For the price, you can do no wrong! I loved the chicken teriyaki and my boyfriend loved the chicken wings and fried rice. The ice cream station was stocked with chocolate and rainbow sprinkles and there was even sushi!

Ew no thank you. Whoever is answering the phone is freaking rude.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever seen. Once upon a time it was good but now it is eat at your own risk! This place is in desperate need of new owners and staff or just close the doors permanently. I can’t believe they pass any health inspections.

The employees were 2 teenagers in pajama pants and Crocs.1 adult who seemed to be babysitting. The food was cold and stale. The steam tables weren't filled at all while we were there. $17 for 1 people only .im left hungry and extremely dissatisfied. Even the desert was awful. Food is not fresh and half of them rough not fully cooked Never back DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!here

What food they had was good. Everything was running out and wasn't busy. Nobody refilling. Some kids were running all over the restaurant screaming and nobody tried to stop them. We told the hostess there needed to be some refilling and she said yes but never got more. No wontons either.

This Kings Buffet in Arcadia Fl.no fresh food , shushing is old and stale and reheated over and over , hard rice and noodles 🍜 . Not a great place to be charged $50.89 for 2 adults and one child .Worst experience ever . Save your money and travel to port charlottes. BUFFET CITY . Very delicious there . Never coming back to kings buffet 🤬 OK today is November 28, 2023 I did came back just to find out that he got worse now the service is still two stars the food I don’t know where the negative star at but yeah the food is just not great. Save your $17.99 it is just outrageous almost $20. The food is not great. It is being kept warm probably at least I’m gonna say two days old. The chicken is dry. All the food is dry and you can see the sauces from the actual food stock to the pan of the times they’ve been preheating it over and over. Just save your money cook it home meal or go to McDonald’s you a better chance of getting better food but don’t come back until myself that every year after last years review, I came back today and it still bad worse save your money please there’s better alternatives for Chinese food .

This use to be our favorite place to come, we will not be back ! Took my elderly mom and husband the day before Thanksgiving at around 1:30pm food was great.How ever the 2 young girls at the. Counter couldn't keep thier hands off each other, when we got up to pay the bill one them was laying on the others lap while they were kissing! Not appropriate to say the least! All I have to say is Get A Room! When did making out at the hostess counter become a thing!

Arrived at 6:00pk, Tuesday. Not the friendliest greeting but this is Chinese. Went to buffet, foods cold for the most part. Egg rolls and spring roll terrible. Foods tasted warmed up leftovers. Teriyaki chick was fine. No flavor in rice. Service was poor, more interested in cellphone. Gave up waiting and went up to pay. Two other tables there. A family of 4 left because of cold foods and three males came in, looked at buffet and left. Would not recommend. Only tried it because one other was closed on Tuesday the the other by Winn dixie I walked in and so dirty turned and left

One of the worst places I have ever eaten. Dirty, food left out for hours unfresh. We went at a reasonable time and it was not busy. It was extremely over priced for the quality of food and service. Will not be back and do not recommend to anyone.

Got 5 dinners tonight. 4 Sweet & Sour Chicken with fried rice & egg roll, 1 Beef & Brocolli with white rice & egg roll. $59.75 and it was awful!! The Beef & Brocolli had 3 tiny bites of Beef in it!!! The Sweet & Sour Chicken was terrible my Grandkids wouldn’t even eat it. The egg rolls were mini sized!! Never again! China Wok was closed so we went here but never again!!

Absolutely The Worse Buffet I have ever eaten at ! The food was Old, Hard, Tasteless, and most of all the staff was Rude !!!! The Hostess / Cashier was a young chinese girl who was absolutely one of the most Rudest hostess I've ever saw in my life ! She acts as if this job is a thorn in her back ! I learned my lesson well and will Never return to this sorry excuse for a restaurant ! Never Ever Again !

