Nice place, excellent food, good service

Service was ok. Food was awful. I had the Shrimp Bella Riviera and the broccoli was the best thing on the plate. The shrimp tasted like metal and had zero flavor. The experience was just overpriced for no reason. Extremely disappointed.

I agree with some of the reviews posted. The place wants to look fancy but is far away from that. We ordered rose wine by the glass, when ordering the second glass the waiter just poured the chilled new wine on top of the old one (already at room temperature) we commented to the waiter and he just laughed. We mentioned again and nothing happened, the manager came and she seemed not to understand or give too much importance, obviously they have no idea about the subject. They did bring a complementary glass but I don’t think they understood it is important to give a fresh glass or they took the comment as a way to improve, I am sure they will keep doing the same to others. When you are paying $20 per glass of wine it is ok but at least you expect a basic knowledge about how to serve it… Food is just average, no complaints or compliments about it

Had the Ossobuco w/ Risotto Milanese for the first time; simply delicious. Meat was tender & the risotto was a great compliment. Finished it off with Pistachio Tartufo. Everything from the food to the service was fantastic.

This place is beautifully decorated with very nice artwork, the staff was friendly and attentive, the food was pricey but very good, we all enjoyed our meals, I had the salmon, it was good ,the apps and drinks 🍸 were pretty good also.

Upscale Italian cuisine at its best. Inside dining area, outside patio area and mall entrance area dining, all for the most enjoyable dining experience possible.

The only reason why I give four stars to the food is because the portions are smaller than they used and the prices are way higher, but the food is still great. I haven't been in a long, long time. The service is great, the time of the day we picked was perfect cuz it was quiet. A great place to dine. Again, the prices are a lot higher than they used to, and the portions shrank quite a bit, but the freshness! The flavor! Th delicate flavors!

I was in the area about a month ago. Check to see what time they close it Said at 10 o’clock. We called At 9:30 to see if they were still open Knowing that if it is slow restaurants do close early. It’s just part of the business we told them e can be there 10 minutes and they told us to come.got there around 9:50. And I have to say I’m glad we went there for dinner. They only had 10 minutes before they close. They treated us with the greatest service, still coursed out all our meals and was not rushed. I would definitely go back there when in the area. first class service with first class food.

I went there last week after like 3 years of not going to the Bella Luna and everything is the same but the Food Quality chicken parmesan was horrible. Thin as paper and not even white chicken meat, it was like dark meat with lots of fat on it. Nasty nasty.. Almonds no tomato souce on it. The food quality of my plate was the worse. Hope they shape up. I won't be eating there for a while now. And I used to go every month. Management don't cut corners on food quality it will close your doors.

Good service, they are organized and attentive, atmosphere is elegant, nice background music…food was not as good as we expected….we will be back and try other dishes like osso buco.

Some dishes were abundant, others normal and the attention was a bit rushed when removing the dishes.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience regarding food, 2 of the three dishes did not correspond to the place, in fact we threw one away. After this the waiter came out "chasing" us through the mall since he didn't think the tip was right...

This Italian restaurant is so consistently good on every level! Huge menu with great choices. The food and service staff are excellent!. Big portions of everything! It is very casual and relaxed, and it's part of the Aventura Mall. So it's not fancy and no loud music, but It's nice and open towards the mall with plenty of seating inside and on the outside terrace. It has a nice bar where you can eat as well. Marco, the general manager, is always so welcoming and attentive, making sure everything is perfect! Anibal is also terrific! A definite favorite!🤩

Bella Luna has become as my business partner and I call it the office because every once or twice a month we like to head to their terrace ( outdoor eating are ) always around 5-6 PM and catch up with our friends and colleagues enjoying always great cocktails, and cigars. Their services is always on point extremely attentive and friendly and their food options never disappoint to us. So if you ever consider grab a bite after doing your shopping at aventura mall Bella Luna is always a great place to have nice meal in one of the most iconic restaurants in the area.

Amazing place to enjoy amazing food and drinks. Came here on the recommendations from our hotel concierge. This was simply a home run! The atmosphere is sofisticated yet inviting to anyone, definitely a place to visit when in south beach.

This Italian cousine restaurant has a lot of delicious Italian meals. Pizza is near to authentic Naepolitean style pizza. Even though it has never been written on the menu, there is always pepperoni pizza, for whom they like and prefer it. Filet Mignon comes with a delicious mushroom sauce. The service is mostly pretty good. Even though this restaurant does not have a view, outside seating is cozy and gives the impression of an Italian restaurant and tables have tablecloths which is important for such a restaurant.. The restaurant is located in Aventura Mall, has inside and outside seating. It is very easy to access. There is valet service just in front of the restaurant..

