I started to write this review last time I came here but now it’s a must. I only come here because the food is actually ok and it just happens to be the closest to me. First time I came here there was no line I asked for an iced coffee and a sausage egg Mc muffin. The young girl at the front takes my card and tells me to pull to the next window. Keep in mind there’s no line or reason why she could not swipe the card right there. I pull to second window and the manager tells me to go to the 3rd window! I said I would go to the third window after they give me back my card. The manager then tells the girl to hurry up because I want my card and I hear her asking was I still sitting there. Of course I’m still sitting here! They finally give me the card and food. 2nd experience again no long lines but I have to wait 15 minutes in curbside pickup and watch people coming and going after me only reason they came with the food was because I walked in there wondering what was taking so long. 3rd experience I ordered and paid for my iced coffee and sausage Mc Muffin at 10:20 got there before breakfast was over. Again no line and I’m there at 10:26 but it took them 4 mins to check me in. Now it’s 10:31 and they tell me they cannot make the sandwich because the system cancelled it out said I could only get iced coffee. I said ok will I be refunded for the sandwich they’re still back there going back and forth with each other and telling me they can’t make the sandwich. They give me the coffee it’s not made the way I ordered missing whipped cream that I paid for. Manager on duty then says they’re going to make the food after I complained about how they keep doing things. Coffee tasted terrible and money went down the drain. This morning ordered same iced coffee paid extra for caramel and chocolate drizzle with whipped cream. Sent my husband to get it because I didn’t want to deal with them and assumed it’s an easy order that would be impossible to mess up. I get the coffee and of course there’s very little drizzle and no whipped cream. Called up to the store of course no answer. All in all these people need better customer service training and need to learn how to follow orders and read directions. I get times are hard but I always say if you are not a people person find another profession. This location and the workers show lack of patience and organization and they are lucky I am not one of those people who will come back and make a scene over my money but I can’t speak for the next person!

They close at 11 and I arrived at 10:20pm and I waited 30 minutes to order and the guy that was taking my order was so rude. I just asked if they still making chocolate shakes and he said “maam we’re trying to close can you just get through your order” like damn okay and after that I went to the window and by this time it’s 11 o’clock and that not my fault what so ever that I waited how long for someone to even take my order? This guy was already yelling at the customer in front of me. But I got to the window and he’s yelling at the employees and then when I gave him my money in his exact words was “don’t ever do that again! x2 when you place an order that big come an hour early this is so rude to my employees” literally yelling at 2 teenage girls. I ordered for my family as well but damn I got there literally 40 minutes before they closed ain’t my fault. Never coming here at night and corporate should be called on him highly rude and disrespectful. Pretty sure he was the manger. But will probably go to the McDonald’s in Ruskin plus the food was cold.

Spend $40 on food, charged for sauce? Half sweet, half unsweet tea = 100% sweet! Chicken biscuit was undercooked. Seems to be a common theme at this location. I tried to bite through the chicken at first, and it said NO! I just don't understand.. headed down to 19th from now on. Waterset and Kings Lake take note.

I live across the street from this location and in the future I will choose two other locations further away to avoid this establishment. Tonight I encountered a very sarcastic and unprofessional male employee in the Drive-Thru I spoke to a male manager who then went and made fun of me with the staff saying oh no John now you're getting fired and you better go home. They all had a really long and hard laugh at my expense. While I was listening the female in the window said pull forward I wasn't even paying attention to her so when I get to the third window it's open and I continue to hear her say yeah she gave me a look when I asked her to pull forward and said I said something when I didn't even open my mouth. It was like a bunch of kindergarten kids feeding into each. I've never heard anything like this at a fast food place. I asked to talk to the manager again and Char came to see what I wanted. She said she wasn't aware when she walked right through them to go outside near me. I got the complaint information to file a formal complaint even though I know it won't do any good. I consistently have issues with this location mostly cold old stale food being given out but this was the worst. Imagine being a paying customer and coming to get your French bulldogs a double cheeseburger and paying $33 in other food to be treated like this? The owner of this store should be ashamed they have people like this working for them. They'd all be fired if it were my store. Luckily there is a microphone and camera so maybe it will be watched. What a horrid experience. I will never go back here after this. This was emotionally traumatizing and very uncalled for.

