BAD OWNER = BAD BUSINESS I went today to get $60 in gift cards for 3 teachers I work with; It was an end of year gift. I was told "No, that is not allowed because of theft and the amount is to high. The limit is $30 a day per customer." I have been to other locations and this was not an issue... So, I say I have $40 in cash. Can I do $40 in cash and $20 on my DEBIT card. She walks away and speaks to who I believe is the owner. She comes back and says, "I'm really sorry, but I cannot do that." After some talking, she says this location is privately owned so they can make their own policies. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! There are too many GOOD DUNKIN' close by!

Very bad service. All employees refuse to serve me inside because they had a line out on the drivethru. I don’t really ever go to Dunkin’s because of their bad service. And today I wanted to give it a try and this is by far the worse of them all. All employees were ignoring me and they saw me waiting for at least 10 mins. For just one guest.

Was very disappointed that this Dunkin does not do the refills for the wicked large cups that we bought. The young lady at the counter was very polite and courteous. But the manager on duty was rude. I will find a Dunkin that will do the refills.

Guy working the drive-through looks like he just got out of bed and through on some old gym clothes. I sat there at the counter forever before somebody would say something to me… It’s pretty obvious nobody even pays attention to the counter just the drive-through. Second Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been through in one week exact same experience. I’m convinced that Services is dead in this type of industry. It’s sad but true.

Not the worst food or coffee most of the time .. but I used to go here everyday for a couple of years until I got a few too many very bad coffees worst part is I order it plain and black and they screw it up !! at times it taste like they run more then one cycle of coffee through the same coffee grounds , nothing like some very weak coffee for 3$ a cup 🫣

Tina the red hair always takes care of me. Her attitude is different from some of the other staff members. She is always friendly and considerate and very passionate with the guest. She always goes out of the way to make up when the store is out of something. It's hard to find people that do that anymore these days.

The only reason I come to this Dunkin’ is because it’s convenient. They never give or ask if you want a receipt. The wait is very long no matter what time of day. They never give extra ice. I did not ask for sugar in my coffee. The sticker read it had 3 sugars. The employee went in the back and I know for sure that she just took the sticker off and waited before she gave it back to me, because it had the same exact color as it did before. The owner and management does not care about customer service or quality at all.

I’ve been going to this place a little over three years now, sometimes they get it right sometimes they don’t. I really do like it but lately this Dunkin ONLY loves to put Caramel for what I ordered instead of Mocha. Then, when I asked them to remake it, they get frustrated at me. I never order caramel and they know my face there. But now officially, I need to move onto another Dunkin’ because of my complaints when they mess up my drink. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but now I might pay for their overpriced coffee.

I have tried to give this location several chances. It improves temporarily and then goes back to long wait times and incorrect orders. I went in to the store this morning to pickup my mobile order and stood there for several minutes. The manager walked by without even acknowledging me. A simple "Someone will be right with you" would have been acceptable. After he walked by me a second time with no acknowledgment, I loudly said "Excuse me" (which I had to say twice) and asked for my mobile order that had been sitting on the shelf. He huffily grabbed it and put it on the counter and looked at me like I was an inconvenience for even being in the store. I understand they are busy in the mornings. Many of us are on our way to work and don't have the time to wait in a store or drive thru for over 10 minutes.

This gotta be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts Ive ever been to anyway. I totally understand why people are Karen’s in situations like this anyway. I went there in the morning to get a chi latte and got a cup of milk with ice. I had to stop turn around and get something else cause a cup of milk is crazy and got a cold brew coffee that tasted like water. The only good thing are workers who were very nice. But the manager is just letting anything go out the window

I’ve been frequenting this location for a long time…not any more. Every time I go in the afternoons for the last two or three weeks, they take an extremely long time to take your order and then to give you the order. It’s almost like they take an order, get that order ready and then take the next order…and they don’t know what they are doing. UPDATE: The last couple of months at this location, they have really upped their game!! Quality customer service all around! Congrats to management and employees!!

I go to this location all the time! The morning crew is awesome! But it really sucks that this business can't put at least 2 or 3 people for an evening service and they have one lady running the whole store making drink by drink per each customer and she's running herself ragged! I ordered a large frozen Matcha. I am Autistic and I can only stomach frozen drinks or cold drinks with little to no ice (ice cubes are very very unpleasant for me, can't explain it). I pulled up to the window and the very rude older blonde lady who I guess is the manager was there unfortunately. I've encountered her a few times and each time she's spoken RUDELY to her employees and customers and gaslights customers for her own mistakes "you didn't order that". After waiting for a while, she grabbed my drink which was made wrong, with the whole cup full of ice cubes, a tiny bit of matcha sitting on the bottom, and the rest filled with milk. She opened the window and then closed it, realizing it was supposed to be frozen, disappearing for a minute, and came back to hand me an only partially frozen, mostly ice cubes mess with matcha mostly still stuck to the bottom of the cup. Again, acting so annoyed that she has to be there that I wasn't comfortable saying anything. I had to go home and filter the ice cubes out, and now I have barely anything left to drink. Pure laziness and bad customer service. But it often is there.

Well, they got my order right, but a drive through customer was upset about a mistake in her order. She demanded a refund and promised not to ever return. One female employee seemed really proud that she didn't cuss the customer out. How do I know she was proud? She kept repeating, "I didn't cuss her out though, did I?"
