They where rude they as well gave me a non cooked quarter pounder.

The staff is Amazing and the food is even better.. Good job handling the wild Gibsonton locals and still putting out a product that would make Ronald proud.

The one inside Gibsonton Walmart I will not go back I will drive 10 mi to a different McDonald's who gives a McGriddle with no sausage and on it tell me that's the way it came are sausage whitening even done it was Gray and the steak was so nasty and hard didn't even cover half the bagel they had me keep my food in the refrigerator for 3 days and then act like I don't know what I'm talking about when I talk to two to three managers so please look at your food before you leave

One of the managers needs to take some hygiene classes she looks dirty and alway wiping her nose with her arm and than processed to make the fries 🤮

Check bags before going home always something missing but they want to get bothered about giving out 1 extra sauce

Drive thru "lost" my order. Then they didn't know how to do a refund. "Manager" tried to hide in the back. When called out they didn't even know what to do.

Almost EVERY time I use the drive thru at this specific location and don't have a passenger to check the food, the order is missing something! They missed again today! To top it off, they must have their phone off of the hook and I can't get a hold of anyone. I HATE going here but, I have a son who just can't get enough of their food so, I try to get him what he enjoys. Do yourself a favor and go accross the street to Burger King!

I have been to this location many times since it opened. The food is always up to McDonald's norm for quality. It comes out hot which I really enjoy (nothing more disappointing than less that hot fries and burgers or cold breakfast sandwich). The restaurant is generally clean, but they are challenged by the number of kids that pass through after school releases each day. The staff is very friendly and Austin works hard to maintain a high service standard and clean restaurant.

Service has dismally declined. Forgotten orders staff standing around not paying attention. Definitely needs head office to step in

Everytime me and my family go to McDonald's it doesn't matter which one there is always a problem. They call the police on us because they get our simple order wrong everytime so we don't leave the window to park and wait longer for just a happy meal. The employees are incompetent you tell them the order they repeat it back you and still get it wrong. McDonald's is trash

I placed an online order for pickup. I ordered a mocha frappe, when I tasted it, it had a strawberry taste. I’m not sure if they put strawberry shake mix in or something was expired. I called to notify the store and Joyce answered the phone. She was very rude and immediately told me there’s no way that could have happened, I offered to bring the frappe back and she and hung up.

Yall need to get it togeather every body is lazy in no hurry there is no customer service, store is dirty people play around instead of work I never get all of my order, this store is the worse......

Service isn't terrible but it's not great either. Food is usually quick when it's not slammed. And this McDonald's is in a Walmart so understand how busy that will get at times. Your best bet is to use the McDonald's app you will be in and out like the burger in California that we will never see here in Florida. Peace fam till next time.

Wow the service here is terrible lady at the counter today Thursday at 1 pm was very unprofessional cussed at me because I was asking her about my order on top of that she gave everyone else there order and she left mines until the very last. Never coming back here

I order from here alot but I'm really getting tired of ordering from here from doordash and only receiving part of my food order almost everytime. Ordered tonight and missing the whole meal! Come on can you please get your staff to read the tickets and make sure everything is in the bag please! It very annoying!!!

Went to get a quick breakfast and it took an hour to get my food. Everything was wrong. I spent the whole time getting my order fixed.

As a doordash and ubereats driver and customer this location never start your order until the driver standing there. Which is very frustrating because we on a timeline and wasting time at the store while is not busy make the trip don’t worth it. You already know a driver coming for sure please start the doordash order .

Sat in curbside to go for 20 minutes and had to go inside to get food. Food order not right either.

Don't use the app to order ahead from this location. I waited 25 minutes after arriving. I'm 10 minutes away, so it took 35 minutes for them to put my order together. The manager was standing there saying how they need fries and shakes but didn't move at all to help with either.

