I order a risotto with fruti di mare, the risotto was awful , I never eat a risotto like this was terrible, I never ,never come back that place 😞.

They need to update their website, it closes at 10:00pm, not 11:00pm. I got there 10:20pm and they told me they were closed. Waste of my time.

Excellent option in Aventura Mall, tables with impeccable tablecloths, very good service and quiet atmosphere. Perfect Pasta! At its cooking point like its various sauces. For minimal economic difference, a "vero Italian ristorante" to delight in its unusual dishes. A Must at Aventura Mall!

Beautiful restaurant in Aventura mall, very well located, right at the entrance, before Macys, with very comfortable tables, with armchairs, very nice decoration, a very calm atmosphere, they have pizzas, sandwiches, sweet pastries, hot and cold drinks, everything very delicious, good prices very consistent with its quality, very good service

This place will never let you down. When everything else is busy they always have a table. Food and sauces are well crafted. Authentic flavors and even better desserts. The Chicken Parmesan is a favorite here. Steaks are always good too. Ravioli was a new treat we really enjoyed. Light and pleasant. Consistent quality food and service. No wonder they outlast all the other restaurants.

The quality has dropped a lot, now there are better Italian restaurants around it. They need to remodel the place, it already looks old. The food is good but not impressive.

Authentic Italian cuisine, Very Good Food

This used to be one of my favorite Italian restaurants. I’m not sure if they changed chefs or owners, but the food was horrible! Four of us went there for dinner the other day. We ordered calamari that tasted like it was from the frozen section in the Dollar Store. The worst we’ve EVER eaten. I had pasta carbonara. It didn’t taste like any carbonara I’ve ever eaten. They took fettuccini Alfredo off the menu, which seems strange for such an Italian restaurant. Their’s used to be the best any where. The chicken parm was just ok but not worth the money. The agnolotti were HUGH ravioli and not appetizing. Our guest said they were supposed to be smaller. In the end it was a huge disappointment. Sadly we won’t be going there again.

Food is Great. but the service annoyed me.

A while ago we went to eat, 4 people and a girl. After paying the bill, when it came time to tip, we realized that they included it, 20% without consulting us and they crudely crossed out the inscription on the ticket that says that tip is not included with a pen. When we asked the girl, she told us that when there are more than 4 people, that's how it is! So know that if there are more than 4 of you, you are obliged to pay 20% more even if it doesn't say so anywhere or if they don't let you know. Nothing like this ever happened to me. They don't have Wi-Fi either, they tell you to use the one at the shopping center but no one got the signal. A disaster. Tomorrow I have to go back to the shopping center and I'm going to talk to the manager if the answer they told me is true because I don't believe it. Greetings

I got charged the wrong amount! An extra tip was added that I did not put and after calling 6 times and writing emails to the GM no one has gotten back to me. Absolutely absurd and unprofessional. The food did came out barely warm and our server was not attentive to our needs. Do not recommend.

I went there 30 minutes before they closed and there were so nice and the steak was delicious.

Food was horrible. I asked chicken penne pasta in Alfredo sauce and It wasn’t Alfredo sauce at all. This white sauce tasted like milk with salt and the lemonade $15.90 each was water with a little flavor of lemon… the lasagna tasted old… service and atmosphere horrible. I do not recommend this restaurant it is too expensive for what they offer.

Trattoria Rosalia in Aventura Mall, adjacent to Cheesecake Factory and across from Victoria's Secret, provided a pleasant dining experience tonight. The personnel were really attentive, and the food was served quickly. The prices are extremely fair, and the portions are rather large. We ordered the chicken parmigiana and lemonade I strongly advise hungry shoppers to visit here.

If I could put 0 stars I would, I came with my husband to celebrate our first anniversary, we payed a check of $116 USD and thought that the tip was included. When we left the restaurant, the waiter followed us out and infront of everyone in the mall on the hallway, he opened the receipt and asked where his tip was. Not even an animal deserves to be treated that way, and be exposed like such matter to that humiliation. In the U.S it is not obligatory to give tip after a service, much less after the service was horrible.

