Don’t get me started on the shrimp. Also so Smokey but didn’t compromise the juicy role it had to complete the meal. The seasoning was just where it needed to be. I’m serious we were so impressed I asked to work in the kitchen just to learn how to cook like that. Everyone was sweet laughing at our bad jokes but I just really wanna make sure the cook gets that recognition because it isn’t every day you run into a meal that makes you reflect on the whole of your life. We also came in ravenous, that may have helped a smidge. But only the smallest smidge. Cheers guys. Thank you for sharing your gift

The hamburger I order was damn near Raw my wife's ribs and chicken seem like it sat underneath a light for about 2 hours the drink I ordered taste like Belle Glade muck water🤬

I’m sorry but there is nothing 4 cheese about this lol the pasta is bland af I know it wouldn’t look like this if I was to sit inside and eat I’m disappointed af honestly tho is not worth $20 and get them childish little girls off the phone lines

I had a great meal here recently. Service and food were actually awesome. I had the Texas shrimp bowl. Actually a flavor I will remember.

The staff is very nice, they always say hello and smile. The food and cocktails are delicious.

My great granddaughter and I enjoyed the food greatly. It's one of her favorite places to eat since she was a toddler. She's 9 now and I'm 80

This was just pretty ok to me. Not great but not terrible either just a good place if you wanted to meet up with friends or co workers. Service was good tho. I would come back but not for a while.

The worst experience ever, Happy Mother's Day right 👍🏽 brought my food out with onions of which I'm allergic to, takes it back picks the onions off and brings it back, how hard is it to make a mushroom burger no onions?? Asked for cheese for my fries and brought me ranch. Then tries to hand me the original plate that has been to the kitchen 3 times talking all over them then got mad cause I told him I didn't want them. Then come back and say they took my order off the bill and asked did we want our check?!? This was a first time and last for me and the server Robert W sucked

Do not go to Applebees on Forrest hill. Service was trash and they messed up the order 3 times.0/10

Seemed to be only one waitress for the entire restaurant. The salad my wife ordered had a hair in it, sent it back and ordered something different. Receipt still showed salad, not the lesser valued replacement. Just over all, a horrible lunchtime experience.

Food was great, trouble with getting the food out timely, so there was a long wait due to a change in their system.

You will lots of homeless people through the windows while trying to enjoy your food.

Half off appetizers after 9:00 p.m. Pretty good food for the price and lots of options. Definitely a great place to meet with some friends or bring the kids. Would go elsewhere for a nicer dinner though. Overall would recommend as a fun after work spot.

Went to applebees in Lake Worth location is the best even though I live in Delray. Delray location tables are greasy and not clean looking. Lake Worths food is also excellent especially the ribs

our drinks had paper/plastic?? pieces all over it and manager didn't bother checking just dismissed it as "coconut flakes" which coconut flakes have the letter R let me know 😭

Went for lunch with the kids for the endless rib tips and boneless wings. Awesome deal everything was fresh and our waiter made sure we always had a plate in front of us.

!PLEASE READ! If i could give this place a negative star rating I would. My boyfriend and I went in to the restaurant last night (Saturday Night). We expected the restaurant to be busy, so we went inside put our names on the list. The host told us it would be a 10-15 minute wait time so we headed to the car to wait. We went back in after 18 minutes of waiting in the car. We entered the building and there was about 20 people waiting inside the area and the waiting area is not big enough to have that many people waiting like that. We asked how much longer on the table she said about 5 minutes so we decided to wait inside instead of walking back to the car which was parked at Publix because the parking lot was filled. After the host told us 5 more minutes there was an overwhelming amount of people complaining. !!!THIS PART IS IMPORTANT!! With the amount of people waiting inside and complaining and the crowdedness of everything my boyfriend passed out hit his head on the fire extinguisher in the corner we were forced into and started to have a seizure! NOT ONE EMPLOYEE CAME TO HELP. NOT ONE CUSTOMER IN THE WAITING AREA HELPED! One lady even said “thats what happens when you take drugs” Which i went absolutely crazy about! A man from THE BAR! came and helped me! I was screaming for help and water and not ONE employee helped me. I cannot pick him up and everyone saw me trying to. After he regained consciousness we walked to the car and was met with a very kind server (tall male didnt catch his name) with the ice water i screamed for 10 minutes prior to him gaining consciousness. If my boyfriend can have a full SEIZURE and us not get any help what makes you think you are going to get good service in this restaurant.

Best ever 😋. Our server was so funny, polite and speedy lol. Our meals were prepared to 👌 perfection. The only complaint I have was...lol didn't know the white queso dip was spicy, won't do that again. Priceless moment, you had to be there. But overall 10 🌟 🤩

I went in there today and we were waiting for over 30 minutes and no one come to service us. they said they were short staff but they kept helping out helping before us that come after . Will never go back . No one ever said sorry

Same weird steps everywhere, so-so food, and short staff problems as every Applebee's I've been to.

I had to watch my friends and husband finish their dinner while my steak is being re done. I ate alone, no offer and/or considerate of either reduce or grant my meal free.

We popped in with our luggage after a late flight into PBI and the staff was outstanding. They cleaned up an out of the way table and let us keep our bags next to the staff table across from our seats. Great service.

Food was what it is. But the staff was just rude and would act deaf. We stayed optimistic and gave benefit of the doubt. But everything took so long and the waitress wouldn't speak and the host couldn't be bothered. On a rare night out, I wouldn't spend it here again. We decided to sing happy birthday at home rather than have this staff ruin my son's moment.

