My husband and I passed this Duffys several time's and figured we'd try it out. When I say service was terrible, it was terrible. The waitress Melissa showed up to our table literally once and that's when she took our order didn't see her anymore until we walked out. We ordered the Tex Mex Egg Rolls, they came out warm. We couldn't find Melissa so we ate them. We also ordered the original duffys burger and fries. One other waitress came to bring one of the burger's (remind you we ordered the same exact burger) the fries were cold and looked as if they had been sitting for hour's. To many people standing around talking in the kitchen, rather than dropping the food fresh so that customer's can get hot food. Fast forward, as me and my husband proceeded to leave here goes Melissa! Why are you leaving? Because the service sucks and the food to. You need to pay for the egg rolls as she proceeded to follow behind us. Instead of trying to correct the mess ups she chose to go back and forth with a customer. All I can say is never again.

We were in the restaurant before 3....There was going to be a group of about 8 of us. We were sat in the main room, and after about 5 minutes, we asked to be moved to the back room. (There were only 3 at this time, and hadn't ordered anything.) The service was TERRIBLE in the back room.....What should have been an hour or so event (most of us got appetizers and drinks), took more than 2 hours. The manager said, "Oh well....."

Andre, our Entertainer, because that is what he was, more than our Server , a Great experience at Duffy’s, very friendly and with good recommendations. We had fun, with good food, and drinks, and a good time!!!

Great family spot nice variety for a menu & 2 for 1's all day long. Lot's pf tv's for sports if they have the channels they'll put them on for you Great memories with friends you treat like family 🙌

The girl who wrote down the order does not know how to serve the public. Bad face and not at all patient. It took 1 hour to bring the food. I ordered steak and they took note and brought fish. The presentation of the dish is ugly. 16 of us went to celebrate something and we didn't like it. The attention, the delay, the food very low quality.

Our server was Angelina and she was outstanding. Has such a beautiful smile. Food was amazing!

I had the greatest experience with Angelina, she was extremely attentive to me and my friends and actually took the time to get to know us. Will 100% come here again maybe even become a regular…hopefully i’ll be able to request her but I will still attend nonetheless 🤩

This was my first time visiting this location and my honey garlic wings where super delicious and fried extra crispy per my request with all flats,I will visit again to try something different.

Orders delivery from here today. I know it’s likely busy, but it was simple order: 10 pc boneless wings and sliders. Sliders came without pickles or burger sauce. That’s half of what’s supposed to be on them.

Great customer service and the food was excellent

Easy parking lot, packed space, great drink specials, great bar food. Lots of TVs and booths. Kids Fish Sticks and fries - kids ate it up fast Mushroom Burger - fantastic Fried Shrimp Basket Fried Mushrooms - so delicious and flavorful 2-4-1 drink specials

The young lady that waited on my son and I was very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent as always.

Prices have gone up, like now I'll compare with other American fare like Chili's before I come back here. The grilled salmon was excellent, glad that our waitress asked how I wanted it cooked!

We enjoy Duffy’s hamburgers and the Thursday rib special. We like that you can order green beans or broccoli instead of french fries. Great choices.

About 20 of us there for a Retirement Party. Waiter Mark was attentive, friendly and very nice. We were in a back room where the air was broken and it was warm and stuffy. The food was ok. It is Cinco de Mayo weekend so we did get discounts on Margaritas 2 for 1. We had a good time, but they should’ve had fans or something.

Had great experience at the other location but this one was not good 😥 wrong food was served and over cooked. Should be consistent agree ?

Stopped in here today after a round of golf. It was still early, so the restaurant was empty still. Hostess seated us right away, and the waitress came right over and took our orders. I had the fish and chips, and my friend had the sliders. The food came out pretty quickly. My fish was deep dark brown, and it appeared like the oil in the fryer hadn't been changed in quite a while. Both of our orders of frie swere soggy from the oil. Not one was crispy!! The flavor of the fish was okay, but I am sure with an oil change, it would have been much better. The price of my lunch with a beer was $35.00 which included tip. A little steep for a mediocre meal.

Duffy's was very good. The food, service, and atmosphere were great. I had the cheeseburger with the house cabernet.

Knowledgeable and friendly wait staff. Outstanding General Manager Monica. We asked to see her and she came immediately greeted us and checked on us. We watched her interact with other customers. She is an asset to Duffy's. She invited us back and we will return even though it's out of our general area.

Lots of tvs. All sports on TV to watch. Food was mediocre. We had Cobb salad, big portion. contained some grizzle of bacon. not chewable. Also had wings pretzels and salon. I guess you can say average bar food.

You can never go wrong with the Mahi, wings... Asian Salad... Well, now that I've mentioned the food, it's going to be what I'm having for dinner tonight!

Just returned from a luncheon at the one on Forest Hill and it was such an improvement since the last time I was at that location. We were at lease 35 people and the staff was amazing. I really was impressed with the way everything was orchestrated. The food was excellent. It was fresh and I really was again amazed. I will definitely be back

Food was awful Service was barely ok Update: (Sunday March 16 lunch) I give this location a second chance but I was disappointed again 😔 I ordered an impossible burger Bread was hard I requested beef to be cooked medium but they bring it to me extra well done, dry 😔 And on top of that, the waitress didn't even check on my table...

Fun sports bar. Bartender was attentive, friendly and kept my glass full. Love their wings and a great place to watch sports and UFC.

I live less than a mile away and ordered fish & chips with a side salad. Both were cold and soggy when I arrived home. The ranch dressing was thin liquid with no flavor. I won't be patronizing this establishment.

