**Edited** I made this review 2 years ago. And nothing has changed. I understand this is a minimum wage job and the quality of service definitely reflects it. They just don't seem to care... Training is needed in the worst way... This Dunkin Location seriously needs some help from corporate at this point. The staff is constantly changing, therefore so does the service. The one female manager is awesome and helps when an order is incorrect. But the new staff needs some help. The new guy (don't know his name. No name tag.) was beyond rude. When I got to the store to pick up my On the Go order that I had placed 5 minutes prior, it wasnt even looked at and there was only 1 other customer in the store. Once I asked for my order they had to find it and then make it. Whats the point of On the Go if I have to order and wait in the store anyways when there isn't even a line or wait. ?? Then the guy made my 1st coffee and spilled coffee all over the side of the cup and then handed it to me. I grabbed napkins and cleaned it off myself and told him that he spilled coffee all down the side of it. He then proceeds to make my 2nd coffee (spilling that one as well) and hands it to me without saying a word as if he did it on purpose. I have 2 Dunkin locations close to me. I can assure you I won't revisit this one. Maybe they should take pointers from the one on Rt 41. That team knows what they are doing and sees twice the volume!! And side note. The building needs some serious help. The ceiling was dripping water on my shoulder while I was waiting.. 😒

Don’t order anything with “lite ice”. I wish I could upload the picture. The ice was so full, the straw wouldn’t even go into the cup! Never will I go back to this DD. Oh, third time this has happened…. I guess I want to keep giving them a shot. That ship has now sailed…

There were few hot options and I decided not to consume them, so I can't judge properly

Not good donuts got a half dozen assorted. So small and not good. Wish there was a krispy Kreme around here or an independent place.

Went thru the drive thru, I could barely hear the worker. Got my order wrong and they used old sour milk. Would not recommend for anyone to go to this Dunkin’.

Was not happy with them today at all. Wanted to get my son and his Host teacher a donut for appreciation week and decided to stop at this location around 4pm. They had NO strawberry sprinkles donuts, NO chocolate sprinkles donuts, NO powdered donuts. 🤦🏾‍♀️ The good part was that the worker (Jada) was nice and apologized.

If you can help it just drive a couple more mins down the road, the service is awful a lady called “Anaya” served me , the food is cold, the hot drinks are cold and they dont even give you a full cup of coffee I received my drink half way filled. The churro doughnut I got was rock hard and stale. They also didn’t honor the coupon/deal I had on my app. Just don’t even waste your money here.

They know us by name and know the different orders that we place each day of the week. I need a Dun King jumpsuit so bad, LOL.

Okay... so... I walk in today and there's this woman counting a drawer... in the lobby. I've only worked a few customer service jobs in my life; but, even I know you shouldn't count money for the company whilst sitting and chatting in the lobby. I'm almost positive she's a manager; but, I would assume a manager would know better, than to have exposed money in the lobby where anyone could just waltz in and take it🤷‍♂️

Good coffee, good service. This may sound weird talking about a Dunkin connected to a gas station, but I always look forward to coming here 🥹

Ordered a drink from a different store and it was bad and we happened to get gas at this location so I asked if they could replace it and they were kind enough to give us a new drink and it was 100% better. Thank you

I stopped in on my way to work, the cashier was not friendly. No smile, no greeting, typed my part of my order in wrong. My drink was made cold when I asked for a hot latte, and my sandwich was cold. When I asked them to remake it, I was given bad Attitude, and they only remade my drink but they downsized my cup cause I was a problem customer. I have worked 20 plus years as a Customer Service Manager, what I got from this location was horrible. I won't be going back. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Hot coffee was supposed to hot, but it was lukewarm. The donuts were thrown in a bag on top of one another. Although the restaurant was clean, we were not properly greeted. I am thinking this was because we did self-pay at the kiosk. However, they could have said, welcome in, please let us know if you have any questions.

Yesterday afternoon at 2:00, I didn’t even get a chance to be serviced. I walked in and there was no one on the register. A few workers were in the front talking amongst theirselves and didn’t acknowledge me at all. After waiting for 4 minutes, I left.

Went there this morning and the service is great staff is friendly and my coffee is always on point ‼️ Thank you Makiya

It's 6:20 pm on Friday night and we decided to go to Dunkin for a sugar rush. To our surprise we walk into Dunkin' DONUTS and there was not a single donut in the case. Not one. Love their coffee, but seriously the name of the store contains the word Donuts.

This is the Duncan to go to. The inside is clean everybody has smiles on their faces and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I definitely want to point out Carlos was amazing although my purchase was minimum he did you know give me insightful information as to the fact that I could add salt and pepper to my bacon egg and cheese wrap which by the way enhanced it greatly with a little butter. I had no clue that I could add seasoning to my sandwich. Again it was refreshing to have superior customer service during these times when you don't have good customer service at all nowadays. However I will go out my way to come to this Duncan from here on out. Thanks guys for the best customer service ever!