The food was surprisingly good. Read all the not so good reviews... Went to try for myself only 2 items were just ok ... everything else was very good. 4 and half stars if I could !!.....just went again.. jan 2022 the food is very good, cooked fresh and hot !!. Other buffets in Charlotte County serve pre cooked leftover, cold and stale food in my opinion. Went again 11/2022 for the 3rd time very disappointed...the food was ice cold ... owner? Said it's because they cook all morning and then offered to microwave the food for customers...it was obviously taken out of a refrigerator and put in the bins to serve ...also very salty this time..third time in a row bad experience after two good. Won't go back !

The restaurant was incredibly hot. The young server was rude, snotty, and condescending.She should not be any where near the public. The buffet didn't look appealing at all so we ordered off the menu. She brought my husband's meal after 20 minutes, then mine 10 minutes later. And, she got my order wrong! I ordered chicken chow mein, got shrimp. The food was good but much too hot in there to enjoy it. And finally, we were over-charged. "Husband said let's just pay it and get out of here!" No tip for the first time in 30 years together.

I went there to get food to go thinking that they would weigh the Styrofoam to go box like all the other king buffets do. At the restaurant in Arcadia Florida you pay the full all you can eat dinner amount no matter how much you put in the to go box. Will not be back

Pls change out the food as much as u can i went at dinner time with family and about 90% of the food we got seemed like it was out for hours I thought they switched the food out breakfast lunch and dinner but it all tasted old the Rangoon's we're stale bent like rubber even the fortune cookies were stale bent like rubber the rolls were as hard as a rock and my 2 yr old spit out the pizza bc it was as hard as a rock basically the only thing we enjoyed there was the sweet tea jello and mini cakes. It use to be pretty great and tatse fresh didn't go in a long time decided to try it again we went at dinner time new food should of been placed out but it wasn't it was all old spent $40 for food everyone at my table would spit out just the cold hearted truth sorry..

We ate here once in 2011 and absolutely never again. The facility smells as if it doesn’t have a air filtration system. For the money you’re going to pay it’s not worth the hassle. Kindly drive to china wok over by Walmart. Food is better and you can dine in or eat at home

We have visited here every year on Sundays for the month of November. It has always been so good and worth the money. We know covid has put a damper on food service and taste, but this last time was good service but the food was cold and had no taste. It was at 12:30 on a Sunday. For 14.99 a person, the food should have at least been hot . We wont be back this year, maybe we will try next year :)

We got in right at lunch time and it wasn't busy at all. The food was hot and fresh and very good. The atmosphere was peaceful and up to date. It was very clean and the food area was well looked after. The only thing I didn't like was we had to ask for re-fills on our drinks and they didn't come around and take the dirty plates so I cleaned up the table myself but it wasn't too big of a deal.

The service was great, but the food was just okay. It wasn't as fresh as we would have liked, but I think that's because it was getting close to the transition from lunch to dinner. I would have liked to see general tso's chicken on the buffet, but maybe that's a dinner only option. Overall, I would say it was an okay meal.

If you go at the right times the food is fantastic. If you go at the off time's chances are the buffet food Will be dried out, and in small portion. So be sure to go on the on hours 11:00 to 2:00 p.m and 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

I don't typically care for a buffet, but we were running out of places to try in Arcadia, so decided to see what they had. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and how good it waswas, especially for the price! The sushi is low grade and most of the shrimp offerings weren't peeled/deveined, but other than that, no real complaints. Since it's a buffet, not a lot of service to rate, but staff was friendly.

Lunch was very fresh and tasty. Nice friendly staff. Air conditioned comfort. Will go back again.

I gave the King Buffet 4 stars not because there was anything wrong with the place itself the food was really good the dining room was clean the bathrooms were clean the staff seemed friendly kinda one of them kept stareing at a monitor by the cash register that was hooked up to cameras in the dining room. I thought that was weird!!! I thought it was kind of expensive for 2 people for lunch 25.00 dollars but i guess that's what good food goes for at a sit down restaurant these days

Great place for seafood on Fridays. Nice staff, very clean. First time going on a Wednesday. All trays were filled with fresh hot delicious assortments of food. Very friendly service. It would still get a 5 star rating. Very nice place.