We dined in earlier this week and the food was absolutely amazing. And I must say that the manager that stopped by the table (I believe his name was Austin) was just so beyond welcoming. We had a rough week and he totally made our day. He's definitely an asset to your staff and we will be back soon.

Service at this Applebees was phenomenal, had T as a server and she was great. Made sure drinks were full food was good.

Very bad service. The waitress was with actitude , and I spoke the manager about the issue in my order he did not listen my claim his solution was to add the extra and add on my order and charge me for that . I definitely don’t recommend this especifica location.

The food is very mid. I got the sampler and they refuse to up charge me to sub the boneless wings for bone in wings. They had to for one drinks that were toast but no alcohol. Put in the babys pizza as soon as we sat down but for whatever reason he was the last to get his food. It’s it’s always nice to get out the house but it was nothing to write home about

The food was amazing. The only thing we gave it 4 stars is due to the long wait time it took for someone to acknowlegde our presence after we were seated. We had to ask for drinks twice. Overall the food was amazing & the drinks were perfect.

Had a gift card soooo...Unfortunately they have only the bartender as Hostess, and server, and working bar:( so we sat at bar and crossed our fingers. Our very sticky fingers, it was gross! Menus sticky, bar top sticky, and when we tried to sit at a table, no one was around. Left a couple of bucks on the bar and left...TERRIBLE NO STARS

Server was very cheerful and friendly. She checked on us as to how we were doing.

They sat us right away and we got our appetizer quickly. Some of our food was good; some not so much. However one of our drinks was wrong and they forgot one of our sides. Our meals were served by a runner and our server had disappeared and by the time she came and then brought the missing side, our family member had already finished eating. It took forever to get the check and then to get our credit card back. I also took issue with the host telling us that our server was in the rest room when we asked him to get her for us. That's personal and doesn't need to be divulged to customers ever. He should have just said that she would be right with us. I don't think we will ever come back to this Applebee's.

We ordered our food and they us GrubHub for delivery. First they left one hole meal out and the manager had to deliver it after I contacted them and let them know how upset I was. Then when my room mate and boyfriend cut into their steaks and took the first bites, they tasted awful. Each steak tastes like it was bad. We ended up throwing the steaks away. I will Never eat there again. This cost me $68.00 for two meals that ended up in the garbage.

I have been ordering take out from Applebee's in Greenacres Fl for a while. The Riblets platter use to be a decent meal but not any longer. The quality of the meal has been going downhill over the past few months. I ordered a take out on 09/02/2022 and the Ribs were of very poor quality (the portion was noticably smaller) and the coleslaw was dry. So it looks like I will go elsewhere for my dinner. Revised review went on 05/15/2023 for take out order. It was the worst Riblets were all bone and fries were cold and soggy. When will I ever learn!

We were blown away by how great the food was, took my Mom here for Mothers day and even though it was a packed house, the waiter, manager and coworkers served us quickly..I pray this Applebee's stays, its the only one left in the area!

Looovveeee the food, could care less for the sportsman theme atmosphere. But I can say this, only the best players eat there!

Ordered boneless chicken wings and one of the wings was missing the meat it was only the crust husk.

Can't go wrong with Apppebee's.

Always order pickup here. I honestly think IHOP has better burgers, but the pasta here is on point.

I went to this Applebee's location and it was a really good experience! Our waiter was kind and always made sure to let us know the status of our food while we were waiting. I recommend getting what I ordered: the fiesta lime chicken! It has so much flavor, it's so delicious 😋 My husband got the boneless wings and the white queso dip and chips. All the food here is good but the fiesta lime chicken is exceptionally good in my opinion!

Very nice staff and a generally clean store

The food was cooked perfect and our Server was exceptionally nice. The only thing was they didn't have Sweet Tea, but other than that everything was great. We will be going back.

I know it’s an Applebee’s but even still food is below the normal for chain restaurants. The worst part it was kinda pricy for food that bad. Tbh not worth it at all :/

They screwed up our food 3 times. My mothers food was not meant to have onions in it (she is allergic) yet there were onions which couldve killed her. Very unhappy. If something contains onions, it should SAY SO ON THE MENU!!

Came in to get some food. I was greeted with a bartender, that is so upset that he's working to take an order. Absolutely needs to be fired. I believe there's a two words that are involved on this, and it's called customer service. Don't ever going to this

Restaurant was dirty and sat there for hour and half having to look at a dirty table and floor with no one trying to clean it. Alfredo was very dry needed more sauce.

At least in my location, they simply do not prepare dishes having special requests, like 'sauce on the side', simple requests that can make or break a meal for someone

Across the board pretty good, I had bourbon shrimp and chicken, on a busy football night and it was still served in good time, Atmosphere is good and there was only one bar customer shouting about the football game. Ah, let him have his fun he wasn't angry just loud.

My waitress was very nice but she forgot almost everything I asked for and you get an incredibly small amount of food for the price you pay. I also received a Ceasar Salad with Asian dressing as opposed to Ceasar.

Paid $22 for a chicken breast and a couple shrimp ridiculous

They have really slacked off with curbside. Last 3 X's I've had to go inside, granted I'm impatient and only give them about 3 - 5 minutes wait. I have a really hard time tipping when I have to walk in though. Not to mention I've been shafted on bread sticks I paid for and an extra mexi sauce for an upcharge the time before that. I'll also mention a forgotten drink a few times before that and a micro piece of chicken I'm sure was a baby pigeon that same order but we are talking months ago. It's always "we'll get you next time" reply but they have no record keeping. Anyways 4 stars regardless as your still my go to.
