Super busy but please get the order from your customers so they don't wait to eat so long. Bathroom definitely needs help!

I’ll start by saying the staff is very friendly, and you can tell most of the customers are like family to them. They did great. However, the front waiting area gets very cramped even when there’s a small rush. There’s barely any room to wait to be seated. The food was the most disappointing part. Luke-warm and wildly mediocre considering the praise this place gets. I don’t get the hype at all.

Great experience, was seated quickly, and was given a crub cake to share while we decided what we wanted. Service was friendly and very helpful! The food was outstanding! If you like key lime pie, give the key lime french toast a try that was 🔥.

Here on vacation and stumbled upon this cute diner for breakfast. Service is great, friendly and fast. The food was awesome, huge portions and put together nicely. Prices were good as well. I recommend this place. 👌

It's not glamorous lol.. It's just a little hole in the wall restaurant..BUT It's some of the best breakfast at the best price, And a great portion, you can find...not to mention the staff is great! I've been going for years!

The menu was so big it was hard to choose. Everything was amazing. I ended up choosing a chicken salad and everything was fresh and delicious!

Pete's Place has become my favorite spot! Their French toast and pancakes are unbeatable, with delicious toppings baked right in (not just plopped on top). They even cater to health-conscious diners with 'The bodybuilding' menu, featuring fantastic egg white omelettes. Huge thank you to Lexus, our waitress, for her friendly and attentive service every time!

Busy Sunday brunch, better than the IHOP near by, and much faster and efficient service. My whites/turkey sausage/baby Bella mushrooms omelette was delicious and so much food that I could have shared. Go here for specialties like key lime waffle with fresh fruit. Friday night is usually "all you can eat fish fry". Too good! Friendly family atmosphere, if it's not right they will make it right!

As it says, they were awesome from our waitress to the host to the food. Everybody did their due diligence to make us happy. Will definitely stop by again

#1 Diner in Greenacres! I frequent this lovely restaurant during breakfast to grab my breakfast sandwich after my morning walks. They never let me down! The food is cooked like grandma is in the back and the customer service is always top-notch. It's no wonder this business has been going strong for over 30+ years. I would definitely recommend this location but beware, the weekends are rather busy as they should be.

No better place than Pete's for a great lunch from people who really care about their customers. We have been going there for lunch for years and it's like homemade food every time!

Pete's is always a favorite of everyone here in W.Palm Beach for Breakfast and Lunch!!!! Dont come here with out an appetite, all plates served are over flowing with food, both breakfast and lunch. They offer daily lunch specials!!! The food here is awesome and plentiful. All the locals know of Pete's and if your an out of towner, visitor or just hungry for good food,this is a awesome stop,I don't guarantee many places to eat ,but Pete's at this particular location is a must!!!! Enjoy!!!

This place is so good, it’s poppin’ right now, I don’t remember it tasting this good but who knows. Just one example the tomatoes taste great imo haha. Are they special tomatoes? 😁

I should have read the reviews before I went here. I waited a long time to be seated even though the place was almost empty, because everyone was gathered in the back socializing. After being seated it was at least ten minutes before the server came over. The food was mediocre. It's hard to screw up eggs over-medium, but they succeeded. They were cold and runny. Sat and waited for my check and when I finally got it (I had to wait at the register) I'd been charged for coffee. I didn't have coffee. Never again. No way. I'd rather drive a few miles or just be hungry.

"Sweet Mother Marry and Jospeh" were my first words after taking my first bite. So yea, it's really good food! Everything tastes homemade and they feed you like family for a more than reasonable cost. Service is friendly and quick, I got a refill for my drink before I even asked or looked up! The atmosphere is very comfy and doesn't try to be fancy. Everyone really goes for the good food and laid back environment. Definitely coming back!

