If they ever take your order they have the meats supposedly. Gone downhill last few months and now it's reached the bottom.

Dude that took my order was being rude to begin with didn’t ask what size meal I wanted and didn’t even tell me my total even when I got to the window.

This location is always fast, the staff is nice, and the food is well made.

Placed seemed legit it's hard to say that about any fast food place after covid

Do better more cleaning more friendly make the experience better

I asked for sauces. Got one for 4 sandwiches. No napkins or anything. I'm not going back there. I should've gone to McDonald's or Wendy's or somewhere else. Too much money to spend. Not even marinara sauce for the cheese sticks. Never again.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 min

This has to be the slowest arbys I've ever been too. I live in delhi and this place is always a 30min visit in the drive through weather there's 2 people or 5. I ordered a jamocha shake here and this girl puts a tiny bit at the bottom and them tops it with vanilla. No morals..

We were asked to pull forward just to get luke warm food. Absolutely nothing was fresh or hot, so I have no idea what we had to wait on. The order taker had us repeat the order 4 times and still got it wrong. The entire staff is completely incompetent. STAY AWAY !!!! unless you like overpaying for food and then being told the receipt is in the bag, when it isn't.

Cashiers pocket people's cards and the mangers don't care and would rather defend their employees then correct the behavior. You don't accidentally put someone's card in your pocket and let them drive off.

my roast beef wasn’t cooked all the way!!! And my fries taste like cardboard!!!! Old and dry!!! Just a waste of money and time!!! Straight garbage!!!! Don’t even bother!!!

I usually ALWAYS give Arby’s a good rating. But today, that is not even close to being the case. Waited forever for our food, and before that, we had trouble getting our order put in though the drive-thru. Horrible service. Will be trying to avoid this location as best as possible.

If you visit the CSL across the street first, you can essentially sell your blood for a sandwich like a bladerunner pleeb

My last review of Arbys was not that good. But today was Awesome. Went in, Annette was my cashier. She was polite and kind. The gentleman pulling the orders was fast and efficient. Especially at lunch hour. My service was polite, my food was hot, my order was correct and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Whoever is working the day shift today is what Arbys should be like at all times.

The most kind and professional manager. I will eat there again because of her. I ordered my food on March 14th at 7:46 pm.

Ordered food online for pick up. We paid over $40 for the food. One of the things was fish sandwiches. The sandwiches were cold and tartar sauce was gone, like it melted. Curly fried look a day old and also were cold. The chicken strips were hard and tough. This place has really gone downhill. I used to love to eat there all the time. Well, they have lost my business.

Took an absolute eternity to get the food. No employees seemed to have any concern about speed. Order was 20 minutes overdue by the time I got it. Not much purpose behind the employees actions, especially the manager. Very disappointing.

Got the number 1...Roast beef cheddar..and large frie....the fries were awesome ..fresh hot..sandwich was real good..large coke.....and even a thank you as I left...keep it up..good job

Food is always cold despite having to wait in the drive thru for twenty minutes. Service is a little better if you go in, but sadly this Arby's sucks.

I come to Arby's all the time mostly lunch time I never had a bad experience I was on my way home about 730pm I stop and get my food I get home to realize they forgot a sandwich I called to get a credit because I am already home it's just a sandwich no big deal when the guy who answered the phone continues to repeat he made that order and bagged it ok well I am looking at it there is only 1 sandwich and 2 fries he says he can't give me a credit I can come get another sandwich I said if I come up I'll just get a refund so I go back up he thought he was going to be funny having me sit there at the window while he told his whole crew he going to make me wait that's fine I am on your drive thru time boo ! ! 1 bad survey hurts that bonus BAD! So how about not making one sandwich that big of a deal next time!

This place is so slow. Always have to wait a long period of time to get your food. If the employees would do thier job instead of smoking. Never going back!

I, got the 2 classic chicken sandwich. First, time trying them.