My husband and I both ordered ribs and wings meal for dinner at the bar. The bartender was completely unfriendly the food was cold and disgusting (ribs were ice cold, dry and huge not baby back and the wings were full of grease) it was the worst Duffy's eating experience we have ever had

There was a wait time but was manageable. The waitress was very busy but did what she could to stay on top of our service. Had to wait a while for our check. It was a fairly quiet night while we were there. This was a good thing.

Food wise not one of the better Duffys. The steak came out almost raw yet the French dip was charred and burnt. Server rectified the steak but the French dip was DOA😂.

We had an excellent server, Paul. He was very attentive and personable. He made the experience even more enjoyable. The burgers are consistently delicious. Can't go wrong. Same with the warm brownie dessert.

Do not order food from this place through Uber or DoorDash, some of the staff does not deliver the complete food and they make the person go over and over again to pick up the food

We went to see the UFC 297 fight at Duffy’s Saturday night 1/20/2024. After our drinks were served, we were told Duffy’s was closing before the main event. What is up with that??!? We were there, we were hungry, so we ordered 25 boneless wings. The wings were dried out and some were grizzled. This was not up to Duffy’s standard. At 11:35pm, they turned the lights on, TV's off, and started cleaning around us. Nothing like the smell of cleaning chemicals when you are trying to eat. They could not get us out of there fast enough. On the way out to the parking lot, I deleted my Duffy’s app. Will not be back there again. I vote with my feet and wallet. In fairness, for many years, my family and I dined at the Duffy’s Boynton Beach west location and have always had a great experience there.

Great food and great beer BUT, they were out of my favorite beer, Fat Tire unfortunately.

Went here specifically on Thankgiving for my father inlaw whose kitchen was being renovated. They were advertising a Thanksgiving meal. First the staff person was unaware that they were offering a Thanksgiving meal. When it did arrive it was a kids meal size. The corn came 15 minutes later. The mashed potatoes never made it out. By the time we were done we didnt even want to get dessert which was never mentioned by the staff. A poor choice for a Thanksgiving meal.

Duffy's has lost a step since Covid. I've been going to Duffy's for many years, and it used to be much better. They not only raised the prices but the portions are smaller. The staff is not as experienced as they used to be. It used to be our first choice, and now it is our last.

Have eaten here a couple of times and it is generally good. Tonight was meh. Burger ordered as medium was brown throughout. It's a sports bar, I get it, but people yelling obscenities repeatedly at the screen is a turn off. Ketchup bottle was empty, I put it at the edge of the table and waiter walked past it. That should have been a clue. I stood up, grabbed one from next table over, so now there are 2 bottles on the table. Yet another clue. End of meal, waiter starts to bus, grabs the clearly empty bottle, and puts it back on other table. Come on! Trevor, you not only failed me, you set the next diners up for failure too. P.s. your missing and empty ketchup bottle is in the garbage where I through it upon exiting.

I actually ordered online through their app which is supported by DoorDash. And when we received the order, it was as if they gave us all of their leftovers. My husbands steak sandwich was dry and hard plus they didn’t include his fries. My sons wings were dry and 2 of them didn’t have any meat on them, just skin

Had lunch with a buddy for my birthday and our server "Andre B." was right on point. Order was perfect and the beers were cold and the food hot! Atmosphere was active and fun. Clean restrooms. Tuna appetizer was great.

My service was great, the best service I had in a long time at this place. My server was Trevor & he was very attentive and made the experience great for me and my son. I will definitely come back and ask for Trevor to serve me. The service you get at a restaurant makes the experience great.

The kids chicken tenders were way too salty. The tacos were missing real taste. And the drinks had little or no alcohol. Not worth me thinking about ever coming back.

The food was decent. The service could have been a bit better. Our waitress wasn't very attentive. We asked for water several times but never received it. It wasn't that busy when we were there. The food was served together and was hot and cooked correctly.

I went to this place with my friend who uses a wheelchair and the staff was great! They accommodated us so nicely. The food was awesome. I had the NY strip with a strip skewer and corn on the cob and a baked potato. My friend had their baby back ribs and completely stuffed himself! He's very particular about his ribs! I also enjoyed the fried mushrooms and four of the BOGO summer time margheritas. We went to watch our Miami Heat take on the Denver Nuggets in game 2. The crowd there was electric! It was the perfect vibe! Can hardly wait to go back for Game 3! Paul would be proud.

Sports bar. Decent food but the walls are covered in TVs. Not my favorite but the waitress was very good and effective.

Incompetent hosting and waiting staff. Waited at entrance for give or take 5 minutes without introduction or being seated. Never going to this Duffys location again. What a waste of my time and money. Thankfully applebees is less than a minute away.

Spending the day in WPB I looked into a nearby restaurant. I came across Duffys and boy was I happy I did. Our server Andre made my day! He was so outgoing and friendly! He even told us about the special they had for the day. I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time!!! I will definitely be visiting this duffys again thanks to Andres amazing service!! He sure knows how to brighten someone’s day up!

Couldn't pick up no where to park, mgr. Basically said nothing I can do. Burger was dry cardboard, there was a fly in the meal young lady that brought it out asked, would you like me to remake it? Done done done done!

Waitress was terrible and that’s an understatement. She was unfamiliar with the food & drink menu. Not attentive and took forever to serve us. Did not make us aware that the cocktails were 2 for 1 and did not offer our 2nd (free drinks). Food was beyond bad. From appetizers to main courses. Drinks were the worst we’ve had. To top it all off, everything was over priced considering the quality. Top 5 worst overall dining out experience we’ve had in Palm Beach co.