It was my daughter’s 3rd birthday and I wanted to start her day off right. Ipon being greeted, my daughter promptly told our waitress that it was her birthday. Our amazing waitress (I didn’t get her name) quickly engaged my daughter asking her questions about her birthday. They had a delightful little conversation and then before I know it, out comes our food and my daughter’s Mickey Mouse pancakes had a lit candle in the middle. She was beaming from ear to ear. And just like that, our waitress had the ENTIRE restaurant Singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to this little 3 year old. I couldn’t even eat my corned beef hash and eggs because I was smiling from ear to ear. They’re good is delicious and huge portions. I’m always happy visiting Pete’s Place but What a wonderful experience we had. It is one I will never forget! Neither will she. The kindness and love and the family atmosphere is way better than the food and that’s pretty damn good!

Had lunch last week here with my aunt around 1 pm after her doctor's appointment, she wasn't feeling very well so we waited a bit to be seated but were not acknowledged so I decided to have her sit at the table closest. I walked up to the lady in front to let her know that we had a seat at that table and asked if it was okay. She rudely responded "No, there Is a sign there that reads wait to be seated". I kindly said "I'm sorry we can get up" and her response was "Well no your already there so just sit there now" 🤦🏻‍♀️. I decided to stay since my aunt wasn't feeling well enough to go somewhere else. The turkey blt was great (very big). The chicken tenders were freshly fried and had great seasoning. Our server was wonderful and made the experience overall a good one.

Classic spot. Diner vibe. Went for breakfast. Have done so 2 times by now. That's a good sign. We went for a burger at 6:30 am. They got you. Food was quick to the table. Hot. Great burger & fries. Got the onion rings. Great. We enjoyed the sides, too. Crab pasta salad and loaded potato salad. Very nice surprise. The service was fine. For first thing in the morning, the server was attentive but not bothersome. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean, big booths and a few tables. The back of the restaurant has a bar stool type of setup like an old school ice cream parlor or a classic breakfast nook. Clearly, regulars come in for a quick meal at the counter. I enjoyed the vibe and we already went back. Will go again.

Huge portions, delicious food. Excellent service! I get the burger and fries. Fresh ground beef. Moist, and delicious. It comes with a second side. I decided on the loaded potato salad. Incredible! Large bites of bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, onion, celery. Amazing flavor.

Decided to Google breakfast places near me and found this hidden place. Per the reviews the food was great. My pancake wasn't cooked all the way through but Wanda got me another to go. Will definitely be coming back to try more. Wanda was GREAT! As a women of color I did feel out of place when I walked in. Not the employees but the older seniors watched me to my table. Felt like I stepped back into the 50s for a moment.

Food took a little long to arrive but, the service was amazing. The staff were really generous and patient. All in all I would recommend and come back.

Don't go here if you have 5-6 people. Over an hour wait after being told it would be 25 min. They continued to seat tables instead of putting 2 tables together. Specifically, a 4 top became available and a second 4 top next to it was to shortly become available. The first 4 top was sat with customers that came after us instead of waiting for a few minutes more to be able to put the tables together. We then, after an hour, went to sit at the bar and sat there for another 20 min before our order was taken. Either they only care about their bottom line and not customer service, or the hostess doesn't know what they should be doing.

Don't go here if you have 5-6 people. Over an hour wait. They will continue to seat tables instead of putting 2 of them together. They only care about their bottom line and not customer service.

This is a Great Spot to Eat !! But be Warned !! Come HUNGRY !! The portions are HUGE and DELICIOUS !! The Waitress’s are Fast and Friendly !! I had an Early Lunch, my Friend had a Late Breakfast !! I could only Eat my cup of soup and HALF of my Cheeseburger !! I had to wrap HALF of it and BOTH sides to take Home ! But the Loaded Potato Salad and Crab Macaroni Salad were Awesome as Well ! My friend Pete Raved about his Mushroom and Egg White Omelette ! Give the Place a Try, it’s Homey , Simple, and Tasty 🤩👍👍👍

Been patronizing this restaurant over 30 years! If a problem it is corrected immediately. Never disappointed in quality and quantity of fare. Service is always friendly and professional. Pete and Kathy always extend a helpful solution to accommodate my concerns and special appointments.