For a place that claims "they have the meats" I always end up with an extremely small amount of meat on my sandwich. Staff I'd friendly enough and they're always quick to bring out my food but quality is almost always lacking. I've been there now several times and ended up with disappointing food. There's some days it's okay but for the most part quality is definitely not there.

The drive thru staff are always friendly, but this never feels like fast food because it is always slow. The food is decent, I really like Arby's, but the prices here are absolutely ridiculous. It makes me avoid it most of the time.

You need to open your dinning room back up other restaurants have had their dining rooms open for months now.. And you now close at 9pm smh so disappointing.

Everytime I go to this location the line is 20+ minutes long and the order is always wrong somehow. They got my wife's sandwich wrong and mine was cold. The fries were hot but tastes burnt like the feyer oil needs changed. Disgusting.

Excellent customer service. Far friendlier than what I've experienced lately at other similar establishments. Food was hot and service was quick.

Didn't even want to put 1 star. Customer service here sucks. Waited 10 minutes for my order at the door while 2 cars left with their order in no time. Also had to pull back around and ask them for my son's nuggets that I apparently had been waiting 10 minutes for them to fry up. Skie was very rude along with the girl who handed me my food.

Waygu is delish. These ladies work harder than any others on the Pike. They are on top of it,the younger set should take notice. This is what customer service should be like.

Food was Great!! Fresh and Hot. Awesome customer service. The front end cashier was Awesome. I believe her name was Tamara. She was very professional and polite. She was extremely nice to her co-workers.

Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru to get to the speaker only to be greeted with "Welcome to Arby's. It's gonna be a minute. K. Thank you." It's like I didn't exist and my time wasn't as valuable as theirs was. Message received Arby's ✌🏼

Just went through the drive-thru. Barely managed to get our first part of our order in before the person on the speaker cut us off and didn't allow us to finish. No customer service skills what so ever.

Extremely clean location, very friendly employees, and amazing food. I cannot recommend enough. The manager on duty was extremely friendly and gave us a free drink while we waited for fresh food (which we happily waited for). HIGHLY recommend! Thank you! Keep up the amazing work!

I spent close to $30 on dinner and they waited until I paid and gave me my food and let me ask for condiments and then they told me they were out of Horsey Sauce. Really? Roast beef with no Horsey Sauce! I was not a happy camper.

Even after the seasonal Floats were over, our restaurant continued selling them for our community.

Waited 15 minutes in drive through. Staffing is terrible. If you can't run a restaurant right, maybe you shouldn't be doing it at all.

Tried the new burger. Ordered the bacon burger. Was given the regular burger. It was good but it was nothing spectacular. I'd buy it again.

Typical Arby's food. It would have been better if I had not watched the person that runs the register (and places food on trays) stub out a cigarette on the wall right outside the window we were sitting at then come in to wait on a customer. No hand washing at all. GROSS.

They are typically out of the limited time items or are never participating in them.

They moved from across the street and then stopped screwing orders up. It's a miracle. Still a tad pricey versus other options.

Double Rueben without sauerkraut, extra 1000 Island, plus bacon deluxe baked potato was superb except potato skin was overcooked and inedible.

Food is good some workers are friendly others are just "here's your food now leave" attitude. Customer's like a to see a smile and engage in some good ole fashioned hospitality that these young people seem not able to grasp. Also when will the customers be able to enter the building to sit and eat? Going through the drive thru only, I feel rushed and don't get what or all that I ordered.

The Staff was friendly and nice and got out orders right. The food tastes great while I was there.

Stop by today to try the new southwest avocado chicken wrap. The restaurant and restroom has to be o e of the cleanest restaurants I have Been to in Delhi. We had a new employee wait on us. She did a fantastic job, forgot her name by the way. It's been a long time since I have had good service and good food all in the same visit. Way to go Delhi Arby's. Wrap was delicious 😋

Convenient drive-through that moves quickly, great selection, excellent quality and variety, but prices keep going up at a time when money is very tight! Just an occasional treat these days.
