Sun Brunch was phenomenal, from appetizers, main course to dessert. Fernando and the entire crew's attention to detail superb. Could not go wrong with the such menu variety. Brunch are Sat & Sun.

The food was good. For me, it wasn’t out of this world but it was overall good food. The service stood out and the atmosphere was good, nice views outdoor and the inside was cool too.

I’ve been here at least 5 -6 times and as it turns out this is my go to place in Naples. Food is excellent in every regard and I base this review on all the times I’ve been here. I’ve been here for dinner where we were 2 couples and as big a group of 19 People. Service is also excellent, we had 2 different people the whole time we were there which were polite and courteous and friendly. The place had a great vibe going for a Saturday evening which was very enjoyable. dessert and coffee including bar service was also excellent! highly recommend!

The sever thought it was a great idea to clean the air vents directly above our table as soon as our appetizer came out. The calamari was super bland, the pasta had potential but unfortunately was undercooked in some spots since the pasta was clumped together. The meat sauce also was very bland lacking in flavor. The Bellini was good!

Went for a Birthday Dinner. From the minute we walked in the door up until we left it was exceptional !!! Osso Buco was tender and delicious. Lasagna was fantastic too. Nice Bday Cake surprise with big lighted candle made everyone sing Happy Birthday to me. Big shout out to our waiter Fernando… Who made it exceptional !!!

New ownership , happy hour that we love during the off season limited & small portion. Sad as I brought many people.

Everyone said it was Great so 4 of us tried it. Just ok. Prices not so good. Service was very good. My husband had the chicken not hot ,no flavor. Lasgana was dry.

Who wouldn't be happy in this place? The food is delicious and fresh, the staff is very kind, the place is not difficult to find and it's cheap.

Went to Bice last night for their summer special, which was 50% off selected menu. Menu had quite a few pasta dishes and several fish dishes. I opted for the salmon. The fish was probably 3 ounces and I did enjoy the tiny portion. It also had a sauce that I asked to be served on the side, which it was that I enjoyed. the only other thing that came with the 3 ounce fish was a half cup of lukewarm mashed potatoes. I cannot believe this meal someone would’ve paid $42 for. I paid 21 and still felt I was cheated. The waiter never returned to ask how my meal was as I was going to ask for potatoes that I could eat that weren’t Luke warm. I looked for the waiter to complain about the potatoes, but I never saw him. I should also add we ordered our meal and it came within two minutes of the order so obviously everything was premade. I’ve never been served so quickly . with my last bite, he checked in to see if we wanted dessert and handed us our bill. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Hardly a fun night out.

Service and food went downhill :(

We used to come here a lot and it was always so good and the service was always amazing but this time that was not the case. The waiter gave us moldy bread and tried to cover it up. He did not offer to bring us a new basket of bread or anything. He also did not even thank us or tell us to have a nice day after paying for the bill, instead he just walked away. I’m not sure what happened but seems like this place is going down hill.

Outstanding experience. Ordered off the Sunset menu. Tri colors salad was exceptionally delicious. All entrees were on point. Will return.

My beef carpaccio was amazing!!!! So fresh with the shaved truffles My boyfriend had the best lasagna ever and I loved my shrimp and scallops over papardelle dish- Highly recommend!!!

Food was delicious and service was outstanding. We will be back!

We eat at Bice once every week or two. The food is great, always great. While we were in Naples during July 4th week they had a 1/2 price sale. So not only was the food great but it was a great value. During the season if you get there between 4-5.30 it’s always half price. If you want great Italian food with excellent service give it a try.

We enjoyed a price fixed lunch at the bar and it was a wonderful experience. The food quantity and quality were perfect. We tried the fettuccini bolognese, the eggplant parm and the salmon with risotto and it was hard to say which was the best. Angi, our bartender and server, was wonderful. We will be back for the brunch soon!!

Happy hour all day brought a lot of people into the restaurant. It was very noisy. Difficult to hear each other. Maybe less tables can help. Our table for two was about 10” from the next one. We’ve been here before and very nice experience. Next happy hour we will stay home.

Bice is one of the best and most consistently good dining spot on the 5th Avenue Naples scene. Must have: The Calamari appetizer. The Branzino. The Lasagna. Delicious! We will be back again and again!

As full time residents, we dine here a few times every year for the past 10 plus years. This time we took advantage of the 50% off all pasta dishes. So, we enjoyed consistently good food, good service, and saved a few bucks at the same time.

Haven't been here for about 10 years but it is better than I remembered. Amazing staff (thanks Juan!) Happy hour has a live musician. Everything the four of us had was truly delicious. White linens inside and killer patio.

