Always fast. Haven't messed a single order up for me. Foods good, hot and reasonable on price.

Ordered delivery a few times. Quick, fresh and delicious! Delivery drivers have always been very friendly as well!

Order delivery through the website asked for one of the chicken dishes which cost $8 received the equivalent of five medium sized chunks of chicken for $8. What a joke. I definitely won't be ordering from Domino's again especially this location.

I have never had a problem with their food until now !! Whoever is the cook This evening didn’t care about how they cooked the food or made it look!! This is unacceptable and i will no longer order here…

tells me my foods ready so i take my lunch break from work to get food and i come and none of its ready. why you gotta lie?

Service was antagonistic, mean spirited, and obnoxious. I will never get food here again.

The pizza was terrible. It had many BURNT bubbles on it and you can taste the burnt too! Food was somewhat meh ok. Service is meh and they WAY OVERCHARGE for everything! Not worth it!

I placed an order online like I do all of the time and when it arrived the thin crust pizza had so much cheese on it the pizza was soggy and greasy (if you know the thin crust it’s usually crispy) I also ordered GARLIC bread twist but received cinnamon twist (didnt even have the decency to give me icing with them) I tried contact the store about 8 times and it just rings over and over until it hangs up because it detects my number and it seems they are avoiding. I then blocked my number to call back just to be hung up on by the answering service because I didn’t have a special ?? I blocked my number a 2nd time to be told they were going to connect me to the store just to hear it ring over and over. I tried to report the issue online and was met with 2 solutions 20% off my next order (which is a daily coupon online anyways) or 60 points which can be used for a free item. When I really just want my bread twist replaced rather than take an online solution to be forced to spend more money with this place that is very seemingly a joke!!!

Pasta was bad.Very little sauce

Place was decent for dominos when we first moved to Delhi in 2019. Gone down hill steadily and this will be last order at this location. Left the parchment paper on our large pizza and burnt it to a crisp. Can’t say I’ve seen this before. Worst pizza in Delhi

The day I went here they had some nasty ghetto white girls working smell like weed my chicken was half cooked way under cooked pizza was not done as well just so nasty that day they use to be good guess when u hire trash this what u get

It took a lot for me to come to a review for this Domino's because it's been my neighborhood Doms for 5 years but they are lazy here and lack any customer satisfaction. I'm done ordering here because it's catch 22 every time you order for the past year. they need a new cutter or something too because the pizza is never cut properly. This last order did it for me after I called to complain about the first order being half warm, not cut properly, and the crust looked old. They replace it with the ones in the pics I posted below. More company training needs to come to this location. UPDATE: 2/7/2024 the last picture with pizza broken up is how they are still doing...come on! (Larosa's was closed)

Great people great place to not only eat but work, I worked there for years and the staff is amazing. It really is like a family, Jeff is hands down the best & nicest boss I’ve ever had. Keep doing what you guys are doing

Everything was delicious and came at a quick pace. But the star of it all was the delivery guy. I believe his name was Josh, he was super sweet and kind. He didn't have the change needed to give back to me. So he promised to be right back after another order with the change. Just like he said 20 mins later with the exact change. Wonderful person and I was able to trust him with all the money till he could get me my change.

My pizza sat on “quality check” for no joke 45 mins with their little tracker. When I got it, this pizza looked like a day old pizza that had been sitting out. Absolutely horrible. The manager was nice and gave me a store credit but omg! If you know it’s going to take an hour for it to be delivered then wait to make it! Don’t let it sit out for almost an hour.

I like to use the tracking thing online on their website and it stayed on quality check for 25 minutes. The estimated wait time was about 30 minutes and took 50 minutes. My pizza was cold when it got here. I usually don't have this bad of an experience with Domino's. There has even been a time I've called and thanked them about how good they made it but it was a different location. For it to be on quality check for that long I would have expected a great pizza but nope. And do yourself a favor and don't order extra cheese... you won't get it.

Food is always quick, and accurate. I use online carry out and I can usually pick my food up in 15 mins or less. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. You guys are appreciated!

I have not had good experiences at this Dominos location. Navigating the payment process was a challenge - could be user error for this. But placed my order, paid online and went to pick it up car side. Waited over 5 minutes and still no one came out with my order. I went in and they said their carside computer was down so guess they didn’t look outside even though they had the order. I had to ask for my salad and they gave me no dressing. One pizza was missing ingredients. Will not order again from this Dominos. Don’t care how many free pizzas they give me.

Went in to order my lunch and was told that the "system" was down and I'd have to order on the website. And that it happened every time it rains. Time to fix it I'd say. At any rate, I left and got my food elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Be sure to check your food before you pay! Good luck talking to to the store as your calls are forwarded to answering service

My order was wrong and couldn't get a replacement or my money back

For two medium pizzas and a order of chicken wings it was $60.00. That store on Delhi pick will rob you blind. Will never order from domino's again.

Ordered twice. Payed twice. Refused to refund. Refused to make food. Not willing to make it up. They lady who is the manager wow. It's a recorded line and she said she really doesn't care. Totally a pos. Never ordering dominos agian because of her. Less than 1 star.

