I am a big fan of their sweet ice tea With lemon of course. About 5 years ago, maybe less, they still had the Large size cups, both during dine-in and to go. We'll About 1-2 years ago, they stopped using those size cups. Then to add to that, the Increased the price. I am deeply disappointed in that. From what I hear, they got a new owner and he is cutting down portions and Increasing prizes. I'm not sure how much longer I will put up with this price gouging.

Food was good, service was great. Fine place to stop for pub food and drinks. Will go back!

Great place to meet friends for lunch!

Had the pulled pork on Mac n cheese. Dry, more dry, and water tasted like sulfur. The mashed potatoes and gravy were better. I think a creamy Mac n cheese would've been wonderful. Service was great.

Not the best Beef O Brady's I've been to. Service is on the slow side, and it is hit or miss on the food quality. The atmosphere is good and the place is always clean and inviting.

I usually get the wings and I love them, but the nachos are my favorite

I'm sure it would have been better but when the cook doesn't know how to make the food that is on the menu then that's a problem, I had to ask the Waitress to bring me the rest of the things that went on my pulled pork bbq sandwich, and still I did not get all of it. It's called a BBQ pulled pork sandwich for a reason but when they don't put the BBQ on it then it's not a BBQ sandwich. I don't recommend this location at all.

M is just a typical chain restaurant. You get what you expect to get nothing more.

Me and my friend always come here on Taco Tues. But we came 3/12/24. The service was good. But the food was cold. It use to be alot of people on Tuesday but it wasn't. They changed the menu and drinks. It just didn't feel like home. Whoever the new owner is he needs to do better. The best bartender they had was the best. Good luck in finding someone else. We won't be back. BYE

Ordered for lunch salad & 1/2 Reuben sandwich. The salad greens were slimy and the corned beef on the sandwich must have been microwaved as it was so tough I couldn't bite into it. When I told the waitress, she reacted annoyed & not even an apology.

Since we are from Northern New york, when you only get to enjoy this restaurant once or twice a year. As always, the food was great in the staff was extremely friendly. Came a little earlier this time and wait time was minimal.

Haven't been there for a couple years due to several horrible experiences however today was quite the opposite. Was burger Monday, very crowded, but service was very pleasant and efficient. Burger and fries for $7.99 and it was very good. My only disappointment was they were out of onions! Great job and we will go back again! 3/7 returned to a total opposite experience. Service was absolutely terrible, server took our order, zero personality, another server brought our food to the table, our server gabbing with bartender, even when she was alerted we needed her as husband didn't get his side dishes she continued gabbing and a coworker helped us. Several minutes later she came asking...What do you want...she never smiled, asked about our meals, refilled our beverages, nothing. Came with our bill, charged for tarter sauce for our fish??? Put her fingers in my beverage glass and walked away. Incredible. We thought things had improved there, we were wrong. Food was good, but not good enough to be treated so poorly by a server.

The sign said to seat yourself. So we sat down at an open table. 20 minutes goes by and no one stopped at our table. We finally grabbed menus to have our orders ready, but after another 10 minutes of wait staff just walking past us we decided to take our business elsewhere.

This is a fantastic restaurant since the new owners took over! Kerrigan greeted us so warmly with a big smile, it was like we were at her home :) The service was quick and everything was hot and delicious...the prices are great too! They have different specials throughout the week and if we lived here, we would make this our go to spot...definitely recommend!

Chicken Fajitas...chix was very tender...whole dish was delicious. Waitress, Ashley, was terrific. Place was beyond busy, but she kept her smile and good humor and was very attentive.

The new 10 for $10 menu is excellent. I agree that the tv commercial about it looks terrible but the food offer is great.

Order surf and turf steak was good but no flavor at all it is not worth the price the plate looked like someone just threw the food on the plate. We also got chicken with cheese and bacon it was good. The service sucked when we came we were told to sit anywhere wait for about 15 until I got up to get my own menu server never refilled my drink not. Will not be coming back

Arrived 6:55. Was told food would be 45 minutes, no problem. We were seated, and then sat until 7:15, with no greet from a server. Not even a we will be right with you. Nothing. Left.

I was happily surprised at how good the food was. It doesn't look good on their commercial so I didn't expect much. I had the club wrap & my bf had the burger wrap. Both were very good. The waitress Sucked. There's no other way to say it. This is not the job for her.