Naples Bice has always been a nice place to eat. Not anymore. After we ordered drinks, not even 5 minutes passed, our food was delivered. My friend and I looked at each other and thought this food was not prepared fresh. No way pasta is done in less than 5 minutes. This became a red flag to us. Then we noticed there were lots of flies flying around our table so we told waiter you've got a fly problem here. Then the waiter lit up a citronella candle on our table near our food. Seriously?? My friends pasta was too hard for him so waiter took it away and brought another plate to my friend. My friend still did not like the pasta so waiter took it off the bill. I travel to Naples twice a year and this place was always the first place to eat at Naples, not anymore.

Food and service was wonderful. Inside was very noisy. We sat out on the patio. Was lovely. Would highly recommend

They trick you with the 50% offer. It’s a special. Menu and everything on is cheap.

I usually only have good things to say about Bice, but tonight was a disappointment. No at the table enjoyed the calamari. The sauce was not good. My lasagna was very dry and somewhat singed on top. There was lots of meat, but hardly any tomato sauce.

Bice never disappoints! Great food; great service; great atmosphere. We love to sit at the bar. Solid Italian fare and drank refreshing Aperol spritzers.

Nothing better than lunch at BICE off season! Not too crowded and the food and service are always terrific.

We went for Sunday brunch, four of us on Father's day and it was excellent. The food was outstanding, our server (I forgot her name) was great, very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The brunch menu is incredible and what a deal!!!! We will definitely be going back!

Fernando was great! We did the Sunday brunch 49$ all u can eat off the brunch menu. Added extra 20 for bottomless Prosecco mimosas. Food was delish! Love the salmon carpaccio and the beef carpaccio. Lamp Loli pops and gnocchi so light! Nice for a special occasion like we did for Father’s Day!!

Wife and I had brunch at BiCE last weekend. We normally have dinner at BiCE but thought we’d try brunch. We tried several items on the menu and each was amazing. Service and ambiance were also fantastic. Will definitely be back.

It was so hot when we looked for lunch. Eating outside wasn’t an option! Bice provided cool relief and a good brunch menu. We split the french toast with wonderful berries and the omelette, topped off by refreshing asperol spritzers. I remembered that drink from an earlier visit and it did not disappoint! Good service and a relaxing ambience.

The birthday cake was an awesome surprise. Our daughter was thrilled and so were the people around us

The entire restaurant needs a good cleaning and update .. Our bread container that was metal was rusted all over the bottom .. Not a good look for a so called high end restaurant.. We even showed the waitress who just ignored us . It was also my birthday which was noted and the waitress was aware because my husband told her about it .. She never wished me a happy birthday or even brought me a dessert.. We noticed the table across the room got both birthday wishes and dessert .. We actually had a reservation booked for father’s day for my husband and after our experience there he said cancel the reservation I don’t want to eat here again not that nice of a place !

Good food, not bad prices for Naples. BEST Gnocchi I've ever had. We did not have a reservation, but we were able to get a table in the bar area. Outdoor seating needs a reservation.

Love the all you can eat $49 menu. Great food with friends, music was super. We'll be back

We always love Bice. This visit was to enjoy Pasta Night-50% off pasta dishes. The problem was they were out of the pasta with lobster (my husband's first choice) and the pasta with scallops (my husband's second choice). Maybe this is understandable for later in the evening, but we were there at 6:15. Regardless, my meal and my husband's third choice meal were delicious. The service was good, as well.

Dined at Bice with the all day Happy Hour menu. Service was excellent, food was mostly amazing (Chicken Milanese was a bit bland) but Calamari and Caesar Salad were fabulous!

We were here for half price Happy Hour and it was packed. Service was good. Calamari app was delicious. Swordfish Picatta was OK, As was the Caesar. The house wine at $5 was great!

The food and service was superb as always but the dining room was SO hot I thought I would be sick. The air conditioning is so poor it is really bothersome to anyone who runs warm!!

I couldn't use my gift cards because it was a special. My wife wanted wine that wasn't on the special list and the waitress pulled the menu out of her hands and told her she had to buy from the specials list to get 50% off. We said we don't care that's the wine she wanted and the waitress stormed off!. We were sat in a corner where we had to squeeze by other tables and were next to a busy buss table. I contentiously got bumped! The ambiance was loud and although there were open seats in the front they crowded us into the back. Something was wrong with the AC. The waitress came back with an attitude, and we left to get dinner elsewhere

I visited this restaurant with my friends on may -25 2024 . The food was nothing special, but it’s ok . The problem is , every 2 minutes the waiters coming to my table and ask me questions if everything is okay… I told them, please don’t bother me again with this question, but they continue with the same question and always different waiters coming and ask me those questions.. Look like they want you to get out of restaurant as soon as possible if you finishing your meal. I never see so stupid people, as the employees working at the restaurant… Will never come back again and not recommend to the public.