Normally not the type to leave a review but thought the management/owner should be made aware of what’s going on at their store at night . So normally when I come to this store at night one a few workers are actually working while the rest are just standing around line always takes longer then other McDonald’s probably for this reason have enough to get quick service just the workers are not working. But tonight I saw something that I would be embarrassed of if I was the management not sure of the situation that was happening but there were a bunch of cops out front and a young lady getting taken away in an ambulance with some kind of injuries while the cops were out front right at the front counter the majority of the crew minus one or two workers were taking picture in uniform throwing up middle fingers and laughing and celebrating over the cops being there I would be personal embarrassed to have my crew doing such thing expecially in plain view of customers and social media. Like I said just thought management should be aware of the type of workers they have on there night crew because clearly they are unaware of I don’t think it would be allowed new management is clearly needed at night

This is in TAMPA GENERAL HOSPITAL. Service is hit or miss. The young man that is a shift leader/manager is a piece of work. He is RUDE and does NOT know how to treat customers. He walked away from me twice. Did not give me a receipt. He spoke to me like I was dirt on his shoe. However, there is a young woman that should get a raise! She made sure my order was correct, gave me a coke, and was very polite when I asked for sweet and sour sauce instead of ketchup. The food is fast food nothing to get excited over.

The only place I know who only takes cash after 9pm and cusses at customers who don’t have cash.

I ordered 2 happy meals and one crispy chicken sandwich, do you wanna know how long they took to make that?? 30 MINUTES. That's RIDICULOUS! Never have I waited that long for a order that simple! Not to mention they forgot to add my fries and when I went to tell them about it, they told I had to wait ANOTHER 10 MINUTES!! 10 MINUTES FOR SOME FRIES!

It's a welcome break from shopping at Walmart. It's a little loud but what can you say? You're next to the entrance to Walmart. They have a sprite and lemonade concoction that is amazing. I would just go for that. It's a great way to have lunch on the go.

I would not recommend this place. when I went in here to eat there were flies flying around every table was dirty and sticky.

I had placed and order and after they've already accepted it and m The dasher was there they told me that there was no milkshake and the machine was down to cancel the entire order I said no it's fine I'll just take the rest of my order please, well I received my order and when I go inside I noticed I'm missing my fries as well and I spent almost $17 on the entire order

My first time using a kiosk. My dad likes filet o fish no cheese and strawberry shake no whipped cream and WOW they got it right! I was so happy I didn't have to send either back for corrections.

Shame on me for not checking the bag but my order was not complete and noticed once we got to our destination. Better luck next time...

I haven't been to McDonald's in many years but stopped by for a quick and easy meal since my kitchen was being worked on. I got the spicy deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and it was excellent. The young lady taking my payment at the drive through was very pleasant and flashed a beautiful smile. Taken together this was a very enjoyable experience.

Wasn't impressed. Emlpoyee acted like she didn't even want to take my order. Place was dirty and food was just thrown in the bag and the fries were horrible. Ice cold and old.

DO NOT … I repeat DO NOT go to this location! They ALWAYS mess up the order. DO NOT ever listen to the customers or their orders. And when THEY screw up their motto is “MCDonalds is always right” and don’t expect them to comp or assist you with anything they mess up. I was a manager at McDonald’s for over 15 years and would never treat my customers The way that they treat theirs. -5 stars if possible

The morning staff is so amazing compared to the evening staff. Food was hot and fresh whereas evening, I have to warm up my 6$ quarter pounder patty cause it was barely warm. Morning, dining room open and welcoming. Evening, (6pm) dining room closed and can barely walk to the drive up window to get items you forgot cause the 5 associates while short staffed, sitting eating on lunch look at you crazy while knocking on closed doors. Behind the HUGE sign that says DINING ROOM OPEN. Kudos morning crew! Way to make it all better 😊

I like McDonald's but I wasn't at this one. This McDonald's is located inside of the Walmart supercenter center on Gibsonton Dr.

I've never gotten an order right here Always either give me what I don't want on my order or forget completely about items on my order.

McDonald's has a higher reliability in orders than my other local fast food restaurants. It is quite rare that they mess something up and when they do, it's usually to my advantage. Frozen Cokes are a must. And yes....their fries are the best!

This gets a three-star cuz it's a McDonald's in in a Walmart. Of course I don't need to explain myself about Walmart cuz you can count on waiting in line always to pay even if it's when you've decided to go ahead and do the work for them and go through the self checkout.

Quarter Pounder actually looked like picture on menu and it tasted great. The sprite and Dr Pepper didn't taste like most fast food fountain drinks. It was much better with the right amount of carbonation.
