Service was top notch from Franco. In this era, it is so refreshing. Server incentives to earn some top notch Tequila as a reward, but I was good with that. They totally took care of me as a single person traveling for work and needing to do a working dinner. The manager was so attentive, I felt like I was attending one of those pop up dinners.

I finally sat and ate after ordering out from Novecento. This place is the perfect place for a low key date night. Easy, cool, and delicious. The bar is expansive and perfect for meeting up for drink. The steak frites, the branzino, and the chorizo are all so so good. Our server was attentive and our food came quickly. I really like this place and plan to come back soon.

Good service from Lisstte the moment we were seated, she was attentive to us. We have been to other restaurants and they have really taken a while to serve us when they have seated us or they get lost and take more than 20 minutes to ask how the service was. Every 5 minutes Lisstte would come by our table asking us how everything is and bringing us everything we ordered as quickly as possible. Good service, he even took a photo of me and my partner without having to ask him if he could take a photo of us. I tell them that when they come to eat here to ask for Lisstte, they will have good service.

Here is why I give 4 Stars. ✨ The restaurant is very nice, the food is spectacular. The waiter Gian's attention was magnificent and we really had a good time, but everything fell apart when we received the bill, which for dishes that were not out of the ordinary was $544. I think that in that aspect it is overpriced.

I was visiting this beautiful restaurant today with its exquisite food. We were assisted by an excellent person named Lisstte. I have always visited many restaurants and we have never been treated so nice before. He is a very concerned and kind person. He brought us food and everything we ordered on time, he stopped by very often asking how we were doing, he even took a photo of us to capture that beautiful moment. I would definitely visit this beautiful restaurant again and have Lissette serve me.

The place has changed a lot in the time I have been visiting it and it has lost its warm and friendly atmosphere and has become a place where everyone is just another number like chili's or Fridays, it doesn't make me want to return as often as before

I have visited this restaurant twice now for brunch and both times have been nothing but a positive experience. However, this last visit, what made my experience even more positive was our server, Lisette, she was wonderful. She was attentive, personable, and even offered to take pictures of me and my friend, who happened to be visiting down that weekend. We had a wonderful time at brunch and spent a good amount of time having drinks, and at no point we felt rushed by Lisette or ignored. Great server and great food!

My cousin was visiting from out of town, so we took advantage of the Miami Spice options for lunch-- GianFranco was our server and he was great!! Also, special mention to the manager on duty/host (sorry can't recall his name, but he was VERY welcoming/accomodating!)....we both had the Mahi bites as an app (they were out of this world-outstanding!!)..my cousin had the branzino entree & I had the sausage sandwich w/real steak frittes...both were dee-lish!! We had the flan & caramel crepe for dessert & both were scrumptious!

And if you visit them on a Wedsneday, you can get their pasta special for $15 each. Overall, great ambience and superb service.

I have had positive experiences in the past with Novecento. However, this time was a let down. I took my mom to brunch and she ordered the ribeye which the menu claimed was flown from Argentina. She ordered medium as is her preference and she received a well done steak that was like eating rubber. The waiter politely took it back and brought her back a 2nd attempt. This time it was medium rare and chewy. At that point my mom was too polite to send it back a 2nd fine. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the overall experience. The best attempt at a ready I received was the waiter joking he wouldn’t charge me for a 2nd ribeye when my mom was barely able to take a bite of the 1st. It’s ridiculous I paid for an overpriced piece of meat in the first place that felt that I could have gotten it from a corner store and not from Argentina.. a country know for its steaks.

Always love Novecento. This restaurant doesn’t disappoint. This time I came in right before the end of happy hour at 7 PM and ordered an old-fashioned. It was done so nicely by the bartender who seems to be famous here called Tatiana. Our server Lisette Ortiz also helped me get a nice Pinot Noir during happy hour for the skirt steak dish. Lots of attention to customer satisfaction and the food is consistently excellent.

Excellent service. Lissette was definitely super helpful, and nice to us.

Slow service took more than 15 minutes to take the order and another 15 minutes to bring the drinks. The food was decent, but I expected something else. The sides of the parrillada were good, and the primo plate (Octopus) was delicious, but the meats were not so good. Drinks 5*. The 18% service is included in the bill, so even if they took a long time to bring the right menu, take the order, and bring the food, around 45 minutes to an hour, I was forced to leave the 18% tip.

Great dinner, always fresh food. In a restaurant you need to ask for Lisette, the most friendly and responsible waitress. Very clean good restaurant!