My wife and I have been going to Pete’s Place for about 9 years now. We use to call Pete’s our favorite breakfast place. I use to recommend Pete’s to everyone I talked to who asked about breakfast restaurants. Cathy had that place running like a well oiled machine. She also was so sweet and enjoyable to talk to. These last couple years have been brutally tough enjoying ourselves there. The management has no idea what they are doing now and the waitresses have no idea what customer service is. What really makes me mad is that they will make you wait 15 - 20mins to take your order. Then, when your waiting another 35 mins for your food, the table next to you who just sat down 10 mins ago gets all their food right away. This is the second time in a couple months that we have been forgotten about at Pete’s Place. This is the second time the staff has to tell us sorry for the same issue as last time. I went to our server to let her know what was going on and then another server butted her way into our convo asking what happen, when I told her what happen she said “ uggghh I don’t want to deal with this” I know it’s hard to find help now theses days but man, you are losing money when issues like this happen. All the thousands of dollars I’ve spent here will be spent somewhere else. AFTER TODAY, I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO TO PETES PLACE AGAIN UNLESS CATHY CAME BACK.

I completely forgot to do my review from June but this little diner was a great find. I came here with my mom and best friend last year in June and it was great. We were seated quickly, and had friendly service. The food was hot and fresh home made like breakfast 🍳 and coffee ☕️ was nice and hot and of course the server would come around and top off/ refill your cup. I had a Swiss cheese and mushroom omelette and my mom had the country fried steak. It was a pretty big portion at a good price. I would definitely come here again.

Always good! for over 30 years I have enjoyed Pet's. Consistently good service even when it is packed, which is usually the case. The homemade corned beef hash is the BEST! It is hard to be this good in todays (restaurant) world but Pet's stands out.

My goodness what a breakfast! Coffee cup stayed filled and the service was great! Corn beef hash omelet was amazing and had excellent flavor, no salt needed!

This is one of the few restaurants that always delivers quality of food, service and fair price. They never disappoint!!! Our family has been going there for the past 35 years.

One of my favorite breakfast places. Lots of options on the menu so always able to try something new. Keep going back for the Key Lime French Toast though. It's delicious.

My wife and I both work in the industry so I understand what a bad day looks like, but our experience was dreadful. Server casually greeted us without giving us her name, my wife (embarrassingly) added that it was my birthday and she just said "ok!" Then proceeded to take our drink order without acknowledging it. Nbd I guess, but then she took nearly 20 minutes just to get us water, which was all I was drinking. The food came out at the same time as the water. The hostess was also short with us and looked like she hated her life. The ONLY reason they get 2 stars instead of one is the stuffed French toast which was ok. All of the other food we ate (eggs, bacon and sausage gravy and biscuits) tasted old, and some almost like soap. Take the time to drive to a better diner.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! My husband and I decided to check this place out since we moved right next door. As soon as we came into the front door the host was not friendly at all. Didn't say a word . She looked super annoyed. So we sit down order 2 waters and I a coffee. The server we had with the blonde pigtails in the light blue shirt came (never told us her name )back with the coffee and not water. She said she'd be back. Continued to forget the water and that was the only drink my husband ordered. She came back got our food order and continued to forget. I asked someone else walking by for water and they didn't bring it to us. I had to flag down the waiter and ask her for water Again. We finally got water as the food came. She never came back to check how our food was. We got biscuits and sausage gravy (didn't taste good and there was a random piece of spinach in it?) Fruit French toast was ok. We were sitting there for a while after we finished waiting for her to come around with the check. Overall a terrible way to start my husbands birthday. Awful experience will never be back or recommend this place to anyone.