Mi experiencia en el restaurante italiano Rosalia fue mixta. La mesera que nos atendió fue increíblemente amable y atenta, lo cual hizo que nuestra cena fuera agradable desde el principio. Sin embargo, no puedo decir lo mismo del supuesto gerente, un hombre de tez blanca vestido con un traje negro. Durante nuestra visita, presenciamos una situación incómoda cuando este individuo estaba discutiendo acaloradamente con una de las meseras en medio del salón, lo que era claramente audible para todos los comensales. La falta de respeto y el tono amargado con el que se dirigió a la mesera no pasaron desapercibidos, y realmente creó un ambiente desagradable para disfrutar de la comida. En un lugar que se supone debería ser un refugio para la buena comida y la hospitalidad, la falta de habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación por parte de este supuesto gerente dejó mucho que desear. A pesar de la amabilidad de la mesera que nos atendió, la experiencia general se vio empañada por la falta de profesionalismo y cortesía por parte de la gerencia. Espero que el restaurante Rosalia pueda abordar este problema y ofrecer a sus clientes un ambiente más agradable y acogedor en el futuro.

I went to this restaurant for the first time and I enjoyed my pasta and martini. The waitress was attentive and service was good. Hopefully when I go there again service will be the same. I love that the atmosphere is very cozy and small. It’s nice a place if you enjoy meaningful conversations with a special someone due to its quietness.

Why did you took out the pizza off your menu? It was the best part about this restaurant.

Rosalia Restaurant is very cozy, food is excellent. Salad and Salmon were great. We loved the service and the atmosphere. Restaurant workers were showing passion for the clients. I recommend it!

I feel robbed. Don’t go there. They charged me $18.95 for an Aperol (the price was not on the menu). My son also ordered 2 lemonades which cost $7.95 each when usually you can get the same drink for half the cost with refills included. All item prices should be on the menu. Super pricy for what it is.

Overpriced, slow service, and below-average food . House bread served toasted and hard as a rock (probably a few days old). We asked for Gluten-free pasta and they charged us extra $7 for it without saying anything during order. Took 50 min to get the food when the restaurant was not very busy. Avoid. Cheesecake factory is next door and x10 times better.

The food is flavorful and fresh. Excellent service. We had the Carpaccio which was amazing. Also had the tortellini aurora and gnocchi. The gnocchi was ok.

Went for a business meeting and was the worst experience ever, From the beginning I felt I was rushed to order my food, I did ordered some calamari and zucchini ( was flavorless) and my partner ordered some ravioli, I did taste it, and it felt like they were from the frozen type . Waiters need to be more careful and cordial and stop rushing people to pay your food bill , we left really unhappy...... there ,I said it .

We had capellini pomodoro which is expensive at $21 + tip and tax for pasta with some tomato source. It tasted good though. A can of coke was $5.25 plus tip and tax which is $7! You feel like they are ripping you off charging this. We wouldn't return.

Best Italian restaurant we’ve been at in Florida, no exceptions. Main course, dessert and espresso was as authentic Italian as one can find, even in Italy. Bravo Rosalina, be back soon!

The restaurant service was poor. They rushed us while eating our food and took one of friends food away even when he said he was still eating. They also charged us for water without telling us. They charged for bottle water, but never gave the option for tap water. The manager refused to come out and talk it through with us, even though we saw her inside peaking at us. The food was subpar considering the price. The staff kept making jokes about our group. If it was possible to rate 0 stars, I would.

Having a good time with my buddies, and came here for a nice Monday night dinner expecting some good food! Well, the least you could do is ask for respect, and we did not get that from the staff tonight. I'm not sure how hard it is to respect your customers when running a business that attracts value, but I faced rude staff when waiting an extremely long time for orders of food. We were very patient with them, and got looks of scorn when as we ate our dinner. Also, getting charged $10 per bottle for water is ridiculous; I mean, it is absolutely unheard of. We tried our best to solve the dispute, only to pay way more for something we should've gotten for free. Not a happy review from me. Do better.

