We love to go and get a cuppa, hot tea at the Starbucks inside the store and do our Bible study. We sat inside today because it was so hot. When it is nice out, we love sitting outside. The people in the Starbucks are very friendly and helpful. We have been going here once a week for many years. The store is always clean.

Been coming here for years! The staff is always happy to help you find what you’re looking for. The coffee shop is also a plus! Love, taking out the bargains and discounted books. They also have a great selection of vinyl records, DVDs, and manga awesome magazine selection as well.

So many books! Everyone very helpful to find what we wanted. Extra was the coffee!

In my personal life, this has been the friendliest, clean, and easiest book store.staff is a great , pretty amazing selection, and if you can't find something in particular, you will get the help you seek. The pastries and coffee are so comforting that the trip is worth it.

I love going in this store and seeing all the stuff. This location has a ton of games and toys. There is also a Starbucks in the location. It is always efficient, even when there is a line. I think I could spend hours in this store. It is always neat and clean and the staff is friendly.

Book stores are not dead! I can spend hours in a bookstore. Especially when they have coffee, too!

This is the first time I've ever been treated so rudely by an employee there. She might have even been the manager. I asked for help to find a specific author, she was busy and couldn't even point in the direction. Another employee helped me. Needed to stay in a specific price range. She made me feel like I was too poor to be in her store. When I asked where the discounted books were, she was again not very nice... Up over there in the front corner. I would say at the least she needs some re-training in customer service.

I don’t read much, but this place is great because they have great staff! Fran helped me out so much and she is super friendly!

Great relaxing atmosphere to have a coffee, a pastry, and browse. The staff was great and helpful in helping my daughter find a book she has been wanting. I found a great study Bible that will enhance my learning. A good day all around in hanging with my daughter!

They offer an excellent array of desserts that complement their coffee offerings perfectly.

This Barnes & Noble location has a Starbucks in it. A great atmosphere and friendly staff really help to make this location a little more special. If you have trouble trying to find the book you're looking for, the staff can see if they have it in stock or if it's at another location. Another thing that I love is that they have really nice gifts throughout the store, one-of-a-kind that you won't be able to find anywhere else.

Boring experience and left without purchasing anything, although my daughter was able to find a few Mangas she was looking for.

Went in to get a book on smoking meat as a last-minute gift for my dad. Was helped by the sweetest woman possible. She was also very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Their Starbuck employees were also incredibly sweet as well. I'm definitely coming back for more books.

Plenty of books of all genres, as you'd expect. They also have a decent selection of records and DVD's, though they don't get rotated to often.

If Barnes & Noble does not have a book on your list, it can be ordered. The staff is always helpful, the store is organized and clean.

For 25 years my favorable place to go, enjoy books, magazines, coffee. Great selection for gifts, all age.

Love this store! Still old fashion about my books; I have an Oasis and it is great... I really enjoy the experience of this store. Starbucks is here, there are folks to help if you ask, there is a kids section, and plenty of nooks to chill and read while enjoying my coffee. If you like to shop lots of in plaza and close by shopping.

Got asked to leave after getting caught placing cookbooks in the woman's interest section, isn't that where they belong?

Love this Barnes and noble. Can normally find what you’re looking for and if not they can order it in.

Great staff and friendly. My mom and I went in and were having issues finding a book. The staff was more than helpful and found the last copy in stocks for us. Exceptional customer service and don't forget your coffee and snack from Starbucks. They have extra large or Trenta size cold brews available

I love that I can come here and always find new books to read. They also offer a variety of toys, some movies and a big collection of anime/manga. There is also a Starbucks in the store.

I usually have a good experience with this branch of BN, but today the standard was lowered. I tried to use a simple coupon for half off one hardcover book and was told I didn't understand what the coupon was for. It clearly stated premium members can use this coupon one-time for half off any hardcover book, valid until 9/4. I'm not sure if the man was the manager or not but to ignore a customer's request to at least scan a simple coupon was absurd. Very disappointing.

The ambiance and selection of children's books and craft kits create an addictive joy which can be a problem because some items (toys, and stationary in particular) are very pricey compared to other retailers. Family trips to B&N always result in everyone in our family walking out with a book or activity kit!