Our dining experience was most Pleasant. My first time at the Arcadia Beef O Brady's. Food was excellent or rather outstanding.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long while. Came to Arcadia to visit the K&JS meat locker. Decided to stop here for a late lunch. Place was a bit busy when we arrived and was told meals were backed up by 30 min. Ordered drinks as well as our lunch. Drinks came rather quickly, but the meals not so much. We waited well over an hour before the food arrived. Food was less than quality. Burger i ordered was missing the fried jalapeños and instead regular jalapeños was placed under the cheese. Burger that was supposed to have sauce hardly had any at all. The patty melt my farther ordered was supposed to have a deep fried cheese stick. The cheese stick on top of the patty melt wasn’t even cooked. I’ve been to a beef ‘O’ Brady’s before and have never had such a terrible experience as I have had here. I would stay clear of this restaurant unless your looking to have a terrible experience.

Delicious food and quality service. Would highly recommend if passing by. Try one of their daily specials, had the fish and chips. No regrets

We had THE BEST customer service tonight at Beef O Brady's in Arcadia. They were short staffed and the bartender was our waitress. We felt like we were at a comedy club. Every time she came to our table, she connected with us with amazing comedic talent. She might have missed her calling as a comedian. She also was incredibly attentive to the details presented to her with our orders. Many people might have been burdened with it but she used it as comedic material to engage with us in the best way. Thank you for making our dining experience 5 star. It was a special occasion as we had driven an hour to meet with family and friends. Having her as our waitress made it that much better. To that we say thank you!

Worst meal I have had in a very very long time. If I could have given a negative answer I would have. Thank you for acknowledging my review. The manager on duty took my meal off our bill. Which was appreciated, but the fact was the meal was cold, the meat had been cooked and recooked. . I specifically asked for my brocolli to be cooked very well, it came out hard and cold. It was a terrible experience. Ty again for your response.

So we were in the area visiting family and at the Arcadia auction so we went here after with family members to eat in the atmosphere was comfortable prices were good the food was good the kids loved it and yes I would go back again

Typical sports bar food. Ok, but nothing spectacular. BOB tends to be consistent regardless of location. Servers seemed a little short handed, but very friendly. Restrooms needed attention.

They seem to take their fried fish directly from the oil into the to go container. Nasty oil taste and fries are soggy. They use to be good. Last couple of times, gross

Terrible service! Order cheese sticks and a burger with a beer. Waitress forgot my beer, I had to go up to bar and grab it. By then the bartender had it opened waiting for the waitress so long that it was really cold anymore. Drank it anyway. Waiting for food to come out and I watch my waitress leave the building and jump in what it looks like her BFs truck and leaves for 10 mins+ meanwhile no cheese sticks. The food was being rang to be brought out like 5 times no one picked it up seeing my waitress is MIA finally another waitress realized and brought our food over to find out that i never got my cheese sticks. Won’t be going back this is like the 3rd time with bad service! Only reason it stays open bc there isn’t a lot of places to eat in Arcadia! If that was located near other restaurants that place would be dead!

Waited almost 50 min for a takeout order while watching people sit down and leave with food while we kept telling them and still didn’t get our food. 0 stars if I could.

Ordered the buffalo chicken salad. Salad size was good but the chicken pieces were more like breaded nuggets of nothingness. Chicken pieces no bigger than a dime. Very disappointing. Husband's burger and fries were good.

Service is usually not the best. You wait an extended amount of time for your food. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs improvement too.

The staff was friendly but failed to tell us the menu had changed so the item my friend ordered had been altered. I ordered the wings because it had been a while since I had wings. My friend and waitress bragged about how big and how good they were. I would have never presented a plate like that to a customer if I was a server. The bones were broken in half, some pieces were folded in half if you could imagine how in the world they could do that. I had to be careful eating them to not stab my face with the jagged bones sticking out. They weren't anything like what was described, they were smaller than I was led to believe. They did have great Flavor though. I was very disappointed 😞

I got boneless chicken wings flavor was great, and breading was hard. Lot of food. Large 6 boneless wings.