Hello, I just wanted to take the time and share my experience with this McDonald's in particular . . . Me, My wife and Kids travel very often and visit PLENTY of fast food joints along our path and I have never experienced such personalized service from a McDonald's before. I believe the gentleman's name is Austin (because I asked one of the other employees who it was that dealt with us). I want to say from the greeting and engaging conversations with not only myself but the friendliness with my kids and my wife it was indeed over the top (especially with my wife) . . . He came back and checked on us while we dined and even refilled our drinks without us asking then lastly took up our trays after we completed our meal. This service is not one we are a custom to and especially at a McDonald's so I just wanted to take the time and write to say something about Mr. Austin ! Keep Smiling and providing that extra special service you do . . . We love you Austin !

They messed up my order every time their chickens always undercooked and don’t even ask for anything extra because they didn’t even make the regular sandwiches the right way so that’s just gonna be way too much for them. Something has to happen. Things are way too expensive for a place to not be ran correctly, I keep giving them chances and they mess up every time. Every time I just pulled up to the window to place an order knowing that they were going to mess up and sure enough I didn’t even get to put in my order six cars went through the other drive-through before someone said anything to me .

Paid on the app for my food and used 6000 of my points and left with nothing. They gave me the wrong order then tried to tell that they didnt have my order in the system. The girl at the first window confirmed with my name and code. They made the mistake at the second window and the new manager didnt want to make it right. I live across the street and never experienced that kind of customer service there with the previous manager. The manager also had the nerve to take the food they did give me my money back. Definitely calling corporate.

This location has somehow found its way onto my Friday morning en route to work breakfast stop. Have never been a big fan, but choices in the area are limited at 530am. That being said, I always get a Bacon McGriddle combo with a large coffee (black), and every time (so far) it has arrived made perfectly, and fresh. I am sure the time of the morning helps as they aren't busy that early. Service is fast and friendly, maybe because the staff are more of the age group that remembers what customer service means. Bottom line, nice job and thank you.

If I buy two egg McMuffins and one three hotcakes and asked for three syrups and there should be no you should be telling me I can only get two or there’s a price clearly I don’t care about a price .30 the nerves and no I don’t want to donate. however I could care less how hard was it for efficient communication. I don't eat McDonald's almost at all but I was craving a chicken sandwich. This McDonald's is the only thing close to me so I decided why not. I did the spicy mccrispy sandwich and I was not satisfied. I actually went back 2 more times to satisfy my cravings and no thanks. The chicken is semi tough and you have to pull at it. I stopped coming because of quality issues and well they STILL exist. No thanks not again. On a good note, all the people were pleasant to work with and it's pretty new store so it looks pretty clean which is good. But not again for me sorry.

Crew needs more training I'm waiting line ordered my food I looked at screen they had order wrong So I said that's not my order they the other girl took order on wrong lane . Ok so I said ok I reorder my food then I pull to window they said they messed up again that they need to take my order again at window . I'm like hmm ok So gave my order gain they messed up again . Food poisoning (avoid) I purchased a double cheeseburger on June 1st, 2024 around 6pm. I started developing symptoms of cramps and nausea that evening. That night and into the next morning I developed severe diarrhea, fever, chills, body aches and headaches. These severe symptoms continued for the entire day of June 2nd. Today is June 3rd and I have mostly overcome the illness. I did not eat for the past 36 hours. Very close to being hospitalized. I'm a pharmacist so I know that this is not a stomach flu. I've had a decent overall experience but I cannot stress enough the importance of food safety and to avoid spreading to other customers . This has been reported to the proper authorities.