Bice is a great spot to meet up for dinner or drinks. The food is solid and the service is good. Don’t be fooled by the early bird 1/2 price specials, as they are good on a small fixed number of drinks, but the half price food options are solid. Overall a real nice spot at the end of 5th avenue.

The food and service were excellent. But it was very hot in the restaurant. I could see people at different tables fanning themselves. All the door were open and you could feel the humidity coming in.

Swordfish dish was not tasty . Very noisy- Service was excellent with MaryLuc. Martinis were weak and too expensive .

The food and service was fabulous, as usual, but for some reason, they had the doors open! It was in the 90’s- it was a warm, humid, sticky and unpleasant dinner. Quite disappointing.

Always have a great meal at Bice. However, we all find that the prices are very high for the amount of food you get. For instance, my salmon was paper thin, very good, but not enough. We will be going back when they have their summer specials.

Excellent food and Excellent service!

Food was so-so. The menu doesn’t do a good job of describing the selection well. Two of the four of us were surprised at what arrived versus what we ordered.

We had the most delicious meal this evening, along with fabulous, attentive service by Francesco and others. The carpaccio was delicious, as always. We also enjoyed the ravioli and the linguini with clams. Both very tasty dishes.

We were here last year at this time and it was amazing otherwise I’d never go back. I ordered the lasagna which was the worst I’ve ever eaten, my friend had the veal parmigiana which is normally good but it was burned on the bottom and almost impossible to cut (or eat). The spaghetti that came with the veal was the best part of either dinner. The chocolate cake and tiramisu for dessert were both good. We were there for a late dinner on a Thursday so maybe it was an off night. Our waitress was good but no special service from any others as we had last year. For the price I would have expected much better food.

BICE is our favorite place on 5th Ave. We had many dinners here, and every single time, we had an awesome time. The food is good and the waitstaff was always friendly. Perfect place to have a nice dinner after watching the sunset at the beach.

Crab sandwich on the brunch menu is fantastic

We did the brunch to try out their menu. Everything was delicious. The Bloody Mary’s were excellent and the waitress had the best personality. We will be back.

Bice was a huge favorite of ours over the years. The quality of this meal was subpar at best. Waiter was unengaged. Sadly this has been crossed off our list. Consistency is key with so many with so many restaurant options and the ever increasing cost of dining out.

Server was negligent. Food was tasteless and portions skimpy. Not worth spending time or money eating at Bice. Very disappointed.

The place was mobbed because of the special event, so the noise level was higher than usual... but, the food, the service and the whole experience was just excellent. We really enjoyed it.

Was as always great staff, helpful, super friendly, they never say no to any special request.

The salmon my husband had was minuscule. The Caesar salad was also a very small portion. The chicken parm by friends got was large and they took half home.

We love Bice happy hour. Occasionally they do all day happy hour, which draws quite a crowd. Despite the sold-out dining room, our service was great. All of the staff help each other out. Our entrees were delicious, but we were a little disappointed with the salad. It was small and the dressing was rather bland. Bice is still one of our favorite places to dine out.

We went for our Anniversary May 14 the Restaurant was empty at 6:30 pm dinner no problem seating we ordered our drinks and dinner food came pipping hot good presentation No issues at that time I was expecting something from the Restaurant for our Anniversay but nothing was there so we paid our bill and left without even happy Anniversary. . Very Poor Customer Relations

If you get Stephan as your waiter, please don't tip him. He came to my work and robbed be of my hard earned tip so I think it's only right people know he doesn't believe in tipping

The food was amazing, I had the filet mignon, it was the best I have had in a long time. My husband had the Pappadel and loved it so much he didn't want dessert. Prices are on the high end but so worth it.

I called in advance to make sure they were offering their regular Sunday brunch for Mother’s Day & was assured they were - when we got there they did NOT have it & when I asked about it their manager told me they called everyone to let them know they weren’t-they never called me. She also insinuated we were cheap because she said “you aren’t worried about the menu, just the prices!” And we weren’t worried about the prices-they were cheaper than the brunch!! We had a taste for the items on their regular brunch menu-oysters, lobster & scallop St Jacques, etc -none of which are on their regular menu! We wouldn’t have gone if it was their regular menu-they haven’t changed it in so long, we got sick of dining there.

You could eat somewhere different every night in Naples and probably never hit the same spot (lol), but BiCE is our preferred go-to!!! Everything about this special place is superb! Francesco is the epitome of perfection

One of the many restaurants on Fifth Ave. which provide good food at a good price in a nice setting. They also offer 1/2 price food & drinks if you like to dine early.

Service was great, most food was excellent, lamb chops very over done.

Haven’t been here in 2 years but, nothing has changed which is a good thing! They have an amazing happy hour! Everything was wonderful. Sat at the bar and the staff was so wonderful!
