Vanessa is an amazing server so attentive and kind I explained we were in a rush and she ensured our food came out quick and fresh I got the endless pasta which wasn’t very good but the chicken gnocchi soup was delicious and Vanessa’s service was phenomenal

The restaurant has a horrible smell, I think it's the carpet; it smells like animal pee + vomit (not great for a place to eat). We were courageous and decided to sit and eat, the food was good, portions are generous. DONT DARE ENTER THE BATHROOM... the smell could burn your eyes, the floor was full of dirty "stuff"

The food was good we got never ending bowl, however at the end of the meal I went to the restroom and it was really dirty. Like dirty dirty. And toilet paper all over floor, and paper towel over sink. Mind you we went for an early dinner (around 5 pm) so you would think they would be clean after lunch shift going into dinner. Obviously not our servers fault, she was attentive and helpful. But that gave me the ick.

Was welcomed by the host, our server and older man was extremely rude. immediately got sat down and was rushed with him saying “what are you going to get?” and i replied “as in drinks or?” and he made the nastiest face and rolled his eyes. We ordered our drinks and he just threw them on the table and put a slice of lemon in a coke? when we never asked for it. threw the breadsticks on the table with no plates, we ordered our entrees, he never asked us if we needed more breadsticks and we had to ask for them then he claimed the kitchen was closed. we had each gotten an entree and salad and one of our guests didn’t receive hers, we had to ask for refills on water and tea. the food wasn’t up to standard and lacked flavor. his service was not good and he kept making nasty faces and rushing us. when i asked for more cheese he rolled his eyes and murmured something. we left a small tip and he came back to the table and demanded a tip, we had overheard a conversation with the table behind us where he demanded tips from customers who seemed foreign and not accustomed to the tipping culture here. the fact that he came and harassed us over a tip that was not earned, is so outrageous. coming back and slamming the receipt and asking where’s the tip and being rude should never happen. horrible horrible service and it left us feeling disappointed and a bad way to end the night.

Minha filha (época com 2 anos) não comia nada nos EUA, tentava de tudo até que fomos ao Olive Garden e ela conseguiu comer. Comeu tão bem, que depois pedimos o delivery devido a comida. O lugar é acolhedor e serve muito bem. Resumo: Volto com muita certeza e pela minha filha.

Very good, they serve very abundant, the place is beautiful, a family place. But you have to reserve or go early. Highly recommended.

Truly a horrible experience overall. Mind you I am an OG lover. Everything went wrong, the wrong things went unnoticed by our server. Meals were messed up. Charged extra for things that were included in the kids meal. My drink came AFTER all entrees came. I was looking forward to OG, but damn what a shitty experience. I won’t be back to this location.

This Olive Garden needs to be put in the book as one of the most dirty place in Aventura, top 5 dirty diner just left there rn , As they seated us, all tables was dirty, The first area they took us to smells like mildew carpet unhealthy smell, I told the host the tables is dirty. She said it wasn’t her job and walked off, never sent anyone to clean it. I told the manager she did. Went to the restroom dirty, Came back they put our food down onto the sturdy table and sanitary, Never got cleaned!!! Then here is the spoons and forks old Food them! I will be calling to health department! Needs new management ASAP! News reporters!

This was the worse experience I've ever had at this Olive Garden, the Waitress named Angelica does not know how to treat people fairly if they are not like her. She took her sweet time helping us for the tiniest of things. Every other family that came she helped with no problem. The other customers there did not have to ask her to bring out the breadsticks and salad, for us we mystically have to ask. After a point in time I have to call it what it is, race is definitely involved and I do not appreciate Olive Garden allowing their waitress Angelica to treat me and my family this way. I am far from cool with it and will be emailing headquarters as well. We are passed stupid things like this, it doesn't matter if I am black, green, blue, orange, American, Haitian, Italian, Hispanic, Etc. I am a customer trying to enjoy dinner with my family and Angelica's nasty ways ruined that for me and my family. To make matters worse I was trying to enjoy my birthday. I will be sure to escalate this to the highest order I can. To anyone else eating her please be careful if you are going to eat here for you to may be treated unfairly if you are not like Angelica or some of her peers. Thank you.

It's ALWAYS a problem whenever I order curbside. Today the food I ordered was THROWN in a plastic bag. I requested silverware which I didn't receive. This caused inconvenience to me since I had to get out the car and go get a refund. The thing about this staff that I don't like. They always want a tip but never have my order right.

I used to love going here as a kid, now it’s just straight up subpar, breadsticks hard, cold, and disappointing, soup just tasted microwaved, and the eggplant parm was actually sad, cold spaghetti, bland sauce, and bad eggplant, I don’t know if it’s just here, or if it’s all the Olive Gardens now, but I don’t intent on going back

Olive Garden was great! The food was truly tasty and the calamari was to exquisite. The salad was fresh as well as the bread.

Came here for the first time while on vacation. Great service- I had a lovely waitress and she was so sweet & even gave me extra chocolate mints (which are amazing btw). The portions were also huge! I will definitely come back next time i’m here :)

I love Olive Gardens, but I wanted to specifically make this review for Heather, the bartender. She was awesome! We were in a hurry, and Heather was beyond efficient on taking the orders as fast as possible. I even left my phone behind at the bar, and she went out under the rain to give it back to me, what a kind and nice person!💙

I placed a to go order online. This was my first to go order with them and I was really surprised at how well it turned out. They gave me a huge bowl of soup and the food was hot and fresh. Love my take out experience.