Horrible Mc Donalds and I have been to some real bad ones, but this one is really bad. Food is not horrible, yet they forget almost your whole order, they will make you wait for so long.. so long that it is just out WRONG. On top of that they forgot to give us ketchup when we asked for some ketchup the manager told us we are not allowed and we should have asked before, and We did… but they forgot and then yell at us. They didn’t provide a receipt either, then they were also mad that we didn’t have a receipt. These people are rude, with no professionalism, any kind of values that a costumer service provider should provide. I heard about this place being so bad, yet I didn’t even imagine it would be this bad, there’s many things wrong at this place, I could never typed everything in a comment. NOT RECOMMENDED 🛑

Today while getting my morning usual I had a special blessing of witnessing manager, Austin doing something extra special. He was giving this little boy who has Down syndrome and who is autistic some awareness items in celebration of autism awareness month. The little boy was so happy and seemed to have a great connection with Austin. I love how Austin always goes out of his way to connect with customers and is so personable. Store was supposed to open at 5:00 am and did not open until 6:00 am. The manager on duty said she was distracted? For an hour? With customers standing outside? After entering, the men’s restroom was in a horrible mess. The toilet was packed full of you know, and the toilet would not even flush at all! Wow! Honestly just go to any other McDonald's in the area. The lobby was filthy, they don't make your food correct even when they remake it, and they selectively make people pay for condiments. I say selectively because my husband went to get buffalo sauce got it no charge but when my mom went up to get some mustard they charged her. They put onions on her big Mac and when she told them they didn't even open the box to check they just pointed to the ticket on the box and said it didn't have onions because it said no onions on the ticket 🤦 Of course it said no onions since thats what she ordered. Then when they remade the burger they made her open it in front of them as if she had lied before and still they put pickles on it (she ordered it without pickles as well). They didn't offer to remake it again or even apologize for messing up the remake. First and last time my family will be going to this location most unprofessional, dirty, and poorly manged (at least at the time when we went which was yesterday around 1-5pm idk exactly) McDonald's in the Tampa Bay area.

Let me start with you never get a second chance to make a good first impression ! First time going inside this mcdonald's and probably the last. Walked in went to the counter to order. Waited for approximately 4 minutes and no-one came out to take my order. Not even an acknowledgement that someone saw me. No customers in the dining area. While waiting, I noticed the cost of a egg mcmuffin is now $7.49. That's ridiculous for one egg(12 cents), piece of sausage (25 cents), English muffin (20 cents) and a half piece of cheese(3 cents) fir a total cost of 60 cents. What a RIPOFF. I understand food ckost since I worked in the food industry for over 40 years. Ended up walking out never to return to any mcdonald's. Time of incident was February 3rd 2024 at 9:30 am.

The best McDonald’s around is the one on 41 in Ruskin, second is the one in Sun City third would be the one by big lots then the one on 301 in Summerfield la ok. This place just opened a few months ago. Drive through menu doesn't work, no line and thet make you pull into a parking spot so they can run food out to you. Employees are rude af and sound like they are sleeping g and can't understand what they are saying. All in all trash 🗑

I drove through the drive thru around 2 p.m., and it was not crowded. The clerk read my order back just right. However, when I got to the window, the place was a mad house. I don't know if they were short staffed or not, but there was a lot of disorganized movement. I was impressed with how fast they got my food to me despite the chaos. After driving 20 minutes back home, why did I open my bag and find 2 cheeseburgers and chicken mcnuggets with fries when my order was 2 quarter pounders with cheese, 2 fish sandwiches, and 2 orders of fries. I was hot like fire because they messed up my order. I was mad at myself for not checking more thoroughly. I don't know about you, but doesn't it seem like a trend amongst fast food restaurants, except Chick-fil-A, that the quality and pride in work have declined? It seems that getting orders right and quality of food has declined at many restaurants, even though the prices have gone up. This is fragglerock bull.

This McDonald's has one of the most capable managers I have ever met; Although very very very busy and at times what appears to be short staffed. . . So I pull up to the drive thru, order a McChicken. No one seemed happy, first girl taking my order said she was fine after I asked how are you?, The second guy had a smile but a African American male I assume the manager. Saying tell them to park. I asked if it was going to take a while because I didn't have a lot of time. The manager proceeded to say louder come on tell them to park at 7, 1,.... I understand your trying to cheat the system and get us out of the drive through for better ratings through the company. But you obviously need to learn how to be a manager work with your team make them feel better at work and be nice to your customers. Customer's can see how you treat your employees and it will take effect on the business.

I'm just impressed of the work they do here, especially at a McDonald's. I went through the drive thru and there was a lovely lady and a great gentleman. I asked the boy his name Ray he was really nice and always showed a big smile at me and my kids. Food was given really fast!! You guys never failed me