My son just ordered a large, hot, Carmel macchiato to be made for me with cream. They told my son they can't make it hot with cream but can as iced coffee. I went back and told the girl how I wanted it made and she told me the same thing so I replied to her that just yesterday one was made with cream and today you can't?! She replied the girl yesterday shouldn't have so I had it made with Almond milk. I told the girl that I’m going to do the survey and make a complaint and of course she didn't give me back my receipt so instead I'm writing this review! The manager or whoever is running this Dunkin Donuts needs to get with their employees and do everything the same way! Not one person doing ove thing and another doing another! Very unprofessional...

Avoid. Terrible service, no one talks to you and they mess up your order.

I came through the drive thru a couple days ago after placing a mobile order and my service was fast and the staff members were friendly. My order was accurately filled and tasted great! This is my go-to Dunkin location lately!

I’ve decided to write this review after MULTIPLE issues with this location. Half the time the staff seem out of it or like they’re confused. Today I ordered one chocolate, one glazed donut, and a water. They managed to give me the wrong donuts (I was the only person there) and I had to drive back through to get my straw. When I came back the second time the guy didn’t say anything and just handed me a straw and shut the door.

Me and my mother just had the rudest cashier. It was a female with tattoos. She didn't say hi to us and was taking another order while she was helping us. We won't be back to this location. Train your employees better.

Came by at 4pm and they had 2 types of donuts, one type of munchkins, and some muffins. The bakery case was embarrassingly empty. After waiting for over 5 minutes while two of the staff chatted in the back glancing at me someone came to take my order. Coffee was watery and donut was stale, judging by the other reviews it sounds like I had one of the better experiences at this place and it was still awful.

CAME IN THE DRIVE THRU TODAY AROUND 10:20 THE GIRL WORKING THE WINDOW WAS VERY RUDE SHE KEPT CLOSING THE WINDOW ON ME. WHEN A CUSTOMER PAYING THEY MONEY THE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO SAY IF SOMETHING IS COLD. THIS LOCATION ALWAYS HAS RUDE WORKERS IN THE DRIVE THRU. I HATE THIS LOCATION. WILL NEVER COME BACK.

Toilet's aren't very clean, unclean toilet's in an establishment is an unclean establishment .

The staff at this store are amazing! I don't know all of their names but i do know that David has amazing energy all the time! Everyone at this location is fantastic!

Is the new manager you have in there young bonette not sure of her name she's gotta go in your stories turning around keep the same employees please have you set your Li have a separate library my name work in the counter very very good service

Food and drinks are good here. Only issues you might find if you are looking for fresh donuts, you have to come in morning because at night they are almost rock hard. Some stuff is overpriced but others are not. Will get the job done. Place was clean and staff was friendly, after all that is what matters the most to me.

This Dunkin’ is a lot better than the one in by me they make the way how I ask for keep up the good work 👍

They can work on their customer service but great food

They have to update their opening hours on google , it shows they’re closing at 7:00 pm but they’re open till 9:00 pm

Me and a friend decided to branch out and try something new we’d overheard another customer order on a previous visit, upon receiving our order we absolutely hated it and found it undrinkable. The lady behind the counter was super nice and allowed me and my friend to exchange the devil drink for our normal order. Best. Dunkin’. Ever.

Ordered a bagel cold, it was toasted. Ordered a brownie-batter donut, and there was a little bit in one corner. Maybe 1/8 of the donut had the filing. Maybe.

We stopped here for a coffee break after visiting the Manatee viewing center. The coffee was great but unfortunately couldn't order a croissant sandwich because they ran out of croissants that's why they get 4 stars this time. Customer service was great.

Drive past Apollo Beach D.D. and visit this one. Cleanliness, Freindlness and quality. Apollo Beach store is the opposite.

Never ever have had a problem here and everytime I do visit, everyone is so polite =) you don't get that alot these days.. Soo thank you! When I take the kids to the Dr which is right behind here they have to have a dunkin donut =) and of course a coffee for me (prob more often than a Dr visit) lol

Great place to get Donuts are iced coffee especially their coolatas but then again every Dunkin Donuts is good just about for their iced coffees. The only thing and only reason I did not give this one a five star was because of the staffs attitudes they kind of acted like they didn't want to be there and I came in early with my six year old niece to get coffee and they were very rude

My favorite 'to go' coffee. What I really appreciated about these guys on this visit is that I ordered my coffee with double espresso and was told to move around to the window. They waited to make the coffee until I got there because I did not mention cream, sugar, or that I wanted it black. I like double cream and sugar. Their customer service paid off.

The staff is friendly, however it seems as they are always running out of donuts in the morning, and sometimes they do not get my order right. The wait time is not bad, and the food itself is not bad as log as they bring you what you ordered.

Coffee was terrible tasted like it sat there all day. Girl was rude at the drive thru window.

I like my sugar with coffee and cream!