Food was less than ordinary Sevice was ok. The server gave us our check while we were still eating and had almost full drinks. They had no blender so the couldn't make frozen drinks or Pina coladas and no black cherries fori old fashions even though all these things were on the menu. My husband was physically sick when we got home. Waste of money. Oh and we sat at booth that faced the front of the building. The windows were very dirty. Should have walked out then.

Very seldom do we go out for dinner just because I'm a great cook. Tonight we decided to dine out, what a huge mistake!! Walking in almost all booths were dirty and the bar was even worse. I'm not one for holding back options, so I mention to the manager how dirty it was she replied: Do you want a job?? OMG who says that. Maybe she should pull her hands out of her back pockets and clean some tables!! Definitely do not recommend this place!! If the dining area looks this bad I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I gave it a 1 and would have gave a 0 if I could.

I went to the Beef O Bradys in Arcadia. I ordered a chicken Ceasars salad. The worst salad I ever had. It came to me with shredded iceburg lettuce. When I questioned our waitress, I was informed they were out of romaine lettuce. I should have been told this when I first ordered it. She never apologized, nor did she ever come back to ask if I wanted a refill on my soft drink. A very unsatisfactory experience

Not the best service but we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We had to ask for silverware several times. May have just been an off night for the server.

The waitress was nice when we seen her. This restaurant was very busy but extremely slow. We order an appetizer and food. A hour after we sat the appetizer came out. And ten minutes later our food. Within the hour and 20 minutes we we there we seen out waitress a total of four times. Once to take our drink order, once to take our food order, once for refills and once for the bill. Personally I would not go back but to each their own. Our food was good. The prices were not bad but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have other things to do in a day. Below is a picture of my plate. They were out of clean cups so we got togo cups for out drinks.

Do not waste your time or money. When a customer tries to tell a manager about a problem with one of their servers and tells him you're going to end up losing a customers, and the manager on duty says "I don't care".....that explains the type of business that is being run at this restaurant. Very sad to see. This restaurant used to be a good location to visit, but has really gone down hill.

Great food I was at Lewiston location and Arcadia , can't complain

Terrible service. Slow. Hour wait for food. People walking out without eating. Manager didn’t clean up spill on the floor and people have to walk through it. Just terrible…

Absolutely horrible service. Waited forever for our food then when we finally got our food it was cold.

The absolute worst experience. The restaurant smelled moldy, food all over the floor and our seats. Our service was horrible, our food took forever and when it came out it was disgusting, we literally took 2 bites and asked for our check. We honestly couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Warning for anyone reading reviews for recommendations, believe me, don’t do it 🤢🤮

Had to wait forever for food to arrive and it was all cold. Six meals and only one was almost acceptable.

Lots of tables, tvs for viewing. Quite and extensive menu for a sports bar! Ruben sandwich, burger and fish dinners were all delicious! My Dad is 93 and has no teeth, asked for his fries to be done soft , and they were perfect! Waitress was cute as a button and very attentive. Highly recommended, prices very reasonable.

Waitress was great! One of the few restaurants open after a major hurricane came through a week ago. So understandable they were out of several items, I give them a 5 for being open and trying to feed people.

I had a totally pleasant experience. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and invited to join my group with a menu, tableware, and my drink request. Our server was fast and efficient, very attentive and it was rumored that she was nearly working the floor alone. We had a private area, our food was served hot and tasty. She got refills and to-go containers for us also❤Excellent and generous☺

Every Wednesday I go play Bingo there in Arcadia Florida and we have a great time. Food is good and service is even better. Thanks to all of you for making my,night out with the girls a great experience

Over the years I have dined here. Very few times. Because food horrible, service non existent. Very dirty. Have not been in 4/5 years. Thought I would try it. The establishment was filthy ,bathrooms worse. Servers wondering around lost. Dressed like homeless people. Went straight to to bathroom smell was outrageous. Washed my hands dried on my pants and left.

Poor service and food not very good

Twice now we've ordered takeout, and twice now at least one of our meals has been forgotten. Unless we drive 30 minutes each way, we don't get our missing food, and even when I'm told I'll be refunded I'm not. Don't waste your money.

Service was sooo slow , food was cold and tasteless! Had minor children cleaning tables with dirty rag. Guy vaping at the bar. Health dept needs to pay them a visit!