This place was heinous and I DONT recommend anyone come here. Brought my four year old and he left in tears because our waiter chastised him for ordering chicken fingers and fries. Who’s training your employees folks? Later was in the bathroom and saw a cook leave WITHOUT washing his hands (in spite of a sign instructing him to do so). Meanwhile my chicken piccata tasted about as good as cafeteria lunch the bread was stale and tasted like cardboard. I won’t be bringing my business back here unfortunately. Do better Rosalia!

Wasn’t sure this bad of a restaurant existed till I came here. Decided that apple bees might have been a better shout than coming here. You have officially ruined my vacation that me and my family planned here for my spring break. I advise you to not come here if you are on a half decent budget, even then Bill Gates doesn’t want to spend $10 on a bottle of water. Get a grip and learn to run your restaurant. Service was absolutely terrible. Everything took forever to come out, even the bread. This place charges for water which I was absolutely befuddled to find out considering this restaurant is in Miami and the bay is pretty close. Charging for water without telling you is absurd.

This was a terrible dining experience. The waiters and waitresses were not only rude but overcharged us for water. The waiter failed to specify that they were serving us “expensive” water that tasted no different than tap water. We told one of the servers that we should not have been charged for the water because they served it to us without asking. The entire wait staff proceeded to give us dirty looks after we placed our complaint. We asked to speak to the manager and she refused to come out and speak to us. The restaurant was hardly busy and it was very clear she was making herself look busy so she did not have to talk to us. For the price, the food was not good at all either. Do not go to this restaurant.

Service: Horrendous - The staff rushed us out of the restaurant and gave intense stares for not finishing within an hour! After rushing us they continued to stare us down and talk behind our backs. Bill: Absurd - The staff charged my group 10$ per bottle of water. When we noticed this on the receipt we asked because that’s crazy and they didn’t even ask “bottle or tap” beforehand and just served us bottled water without knowledge of it. Food: Average - For being a “luxurious and pricy” restaurant the food was sub par. For the price paid it should have been cooked to perfection whereas my risotto was basically just liquid. The service was horrendous. They tried to charge us $40 for water when we wanted tap. When we asked to talk to the manager, she avoided us and would not come speak to us. The wait staff was extremely rude. They kept trying to take peoples dishes before they were done eating. When we said we weren’t done, they gave rude looks and went to the corner and started clearly saying things about our party. The staff couldn’t understand English so when we asked for another place setting, they couldn’t understand and had to keep sending new people over. The food was also completely overpriced for what we got. DO NOT GO HERE!

If i could give the place zero stars, i would. To start off, the service was egregious. Meals were rushed, and food was taken before we had finished. The real kicker was when we got the bill and found out that they charged $40 for 4 bottles of water. While that wouldn’t normally be a problem, our server failed to tell us that they were going to serve us bottled water rather than tap water (which is free). When it came to closing out our tab, we asked to speak to a manager to resolve the issue, and she blatantly refused to speak to us, choosing to seek refuge within the restaurant. I am absolutely appalled at this service and lack of respect for customers, and I urge anyone who is thinking of dining here to strongly reconsider. Don’t make the mistake that we made.

Charged us for bottled water even though we just asked for water, assuming it would be tap water. Manager wouldn’t come speak to us about the issue face to face, instead relaying the message to employees. Definitely got scammed as they kept giving us bottled water and charging us without us knowing.

We went yesterday all the family to eat Italian food, first you should know no pizza at all, but they have okay pasta, I enjoy the chicken Marcella but my husband didn't enjoy the pasta at all.the kids chicken and fries was good. We got seated quickly the bread was very hard and extra toasted so not for kids. Overall ok nothing more.

We went to different place ..crow is Cheese factory and Sugar Factory before and they accept his other country ID ..they only o can understand is the waiter not speak Spanish but they all speak Spanish to understand other country BOD Information was looking for to serve alcohol….no reason.. to not accept Spanish country ID . Designed to give the feeling of a small trattoria in Tuscany, Rosalia provides outstanding service --- friendly and helpful! --- and good food. Yes, the food is good, but nothing that makes you say "wow." We had a good Caprese Salad and Chicken Marsala. The portions are large enough to share . . . and we did!