The food is not bad, the waiters we come across are pleasant and polite. But pay attention to the smell in the room, the first thing you enter the room is this musty smell. And this is not the first time in the children's meal they serve fermented grapes..

The delicious food! We ordered pasta and were given a choice of soup or salad starter included with the pasta. All dishes abundant. I ordered soda for the drink and it was with a refill. In my opinion, the pasta was not fresh but dry, but it was delicious. The prices were pretty good compared to everything we ate and the service and atmosphere. There are always a lot of people so be patient or book in advance. Super recommended.

Terrible, from the moment you enter it smells horrible! They didn't give us the children's menu when we entered, bad service, the waitress charged me while I was on a call, we had to eat the dessert in a hurry. I will not come back! I lost my money... and my time!

I love the breadsticks, the pasta and the drinks were delish. The soups could have been seasoned more, though.

The pasta at this place is delicious, the service was very good, the salads were also highly recommended, on the menu I found the Alfredo pasta with crispy chicken very interesting The only thing is that it is a little crowded and you have to wait to enter.

Soup and salad with bread sticks is still the best deal in the area for a delicious lunch or dinner.

Ya había cerrado el acceso de comensales pero aún dentro estaba repleto. Quise ir al baño, pues estaba lejos de mi domicilio.... No me dejaron entrar! Habiendo reservado una mesa para 14 personas, una vez que nos retiramos me impidieron acceder al baño. Esto lo dice todo.

Hello, I order Seafood Alfredo and it was so Bad.

Please go to a different location. our waiter was not present at all. Everytime we asked for something he gave us the nastiest face like we were inconveniencing him. The food was bland and not good. The most present he was is when he came to the table and asked who was paying. When we were walking out he followed us outside and demanded a tip as if he deserved it. He was rude we paid for our meal and wouldve tipped if the service was decent but is was not. Please dont go to this location ive been to better locations where the food and the service are impeccable. Ive had worse experiences at restaurants but none were as terrible to make me post a review. To follow someone out of the restaurant to demanded a tip that was not deserved is outrageous.

I didn't want to give it a bad review because I love this location. But when I went a couple of days ago I got sick. My stomach was very upset and I was sweating really bad. When I got home, I went to sleep, and when I woke up, I fell to the floor and everything that I ate from there came up out me. I don't know if it was undercooked or if something that was in it that I shouldn't have had but I was sick. Still recovering and drinking lots of fluids because I lost so much. I still love this place. Maybe it was just a busy day and bad day for me.

We went to celebrate my mom's birthday, the food is good and very abundant. It's not the kind of place I would choose to go. But for celebrations with many people. Value for money is acceptable.

During our dinner visit, I opted for the Lasagna Fritta as a starter, followed by Ravioli Carbonara accompanied by sautéed shrimp. The dish was served with a house salad that was exceptionally flavorful. My wife chose the Chicken Alfredo, a delightful combination of fettuccine, grilled chicken, and creamy Alfredo sauce. The appetizer delighted my palate, and although the main course was a tad too creamy for my taste, it was generously topped with sautéed shrimp. My wife was pleased with her pasta, which she found delicious, and upon sampling it myself, I agreed. The chicken, particularly tender for breast meat, was well-marinated and flavorful. This establishment isn't fancy, yet it exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Italian eatery. Our server, Ricardo, was amiable, and the service was impressively swift. The prices are quite fair, considering the quality of the food. An added convenience is the ample free parking available right outside. However, there are a few drawbacks worth noting. The restaurant operates on a walk-in basis, without the option for reservations. For an Italian venue, the absence of gelato or ice cream on the menu is both surprising and disappointing. Additionally, despite signage indicating the availability of Wi-Fi, we were informed by our server that it was not offered—a minor letdown for me.

I love this location, I usually go for the endless soup and salad 🥗 and they never disappoint the workers are nice and the place is clean and at the end they give complimentary mint chocolate 🍫 which my boys and I enjoy.

I took my great nieces and great great niece out for lunch here and the service and food was delicious. Our server was awesome and we enjoyed the food. I had the tour of Italy, the girls had spaghetti and tomato sauce, cheese pizza, and the mac and cheese and they enjoyed. Will definitely return.

The Olive Garden franchise has a standard of quality, service and services of 10. The price remains average and the seasoning is wonderful. Perfect location and free parking. I highly recommend it!

I waited way too long to be acknowledged by a server after being seated so I left. A simple and polite introduction and be with you in a moment would have made all the difference. I have no idea who was working my table.

the server was obviously not in a good mood. all we asked for was a small plate so my toddler doesnt have to eat from the TABLE and we also asked for a larger to go container because the smaller one didnt fit all the leftovers.

My girlfriend took me for (iftar) diner there, there was line so we had to wait and once we were in we were taken care it is nothing much special but we love that they give you free soup or cesar salad which was nice and delicious. Other than that check it out. There is typically italian place. I liked chicken parm and spageti meatballs. Try if you have not yet.

Food was super bland, Alfredo sauce had zero taste, ordered Alfredo mushroom sauce with angel hair pasta, only for maybe 4 mushrooms, and had to pay extra for more, doesn’t make any sense. Salad has way too much fixings, like onion, service was ok, probably the only positive thing about it. Super loud in the entire restaurant, couldn’t even talk to my fiancée. And I will say I probably make better food at home, which isn’t a high bar lol. Crazy expensive for what we got. Needless to say we won’t be back.