Very busy place. Food is excellent and so is the service and atmosphere.

We've been eating at Pete's Place for about 25 years. Is it the food a good value for your money? Yes! Is the food good? Yes! Is there a lot to choose from on the menu? Yes! Do they have daily specials? Yes! Is the service fast and friendly? Yes! Is there plenty of parking? Yes, however, the parking lot is a nightmare to navigate. Stay alert while in it. All the parking rows are on the diagonal and cars are constantly cutting across them. I used to work in the Publix there and saw accidents almost daily, some even involving parked cars! Go to Pete's Place, it's great, but be cautious in the parking lot!

If what you're looking for is a real traditional American breakfast I recommend this restaurant in West Palm Beach.

Tried this restaurant for the first time - highly impressed. The food is amazing. 5 star - will return.

Rainy Sunday morning so I decided to order take out. Extremely busy and Terry was stressed out managing the front end. New employee running the register. After she rang up my order, I added some brownies stacked near the register. She didn't know the price and asked Terry, who said that the price was posted. I was not wearing my glasses and didn't notice a tiny label with the price stuck on the back of the register. I got a proper dressing down from Terry for not seeing it!!! I left feeling very unappreciated.

I typically do take out from here and it's always awesome. Food is great, service is amazing, staff is top tier!

Took out of town friends for breakfast. The food and portions were awesome! Our waitress got the whole restaurant to sing happy birthday for my friend, with a lit candle in an amazing chocolate chip muffin! It was like a video so fun!! One friend even bought a Pete's shirt to remember the fun! Only 1 star off on service - our waitress was so awesome, but the wait was for ordering and checks was very slow, rushing my friends to not miss another reservation. We said we'd definitely go back! - and allow an extra 30 minutes for busy times of day service.

My friends and I tried Pete's Place for the first time the other day and we all thought it was really good. The portions were large and delicious. An excellent no frills type of place, just good food and friendly service. We will be back.

Staff were great! Biscuits n Sausage Gravy was cold and had no flavor. Hash browns were not fully cooked.

Good afternoon, I was in for lunch for the first time today and I just wanted to say that was the best burger I have ever had. I had the Pete’s burger. Very flavorable and juicy and delicious and the coleslaw and onion rings were awesome as well. The service was amazing as well. Thank you so much. I will becoming in a lot more from now on. We love going here. It feels like home and the staff always remember us. Food is also consistently good and made to order just as requested. The pancakes and Polish Omelette are our favorites.

Food is excellent. Great value, servers are adults and help each other. My only complaint is that they aren't open 24/7.

This place is an absolute gem! Small family restaurant with very friendly staff, delicious food, big selection of both breakfast and lunch options. Daily specials are also available on top of the regular menu. Usually very busy but definitely worth the wait. The price point is great in comparison to the portion size of the food, you'll eat for a couple days! Highly recommend the Dirty Piggy & Tampa Cuban, very interesting twist on a classic.

A roach was on our table and I had a hair inside my pancakes. Instead of apologizing, the waitress goes "I wish you had told me sooner, I would have changed it out for you." Why in the world would I do that after the series of events that just happened lol.

Counted 22 customers 4 servers. Waited 15.mind for a server to show up then another 10 to place the order. 40 to get the order only to get a lukewarm waffle. Server took it to reheat & it came back mushy & still not hot. Told the cashier who said "that's too bad the server never said anything about it." The Jog and Okeechobee Pete's has always been good but not on our itinerary today MISTAKE.

This mom & pop stop is a delightful place to have everything and anything, in any combo - from breakfast to later eats. The staff is very friendly, as is the decor. The whole back wall is lovingly plastered with children's whimsical colorings, amidst amusing signs. The menu not only tells you what there is, but where you're at and who created it. The delicious food choices are tempting and plentiful - you can add or subtract - the ice tea is Great, and you can get a membership card to talley enough points to benefit from later. The atmosphere is charming, watching families, seniors, retirees in from the golf course, party's celebrating birthdays, and - The Best barometer of a perfect eating establishment - sheriffs and police officers come in for a refreshing break. C'mon in and sit a spell!

