I have ordered Icecream from this store in Doordash and they are out of stock but still the delivery guy has to call me and let me know that the items are out of stock and I had to cancel the order instead of them! And there is no full refund! Why would you even accept the order if you have no items and the customers had to wait till they cancel! Please work on it!

This location is terrible the manager apparently isn’t doing their job everytime I come they are out of ice cream

730 pm here for a shake pickup but they told me the ice cream is closed shows 10pm close...just ridiculous!!!

When we went inside around 4pm there was no ice cream in the display so we left

Whoever was working the drive through on 08/13/2023 around 7pm is the rudest person ever. I asked for a sugar cone and she said “this girl” and ridiculed me for asking for a type of cone I have gotten there before, which she now claims they don’t serve. All I wanted was a cone and I got nothing but the rudest customer service interaction ever. I will never go again

Poor service, very over priced. $5 for what amounted to a table spoon of ice cream. Last time I ever support this company!

I've been going to Baskin-Robbins since I was 12 years old and unfortunately in spite of having 31 flavors, I'm only there for one...... Chocolate. In all of my travels and all of the times I've had chocolate ice cream at baskin-robbins, this is the first store that has ever not had chocolate. But was this the first time? No I have friends that live up the streetfriends that live up the street and this is the third time I've been there in 9 months and this is the third time they've not had chocolate ice cream. Totally inexcusable. No wonder they have a 2.9 overall

Oh my god the most laziest place I’ve ever seen and there were no customers when I busted. Took them 10 minutes to figure out they did not have the flavor I wanted!

The worst baskin robbins ever they never have nothing..Why they have this place open!!! I been there like 4 times and they never have nothing that I ask for ..I wish I could give them a zero start this place is the WORST

I feel really sad about this one because I always loved Baskin Robbins growing up and even now having my own kids, Baskin was a staple ice cream joint. This time at this location in Gibsonton, it's made me question my love for Baskin Robbins. In all my life having gone to Bakin Robbins in the US and Canada, I have NEVER seen a location that.. -Had a filthy glass window/freezer where they showcased their ice cream. My husband wanted to walk out as soon as he saw the glass. He wanted to vomit but I insisted to stay and just get our ice cream. -Only had 5-7 flavors available with only 1 or 2 flavor labels. The workers who mightve been the manager had no idea there were no labels facing customers. When we asked what flavour, she had no idea and asked us to taste it and confirm if our guess was right. It was so bizarre! Lol She was nice but that's really unprofessional. -One of the workers seemed out of it or high. Or drunk. We couldn't pin point what it was. -Never EVER in my life was I ever served with dirty sticky cups with ice cream outside of the cups causing my hands to get sticky and dirty before I even left the store. I had to clean the cups myself. -I had to ask for a spoon. I always get a spoon with my ice cream cup....not here. None of our 3 orders got a spoon. When we asked for it, she laughed and said oh that'll help! -Never in my life did a strawberry ice cream from Baskin Robbins ever taste off and old. Like it melted and was refrozen. It didn't have that fresh strawberry flavor. I even told my fa.ily while eating it. "This doesn't taste like their usual strawberry ice cream". Stupid me kept eating it just to finish it. -Never did experience violent diarrhea after having Baskin Robbins. I was sick for almost a week. I was so dehydrated and sick. I wish I listened to my husband and left when he wanted to but I was craving ice cream and insisted we stay and order from that location. It was our first time at that location and our last time, unfortunately. I'm not sure if I want to go to Baskin Robbins after that experience. I guess there's a lot of other ice cream spots in the area.

Service was terrible went into store and waited 10 min before anyone even acknowledged me standing there. There was at least 5 employees standing around. Then was told they would be right with me and stood there for another 5 min. So instead of waiting I placed a mobile order. Come back to the store and still had missing items and even was given wrong breakfast sandwich. If I could I would give a negative star instead of 1

Dunkin' Donuts was actually a pretty nice experience tonight real nice friendly staff there tonight

I have been here 4 times in the last two years and they never have half of what I want. They promote a new product and don’t have the things to make it. I can deal with that but then the staff is rude about it.

We stopped in to get a shake at 9:55 pm and they close at 10pm, so instead of a shake I got a watery something and they only had 4 flavors to choose from! SMH

Lived in the neighborhood for almost a year. Have stopped in 9 times. Need to change the name to "House of 4 Flavors". Have never seen more than 5 out of the 15/20 tubs of ice cream available at a time. Either needs new management, new ownership, or closed and a new ice cream shop brought in.

Been to many Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins all across the county, This location has the best customer service provided by the assistant manager Donna, I give her a 100 star rating.

This store always gives awesome service. I love to go here. A few weeks ago they even had red cones. Ice cream, nice people and tables outside make for a great time anytime :-)

Great service and coffee. Good location because it is close to Wal-Mart, the movie theater and gas stations. Also very close to I-75 and HWY 301.

I always enjoy stopping in here for delicious ice cream. Alexis and Felicity always provide prompt service with kindness and warmth that is often missing in most other establishments. Their smiles are inviting and the interesting conversations I have with them both always make me look forward to my next visit! 5 stars all the way!