We have written several reviews on Bella, mostly positive. We love the food here. We arrived Sunday and waited at the table for ten minutes before a server finally arrived. With no enthusiasm or even a smile, he managed to make it thru the service. The $30 lasagna was ok, and seemed to be missing most of the cheese component: Olive Garden serves a better product at half the cost. You expect much better food AND service here considering the explosive price hikes that they have implemented.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for 15 years. Last week I went with my husband for lunch. They gave us a placemat menu and there was nothing on it less than $30. This was always a $15 salad, $20 pasta kind of place. When my husband asked to see the regular menu with the pizza on it, the waiter refused. Seemed that they raised the prices for the holiday season. Will NEVER go back.

For $250 for 4 meals, our family was very underwhelmed. We were seated in the entryway of the mall at a table. I could nearly reach the mall door with my hand. Peering in the window like tiny Tim, the restaurant interior looked nice, but I can't comment on it as we were not seated there, despite there being open tables. Our server was attentive but the dishes did not meet our expectations. There were no descriptions of the dishes on the menu-just the name. The chicken picatta had minimal/no lemon flavor and was covered in diced red, orange and green bell peppers, which I spent nearly my whole meal picking out of the pasta/off the chicken. The capellini pomodoro was unlike any I have had before -it was just pasta with marinara sauce-no fresh tomatoes or mozzarella. We would have been better off going to the Olive garden. My son's can of sprite cost $6.50. Look elsewhere for dinner unless you love bell peppers and the smell of mall perfume wafting through the hallway/dining room. The upside was that the bread was delicious....so fill up. Oh, and for you out of towners, they are going to charge you 20% gratuity as a base rate and want you to add on another % to the bill. Do not recommend.

We went for lunch, I ordered the RISOTTO TRE FUNGHI which came cold, on an inappropriate plate, it didn't look tasty at all and it really wasn't. An overpriced dish. Unacceptable for an Italian restaurant to serve such a bad risotto dish

The menu is absolutely delicious. But in comparison to other fine, Italian restaurants, the portions are minimal comparable. That being said, the restaurant environments is really what you’re paying for. Just realized it’s extraordinarily overpriced for the value of the food. As it’s extraordinarily simplistic, you don’t get anything substantial. Comparable to many other places in the area. But I’ve been eating here for over 15 years. It’s the food is good but you can definitely find better value elsewhere. But if you want the ambience, that’s what you’re paying for

I was excited to have lunch here as it used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the mall but I found it a little bit too overpriced. I spent almost $70 for a regular salad w/a glass of wine. Plus unfortunately the service was not good, there was definitely a staff shortage.

The food is excellent, but unfortunately the service is the worst, I have to wait 20 minutes for the server to come to our table, the restaurant was almost empty and they take a long time to serve out table, I asked for a plate and it was incorrect, I gently ask to please changed the plate and the server who is the assistant manager ask me to take the plate home instead to make me a new one, I think managers or assistant managers must provide customers service.

Stopped to eat here before going back home to Wisconsin. It was an alternative because the restaurant we wanted to go to (fratellino ristorante) did not have anymore reservations. The food was excellent. I completely finished my chicken Alfredo. However, the service was not that great. We were seating in a corner by the mall entrance and kept having to call our server several times when we needed something. My dad even told the lady that seated us that we did not want to be calling our server and that’s exactly what happened. Food was great, service can improve.

I went for lunch and had the Santa Rosa Salmon, it was served with potatoes and broccoli. The salmon was delicious - one of the best I've had - and the potatoes were tasty also. I highly recommend it.

The ambiance was nice during happy hour. however, the bar bites was very disappointing. I ordered the meatballs and they were smaller than normal portion soaked on tomato sauce and cheese. I had to order a soup which was much better. Overall, everything was good but the meatballs on happy hour

Hubby bought me here for Mother’s Day because he knows I love Italian and it’s located in Aventura mall. Food was good but I felt it could have been better.

Showed up at 9:30pm knowing veey well they close at 11pm, service was ok but felt very rushed, Carbonara and Pizza were ok, restaurant is a bit pricey considering its inside a mall, Wine list is mediocre but very overpriced

We came here to celebrate an anniversary. The food tasted excellent, however my husband discovered towards the end of his meal that part of his chicken was raw. He notified the waiter and we thought he would come back with another chicken or at the very least discount some of it off the bill. We got charged the full amount even though my husband could not eat all of it due to a visibly raw chicken. It’s a shame because the food was good, but the raw chicken ruined it for me. Will not be back.