It is my first time in Pete's place and I just have to say that I had a great experience there. The service was fast, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was calm and quiet just how I like it.

Best place to eat. Breakfast or Lunch. I prefer lunches, only because i can do breakfast at home . Staff is great. You dont leave hungry.

I have been to Pete’s Place many times and I even take a friend but there are times when I have to send stuff back I don’t like doing that and I think some of the servers are a little angry at me for that I went in today which was July 21 and had a breakfast special had to send it back as it wasn’t cooked right it came back the eggs and then if they were scorched and now my hashbrowns were kind of cold I have to keep looking for that server who’s always in the back talking and talking and not paying attention to what’s happening in the front part of the restaurant but overall the food is good and the prices are good but lately I see kind of a decline but I still like them and hope to go back If I get exceptional service I will tip much better but tips are earned the problem with America is everybody thinks something is owed to them and they can just throw any kind of attitude to somebody that’s not true

We only have it one star because of the good food. Service and staff very poor, no customer service at all, rude staff that bring their bad moods from home. I get it we all have bad days but we have more than one ocasión where we came in and of the bat the cash out/ hostess. Was extremely rude, and short she did not say hello or good morning or even good buy when we went to leave we said. Thank you a few times she did not acknowledge. We have 3 small kids under 10 and our waitress was clearly high on opioids. And slouching and literally falling asleep writing our order in the notepad. We have an 18 month old and her note pad was like 2 inches from her head she kept nodding out. It was extremely uncomfortable even our oldest mentioned it being “drunk.” They took forever bringing our drinks (not food) we waited over 15 minutes for a coffee, water and a soda. This last time we came in with our kids again and we were told there were no more booths when there was clearly 3 open, we would have waited but Tammy being pushy wanted us to sit next to the door right away. My wife and I decided to leave and I said they were clearly having a bad attitude and rude specially in front of the children. We tend to go once or twice a week, this place has lost our business, it’s unfortunate because the food is great but the place is very uncomfortable specially with people working in the restaurant business, keep your attitudes at home and make sure people with severe drug problems don’t work around a family place that brings children in.

A great family restaurant with good "home cooked" meals. Breakfast and lunch is the focus. Breakfast features such options as omletes ( wide selection) biscuits and gravy, or pancakes. It is a family favorite of ours and hope it will be for you as well. The daily specials are exciting and different.

French fries were undercooked even after sending back the first order of seasoned fries. Turkey wrap was good!

I’m a repeat customer at Pete’s place. There’s only a couple of menu options that don’t appease me, other than that, it’s a family owned business and the Service is good and the quality of food is good. Great for breakfast and or lunch.

My Eggs Benedict was made way in advance, even the english muffin was soggy. When I told the waitress that it was stone cold she did nothing. My date breakfast was very good he didn't mind the stone cold home fries.

I went in for coffee saw the healthy options and we stayed. Hubby had wheat germ pancakes yum I had egg white veggie omelet also yumtastic & I took 1/2 home which became next am breakfast

Moved to the area after buying a house and have been going to Pete’s every single Sunday. Food is reasonably priced and delicious. I miss NY diners but Pete’s is a home away from home!

Waitress stopped by once to take order, didn't know menu, messed up drink order, food took an hour after order ( 3 tables were sat and served and left before our order arrived ) all plates of food were cold, with burned food on the plate. Warmest item on table was orange juice. Order an omelette, and 2 other egg dishes. Waitress came back only to drop the check saying nothing to us. Would give a lower rating but 1 star is the lowest it will go.

My husband and I sat at a table for 15 min without even being acknowledged by ANYONE. People after us were waited on within 5 min. Unacceptable and rude.
