She informed us of ongoing specials as well and checked in regularly! The restaurant was packed and she handled herself with calmness and haste. We dine at Applebees Citrus Park multiple times a month. They have pretty decent food but we mainly come back each time for the amazing service Laura gives us each time.

Allison was very attentive and nice. Our food and drinks came out very quickly and she remembered who ordered what without having to ask. Would come back.

It’s my first time trying their food and I had such an experience. We were served by Laura who gave us a really nice time. We tried the all you can eat and cannot stress enough in the parm wings. They were our absolute favorites. We also had the chance to try the ribs, shrimp was our least favorite but overall for 15,99 you get really good food. I had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and that was sooooo juicy and delicious I can’t recommend it enough. It was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had so far. Drinks were good and they have bunch of promotions going on. Dessert was also amazing. I ordered the pecan blondie and was really amazing. I had bias opinions because people say this place is kinda whatever with the food, but I had a great time and really recommend these plates. They are all really good.

Went to Applebees and was pleasantly surprised by our server and our food. Our servers name was Bailey. He was very sweet and attentive. He is the best server me and my family have had at this apple bees. The food was very good and now they have an all you can eat option so I will definitely be coming back with my wife and kids. 10/10 service from Bailey, will be back and will definitely be requesting him.

I regularly dine at this restaurant and it consistently meets my expectations. I always ask for Amber N, who cordially greets us and equips us with menus and beverages in a timely manner. She efficiently processes our orders and delivers our food. We typically spend $20-$30 and generously compensate for her exceptional service. Amber is an outstanding bartender/server, capable of managing a bustling crowd with ease. I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone visiting Applebee's, as she consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction and crafts superb drinks.

NEVER AGAIN ! Saw the online ad (7/24) about the 'all you can eat' (AYCE) chicken riblets & shrimp. We worked hard all day Friday in the yard and decided to treat ourselves to a decent dinner. About 5:30pm we stopped in at a nearby Applebee's, (Citrus Park) hostess greet us with a smile, said we were here for the AYCE and she said great and seated us. Friendly enough waitress can over asked what we would like to drink. We ordered and said we didn't need menus because we wanted the AYCE, she looked dazed and said she was unaware of it. I showed her the ad on my phone and she said she would check. She came back and said the manager said we don't have that, then she asked if I wanted to talk to the manager, I sad yes. Few minutes later a 'gentlemen' (chubby elderly man dressed like Elmer Fudd) came to the table and said "we don't have that". Also showed him the ad and he first said we don't have 'the stuff' for it. (Might I mention all items are on their regular menu.) Again, I indicated this was on their store web page. He then said, "let me check with my boss" and left. Came back 5-10 minutes later (and get this) he was told that "ad must be for a different Applebee's franchise owner". I reiterated that this was from their web page. He then went on to say he "could not" honor it because it was not in their computer system and he had no way to ring the sale in! (Sorry, both of us have been in the food service business and there is always a way to override and/or provide discounts, etc.) But then he has the audacity to show us a flyer, at a higher price, that supposedly goes into effect next week.....really! Best part, he never apologized or honestly provided any real answer. Nor did he even say he was sorry for the inconvenience nor did he offer any comp like a drink or desert on him. If one of my managers did that he would be fired, period. Worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced. Unfortunately this was not the first time something like this happened at that location but it will surely be the last. I assure you we will never set foot in that so called restaurant EVER AGAIN! By the way, we walked out !

Amber is an awesome bartender. She puts her customers first and has a great personality. I've been coming to the Applebee's on Sheldon and Linebaugh for 7 years and won't stop now because it feels like family when I'm there. Everyone is loving and welcoming.

We ordered the 2 for $25 riblet platters which is $33 not $25 which was first problem. The meat was overdone in parts and flavor of meat and sauce were horrible. We threw it out after eating 1 and half riblet each. Mozzarella sticks were rubbery. My husband has been in and out of hosp the past month and I thought this would be a treat. Wasted our money!!

They were over 30 minutes past the time told for my online order pick up. Then once my order came out to me it was only 1 bag. I asked if it was all in this bag since I know I ordered multiple meals. She assured me it was all there. It was not so I had to go in and wait another 10 minutes for my other 3 items. Then by the time I got it home it was all mostly cold and not very tasty. Just all around poor performance. Not sure if it is is Applebees that went down hill or this location.