Jeff doesn’t seem to care about customer service or quality control. We had stopped ordering Domino’s for at least 6 months because every time we would order from this location, at least one thing was made incorrectly. Pizza costs too much these days to order from a place that predictably gets things wrong every time. Decided to give them another try; it had been a while and maybe things had improved. Ordered a chicken Buffalo pizza with extra Buffalo sauce, a cheese pizza, some of their new loaded tots, and a 2 liter. Pretty simple order. I go pick it up and bring it home only to discover the chicken Buffalo pizza has zero Buffalo sauce on it. None - see the photo. We ordered extra sauce. The tots were burned as well. I call and speak with the manager Jeff. He takes my number and pulls up the order to replace the pizza. I mention the burned tots as well. He asks for my phone number again to pull the order back up and I chuckled. I had just given it to him and I was incredibly frustrated with my experience. I hear him mutter “I don’t know why you laugh, but okay…” and when I called him on the poor customer service of even having said that to me, he kept speaking to me in that tone. He never even apologized for the error, only offered to remake or give a credit. When I tried to explain why this was all upsetting he talked over me and claimed he watched the tots go out and that they weren’t burned. He wanted to fight with me about it. I was shocked. I went to the store a second time to pick up my remade items. I never got an apology. He would barely look me in the eye. Very clearly wanted me to leave, talking over me. No sense of customer service aside from remaking the food - not good enough. Until Jeff is no longer there, we will not be patrons of this location.

Ordered from the parking lot, to successfully order their pizza special. Med 2-item for $6.99. The app, is terrible. It kept wanting me to sign up for multiple things, before I could order the deal. It was NOT available for carryout/pickup, it was an online special. The mgr, ended up helping me. 5+. Crew failed to make my order, accurate. One med thin crust pep & sg, one reg crust pep & onion. Both, were pep $ sg. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Great service and great food love Dominos. I would recommend anyone that wants quick on the go meals.

JEFFREY IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSON I EVER CAME ACROSS. I Called and nicely asked to fix my order I called twice and was hung up on & was very polite while asking to fix my order instead he insisted on arguing with me over how many times I called. At that moment I cancel my order !!! I eat here very frequently and never experienced this until today and I will NOT BE BACK thanks to Jeff I am now a happy Papa Johns customer.

Pizza has been pretty consistent for years

The store “supervisor” Jeff clearly has zero control over his pathetic life. So he takes it out on his little pizza man job. He clearly gave me an unacceptable pizza. I got in contact with cooperate he should be fired soon. I hope that little power in life you have is worth little man.

I ordered the lg pizza for $7.99 per tv commercial. Lady told me that offer is no longer available. I then ordered 2 medium pizzas for $14. She told me there is a minimum order of $20! No way Dominos! This I switch n bait and that is illegal!

I’ve decided to “cut all ties” (as the store manager Jeff put it) this store is so careless about customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend choosing another location if you like Domino’s. I personally will not spend any more money at any. This one in particular skimpy on the servings. For example: the crust was so thin on 3 hand tossed pizzas the last time I ordered that the pizza couldn’t be held. On my order today I had a mistake we made ordering online (which can be difficult and tricky) I tried talking with Jeff to figure a solution but he said buy the pizzas that they made or nothing! He said I should “cut my ties”. Don’t go here! They’re not trying to make you good pizza, they only want to take your money for as less food as possible. I could say more, but hopefully you get the picture. Look at other reviews and you’ll see I’m truthful.

Worst hoagy I've had from domino's. Bun was hard as a rock. Toppings at a min. Whole thing was dry

Pizza was fine, but ordered a salad and the lettuce was all brown and slimy, it was expired!!! By 3 days!! I called a few hours after the order was dropped off because we were in the middle of painting, so we finished up and cleaned up...and the manager refused a refund, said I called to late. I even offered to send pics, I never even opened it. She offered store credit, like I would want to order there again. Then told me the salads are pre packaged, like that should matter. They clearly didn't check it before it went out.

Tried to be reenbused from a dipp that was so burnt I could not scrape it with a fork. Called today never heard of my situation. I have 2 pizzast for free they can put it anywhere put there mouth.

Bring the food to only tell me you don't take $100 my mother in law is recovering from a life threatening surgery and I couldn't leave and make it to the bank NEVER AGAIN!!!! Larosa's here we come!

Usually I love Domino's but every order from this location has been COMPLETELY HORRIBLE! Food portions almost half the normal size, made/dressed poorly, either burnt or undercooked.

Went in for carryout, no one greeted me. Another customer already waiting. Everyone running around like chickens with their heads cutoff. I patiently waited for about 10 minutes while pizzas are sliding around and boxes getting folded up around them. Saw a pan pepperoni with a giant bubble in the center, can't believe they send it out like that. Finally I asked if any of the numerous pizzas in the waiting area are for me. A drive standing there is like, oh I've got it in my delivery bag. I've worked pizza Delivery a few decades ago, I don't know how that even happens. It should be clearly marked carryout. Got home and of course bubbles and one of our bread stick orders was wrong. They're usually good but it's been a while since we've gone so things have changed.

Horrible quality food. Absolutely horrible. This place has done nothing but go down in quality. I’m done giving them chances the food is slopped together every-time and over cooked. I’ll never order dominos again. This was once the only pass I ordered from and I will use papa John’s for now on they seem to care a lot more.

I always get great service and my order is always ready in a timely manner, but one thing I have noticed about this chain compared to other Domino's locations I have visited and ordered pizza from is the crust. I always get the hand tossed crust and at this location, the crust on my pizza is thin to the point of practical nonexistence in the center and a loaf of bread on the outside. Even though this is the closest chain to me, when I have time, I go out of my way to go to the location on the corner of Bridgetown and Shady Ln. where I do not experience this problem.

Your food is always quick and hot and good. There was one thing different than previous orders. The hoagies werent wrapped in foil. We havent had hoagies for a while so maybe they stopped doing that and I didnt know about it. They were fine though and the driver was awesome. Thank You

I was scared to try Domino's again after the price hill Domino's. But I tried the one in Delhi and I'm glad I did! I went there to order it and they did mess up one hoagie but fixed it right away. The workers there are probably the nicest people I have been around in aw hile. I will definitely go back again and again. Thanks the food was great!!