The food was ok nothing really impresive, when we got there they push us for inside table but there was outside tables available & some of them with people already so we insist to go outside then we ask for a couple of glasses of wine that where never deliver

Great service, and attention to detail. I never had to look over my shoulder It also helps that everything tasted delicious, the alfredo sauce, the spinach ravioli, the gnocchi wow so delicious. You should at least try the fried mozzarella when you visit Rosalia's My wife has been a customer for over 12 years and we will continue coming back. Happy new years

OUR FIRST TIME HERE AND WE ARE IN LOVE. THE SERVICE FROM ALICIA AND SILVANA WAS OUTSTANDING AND THERE WAS A GENTLEMAN THAT I DID NOT GET HIS NAME BUT HE WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. AS FAR AS THE FOOD GOES, SUPER DELICIOUS. WE HAD THE ITALIAN LENTILS SOUP, MOZZARELLA LIGHTLY BREADED WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND THE SALMON SHRIMP AND PASTA WAS INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS. THANK YOU ALL AND CAN NOT WAIT TO GO BACK!

This restaurant used to be good, but not anymore. The service is bad, the waiter brings the wine glass in his hand and not on a tray, they don't use a wine measurer anymore, but they charge $ 15 per glass. I ordered penne with salmon as my main course and, in addition to the penne, there were some mixed spaghetti. I was wondering if it wasn't the leftovers from another customer....OMG! I will avoid going to this place again.

Un restaurante con dos espacios. Interno con buen aire acondicionado y vista a la cocina y una terraza hacia la entrada del Centro Comercial Aventura. El ambiente es plácido y aunque yo estaba feliz de recibir el sol de frente, entiendo muchos no les gustará. Recomiendo revisar bien los espacios antes de sentarse. Yo pedí una Melanzane a la parmiggiana , es uno de mis platos preferidos y lo pido en muchos restaurantes y puedo decir que este está entre los mejores que he comido, porque la berenjena estaba horneada y no frita, ni empanada. La salsa excelente. La recomiendo totalmente.

We are here daily/weekly, the food, environment and service amazing. Can't go wrong with the menu. Desserts are also yummy, my favorite is the coconut flan. For those soups lovers, the lentil, pasta fagioli or wedding soup super good too. Delicious salads, my favorite the Rosalia salad. Shout out to the best managers and team Luis, Carla and Paulina. Terrible pasta, extremely salty. Bruschetta were average and bad vinegar taste. However the carpaccio were very nice. 2stars due to the quality and the overprice.

Food was ok. Not the best. The bread was fresh and the service was good. I wish the salmon was less salty. That pasta was a bit bland too. Also I don’t know why they give you coke in a tin and not pour it before bringing it out. Was an average restaurant nothing really spectacular.

Long wait, but the food was excellent.

Today my wife and I had a great experience dinning here, the food for great but the wait staff was magnificent, our server Jimmy was very attentive he made us feel as if we were the only guest in the restaurant. He suggestions were just wonderful, our meals were delivered with just great timing, we never felt rushed. The other members of staff were also very attentive they missed nothing, we never had to asked for anything.

Muy buen Ceviche!! Y buena atención.. Prestar atención a los adicionales. Lo queres con pesca del día??(usd15 mas) o con pescado??(Usd 8 mas). Debieran ofrecer un plato con cada pescado sino queda el plato de Ceviche a usd 35, más bebida más tips... el lugar está muy bien pero no da para usd 75 o más x persona.

I have eaten in this restaurant over 100 times. It has been consistently good, then, the last two times, it has been consistently bad. Prices have been increased greatly, portions decreased in size. My wife ordered a Caesar's salad...how can you mess that up? Soggy lettuce, bad tasting croutons and indescribable chicken. The pancetta in my pasta amatriciana seemed to be only fat, no meat. Even the iced tea was rundown, almost transparent as water. Not that it mattered much, but the waitress told us there was no pizza...which happens to be the least expensive item on the menu. In other words, I will think twice before returning. I understand times are difficult for the restaurant business, but this is not an inexpensive shop.