Usually when I go to Applebees I sit at the bar and the food is good and I love when Amy and Amber are bartending I try to go on their shifts but the other night I went pretty late and the girl Allison (tattoos, piercings, black hair) was bartending and the service was so bad it wasn’t even funny. There were probably 3 couples at the bar including myself and no one else in the restaurant and the bartender didn’t talk to anyone or even stay behind the bar. I ordered this one drink off the menu and as a bartender I know what it’s supposed to look like and I informed her that it looked like the wrong beverage and she caught an attitude with me so I told her forget it we’ll drink it anyway. After 2 drinks I had to leave because we felt uncomfortable. From now on I’m going to ask when Amy and amber are working because at least I know I’ll have a good time.

Customer service is very rude and very slow the manager and the employees are very rude they don't care about the customers

Our recent experience ordering from Applebee's left us pleasantly surprised with both the service and the food quality. We called to order nachos as an appetizer since our main dish place didn't offer beef nachos. The person who took our order, a nice older gentleman, was incredibly kind and patient as we customized our order with toppings on the side. When we picked up our order, we were pleased to find the nachos neatly separated into two containers. This made it convenient for my husband and me since we prefer different toppings on our nachos. It was a thoughtful touch that enhanced our dining experience, even if it's standard practice for takeout orders. As for the nachos themselves, they were fantastic! Crispy chips loaded with generous amounts of cheese, beef, and jalapeños and all the fixings we requested. Each bite was a delightful combination of flavors, making it an excellent start to our meal. Overall, Applebee's exceeded our expectations with their friendly service, thoughtful packaging, and delicious nachos. It's clear they care about their customers' preferences, and we'll definitely consider ordering from them again in the future.

My partner and our friend came to this location at 10pm on a Saturday. Our waitress was named Coco R. The waitress, whose name we did not learn until after we paid as she NEVER introduced herself, took 10 minutes to even greet us, and got our drinks mixed up. She gave my partner my water and me their root beer. Not a big deal, we could switch our drinks. She was not friendly, but she wasn't rude either. She was very short with us, and we didn't get service. When we ordered our appetizers, I could barely hear the waitress when she confirmed our orders. While we waited for our appetizers, she checked on her other two tables at least 5 times in the same 10 minute span. She dropped off our appetizers and got me a refill on my water. She did not ask the other two people at my table if they wanted refills. We ordered our food soon after, and she did not check on us in the 20 minutes we waited for our food to arrive at our table. She said she would be back with refills for our table. We did not get refills until we were done with our food. Before we could even ask for the check and a box, she was gone. We did not get acknowledged again until she got to the table next to us. All the while she was paying extra special attention to the table 3 tables down. In the 15 minutes it took for her to come back, she checked with that table 7 times. The table next to them 4, and the table next to us once. Our food itself was great, and the cooks did a great job! We didn't get fast service until we said we wanted our check. Overall, what was supposed to be a fun experience of eating with friends became a disappointment because our server was inattentive. The manager did not at any point check on the tables either, he just stared at them from a table and then went back into the back.

Laura makes you feel like family. Will be our new favorite place to meet friends.

Stopped by for dinner on Saturday night and we didn't have to wait super long for a table at all. Waitress we had was super attentive and friendly. Nice atmosphere they had (displayed a lot of Tampa-centric sports teams like USF or the Bucks). Got the 2 for $33 dinner special for two which came with choice of an appetizer (or two side salads) and two of their more "premium entree options." We ended up getting the artichoke dip for our appetizer and I ended up going with this sweet-spicy (or they could've been hot honey or something) chicken tender mac-n-cheese for my entree and it was so good. My husband got the chicken n' shrimp with the mashed potatoes and it was delicious as well. My husband also went for one of their Dollar margaritas and it came in a decent size glass (for only being $1 especially), about the size of a glass you'd drink bourbon from. Overall a great place to get good food and good value. Definitely would recommend this location!

Im typically a regular at this location so it saddens me to even write this. I came to eat at this location on June 1st 2024. My waitress was Laura. Nothing particular in service, I left a $6.00 tip on a $34 tab. Woke up this morning and was charged $10 instead of the $6 I left. It's not necessarily about the $4 difference, Im not petty like that. It's just not what I left, and it seems not only rude but sketchy to charge more on a tab knowing they didn't leave that tip. I called the restaurant but no one answered. Will definitely not eat here again after this, it's very upsetting. I was even asked to leave a review about Laura after service, which my husband did and gave all 5 stars. He took that back quickly.

The only reason we come is to see Jessa the bartender. Our food is on point and she is so funny.
